This place was by far the worst I have stayed at in a while. They did not let you know there was no breakfast but advertised they did state it was under construction but still changed full price. Laundry was broken could not use. They didn’t have clean rooms there was a bloody noise bogey on the shower curtain when we arrived and it was still there when we left probably still there. Never would I stay there again not even for free

This location was run down and smelled horrendous. The staff told us they were under construction. This was not made available to us when we booked. Choose this for buffet breakfast and pool. Neither was available! Very disappointed.

Absolutely horrible stay. My comforter had a cigarette burn in it. Our room REAKED of cigarettes and the smell of smoke came in all night long. My young kids cried and didn’t sleep. I tried to contact the hotel and Expedia with no help. The room is dated and DIRTY.

Room was ok my suggestion is never leave any amount of money out. Money taken and room wasn’t serviced at time money was taken. Was also quoted a different price and told they didn’t have rooms but when made reservation online mysteriously two rooms were available at a different price.

Clean room and very quiet—it was a nice, calm stay overall.

The only downsides were that my desk didn’t have a chair, so it was difficult to get work done. The TV remote was also missing, and I was only issued one room key. However, when I brought these issues to the staff’s attention, they fixed them quickly.

Aside from those small issues, the stay was comfortable and peaceful.

The hotel must’ve been just renovated. It looks like it just opened the restaurant. There was no breakfast available because they’re still renovating. They’re still remodeling the place or refreshing the area place up, but I don’t know but it’s nice. It’s nice in the inside. The only thing that was horrible, was the staff I checked in and I wasn’t able to use my key to get in my room. They had to get maintenance man several times to let me in and I just unexcused right there. I purchased how I drive two hours away. Just get this to land a nice clean hotel where I can be able to get access to it whenever I feel like and I wasn’t able to get that opportunity that privilege after the maintenance man left cause I cause I was able to get in after the management let me in but the maintenance man stay till 10 o’clock so I left after 10 o’clock to enjoy the nice weather in the city of Columbus Ohio ha I try to get back into my room in my room. Key still wasn’t working. There was a different staff member that was trying to help me that they switched different keys. There was no luck getting in my room even the security guard which had a master key were trying to get in and who I was not able to get in and I was frustrated. I didn’t get him. They had to put me in another room like around 3 AM 4 AM 4 AM in the morning and I’m very frustrated very angry. Staff was nice. Checked in online as requested but when I showed up, the front desk manager told me that it doesn’t transfer to their system. Ever. So don’t bother. Then, we are notified that they won’t be serving breakfast. That would be fine if we hadn’t chosen a hotel that did so. They stated we don’t pay for breakfast since it was free. That’s correct but some folks see that they have free breakfast online and choose that one over the next due to cost savings. Don’t put it on your site that breakfast is included if you aren’t serving any. The bigger issue was the fact they had no snacks available. They had a few drinks you could purchase but not even a snack machine.

We filled out the virtual check-in information and when we got there they said they don't do that. We got our room which smelled overwhelming of smoke. There was no cold water in the bathroom sink.....no water came out at all. The curtain rod was on the floor and broken. Needless to say we were a little disappointed in this property.

I booked this property so we could have a pool side get away, then to find out that their pool was down. It was suppose to be ready for the next night that we stayed and again, no pool. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. The room was nice, but could have stayed home and watched T.V. and not paid for a doggie sitter. :( There was no room number on our door and elevators were so very slow. No ice either.

Yes. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to leave room twice. We are 75 year olds and all we wanted to rest. The maintenance guy took towel and washers so I had to call and ask for another and they said I would have to come down to front desk because housekeeping had left for night. It was 9 before we got the towel and able to rest.

Great A+ staff — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The lobby and rooms were clean and spacious, and the location is convenient if you have a car. Some areas, especially the hallway to my room, felt a bit dated, but overall it was a great value for my stay.

The overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was poor. The hotel is older and in need of some updates to the rooms however that should not effect the cleanliness. Bathroom was not sufficiently clean, I had to purchase cleaner to clean the bathtub, shower curtain, and floor. Also the room carpet was not clean and not fully swept. The room worked for a short stay but I will not choose to stay again.

I called 2 days before and was promised a working hot tub. upon arrival, the hot tub water was ice cold. the desk promised to inform maintenance at 5pm. at 7pm, I was told that the status was unknown. at 8pm, maintenance was called and informed that the tub was not working at all. I was lied to several times all told. don't trust a word that this hotel says.

The facilities are nice but the Front Desk staff are getting worse. One night it took a few attempts to have the key card progammed correctly. Going back and forth from 5th floor to the dest, eventuall I had a mantence man open the door. Another night no one at the desk, after waiting I left the hotel, last time the young kid was a flaky jerk. Not a fan of the way this hotel is being run.

Pictures and amenities on Expedia tricked me….walking in you can see water stains on the ceiling tiles, missing ceiling tiles, an awful smell, the toilet in our bathroom wouldn’t flush, the toilet paper roll holder broke off & the light would not turn on. Respectfully told the lady at the front desk that we were checking out and not staying at this location.

More towels maybe a life guard actually food to eat for breakfast less bleach in the hot tub. No one was watching there kids letting them dive in the shallow playing or the life guard chairs pushing kids off of it doing flips and clean there coffee makers in the room

The room smelled like smoke. The room was stocked with no large bath towels only a bunch of hand towels. They forgot to put the bread spread on our bed.We had to ask twice. We slept for 3 hours until the smoke smell got to us and we left early.
I am disabled I want to feel like im valied and I matter. Not at the Wyndham.

The chef was let go during the stay, so there was no kitchen service at all. There are signs of maintenance neglect all over the building. Staff was cordial, but thinly manned. Room key access was not working during check in and required a building maintenance person to open the room door. This was resolved by the second day.

We booked two rooms both room were still dirty the 1st room had the trash from the previous guest rotted bananas in the trash. Mold in the shower and the ice bucket smelled of mildew so bad the smell the breathtaking. The 2nd room had literal poop on the toilet seat. The key card wouldn’t work for the door along with a lot of other rooms. You had to wait 10-20 for someone to let you in the room. They did move us rooms and that was great and the manger Courtney was amazing helping us. While we had or stay the hot tub was drained and not working the gym was not closed off and there was not breakfast like it was advertised. The woman working the desk the time of checkout was extremely rude. I would have to say I wouldn’t book with this hotel again

It took an hour to get a room and I booked in advance. In the first room the heater didn't work and it was cold. We were given a new room but the key card wouldn't work. The next room they gave us the door would not physically open. The final room had a broken toilet that someone tried to exopy instead of replaceing shower dirty. Very disappointed😞 and big inconvenience will never stay again

Definitely an average budget hotel. The room was clean, there were enough towels, the bed was comfortable enough, but the overall atmosphere screamed \"basic budget hotel\". The hallways smelled like cleaning chemicals, the pool smelled heavily of chlorine (you could smell it from the hall), the breakfast buffet had a very limited selection with almost no fruit, etc. I got the \"Cyber Monday sale price\" for the room ($45/night+tax). I don't think the place is worth more than that price...

I booked the room, and when I got to the hotel, minutes later, they told me that they don’t allow local driver’s licenses at the hotel. The said that they had made the rule that morning.

Very nice!! The lady working the counter accidentally transposed my room # and I couldn't open door oops someone was already in that room. Went back to counter and super accommodating, it was an honest mistake and not a problem. I was in service industry for 25 years, mistakes happen!!
