I would like to mention here amazing reception staff. They are so helpful and attentive. We booked room just for two days with bfast which was great as well. Location is quite close to main historical points. As well there are restaurants, bars and grocery shops and Sometimes during night you can hear loud youngsters on the street but we didn’t mind.

My single room with two twin beds was surprisingly roomy! That area has a night life but it's quieter than other parts of the old town ( stare miasto). Breakfast was a little skimpy but there are many amazing cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

O quarto era GIGANTESCO. Acredito que por questão de disponibilidade, como pedimos um quarto de casal, nos deram 1 cama de casal + 2 solteiro. Mesmo com tantas camas, ele tinha muito espaço de sobra pra circulação, um ótimo armário e mesa. Ficamos até mal acostumados e foi difícil nos adaptar com os próximos hotéis, todos em tamanhos bem menores.
O quarto é confortável, mas algo de errado com o aquecedor acontecia durante a noite, que parecia funcionar bem menos que durante o dia. Era palpável como saía menos calor do termostato nesse período.

O hotel fica em ótimo local, podendo ir pro centrinho de restaurantes e acessar transporte com alguns quarteirões. Tudo à pé.

Hatten leider Fenster im Parterre, unter den Fenster standen oft die Raucher und es stank im Zimmer. Matratzen entsetzlich hart, hatte in der Früh Schmerzen an der Hüfte. Zimmer ansonsten o.k. geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war mega, eine Wahnsinnsauswahl und alles top und sehr lecker, wurde immer aufgefüllt. Lage war auch super, mitten im Ausgehviertel.

There were parties on Friday and Saturday nights, it was quieter at festivals. So if you want to sleep in a discothek in an uncomfortable little bed, this hotel is the perfect place for you. Here, no one cares about the guests and their well-being. On top of that, no one refilled our shampoo and toilet paper. This hotel was a terrible experience, NEVER AGAIN!

Hotel Aneks har en egen ingång bredvid Hotel Kazimierz. Receptionen och frukost är inne på Hotel Kazimierz. Rummet var rent men lite slitet och lyhört. Vi fick ett rum på första våningen mot gatan. Frukosten var bra. Hotellet har ett bra läge i ett slitet men intressant område. Vi promenerade runt i Kazimierz (gamla judekvarteret). Upp till gamla stan och stora torget (Rynek Glowny) tog det ca 10min att gå.

O hotel foi regular. Como todos da rede Accor, o Ibis manteve o seu padrão. O quarto estava limpo e o café da manhã era bom, pelo preço cobrado.
Quanto ao atendimento no balcão, infelizmente não posso dizer que foi muito bom. O atendente fez o meu check in sem ao menos dizer um boa noite. Limitou-se a entregar a chave. Pouco falou. Achei que estava com algum problema. Atendimento razoável.

Når vi kom møtte vi to menn i resepsjonen som var veldig serviceinnstilte.De reddet litt inn det inntrykket. De ga oss en god start. Så hipp hipp til dem. Etter masse trasking i Krakow, møtte vi senere et annet skift, der de som var der kunne lært av de to første, hva service angår. På bildet før vi kom, var det en eske med sjokolade på hver seng. Når vi kom var det en liten karamell til oss hver. Her følte vi også litt løgn i sjela. Alt i alt, var det for å sove, så ja ja, det går for noen dager..

Questo albergo è stata una bella sorpresa perché l’ho preso all’ultimo momento perché non c’era posto in centro dove ero prima comunque sono felice del fatto che non c’era più posto in centro perché mi sono trovata molto meglio qua.
In centro non si può parcheggiare vicino alla verrò con la macchina altrimenti ti danno la multa e poi una volta che sei qua puoi girare in questo bellissimo quartiere molto molto caratteristico.
