Amazing apartment, amazing staff and amazing location. Can't recommend highly enough.

The balcony was not really a balcony. It was a walkway on the inner 'courtyard' that was smaller than a courtyard. I did not like that other people could walk by our balcony door. By no means was it worth an upgrade.
In addition, the location of this property was not as convenient as posted. It was still a 15 minute walk to the main square area.
While the apartment was large, it felt very claustrophobic as the window in the Livingroom was not very visible in the apartment.
The staff was extremely helpful during our visit.

The facility - we (a family of 4) stayed in apartments 9&10 (as one apartment) and it was the best hotel we ever stayed in. Clean, safe, spacious, functional, and comfortable. The setup was 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with kitchen, living room, etc. Really fabulous. Plus they have a community lounge with coffee and water you can you to plan your day, which is very helpful.
The staff - could not be more accommodating. We ordered typical Polish groceries ahead of time, and they were perfect. The staff arranged a car service to pick us up at the airport, helped us find some special liqueurs, helped book trips to Auschwitz & the Saltmine, and so much more. The best we encountered, ever.

Only negative was that we booked a two bedroom which was advertised as having 2 bathrooms also. We only had the one, so this was a little disappointing.

Our stay here has convinced me that a serviced apartment like this one is 100% the way to go over a hotel. Not only did we get a TON of space in our room for about the same price as a typical hotel room (entry way, half bathroom, living area, kitchen, balcony, full bedroom, and attached full bath), we also had amenity options (water, coffee, teas) both inside our room and in a common area on the property and a superb location. The staff were really welcoming and communicative (they proactively checked with us before check-in to see if we'd be bringing a car since it was going to be busy for New Year's). This property in particular is also the perfect location for exploring the popular areas of the city (Wawel, the Rynek, and Kazimierz). We will absolutely stay here again when we return.

I was recommended to stay at the Stradonia Apartments by a friend who had already stayed there, and I must say that it’s the perfect location for exploring Krakow. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance. The staff at the Stradonia are friendly and helpful, and the apartment had all the usual amenities as well as a comfortable bed and underfloor heating. I always ask myself a question at the end of the holiday - would l stay here again? The answer for the Stradonia is a definite yes!

If I went back to Krakow I should book into these apartments. They are spotlessly clean and have just about everything you could want. The staff here are just amazing. Location is just s short walk from the Old Town, which is the main place you’ll probably be heading, in the evening. There is a very good lift in this apartment block, but access through the courtyard is over cobbles. I carried my case.
At the time of our visit the trams weren’t running nearby due to very extensive improvement works, which meant getting to the Krakowska shopping mall for food supplies was problematic. It about 1 mile, if you walk. The main supermarket, in the mall, was Carrefore, although there are small mini markets nearby, but they don’t have the range of supplies you might need if were intending to do some serious self catering. On that point it’s worth mentioning that the kitchen is well equipped, but poorly laid out.
In our apartment the digital display on the microwave had some deterioration and was difficult to read, although we did manage. Service was every third day. The towels are not full-sized bath towels, but rather a 3/4 size. We washed ours ourselves in the washer dryer each day. The bedding wasn’t changed during our 5 night stay. We didn’t wash that!
There are instructions for the appliances in a small folder, but these are poorly written. We looked up the instructions on the Internet. The TV has mostly Polish channels and is not easy to use.
