HI, our stay would have been much better had there been hot water in the morning. For two out of four days there was only freezing cold water...not my idea of a good hotel, especially since we reported it the first day. Also there was only someone in the reception from 10am to 8pm, not ideal in a town where night life is tops. Also no daily room service, nor restocking of the instant coffee. But the location is great and the reception was friendly when it was open. When we checked out the reception was closed and we had no idea what to do with the key. Room was large but poorly decorated, felt old and run down. But overall we enjoyed our stay, except for the ice cold shower.

The apartment is central with good access to everything. There are loads of restaurants and shops around where you can purchase basic needs. It’s easy and feels safe to walk around even at night.

Is you are booking for the summer, take in consideration the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, it feels too hot, it’s hotter inside than outside, they only have fans but is not enough, they should put a mini split, also we were in floor 4, is hard to go up there with the luggage if you are not really young and strong, also they only provide 1 key, which is hard is you are other people with different plans, also they said the apartment was for 4 people but the sofa bed only sleep 1 person comfortably. I will say is for only 3 people.

The apartment wasn't cleaned properly. I found white animal hair all over the floor, so much that my socks were covered in them in the first 10 minutes. There is no air conditioning in this place, so in the summer, the whole apartment became more than 30 degrees celcius, making it unbearable to stay there and impossible to sleep. The winding staircase up the apartments is also a safety hazard. Outside the apartment, you have people soliciting you for stripclubs and hookers. It's convenient, but I would never stay here again.

The best thing about this accommodation was the location. The apartment itself needs updating. We were up on the 4th floor and there is no lift so take that into consideration before booking. When we arrived, there was only 1 tea bag, there was 2 of us. They leave you a very flimsy tea towel and no washing up liquid. It also states in the description that there is luggage storage but that consists of leaving your suitcase with the person who is on reception who I may add, wasn’t very friendly. It’s not a place I would go back to if I ever was in Krakow again. I’m sure there must be nicer accommodation there. We were there to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary so we were very disappointed by the standard of the apartment as it is nothing like in the pictures you see.

Conveniently just off the main old square. 10 minute stroll to station and 2 minutes from main old square. The building is old and periodic features, a bit of maintenance would be great, wooden floor could do with filling between gaps and stop squeaking and movement of wooden floor. Close and clean - we booked for family, double bed in a room and large sleeper couch in lounge part. Perfect for a couple of nights to see the city.

We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect.

Lovely apartment just around the corner from the main square and very central for other areas of Krakow. Lots of lovely restaurants right on your doorstep and 2 supermarkets down the same street.

Reasonable apartment, very central so quite noisy at night into the early hours. We were also hounded by people trying to get us into a strip bar, thats located in the basement of the hotel, literally every time we entered and left the hotel. Wouldn’t stay again for these reasons.

The room was quite nice and nicely renovated. It was very close to old town center square. In fact, it probably took us longer to climb the three flights of stairs than it took to walk to the center. FYI if you like quiet rooms, with few stairs and air conditioning , properties very close to the center may not be the best choice during a hot summer.

The apartment was extremely well priced and the location fantastic as it was only a minutes walk from Kraków’s main square. Equipped with a kitchen area and decent amenities. Shower was good and there was a seating area in the main room to have a meal at. The only minor thing is that due to the room being on the top floor & the windows only opening a small amount the room did have a tendency to get quite hot, although there are fans provided to resolve this. 10/10 would recommend

We loved the position of our accommodation, it was exciting to be in the middlle of the old town and close to the Planty which surrounded the Old town. The weather was lovely and we were grateful for the fans but it was still warm upstairs.
The 80 stairs were a challenge but worth it.
Our only complaint was the very poor water pressure in the shower and no hot water in the sink or bathroom basin.
I slept on t he couch with my adult son sleeping in the bed. I had to use a doona as a mattress and a cover too. I slept well.

we stayed in the Onyx double apartment on the third floor, the apartment was clean, comfortable, with a kitchenette, the only drawback was the terribly squeaky floor and bathroom door, and the fact that the room was very hot when the temperature outside was high

There were lots of stairs to our apartment, roughly 65, so not suitable for those with mobility issues as some of the stairs were very worn, old wooden treads. The other thing to point out, it did get quite noisy late at night with so many bars & clubs near by, not that that bothered us as we were mostly in them too.
Overall, I would recommend these apartments & would definitely return.

Excellent location literally metres from the main square. Clean, warm and quiet. Reception are friendly and helpful. There isn't a lift so you have to carry your bags up some stairs. This wasn't an issue to us but something to bear in mind. If you arrive after reception has closed be aware the night watchman doesn't speak English so save any questions for the morning.

Perhaps we were unlucky with the particular apartment we were in, but sadly this property did not live up to expectations to the extent that we decided to cut our losses and move on. The management were generally unsympathetic to our complaint and have refused any form of refund. (Hotels.com to rescue here with some compensation).

Lovely apartment, great location by the main square. Felt very secure, especially at night. Our studio apartment was nice and quiet as it was not facing the street. Comfy bed, little kitchenette for a cuppa, good bathroom. Looks just like the online pics - we were in Ruby and it was perfect for us, and good value. Nice and warm on a cold day.

Situated right on the main square so an excellent base to explore. The lady in reception was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The apartment was clean, warm and had everything we needed. Please note though, we were on the top floor and if you have heavy luggage you should take into consideration carrying it up 3 flights of stairs. However, this was a very very minor point to us...overall we loved the apartments and would certainly go back.

We had been a been apprehensive that it was not going to be a \"real\" hotel as we were arriving at nearly midnight. However, we booked the airport transfer (very easily, by email) and dropped off virtually right outside where the nightwatchman was waiting to take us to our room.
The location of the hotel was perfect - just a minute from the main square.
The room was a delight and full of character! It was far better than we expected for the price. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean. There were good amenities.

The hotel was very good overall, with attentive check-in service, very close proximity to attractions and right in the heart of Old Town. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We did arrive in August and the room was very warm, especially at the top floor where we stayed. There was a fan but we had to rearrange some furniture to funnel the cooler outside air into the room. Aside from that it was a very good stay and we wouldn’t hesitate booking it again in the future.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. We loved it. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The shower had plenty of pressure and lots of hot water. Our apartment had 3 huge windows that opened up to the street below with lots of entertainment going on. It was noisy but we enjoyed sitting and looking out. We shut the windows if we wanted quiet. The apartment was very clean and the desk person was helpful. The train station was walking distance. And there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. The only thing that my husband and I had a hard time with were the stairs. We are in our mid 60s and climbing the stairs was a challenge especially with groceries or our backpacks. No elevator! We were on the 3rd floor. Besides that everything else was great!

This hotel was in a perfect location, right outside the main square! Our room was very spacious and had an amazing rain shower. There were four of us staying in the room. The staff was very friendly! The only issue was the fold out couch was so uncomfortable. It was uneven and had a thin cushion. Beware of the fold out couch!

LOVED this property! Location was awesome in the heart of everything. We stayed in the Emerald Apartment and it was quiet and lovely. Room had a view of the courtyard and the was beyond our expectations. Supplied with with coffee and tea, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom with shampoo etc. this is an apartment not a hotel, so It was a nice touch to have the ammenties and fresh towels. Also, loved the design of the room and the exposed bricks! This property made our stay in Poland exceptional!!!!

The location is fantastic - just off the main square and right in the centre of shops, cafes, etc. The apartments are utterly charming, with a gorgeous courtyard leading to a spiral staircase that takes you to the apartments (warning - not good for those with mobility problems though).
The staff were pleasant enough but didn't want to go the extra mile or try to help if they didn't have an immediate answer (e.g. I asked about changing money and they just said \"no, we can't\" but didn't give an alternative, also no offer to help with bags - this was fine for me though).

A conveniently located hotel so close to the centre of the old quarter. We had a room at the back which was good because it is also away from all the noise on the street.
Cons with the hotel are:
Cooking equipment - no oven or toaster or grill. Also no tea towel or drying rack. But certainly enough to get by if you don't plan on eating all meals there
Service - people were friendly but only serving at 10am was a problem when we had problems in the morning
Comfort - the curtain didn't cover the window which made changing awkward and also let a lot of light in early in the morning

Stayed for a mix of business and pleasure. Location is great. Close to the major sights, bars, restaurants etc. The room we had faced the street and was very noisy especially when we opened the windows to get some air. Generally nice apartment but unlike others I've stayed in there was no maid service other than a change of towels mid stay. I asked why this was the case and was told that they only do this for long stays. They said they would arrange maid service on my next stay. When I said I wouldn't be staying again they apologised and sorted it out. I think regardless of whether you stay in a hotel or an apartment a daily cleaning service should be provided.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Bed room and \"living\" rooms werer large and well appointed. Unlike most European bathrooms, it too was large with a large shower unlike the smaller than phone booth showers so common in Europe. The only complaint was that our apartment was on what I think was the 3rd floor above the lobby level...69 steps to get there. A bit of a grunt with luggage. In spite of that I would stay there again.

La ubicación es excelente. La atención del gerente fue muy buena. Nuestra experiencia con el lugar no fue agradable ya que la habitación estaba muy sucia incluso en un cajón había unos calcetines sucios. Se notaba que hace mucho no limpiaban, el sillón de la sala todo manchado, la cama super incómoda olía un poco mal (a sucio) no había quien limpiará por lo que el gerente tuvo que subir a limpiar y quitar los calcetines sucios.
No lo recomiendo si llevas equipaje pesado, en mi caso nos tocó subir 82 escalones angostos y llevábamos 3 maletas grandes, no hay quien te ayude a cargar ni elevadores.
Importante mencionar que el baño es una regadera de teléfono muy corta, no hay donde ponerla, una persona de 1.80 se tenía q agachar para poderse bañar.
