My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel as part of a pre xmas break in Krakow.

Around 30 mins from Krakow airport (or a £9 taxi ride), it is an ideal location. Close enough to the main square (three minute walk) but also detached enough to escape the hustle and bustle as well.

The staff on check in were very friendly and helpful, our room was located on the other-side of a small enclosed court yard, with entry from the main street accessible only with a key code.

Our room was spacious, with a small kitchen area, a small table and chairs plus a sofa and the bathroom was modern and spacious.

The bed was comfy and spacious, and the room was toasty warm… a welcome escape from the Polish winter.

I would heartedly recommend this place to anyone. I’m pretty sure we will be back.

Sparkling clean room, located close to the main square but still very quiet. Air conditioning which was welcome. Could be improved only slightly by adding a bottle opener to the kitchen equipment and another mirror near a plug outlet, but these are very minor and did not affect our stay, just small points for the management to consider. We loved our little apartment and would stay again if we return to Krakow.

The location is excellent, but the building itself has no elevator, so it may not be suitable for stays with elderly guests or people with disabilities. It can also be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. Fortunately, one of the front desk staff kindly carried my elderly mother’s luggage upstairs, which was a great help. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

One thing to keep in mind is that, unlike a regular hotel, there are no amenities or housekeeping services. You’ll need to bring your own items such as shampoo.

We also booked a Salt Mine tour, and the driver was very kind, which made the experience enjoyable and worry-free. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much!

Location, location, location! Apartment was spacious and clean. There were no complimentary cosmetic products in the bathroom which was unusual, and no coffee maker, only instant coffee packets ☹️
Be careful with trying to get there by car. The staff told us that even with traffic restrictions we could drive up to leave luggage. That’s impossible with GPS and the hotel doesn’t provide any driving directions, so we lost 1.5 hours driving around. Just find a parking of Poselska St and it’s only 5 mins walk.

The location could not be better but the rooms do need a bit of a facelift. And it would be great to install another plug in this day of devices which need charging. The staff was very helpful in helping us get our suitcases up and down to the 2nd floor where our room was located.

Hotel was lovely, very clean and staff very helpful. Room had everything we needed, including a hair dryer.
As other have said there is a lot of stairs and no lift to rooms. Do not book if you have mobility issues.
The air con is not great so it does get hot and if you open windows there is a bit of street noise but not too much.
We were in a room with velum blinds and it got very bright very early and the blinds were not black out.
I would stay again but take ear plugs and a sleep mask.
Really enjoyable stay and a perfect location for everything.

Historic but funky. Nice to have two rooms and a tiny kitchen, high ceilings, antique-style furniture. Great location, a calm street right by the main square, courtyard rooms very quiet. But the bed was both hard and pokey, the kitchen had dishes and pots but no soap or towels, the toilet didn’t flush properly, safe too small for a laptop. If we were young and energetic we’d stay there again.

Great location in the heart of the old town. Walkable to all the tourist stuff and lots of great bars and restaurants. A traditional building sympathetically modernised. Great to feel you're staying somewhere authentic. We stayed in a junior apartment with one double room and a mezzanine double, with a living area and v small kitchenette - just enough for making your own breakfasts. Beds were a good size, mattresses could be better but were comfortable enough. Bathroom small but functional - although there was insufficient hot water in the evenings. Mornings were fine but water was luke warm in the evenings. Could do with blinds on both the roof windows as it gets light very early at this time of year - but that's a quibble. Staff were very helpful - especially when our Auschwitz tour time was moved from 7am to 4am! Might be worth booking your tour through the hotel. Three girlfriends sharing and we had a great time. The residence really feels like it’s part of the old town. The apartment was nice and just the right size for two of us. The upper loft for the bed was a nice bonus. Views from the room were amazing as well.

The only downside is that the apartment was very hot the whole time. The air conditioning unit could not keep the place relatively cool. We were sweating in our sleep.

I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again! If you are visiting Krakow, you want to be in the Old Town area and this is located one block off the main square. The street outside can be noisy, but we were so tired from sightseeing it never kept us up. The staff here was responsive to every question. Check in and check out were both a breeze!

The coded door and gate were interesting arriving for a late evening check-in, however the staff was very communicative and the location is very good for old town Krakow access. The street is quiet and the room was plenty spacious. The area felt safe.

This was a very private setting in a very busy part of Krakow. If you want to be near the center square 3-4 min walk and far enough off the beaten path to enjoy some peaceful time. This is the place. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This property is in an amazing location, very close to the square and walkable across Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On Saturday night there was a lot of noise from nearby bars but this can't be helped by the hotel. The rooms had everything we needed.

Just left here after 4 days with my dad,
Lovely staff very helpful with great communication.
The only thing I’ll say is this which is probably my fault is that there were 74 steps to our flat on the top floor, with no lift, my dad managed but wish I’d have understood better which took. I’d booked.

Other than that a lovely well located place.

The accommodation is excellently placed, just off the main square. Lovely lounge area with comfy sofa, TV. Up some stairs is the bedroom which was very spacious and comfortable beds. Good sized bathroom with powerful shower.

My first time in Krakow, picked this spot at the last minute. We wound up driving from Wroclaw. Old building (It's in Old Town) but the unit was nicely upgraded. We had a 2 story loft on the top floor. Very cute. Great location, a block and a half from the main Square. Warning: This is a old building with a old staicase, no elevator. It's a shlep to the top floor especially with heavy luggage! My only complaint is it is not well marked from the street or Google maps! Maps said \"You have arrived\" and I was on a street with Streetcars crusing by and horse and buggies. Had to call the hotel. Luckily Matt was very nice and came outside and showed us where the door and parking was. The sign is tine and not lit. Lots of caffes and cool spots everywere close. There is 1 or 2 parking spots available for about $25 USD per night. Great value and cool city!!

Excellent room. Only irritation was that the messaging around breakfast was unclear. Should ask visitors on check-in if they will want breakfast next day. Only one parking spot, so best to expect you'll be parking on a street somewhere if driving into town.

Fabulous hotel

We had a great stay here. We travelled with our son and his girlfriend and both rooms were excellent. I've never stayed in such a quiet hotel and the staff were very helpful. The location was amazing and I would without doubt stay here again if I returned to Krakow.

I booked this apartment for two nights on a solo trip. I liked that the location is very central and close to the main square, and the price for two nights was very reasonable. I booked one of the design studios with mezzanine, it was on the third floor where there are only stairs up. The apartment was very clean, cosy and nicely decorated. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was so central you could hear the bells and the trumpet every hour on the hour. There is a small kitchenette which was fine for my breakfast needs. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Lots of main attractions within walking distance also. I loved my stay here and I would recommend!

A great location, central and within walking distance of practically all major sights in Krakow. The restaurant in the courtyard is pleasant and convenient, and the food was very good. Bait & switch/ They will steal you money

Thiw place is hands down the worst hotel that we have ever booked. The room had no ac and not prepared for our arrival (after check in time). The room was over 100 degrees and even after opening all the windows, the room was still uninhabitable.

We went down to speak with the front desk person who smirked at our complaint as if hearing thos many times before and told.us \"sorry there is nothing we can do,and there will be no refunds.\" We had to take our luggage and find another hotel at the last minute while on our family vacation.

I asked to speak to the manage who refused because she was done working for that day. I called her the next day and she would not speak with me at all. I asked that she call me to discuss, but she never called. Hotels.com wont do anything, and the bottom line is this low budget hotel, charging premium prices is a scam.

Do not book this hotel. U will regret it

Best thing about the place was the lovely accommodating staff; but be prepared for several flights of stairs, which may mean lugging your bags all the way up to the third floor. Not recommended for persons with mobility issues.

Great hotel, perfect location!

Great small hotel with friendly service, very well located near the main square of Krakow, and therefore very close to the main attractions and plenty of restaurants. Also, they have a central courtyard with a few tables and chairs where one could have breakfast; breakfast was varied and good. Best was the service - they are so friendly and always happy and ready to help! I'd stay there again!

From the start of our visit the staff were super friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. The hotel was in a perfect location near to the central square with lots of shopping and food options.

The only thing that could make the visit better would of been thicker pillows as they were really soft. Still slept well but a firmer pillow would be great.

This is a delightful old hotel in the Old Town area. It has about 24 units total. It is an old building with wooden indoor steps that are clearly very old, with wear in the middle. Charming! Note that there are no elevators, and some units are four floors up. The bathroom is small but it worked for me. The receptionist was sweet and very helpful, and fluent in English. It is about 15 mins from the train station by walking, and the view along the way is fabulous. Breakfast was very good. Since you are in Old Town, there are lots of places to eat nearby as well many of the main attractions of Krakow. I was very pleased with my accommodations.

This was a lovely stay right in the heart of Krakow. It is perfectly situated right next to the main square. The entrance is double locked which feels very safe when coming in from the street. The room was cosy but had all the necessities. Only comments would be the shower was relatively cold for our entire trip, the room wasn’t turned down each day - we had to ask for clean towels.
