The laundry room was accessible but covered in bedding and a spare cot. When we inquired about this at the front desk we were informed it was not part of the offering and we are not allowed to use this. Aside for this, our stay was very enjoyable.

Fantastic location in Old Town Krakow. We had a 2 bedroom beautiful apartment including kitchen and living room, just amazing. It was spotless, we could control the temperature. Staff excellent. Only small negative was no elevator, climbing the stairs was a good work out! LOL Very happy I stayed here, no regrets.

The floors were old and falling apart causing my 2 toddlers to trip over fhem. We wete at the highwst level and no elevators with 2 little kids and strollers. The air vents were filthy which means we were breathing a nasty air in. . Even tho it says parking available it was far away which caused huge issue when elaving for the airport at 3am. Only good thing was the balcony so when kids went to bed we could still sit out like we like to do.

Not what you book!!!

On booking I searched for an apartment with a balcony the Classic Apartment which is one of the more expensive rooms with Antique Apartments, had this as a amenity so I booked this room.

When we checked in the room did not have a balcony and didn't look anything like the photos. We went the next morning to reception as this a 10 minute walk away from the apartment itself and when we checked in it was very late.

In the morning we explained that our room didn't have a balcony and they said we needed to take this up with hotels.com and there is no other rooms available to be swapped.

I have spoken to hotels.com who contacted the hotel and they denied that we spoke to them. They said we had told them they could of rectified the issue. However after numerous attempts explaining we did they continue to denie tmhis and state I'm on know ground for a claim.

I just asked to be compensated for the lack of balcony as if we had known this was the case I would if booked a cheaper room.

The customer service is shocking as I have a legitimate reason and they just continue to make lies rather than just an apology.

Their is apparently a shared patio area therefore it's okay however we were not even told the place had a shared patio and if it did it was 2 floors down and the room clearly states balcony/patio not shared patio.

Non of the other rooms state patio and if it's shared it would state shared patio.

I'm not going to win my case in this however if I can inform others :)

We stayed in a lovely apartment on Studencka just 5-10 minutes walk from the main square and 3 minutes from the nearest tram stop. It had a huge bathroom, a spacious double bedroom and plenty of room in the open plan lounge/kitchen for the double sofa bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was even a little balcony with nice views.

Beautiful apartment hotel in the middle of Old To!

We stayed in the Golebia Street flats. The room was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the location and having a small kitchen for breakfasts. We appreciated the big fan. We had excellent community with the check in desk which is at a different site. We were able to WhatsApp them to request more pillows and coffee. We took an Uber back to the airport and paid about 50 Zloty. We absolutely loved this hotel!

NO LIFT: MANY STAIRS

WARNING: (1) There was no mention of the seven flights of stairs. (2) There was no mention that after checking in at the address provided you would have to drag your bags along cobble stone streets for 10 mins to your accomodation.
This was ok for me but not for the elderly or people with large heavy suit cases.
When I mentioned at check-in that I wasn’t advised about this, she became quite rude and advised me to take it up with Hotels.com.
Apartment itself was very nice, well appointed, very comfortable and close to everything in Old Town

The property was compact but was equipped with all of the necessary equipment and appliances that you would need for a short stay. There was one major problem in that the sleeping area/bedroom was on a mezzanine floor accessed by what can only be described as a ladder. You were not able to stand up as the clearance from floor to ceiling was maybe 1.5 meters, this was a major problem for anyone who was elderly/infirm or even tall in stature.
All in a great small apartment except for the bedroom.

Pros: great location, close to restaurants, bars and the square, low price, easy check-in/check out process, has washing machine

Cons: check-in is in a different location than where I stayed, getting in the apartment was difficult, I had to use 2 keys simultaneously to turn the lock and open it (never had to do that before when opening a door), the toilet makes a weird noise when I turn on the water in the sink, the hot water in the shower did not last long, and the tv did not work, it kept saying no signal.

Overall my stay was okay for the price.

The apartment was comfortable but think Expedia could have made it clearer that reception was in a different area to some of the apartments. Walking the few minutes across the square and down a couple of streets was not a problem, however when you arrive very late it does make you feel vulnerable.
In our apartment block they were not all Antique Apartments and someone opposite had a yappy dog. Also, workmen starting work before 7.00 am working in the stairwell outside our room drilling was not appreciated.
On the positives, the apartment was very close to the main square. We found reception staff very helpful.

We chose this property due to its location-right in the heart of old town. I would not stay again due to uncomfortable bed and sparsely provided bedding - a singular, thin pillow and lumpy mattress pad. The entry door is next to a bar, which always had smokers sitting at the table puffing clouds of smoke as we walked in our out.

Amazing location, about a minute walk from main square. Spacious apartment for two of us. Check in was simple as the main office was nearby, we’d already received instructions and it was clearly signposted. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - they let us store our bags on check out to come back for them and use the toilet before heading to the airport. I’d definitely use Antique Apartments again and recommend them to others.

A few things to note:
- We were on Sławkowska street - there were 2 1/2 sets of stairs to reach the apartment (ignore the numbers at the top of the door and look at the door itself). We’re physically able to climb this, but may be a struggle for others. And although it doesn’t sound like much, it felt like more, especially as it was warm when we were there
- The room had air con which was very appreciated
- Hand wash was in the bathroom with the sink and shower and not toilet, so moved it in there for our stay - would be more useful in there

A lovely spacious apartment in a beautiful old building, just off the main square in Krakow. My apartment looked out onto a courtyard full of trees and felt very private. It was 5 mins walk from the main address in another building but I had no problem with that. The small kitchen had everything I needed for a 2 night stay. Overall I highly recommend this apartment.

Not ideal if you are travelling with a car. Parking lot was far away and it is not associated with the apartment, therefore, an extra cost. The apartment gave a true krakow city experience with the location being right in the heart of the old town. However, if you cannot go up 5 flights of stairs, beware since there is no elevator. Apartment is cute with a little kitchen and everything else you need to cook.

I wish i could split my raring in two. The organization running this business is wonderful. They have a central office, staffed during the day, and offer everything from airport transfers to sightseeing tours. The apartment we rented was also lovely and well-equipped, but the reason for less than 5 stars is that it was located right above a tram line. I'm all for public transport, but these things are loud enough to wake the dead,. When the only option to cool down means opening the windows, also means too much noise to sleep, it's not a good situation.

It was great. A bit hard to find. The room was at a different location than where you check in. There are no elevators but it was good exercise going up and down the stairs. The only negative would be, no lights in the halls. We always had to use the light from our phone to open the door at night. Halls are very dark. Never felt unsafe, just had to see the keyhole. The room has everything you need. Mini fridge was awesome. Very close to everything. Shopping, dining, taxis, little convenient stores, ice cream shops, bars, bus line, trains, churches and the main square.

My second stay here in golebia 4,easy to book,clean well presented apartment minutes away from main square,with a very good power shower and a washing machine,everything you need ,airer,iron ,ironing board ,safe,hairdryer,comfy beds,wouldn't book anywhere else ,reasonably priced friendly helpful staff.you have to collect the keys 20 minutes away but your given a map it's easy to find.if main doors are closed the key your given opens these then walk through a courtyard,had about 30 steps up to apartment which opens doors into building and then your room

A decent place to stay in a great location in central Krakow. Apartment was generally well equipped. We were moved from the apartment that we originally booked before arrival.While the property communicated this change to us, the new apartment that we were given was not particularly suitable for our group (family with 2 children) given location on third floor (no lift) and the need to enter the unit through an outdoor balcony. The property was also far away from parking and there was no ability to drop off luggage which made check in a bit difficult. That being said, property was very close to the main sites in Krakow.

The fuse went off at around 10:40pm on the first night. There was no electricity for the kitchen and the living room. Called reception several times and no one picked up the phone. Emailed via Expedia website and also messaged on whatsapp (had to use my own internet which costed me money because the wifi at the apartment was also down) and no response for more than half an hour.

An hour later a staff came to visit but she had no clue what to do and was unable to solve the problem/ reset the tripped breaker. We bought food that we were unable to cook for and refrigerated due to the power cut of the living room and the kitchen. Had no water to drink because the kettle was not working. Had to walk in the dark in the living room and my mum nearly tripped over. The electricity problem was only fixed until the next morning.

In addition, the wifi was extremely slow, most of the time was not working. Hot water only lasted for 15minutes, gone cold after one shower. Left our luggages at the reception for storage and the handbag was found opened upon return.

Would be a great spot for you If you are prepared to walk 2 floors of stairs with your luggages!

We enjoyed our apartment in Krakow. Although it wasn't quite where it was described during our booking (3 minute walk west out of the old town from the main reception) it didnt impact on us. The flat itself felt secure, clean & was a nice place to spend time in. The instantly hot shower was very good. Also a security charge was held on my account that I wasnt told about in advance. So a few surprises on check in but nothing too major.

Very tidy, spacious and lovely apartment with everything you need. A good bedroom, living/dining room, well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom.

The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The location was great. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to Rynek Główny, the Main Square, and it’s also very central to other major sightseeing locations, restaurants, and shops.

I️ rarely used public transportation because it was always convenient to just walk but when I️ needed to it was right there. There’s lots of activity and life around but in the flat itself it’s completely quiet. Would Highly recommend!

Myself and grandaughter stayed at golebia 4 silver apartments room 12,they were spotlessl and very nicely decorated everything you could need iron ironing board,safe fridge washing machine lovely powerfull shower.my only concerns were just outside the apartments after you come up the stairs it’s all wooden on the floor and one of the floor boards is a bit loose and needs renewing someone may stand on that and it may give way.I also think it’s a bit far to have to check in especially with heavy luggage and children about 10 mins walk .will stay again as everything central also I kept the room i from 11 until 1930 for an extra £27

The overall stay was fine and the service was also good however there was no one in reception for 10 on arrival and we had to go and ask someone if they knew where the concierge was.

We also found out that we were staying a complete different place in town that the main building which was a large undertaking at night time with 2 small children as we also needed to park the car off site around 1 mile away.
The room we had was nicely decorated and had all amenities however the cleaning standards was somewhat lacking the detail (see attached pictures)

Apartment was lovely we were disappointed at first because we thought we were in antique apartments we didn’t realise it was antique apartments old town we had booked. But apartment was only a further 500 metres out of the square and although nothing much to look at from outside it was very nice inside.
Staff couldn’t be more helpful spoke amazing English. My husband left his glasses I contacted them on our return and for a small fee they have posted to us, again it was very easy to organise. Highly recommend

Large apartment (number 3 at 23 Slawkowska Street).
1st floor walk up, 2 beds, one bathroom. small kitchen, large reception.
Pick up keys from reception which is a 5 min walk away.
Great location near everything.

All good and would recommend except car arranged to take us to wedding in Brzesko at charge of PLN500. Return car arranged by wedding hotel was PLN250!! I'd recommend arranging your own transfers/taxis.

These Apartments were perfect in every way.
Location was just behind the main square and perfect to explore from.
The apartments were spotlessly clean with every amenity we needed.

Loved the property once we found it, we were given a map of were to find it from the apartment office. The map could have been more clear as we went to the wrong building this would have been problematic in poor weather or with children. The apartment was itself was lovely and one of the nicest apartments/ hotels I’ve stayed in. This apartment was booked for three people and one had to sleep in a bed up a ladder which wouldn’t have been great for children but perfect for our party. I thought this apartment was amazing and in great proximity to old town and to nearby shops. The office was also helpful in booking our tours. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We ( me and 19 years old daughter) stay for 2 nights.Apartment was about .5 mile from reception (on Studencka 1 street).Walking distance to Stary Rynek .Apartment offers 2 bedrooms kitchen and bathroom and great view from balcony. .Great stay -highly recommended however its little bit noisy if you stay with small kids

Excellent customer service and fantastic apartment

The staff were extremely accommodating and upgraded us to better accommodation after an incident that occurred in our first apartment (that was no fault of theirs), they were very kind and friendly to us and the apartment was spotless, very comfortable and centrally located to all the attractions, we will definitely be back one day

Apartment was very clean and well equipped.the downside for me was being unable to sleep due to constant noise from the street below which went on all night every night.people shouting,singing etc.also the apartment is on the 3 rd floor and there is no lift

The apartment we stayed in is dark and dank, with workmen next door smoking cigarettes that were obnoxious smelling. We were sent a block away from the main hotel. Part of the stair case railing was held together by wire which is not safe for carrying luggage up stairs. The only bright spot was the receptionist who was very willing to help with taxi to and from hotel.
