Great location, right off of the old town square. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Note though that you can’t order an Uber directly to the hotel because it’s in the “historic” / no car zone.

What a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke perfect English. The decor with the mix of old and new was really well done, fresh and spotlessly clean. Nice touches with cups and saucers, iron, safe and a long shoe horn i didn't know I needed in my life until now!! We enjoyed the sauna which was free to use. Brilliant location to explore the old town and elsewhere in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again.

Due to an overbooking error on hotel side, we were relocated to a sister property adjacent to Hotel Unicus - Wyndham Grand at Floriańska street. While we accepted this move in good faith, the alternative accommodation provided was entirely unacceptable and failed to meet the basic requirements of our booking.
I specifically booked Hotel Unicus on Sławkowska Street for its reputation as a quiet location, free from nightlife disturbances. This was a prerequisite for our stay, as we required a restful night prior to a 5:00 AM train departure.
The room we were assigned faced one of the most active nightlife streets in Kraków + trumpet from Mariacka tower was blaring into our room every hour . The windows lacked any effective soundproofing. From 1:00 AM onwards, we were subjected to an unrelenting barrage of noise, including shouting, police sirens, and street altercations.
Because of the noise levels, we had interrupted 2 hours of sleep in total. This directly undermined the primary purpose of our booking—to depart \"fresh\" for the train station. Instead, we began our journey exhausted due to facility's inability to provide a quiet environment.

Also there is a Hotel Unicus close by - we started at the wrong hotel. Our room key quit working every day - minor inconvenience.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We drove in to Krakow in the late afternoon and found the driving in the old city area pretty challenging. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and helped us get our car parked and took out all of the stress with trying to navigate the streets on our own. The rooms are beautiful and the whole hotel feels clean, modern and the service is just excellent. Breakfast were phenomenal! We walked everywhere from this hotel and totally enjoyed our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is in the perfect location with a 2 minute walk to the main square. It has plenty of shops, bars & restaurants as soon as you walk out of the doors of the hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel, once you find it. It’s very hard to find in the middle of a busy and crowded old town street. They need better signs and awnings. The room was beautiful, the staff was lovely and the breakfast was very nice. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible if you plan to do your makeup and hair. It’s so dim you can’t see anything. Nice and quiet,even for being right on the street side. Recommend.

I gave 5 stars for the VIP access despite not receiving it completely because the staff tried their best to make me happy, room upgrade was not available but they upgraded me two levels and I only paid for one. My only gripe - we booked a deluxe room which clearly had a sofa and two normal windows judging by the photos on hotels.com, describing also a \"separate sitting area\". We instead had no view through a single slanted window and a pair of armchairs. It didn't ruin our stay.

The room was very luxurious, with a mini bar, with a bathrobe. The bathroom with a free-standing bathtub made the greatest impression. I recommend it.

Room was lovely and luxurious but I was disappointed as there was no bar or communal area in the hotel apart from the restaurant The reception is small and access is immediately up the staircase or lift. It felt as though the hotel had been split off somehow. It did not impede on our trip as Krakow is so picturesque.

Our room was large with a king size bed, which was extremely comfortable.

Loved the room we were in - very nicely decorated. The hotel is very convenient to the Old Town, only a few minutes to everything. Only downside is no parking onsite, but they park rhe car for you, so still convenient. Definitely recommend.
