The room was absolutely lovely and the staff and concierge team were incredibly helpful when it came to finding some last minute restaurants for us!
Spa/Pool area was clean and amazingly maintained by the spa team

Beautiful ambience in the hotel, very clean and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our room could not have been nicer. Excellent shower, bath and even an under heated floor in the bathroom. The ONLY thing we would criticise is the bar area lacked atmosphere. It was a little too formal. However, we would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would stay again.

Property is immaculate, beautiful and convenient with top-tier service and a 5-star breakfast that should not be missed. Rooms are above average but not perfect. Upgraded room but bit boxy although the lovely, high ceilings give it charm + still able to keep room very cool. Also, took a few days to not get water everywhere during shower + lighting option in bathroom are too bright. Still, excellent, highly recommended, experience and I cannot emphasize enough: do not miss breakfast!!!!!!!!

This hotel is beautiful, convenient and well located. Unfortunately, 2 of the staff members were so shockingly rude that my entire experience there was tainted. Even more disappointing was that their attitude seemed so pointed that it felt like racism :( Such a shame for such a gorgeous hotel in such a wonderful city.

This is a great property in the best part of the Old Town. It is very easy to see all of Old Town. It is also easy to get to the rest of the city as the public transport is nearby.

The hotel is also about two doors down from the museum.

The property is interesting in the best way possible, architecturally and historically. Our room was quite large with all the amenities you'd expect from a property like this.

Our morning breakfasts were wonderful. We had quite a buffet selection. We also had the option of individual orders of omlettes, etc.

Hotel staff were attentive. Our concierge was helpful to us. She (I never got her name) helped book various excursions and more. The front desk, bell, and restaurant staff were great.

We would go back there any time.

Review is for last minute hotel changes. Received email stating last minute changes in hotel, email read with equal or better amenities/ quality. Sadly this was not the case. I booked a luxury boutique hotel and was changed to a chain-hotel. Not only was the room size smaller, bathroom vanity was single and small, not enough room for our grooming items. (room had a 2nd 1/2 bathroom with a mini-sink only, no vanity space) I personally selected H15 luxury room with bathroom having a dual vanity with amble grooming space. Was not looking for a cookie cutter chain hotel. Shower water temperature was not consistent, frustrating while showering temperate would go from warm to cold. Again, essential features/needs were inadequate. Do have to say their breakfast was very good.
I pre-booked tours to meet/pick up at H15 hotel, another inconvenience, we had to walk over from our new assigned hotel to H15 for our tours. I understand things happen tho please do not mislead people about the new accommodations being the same or better.

Beautifully appointed with all the trappings of a luxury hotel. The pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were just perfect with the pool having the additional benefit of a powerful jet stream facility for ‘never ending’ swims.
Krakow is a wonderful city and the H15 hotel matches its beauty and situated less than 5 minutes from the main square.

One of the best hotels in Kraków. Stayed with my family and baby. As a gay family we were treated splendidly. I booked rooms for friends and my inlaws. Rooms were superb. Had a little bit of an issue with noise the one day and was annoyed with a rude receptionist but the fantastic Manageress Jana/ Yana stepped in apologised got an update on works done, offered a room change with upgrades. But as she managed to resolove problem we remained in our rooms. Breakfast staff were lovely to....

I don’t receive upgrade benefit even though the hotel was quite empty. The service and staff are excellent. The spa is a great asset. The location couldn’t be better 2 mins walk to the main square. The only real negative was the lobby music which played in the lobby and restaurants. It was a 5 min loop and by the end of our stay was driving us up the wall.

The reasons for giving a three-star rating are as follows:
1.There was an insect on the floor of the room.
2.The towels provided were torn.
3.The weight scale didn’t work because the batteries had run out.

Unbelievable a 5 star hotel would make such a cheap mistake!

Apart from that the room was comfy and quiet, walking distance to the old town.

Lovely hotel!

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The team were very helpful and welcoming. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and well cared for.

The only elements that could be improved were the bed was VERY firm and the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast tea was not replenished in the room and the towels were quite rough. All personal preference and didn’t massively impact our overall stay but for a 5 star hotel you would expect these things.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff were all so friendly and helpful- everyone offered great suggestions for dining and activities. They helped us organize take away breakfast boxes for early day trips that were so delicious and filled with amazing pastries, sandwiches and fruit and had hot lattes ready for us when we had to leave by 6am! we really appreciated it!!

The rooms were comfortable and lovely. The lobby is stunning and the pool and spa area were great! We used the gym and steam rooms and jacuzzi all very nice.

The location is perfect- just a couple blocks away from the old town square but removed just enough that the block is not crawling with tourists. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow!

This property is beautiful, and perfectly situated to see all of the old town of Krakow without hearing any crowd noise on our street. Additionally the staff was fantastically helpful about arranging anything we needed, and the food and spa were also outstanding. We were upgraded to one of the Palace's historical rooms which was gorgeous but with a host of modern conveniences - heated floors in the bathroom, automated blackout curtains, etc. Would highly recommend!
