It was in a great location for walking in Old Town, lots of restaurants nearby, the streetcar was really close by.

Despite some refurbishment being done to the grounfloor area, it did not impact on guests. My room was clean and tidy. Breakfast could be improved somewhat. The biggest plus is that the hotel is only minutes from the square. I should also praise the hotel staff for their helpful nature.

Arrived to find a building site in Reception. No warning of this or option to cancel. Black polythene sheeting taped up all over walls, dark, dirty, tools, cables lying around. Breakfast worst I have ever been offered in a hotel. Scrambled egg, sausage, stale bread. Absolute state of a place, wish I had never chosen this as it was a dump due to building work. Huge disappointment on our trip.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The hotel is a great location. Right on a beautiful park, close to trams and right in Old Town. Just a 10-minute walk and you are in the huge square in the middle of old town with lots of choices of restaurants. This hotel exceeded our expectations in location, breakfasts, clean rooms, and staff very friendliness.

Very good location, clean and overall was pleased with the choice. The hotel is only about 2 blocks off the square and about 3 blocks from a major shopping center. I bought a bunch of suit jackets at the mall.. loved the whole area. Evenings are wonderful in the area with the restaurants and the people walking in the streets and the park. Only negative was at breakfast there was a girl that had a pretty nasty attitude. Short girl, with black crew cut hair in her twenties. The first breakfast she said something to me in polish I assumed and I said \"oh sorry I only speak english\". Then she yelled at me \"I AM SPEAKING ENGLISH\". She was apparently asking for my room number, but didn't sound anything like English. That's ok she couldn't speak clearly enough, but to get nasty and chew me out, not normal. I said sorry about 4 times.. she just was silent to me and weird looks. I try and speak Spanish at times and people may not understand me, but I wouldn't ever dream of chewing someone else for my clarity. Then each and every day she would not clear my table, but do everyone near me. Give me looks, kinda ignoring, Weird, weird. I'm an easy going, nice guy and polite. No reason to have an attitude like this. All the other employees there were very nice. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Breakfast food was great. It's not a fancy hotel, but clean and perfect location for quick in and out. Price was reasonable. Thanks

We have stayed at Campanile Krakow Old Town a few times now. This year, our stay was wonderful, as always. We appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms and the clean and modern restrooms. Although the a/c was not cooling the rooms, they kindly supplied standing fans which helped immensely. The location is perfect for visiting the Old Town, and the staff are always kind and helpful. We look forward to our next stay in the future.

The hotel has a renovation going on and they should have been closed for guests. The noise of drilling and hammering went on from 8am to after 6pm every day. We were promised that the noise would stop at 4pm but the workers totally ignored this. We paid good money for the stay and with all the works going on they should have been more accommodating for the guests

Traveling for work all I really want is a nights sleep in clean conditions. I got neither.
Disappointing and I checked out early for a different hotel. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back.

The hotel is located at a great location and everything of highlight in krakow just steps away. It’s very near to the public transport. Rooms are big, quiet and cozy. Only thing I didn’t like much was how outdated rooms were. They do need a refresh and the Aircon had a bad static sound that kept going (which wasn’t a problem for me but could be for someone who cannot sleep to such noise)

Unfortunately I join the group of customers completely dissatisfied with the stay at the hotel. We stayed in room 404 and the carpet was super dirty, everything seemed to be very old and used. The worst thing was that the air conditioning never worked, it only turned on in \"fan\" mode, quite a bad experience. Not recommended at all!

Hotel is a brilliant budget hotel within a walking distance from the old town, main train station, Vistula river and Warwel castle. We stayed in a twin room and they were a great size and were very clean, could of done with an extra pillow but wasn't really an issue and sure if I asked they would of gave me one. Staff were very helpful. Krakow itself is wonderful with lots to see and do. We stayed for 4 nights which was enough time. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks Campanile!

I asked a simple question to the individual in 40s at the front desk. Rolled eyes, gave attitude and was rude. Gave false name. Hospitality industry means hospitality not inhospitable. Whose empowering this. Just unacceptable. In addition, rooms are in desperate need of remodel, dirty old carpet, old everything; desperately needs an upgrade. I changed my first room due to a smell of old carpet. The second room wasn’t much better.
