Perfect location, rooms small but everything that you'd need for a short stay. Complimentary bottle of wine was lovely, Britta water machine on each floor with a caraf provided in the room.

The hotel was perfect for our needs.
The room was warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We took the bus and tram from the airport. This took us to within 4 minutes of the hotel.
The bar and cafe served good value drinks. The hotel was very close to the main square. And, there is a fabulous cafe in the same building serving traditional polish fayre.
We will stay here again next time we visit Krakow.

Hotel is in a great location just a couple minutes walk from the main square. Just not quite a 5* as the rooms don’t have air conditioning and get really warm, and you can’t have windows open due to noise from traffic and passersby

We booked this aparatment at very short notice as are original booking was not a hotel.So not expectating that much but was very surprised we really enjoyed our stay her the roooms were all clean and tidy with good room servic. The staff answered did there best to help with any problems we had as they arose and they were able to look after our bags on our final day before leaving late that night. Breakfast and the un hotal dining were both excellent and would have no problem staying here again should we return to Krakow

Very comfortable beds, very clean and modern rooms (having a balcony was a plus) and 5 minutes walk to main square with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Ours was a classic double room and was quite spacious. We didn't try the breakfast as ours was room only basis. Would definitely return to this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location—close to the train station, old town, and plenty of restaurants. The front desk clerks were always kind and very helpful. My first room did not have AC or a refrigerator, but I upgraded, and the new room was perfect. I felt this should have been part of my Expedia VIP amenity, but it’s whatever because it was hot outside and I needed AC.

What impressed me most was the service. On two mornings when I had to leave early for tours and trains, the staff prepared breakfast bags to go, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Overall, a nice hotel with excellent staff and a very convenient location.

An Excellent Hotel

From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel so welcome. We had arrived before the check-in time but this wasn't a problem, our room was ready and we went straight up. If we had any queries the reception staff were so helpful even arranging breakfast packs for when we had a very early start. The hotel is next to the Old Town so getting around on foot is easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and if we return to Krakow this hotel will be our first choice

Jak zawsze wszystko w tym hotelu jest na najwyższym poziomie. Czysto, przyjemnie, śniadanie pierwsza klasa. Młodzi pracownicy, studenci którzy pracują w restauracji są bardzo pomocni i sympatyczni, szczególne podziękowanie dla Pana Macieja. Panie z Recepcji są przesympatyczne i dlatego bardzo dziekuję że od pierwszej chwili wejścia do hotelu czuję się jak w domu, szczególne podziękowania dla Pani Ani oraz jej koleżanek z recepcji.
Jedyna moja sugestia, proszę wymienić poduszki gdyż są bardzo niewygodne. Poza tym wszystko super na 100%

Hotel was clean and room was exactly as described when booking. There was a kettle in the room and tea, coffee and water available at no extra cost. It was next to busy road but I couldn’t hear the traffic at all. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided. Staff was friendly. It was a one night solo stay, but I’ll definitely book it again when in Krakow.

Very clean modern hotel. Staff were consistently excellent and the on site facilities like the bar and restaurant were very convenient.

Only small negatives is that the bed was a little uncomfortable and there was some noise from the busy surrounding streets at night so light sleepers might struggle with rooms on the lower floors.

The hotel was perfectly located near to the main square which was 5 minute stroll away. We stayed for a week on a room only basis. We tried the breakfast one of the mornings but it wasn't to our taste. We had a front facing room, which had a balcony, which was fantastic. On the downside the windows should have been triple glazed, because we were on one of the main tram lines which ran quite regularly into the middle of the night. Another point to mention is that none of the rooms had air conditioning, so I would imagine in the height of summer they would become unbearable hot at night. On the plus side, the staff were extremely friendly and the cleaning staff were excellent. We had fresh towels every day and the hotel was spotless

The staff is not overly friendly. Some are just dismissive and unhelpful. The bartenders are almost non responsive. The location is wonderful. The shop in the hotel is very nice and the lady who operates it is very nice! Breakfast is very good. The room was just a room but that’s all we wanted and expected. For the price it was acceptable but the staff needs improvements

So pleased we chose this hotel. It’s within easy walking distance from the main station and old town main square. There is a convenient supermarket directly underneath. It’s not much to look at from outside but stylish inside. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was plenty big enough for three of us, with lots of clothes storage and plenty of towels which were refreshed daily. I asked for a kettle in our room which was provided with sachets of tea and coffee but no milk. We just purchased milk and left it on the balcony outside as it’s February and cold enough to keep it chilled. We requested a room facing the road, which didn’t really have much of a view apart from the buildings opposite and quite a busy road and even though it could be noisy we were so worn out each evening the noise didn’t bother us. However large groups of school children do seem to stay here and they did keep us awake one night so maybe next time we would request a room as far away from them as possible! We had three single beds which were perfectly comfortable but we are all of small build so not sure how good they would be for larger frames. We had to leave our room at 11am but as our flight was not until the evening we left our luggage in a locked storage room at the hotel. An excellent base for the train station, sight seeing on foot and Uber taxis. Would definitely stay here again.

Avoid this hotel. The rooms are not as described.

I was fully dissapointed by the size of our room no. 232. I have never seen so small room in the ***Hotel. The measure od this room was aproximatelly 2.5x4.5m, IT was not 16 od 18m2 how given on your web site!!!!And the smallest bath room!!! Excuse me, will never come back to hotel Wyspiański. Why give you wrong size of rooms on your web site. I wont recommend your hotel!!!

This hotel is situated about a 5 min walk to the old town, very convenient. As a solo traveller, the room was more than adequate for my needs. It was clean and well looked after. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The only thing that i feel that they could improve on is having tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but that is a personal choice.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel Wyspiański offers good value for a Krakow city break. Rooms are clean and spacious. Located very close to the main square the hotel is an ideal base, with shops, bars and transport links all nearby. Approx 15 min walk to the main rail station, where you can take the train to/from the airport for around 4 PLN. Or an Uber direct to airport will be around 50 PLN.

Fra utsiden ser det ikke ut som mye, men det er total renovert og flott innvendig.
Rent og fint, behagelig seng, ganske stort dobbelt rom med fint og rent bad.
Jeg gav midt på treet av miljøhensyn fordi jeg sjekket ikke og ikke vet jeg hva jeg skulle sjekket etter.
Veldig sentralt! Skal jeg tilbake til Krakow så ser jeg ingen grunn til å se etter ett annet hotel!
