The apartment was as described. Excellent location, halfway between Old Town and Kazimierz, and everything of interest in Krakow is within the walking distance. The staff at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. Definitely a great stay and strongly recommended; I'll be back!

The property is well maintained. It has outside street parking upon availability, many stores nearby, close to the train station that heads to the Airport and closes to local trams and busses. The room was warm, had dishes for use, and a mini fridge, which is very convenient. It’s located in an old, but well maintained building, which gives it character. The check in process was very pleasant due to the friendly front desk staff. Would return.

The key situation was finicky. Three keys that didn't open doors easily. No elevator, building and rooms could use some renovating. Only soap in bathroom and shower, bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Rooms not thoroughly cleaned. There was an apple under the bed belonging to a previous guest. Overall, just okay. Communication and interaction with reception was excellent though.

Fantastic time, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the area was a short walk from the town square with shops restaurants bars and pubs, you could eat and drink cheaply or go for a more expensive meal. Will be going back as we enjoyed it so much. Krakow is beautiful.

Its not thr four-seasons but it is CLEAN, parking on the street directly in front of the building, and renovations are being done. The beds were comfortable. Staff was kind and excellent. I would stay here again because its convenient walk to town. It is an apartment locked off within an apartment building. Great for the price once they finish the entrance construction.

We took family room for 4, unfortunately we got 4 single beds that one of them was a sofa very hard to sleep on. There are better rooms with big beds but we didn’t get them.
The apartment located perfectly close to everything so that’s the good. No air conditioning in the room and krakow is very hot in the summer

From Flixbus stop at Krakow MDA to Apartment Bonerowska 5 is 0.9 miles, from the apartment to Old City is 1 mile, so everything is within walking distance. We were there for four days in early December, snow everywhere and cold. The apartment is spacious and very clean, heating was perfect, but it is on the third floor and there is no elevator so we had to climb 72 steps every time we went out or came back. If you don't mind the stairs, this place is OK. Also, the apartment does not provide slippers/indoor shoes, so have your own slippers with you if you are not used to walk barefoot on the floor. The staff was superb, always willing to help. We were here to see Schindler's factory museum and Auschwitz. If you also want to visit these places, remember to book well in advance.

Loved the apartment. Walking distance from the old town but still nice and quiet. Loved the balcony, especially on a warm Saturday evening after a long day exploring. We even got a local playing the piano in one of the other apartments, who was excellant! Overall great place and lovely city.

On the plus side the service was excellent in most parts, the location is fantastic and the size of the apartment is brilliant.
Negatives are the flat is a little tired, the bathroom sink unit is flaking. The apartment is not serviced and there are no cleaning items so at the end of the week it was starting to need a good clean. No recycling options. Limited kitchen equipment.
All small niggles compared with the pluses. We really enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located close to Old City and Vavel Royal Castle. There was no problem with the street parking and there was a 24/7 secure parking nearby. The only issue was a lack of elevator, but the price definitely made up for it. I recommended this place to my family and friends.

This hotel was very nice, quiet and in walkable distance to many different stores and restaurants. I stayed here for 2 days with my family and we all enjoyed it. The rooms were very clean and we had a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and was willing to help us with everything. The only thing that wasn’t good was that the keys were difficult to use but the staff helped us with our problem. I recommend this hotel.

We loved these apartments. Nothing fancy but modern bathrooms, spacious, comfortable beds. & 7 minutes walk to Rynek Glowny. Table and chairs, fridge, microwave, crockery and utensils. We were in building 2 across the road. Grocery store on next corner. There is construction work opposite on weekdays so ask for a room away from the road if you want to lie in. The road was quiet traffic wise.

Excellent apartments to stay in Krakow, at a reasonable price. Close to the famous old town, easy to walk to historical sites and easy transportation to the airport by train and easy access to thee city tramways to go all over the city. We also had a rental car to go longer distances. Parking on the streets is always a challenge, but we managed to find a parking space close to our apartment every night. Parking is free from 8 pm to 10 am.

Less than 10 min easy stroll to market square. Reception arranged airport transfers and tours to salt mine and Austwitch with no issues encountered and all drivers ahead of time.Very Clean. Only draw back was the room we had in Block 2 room 13 overhead front door onto street was very poor for street nosie up to abput 4am each morning. Heating was very low and no way to try and heat up room. Facilities in the room was safe ,full size fridge microwave and kettle. In the hall way outside there was a shared toaster and some kind of George foreman type griddle.

Very centrally located and close to all key sites (Krakow is very small), but far away enough from the crowds, so location is quiet at night. The room was very comfortable and covered all our needs. There is a supermarket around the corner, which enable us to have breakfast in the accommodation. In particular, the staff at reception were extremely pleasant and helpful.

I didn't stay in the advertised building but a building across the street, an annex? It is a VERY basic room. Think college dorm (10x20?) with a micro-fridge, kettle, and a small bathroom. Fine for crashing for a day or two. NO AC, and I arrived during the summer heatwave of 2019, so be warned. AC is probably not necessary normally in Poland. I wonder how it is in winter? There was a large oscillating table fan, but I needed AC. Also, they should open the windows. It was really... stuffy/musky(?) when I arrived. Felt like I was the first person in that room in a while. A few minutes of fresh air cleared it out. It's located in a SUPER-residential neighborhood. Basically this is an old apartment building converted into \"hotel\" rooms. For the price, I cannot complain, but I would not stay for more than a couple of nights. The room is as clearly advertised and small, and well, I wanted a little more comfort. Only good for one person. Bed is tiny. But decent value for the money.

I stayed in a twin room on my own and it was lovely. The apartment is close enough to the action, but further enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. The only fault of my room was that the bathroom had a bit of a damp odour, but other than that everything was clean and tidy. Perfect to come back to relax to after a long day on your feet

It was a great apartment overall, can't fault the staff who were extremely helpful, it's an old building so it has some character. The rooms were ok, we have 3 single beds and comfy enough. Only missing thing in our room was a sink in the kitchen area, you had to fill the kettle in the bathroom and wash any dishes there too but not a major problem by any means. Once we found our bearings it was easy to get to the square it took around 7-10 minutes at the most to get there. Would stay there again. Area is very quiet and we didnt hear anyone else in the building. close to tram and bus stops so easy to get around. Very close to a supermarket and a few restaurants.

I can not recommend Bonerowska apartments enough, the location is absolutely perfect, main attractions such as main square are literally a 10 minute walk if that, the room was absolutely spotless and catered to every single need, a lot of thought and effort is put into these apartments making you feel at home and welcome, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, I was supposed to stay for just 2 nights but extended my stay to 5 nights! The price is perfect and affordable.

Good location, easy access to everything you need. We staid on the first floor above the front door. Windows not noise proof AT ALL!! Very noisy. We were told that housekeeping was every 3 days. The towels were changed and that was that. No dustpan and brush to clean the floors. Room was clean and tidy. Could do with a microwave and toaster. Wouldn’t stay again sorry.

the outside of the building is misrepresented in the photos, but if it wasn't i would not have booked it. once inside the room though, the interior was perfectly modern and clean. having all dishes and cutlery made dyi breakfast easy and economically. if the outside was cleaned up, and the courtyard maintained upon which i had a view but decided to block, i would definitely return.
the location is perfect and i could walk anywhere i wanted in less than 20 minutes!
luggage storage was easy, and staff was always helpful and knowledgable!
ps. one english entertainment tv channel would have been nice. a ton of english news channels, but they all have the same news and the recordings repeat every 15 minutes.

Hello! We loved the location and price.The condition of the room was very clean but we did not receive any cleaning service during our 3 nights there. Thankfully, we don't need a lot of cleaning and were happy to reuse the towels and sheets. I assume this was due to being Independence Day weekend so that makes sense. Having to use 3 keys to access our room (overall building, floor, and then room) and the room being across the street from where it was advertised was a little inconvenient but nothing we couldn't handle. Easy walking distance to the city centre. I would stay again if I returned to Krakow.

The apartment is central situated in a nice street. We stay 5 nights but there was no cleaning in all the 6 days in the room and the showerfloor is to slippery. It was Nice to have a fridge, microwave and facilities for coffee and tea. The heater in the room was to high and we could’t get it of.

Apartment Bonerowska, a Wonderful Place to Stay

Apartment Bonerowska was in an excellent location. There were many nice places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. There was a little grocery store 5 minutes away. Many tourist attractions were also within walking distance. The apartment was very clean. It was easy to cook. The staff were very helpful; they reserved tickets for us and printed out our boarding passes.

Great location and quiet at night!

The apartment is located in a great area. Very easy walk to most of the attractions/park/tram stations. The concierge staff was very courteous and helpful with all the questions we had.
In the con section: The apartment smelled musty. If we left the windows open for a while it seemed to clear the smell a little bit. There's no coffee maker in the apartment, only some instant coffee and a hot water heater. There is no hangers/closet/cabinet to hang your clothes so regardless of how long one was staying you couldn't unpack anything. This was a big inconvenience for us and the main reason that we wouldn't stay there again if we went back to Krakow.
