Unfortunately we didn't get the room like it was advertised. There is No lift.. if you are carrying big luggages, you have to think about it!. Not clean enough. We found plates were dirty. Noisy from the electric appliances. Hot water ran out . Sufficient for just one person. I would advise them to put some kitchen towels and bathroom caddy and fill toiletries please. It is advertised like service apartment! Only positive thing is the location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect - definitely walkable to everywhere but also close to public transportation. The place was clean and cozy and everything was very comfortable. The hot water tank was a little small, but we found if we didn’t turn the water to full pressure, we had plenty to get us through the shower. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lounge Apartments. We had a suite and a five-person room amongst our group, and everything was perfect. The place was clean and quiet and the beds were really comfortable. We had everything we needed and the description matched what we got.

Piotr was helpful and communicative. He helped prepare me for what check in would look like as our flight was delayed and we were unsure when we would arrive. The front desk clerk was helpful upon check in and check out was a breeze!

The hot water tanks were a little small, but we found if you don’t turn the water pressure all the way up, you shouldn’t have a problem!

Overall, a great stay! And the location was perfectly walkable to public transport, the planty, and Old Town. We enjoyed the 30 minute walk to Kazimierz and 25 minute walk to the Castle. We would definitely consider staying again!

Very mediocre place

Check in was poorly done, if I hadn’t called we would have been outside the building for hours. You need roaming and that’s not stated before. Bed such bad quality as pillows. Hot water run out after two showers.

Excellent location minutes from main square and tram stop. There is a mini Carrefour a couple of mins away too which is 24 hrs. Apartment clean and comfortable but only has storage heaters which didn't give off much heat so room not particularly warm.

This property once upon a time may have been remarkable. It is a great location.
HOWEVER, it sorely needs updating.
On our last day it rained. The roof/ceiling leaked directly on our bed.
The bathroom is in dire need of updating, mold on the tiles .
No staff to be found!!!!
Our advice; look elsewhere!

Lovely easy walk to centre, quiet location. Apartment 2 was nice and spacious. Kitchen provided equipment that covered breakfast and drinks. No real light if the sliding bedroom door was shut. Spacious bedrooms. Comfy beds, great shower. Staff very helpful and booked a taxi to and from the airport. Could do with a welcome book in the room with local info in would be nice.

Enjoyed the stay. Great location, breakfast was good. Room was well sized, bed was comfortable, liked my stay overall.

The property does not have a lift
No air conditioning in the room
Almost tripped on the stairs because a transition between the carpet had a bump

I liked the owners the most. They were extremely helpful in replacing lost meds. The property was immaculate, the unit was very comfortable, and the decor was in excellent taste. It is centrally located and convenient to sights. Krakow is well worth the trip. The Polish are very helpful and the country is very interesting! It could not be better!!!

This was such great value for money, extremely spacious and clean apartment and was in a great location! The staff were also incredible and so friendly and welcoming and made us all feel safe. Such a great find! A quick walk to the Market Square area but tucked away on a quieter side street so it gives a little space from all the action. Our apartment was lovely, somehow both spacious AND cozy, and with everything we could possibly need. There’s a little cafe downstairs that serves breakfast as well as drinks later in the day, and there’s a garden area out back for nice weather days. Can’t say enough good things about this place, would recommend to anyone travelling to Krakow.

Location was great, 5-10 minute walk to the main square, supermarket around the corner, situated on a quiet street.
Our apartment was 18, which was on the top floor, the rooms were warm, the heating was on, no way of turning it down and couldn’t open the roof windows because it was raining. Otherwise I would recommend and probably stay again,on a different floor!

Very central!

My wife and I just spent a week here and were very impressed with these apartments, just don't be fooled by how they look on the outside, they are lovely inside. Only a 5 minute walk and you are in the old Market Square in the centre of Krakow. Also had a good supply of tea, coffee and sugar in the little kitchen area. Although we ate out every night and didn't use the small cooker rings, it would have been good to have a microwave for snacks etc.

Only negative for us was the lack of any cleaning service during our stay. Not a problem if you are only there for a few days, but we stayed a week and had no change of towels or bed linen or bins emptied. Would definitely go back there though, if ever in Krakow again.

Nice hotel and easy reach of main square

Lovely clean apartment. Be aware that there is no lift. We are in top floor and six flights of stairs to climb! Room spacious and bed comfortable. Would be nice to have a toaster or a microwave in kitchen. Breakfast was continental. Too much for first thing in morning. Be better to have bread, cereal and juice only and a toaster!

Strongly recommend Lounge Apartments in Krakow

This was our third self catering holiday in Krakow over a 10 year period so fairly familiar with this historic city with lots of interest.
We were very pleased with Lounge Apartments offering a very convenient location on edge of Krakows old central area and close to the rail station and the large shopping centre.
The apartment was well presented, a good size with comprehensive facilities and a great shower/bathroom only downside is there is no lift so booking a room on the lower floors is recommended for the less able.
For anyone looking for self catering holiday in Krakow we recommend Lounge Apartments and will be going back again in a future year.
There is a very convenient large Carrefour in the nearby shopping centre for supplies and make sure to use the rail link for airport transfers under £4 return and 20 minute comfortable journey against a crowded bus taking an hour with nowhere to put cases.

Great Apartment and GREAT Staff - Highly Recommend

Wonderful in every way! The location is great. Very secure building. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Very spacious and comfortable. A large bedroom for three kids - each with own bed, separate bedroom for us, plus a living room with seating for all, dining area/kitchen, and bathroom. We ordered breakfast one morning and it was delivered on time and was quite a bargain and delicious. One of my kids left an item behind that has sentimental value and they are mailing it to us. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Recommend highly - especially good for families. Very strong wifi signal.

Great hotel within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Area is safe and we had no issues walking around at night time. We were on the top floor (4) and there is no elevator, so to get up with 2 50lb bags was a workout.. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly. WIFI worked and there was a portable A/C unit in the room.

Superb location, close to everything. Apartment was really nice, cooking options are limited but it is only a kitchenette. Having a separate seating area was nice and he sofa and chair were comfortable. It was very handy having a large fridge.

Beds look like 4 poster but are not, there are no posts, but it was very large and very comfortable.

Shower is a bit tight.

Overall excellent value for money.

Lovely apartments & perfect location.

Everything good, lovely apartment was nice to have free coffee & sugar in our room on arrival. Reception staff very helpful & welcoming. Only one minus the housekeeping was non existent, our bins didn't get emptied in our 5 night stay & we had to ask for change of towels, again reception staff sorted it out straight away. The Lounge Apartments are a perfect location very near the main square.

Posizione ottima. Sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto fare il check-in prima del previsto e abbiamo lasciato i bagagli lì in attesa di poter entrare nella camera. La formula del residence non consente purtroppo di avere grandi comunicazioni con l'host. La stanza era pulita e grande e dava su una strada silenziosa. Ci aspettavamo anche un lavandino e un fornello nell'angolo cottura, ma c'erano solo un frigo, un forno a microonde e un bollitore (molto sporco) e ciò ci ha limitato molto. Inoltre, per tre giorni abbiamo dovuto usare gli stessi asciugamani dato che nessuno li ha mai cambiati né ci ha chiesto se volevamo che li cambiassero.

Rauhallinen huoneisto lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Siisti ja tilava, 6 ihmistä olisi mahtunut hyvin. Astioita vähän ja pieni keittiö, joten soveltuu lähinnä aamu/iltapalaan. Ei hissiä, yksi kylpyhuone ainoastaan.

Zentrumsnah, gutes Frühstück.
Appartment leicht abgewohnt, obwohl man den Eindruck hatte, dass es noch gar nicht ganz fertig ist, da überall Kabel aus den Wänden hingen.
Küche ist recht spartanisch eingerichtet, etwas mehr Küchentücher und
Trockentücher wären nicht schlecht.
Personal nett, aber nicht so gut informiert.
Eres musste erst nachgefragt werden, ob wir Frühstück inklusive haben und am dritten Tag sollte es dann plötzlich nur noch einen Kaffee pro Person geben und es musste wieder nachgefragt werden.

Overall ok, but depending on floor/room

Overall stay was ok, location is super, close to city center and from tram stations. Studio is good comfort, with large bed and sofas.

On the negative side, heating system did not work during day, and barely heating at night in my room (16), despite being on full mode.

Also, a fire alarm was running out of battery on the 3rd floor, so bipping every minute. I told the clerk on my first day, being answered that this would be taken care of. Nothing happened, I sent a message via the application to ask for battery change to stop the bipping. Still no answer to this day, so it bipped for minimum 4 days, from Saturday to Tuesday

El sitio queda a 10 minutos caminando de la plaza principal de Cracovia y la conexión con buses y gran es súper buena porque hay paradas a menos de 100 metros

Die Unterkunft war gut grlegen , das war aber auch alles ...Zimmer und Ausstattung enttäuscht, komplett anders wie auf den Bildern, Preise Leistung nicht angemessen für diese Unterkunft, würde es niemandem empfehlen... vor allem weil es nicht sauber war und man musste 2 Tage drum bitten , Handtücher und Toilettenpapier zu bekommen...
