It was just ok. Basic and no frills which was fine for what we needed for a 2 nights stay. The instructions were confusing for check in. The location was pretty good quite central to most things and we quite like walking. The beds were ok, not the most comfortable but we managed. Would have an appreciated a hand towel in the bathroom. Overall fine for what we paid .

The top floor apartment was basic but more than adequate. There is no lift and it was a fair old climb .
They advised Airport Pickup, l enquired twice through the app but never got a reply .
We wanted some information so went to the office at 4.15pm on Saturday.
The office was locked( 5.00pm closing )
The two mobile numbers offered were both unavailable. Just a couple of points that need looking at .
Kitchen is equipped with what you need .
The shower is powerful and the apartment was clean enough.
There were some flavoured tea bags left and sugar . We bought some black Lipton Tea bags and left them in the cupboard.
Excellent location just a five minute walk to the main squares.
Area is quiet with a couple of small supermarkets if you need anything.

The apartment was superbly located an easy 5 min stroll from the main square, as well as a short drive from the airport. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained and was exactly what you needed for this type of break away. The staff on site were excellent helping to arrange trips and taxis at a moments notice, as well as being on hand before the trip answering any questions i had over email. Highly recommended, would definitely use them again.

Apartment was fine. The apartment we stayed in looked totally different from plus photographs I'd seen, but there you go. Given we arrived outside of office hours (about 7pm on a Saturday), it was a case of James Bond-like safes and codes pre given to gain access. All went ok, but ensure you contact the company a few days before your arrival to check, especially if you think you may be arriving outside office hours.
The apartment itself was quiet and had air con etc. The cleaner also was very pleasant, helpful and chatty- a credit to the company. Overall, I'd recommend to others. It may not be top draw, but it's perfectly fine and not too expensive.

Hotel was brilliant, comfortable, spacious and 10 mins walk to main square. Helpful staff and a great shower. Only comment I would make if you are a big group is there is no reception area so we were waiting in the street for pickup by taxis or tourist trips - but I am being picky as we were a group of 8 and this won't affect anyone. And terrific value too! Thanks!

Great apartment, close to city centre!

Had the most fantastic time. Polish people very kind, helpful and friendly.
Booked to visit Auschwitz and a salt mine with Expedia. Both tours were very informative I would rate them excellent. It was suggested that Auschwitz wasn’t suitable for children. I took a 6 year old and 10 year old, who behaved so well. Not sure the 6 year old fully understood, but ithe 10 year old did, it was a fantastic learning experience for us all.
The children loved the salt mines, we had to walk 820 steps down. It was lovely, well worth a visit but you need to be mobile. ( there is a lift for the elderly or disabled)

The apartment was nice and just what you needed! Not that long of a walk to everything and shops on the same street. We checked in late and the text we got of the apartment was clear on where we can collect the key. Just as a quick warning this place doesn't have lifts so if you struggle with walking don't book this place because the stairs can be difficult.

These apartments were clean and well equipped and made for a reasonable stay. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment which was pretty small. These apartments are not really suitable for older people as they are generally up several flights of stairs and there is no lift so if you are on a holiday you have to find a way to drag your bugs up and down the stairs. We were lucky when we arrived that the young driver that took us there from the airport carried the bags up for us.
Perhaps the biggest problem we had while staying there was that while both rooms had heat pumps there was only one remote control for both of them so if you wanted to change a setting you had to run through to the other room to get the remote, which was ok in the day but at night you just had to put up with it. Also, the heat pump in the second room blew straight onto your head when you were in bed.
The shower was so small that if you turned one way you turned the water to cold unless you were very careful and if you turned the other way you turned the water off altogether.
There were 5 of us booked into the apartment but only 4 chairs which meant that unless we sat on the beds there was insufficient seating available.

The apartment was perfect for me and my 3 friends staying. It was clean and comfortable and the location was spot on. The only thing that I felt let it down was that we were on the 7th floor and there were no lifts, so you can imagine dragging luggage up and down the stairs, or dragging our selves up after a long day exploring. Everything else was spot on recommended providing they build a lift 😂

Very nice apartment. It was located only 10 minute walk from the main square which was really good but also was just outside so you were away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely garden view for us aswell. Room was clean and well maintained. Really good amenities with everything we needed and water left for us. Really is a lovely apartment in a nice location. Only bugs were that the TV was broken and a plug socket was hanging slightly out the wall but really this didn't impact us at all. We weren't there to watch TV and there were more than enough plug sockets around the apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful and contacted us when we landed to make sure we were OK and arrange to meet up to collect keys and get shown around the apartment. Overall a really good place to stay!

A comfy place in Krakow

On the negative side, the room was on a 5th floor with no elevator; I personally don't mind, but it was still unsettling that learn about it when I was taken to the room. The rest are all positives.

This is not what you would a standard hotel; it has more a feeling like an apartment complex. The staff at the office was nice and courteous, and efficient when I needed a small wifi problem solved. The wifi connection is decent, although it trickles down a little in the evening. Room was clean, luminous and comfortable. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the train station, and 10 minutes from the old town.

Late check in and parking reservation available when you email or call them... Staff Symon is really helpful.
Just 2 drawbacks... If you have heavy luggage, you might need to haul it up flights of stairs and you can hear your neighbors coming back late...
Otherwise, it's a really good place. Definitely would stay again if visiting Kraków.

The main drawback was that the room was on the top floor with no lift access..this meant a climb of 112 steps each day to get to the room...not something we were expecting or had any prior knowledge of from the site. Beautiful apartment w/GREAT staff, good location

We stayed for two nights in the apartment. The apartment is decorated very nicely, was comfortable, and had a beautiful view. It was also priced very reasonably. It is situated about a 15 minute walk from the train / bus station and Old Town which was fairly convenient. The staff was amazing - he was there for our late check in; gave us a map and some tips on places to go and eat in Krakow; let us leave our luggage and charge a cell phone at the office the day we checked out (we were getting an overnight train and spent the day in Krakow); helped with a food delivery phone call when there was a bit of a language barrier issue; and called us a cab to the train station our last day there. Really polite, helpful, and went above and beyond - which really means so much when you're a tired tourist visiting a new country where you don't speak the native language. The only minor downsides to the apartment were that one of the bed legs seemed a little bent (didn't collapse but was bending, so may need repair), the wifi went in and out for us, and there is not an elevator, which can be a little bit of a workout if you don't pack light. ;-) Overall, it is a very nice apartment in a good location with absolutely excellent staff though. We've been traveling to various countries in Europe for going on a month, and he was one of the most helpful, kind people that we've encountered so far - thanks so much!

Great hotel close to everything

My wife, two kids and I recently stayed in the 4seasons apartments for a week and half. Apartments are spacious and clean. Close to the market square and transportation. Felt very safe (there is a guard at the entrance and whole place is gated). It was quiet and secluded too. Having a cleaning service was an added bonus. We didn't need to worry about anything. We also bought a transfer from and to the airport wich was really convenient. Overall I couldn't be any happier with my 12 day stay and will definitely stay there again.

Good hotel apartment overall. Shouldnt really be called 4 Seasons - might confuse some people. Like others have said there is no elevator, which is not too bad for most. Check in is at 2 and if you get there early like we did there is no where to sit and no one to even let you into the building until 10 am. These hours are not posted on the door. The room itself was great, no ugly purple walls like the photos, which was great. The bathroom was one of the best Ive seen. The towel heater was not working for us, not sure why its there. No shampoo, conditioner, or shpwer gel. Otherwise spacious modern room with high ceilings and everything modern and clean.

I loved Krakow! The apts are located in an amazing neighborhood and walking distanced to Main Market and other great must see sights in Krakow, trains are also close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to see.

The apartment was spacious and very well presented, and very clean.

The building is within a quick walking distance of the main square, where everything is happening.

I would definitely advise this as being a top choice for groups.

Clean and functional apartment close to old town

Very well organised outfit. Within hours of booking they emailed me confirmation and offered airport transfers etc. Would recommend the transfer- it is about 10 zlotys (£2, €3) more than a normal taxi (and they accepted euro cash if you are waiting to change money cheaply in town rather than be ripped off at airport!) but we were met as we came through arrivals and whisked straight to apartment in Mercedes minivan. We were met by Fourseason rep at apartment. Very very efficient! Similarly the return minivan was waiting for us at the front door!
Apartment was exceptionally secure and clean. Quite small but fully equipped if one was not going to take advantage of the amazingly well-priced restaurants (not on the old square though!).

Pros: good equipment/fridge etc. Decent towels, shower. Location under 10mins easy walk- well-lit, to old town. Minimarket, cash machine, money changer (Kantor) (recommended for best exchange rates) 1 minute away. Wifi pretty good once devices managed to login. Warm towel rail and aircon if needed. Very quiet at night.

Cons: pillows like bags of crumbled foam! Satellite TV system not working. Wifi took some time for devices to get connected to www despite finding router immediately.

All in all a good find!

On arrival the apartments were a little smaller than anticipated (booked 2 studios and we probably should have read this better), but very clean and well equipped. Really good to have a balcony that opened onto the garden. All the staff we dealt with were excellent and most helpful. The location was really handy for the main square and easy to find. We booked airport transfers and they were excellent. Shower was great and quality of towels good. We stayed for 4 nights and were delighted that the apartments were so quiet. There is actually a quiet time from 10pm until 6am which is ideal if you are visiting for the tourist attractions.

Organised two rooms for a party of 6 for a Stag Do. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the rooms, more than what we required. Both rooms had amply space, with large sitting rooms, a kitchenette and good bathrooms, not including the decent sized bedroom.

We only saw one member of staff on arrival - I will blame our lateness of check-in for lack of information given - i.e check out, where to put the key, local amenities etc. We had to call the number given for the hotel from our expedia confirmation email to get information about check out. But, they were more than accommodating to our arrival time and they arranged a taxi to pick us up from the Airport. (I called before leaving the UK to arrange this).

4Seasons is located about 10 minutes walk from the Market Square. Access in the apartments isn't brilliant - no lift and stairs are quite steep, so those who struggle might want something a bit closer.

There is a 24hr Kebab shack located on the way into the centre (located on the right - when walking to the Market Sq) that should definitely be visited, especially if you've enjoyed the locale refreshments.

We are already looking at coming back to Krakow and we will definitely reconsider coming back to the 4Seasons.

Upon arrival we found the staff very pleasant and informative, having showed us to our apartment they left us in peace with a contact number if we had any problems (there is no reception).
The apartment was small but perfectly clean and everything we required was there. The only slight issue was we were on the top floor and there was no lift. It didnt bother us but if you are elderly or disabled it would be an issue.
The apratment is very close to the local supermarkets and about a 10 minute walk to the main square, and about 15 - 20 minutes from the main railway station.

Good apartments near Krakow old town

Travelled to Krakow by Easyjet and got the free shuttle bus to the railway station, train to Krakow main railway station(20mins). It is approx a 15/ 20 minute walk to the apartment from the railway station. I was surprised how easy this process was apart from a slight detour to Warsaw due to fog in a Krakow.
It is a lovely apartment which is an ideal base.
The city itself is small, the Old Town and market square are beautiful. We also visited Wawel castle which was interesting. I wouldn't bother visiting the Jewish quarter, we just walked round in circles and didn't see anything of interest.
If you have children I would recommend a visit to Krakow Zoo, it is a short bus ride (20 minutes) from Krakow centre. The Zoo is located in the middle of a large forest. There are lots of animals and extremely cheap.

Warm Modern Comfortable Apartment

We booked the apartment for 8 even though we were a party of 5 & it met all expectations. The owners rang ahead of arrival to check time of flights & offer pick up service.

The apartment was lovely & warm, clean, very modern & had everything needed for a few days in Krakow. Would definitely recommended & will be going back as Krakow was a friendly fun city & the couple of nights spent there was not enough.

Convenient and great value for money

The apartment is in a great location and a bargain at the price. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and friendly. There is a 24 hr supermarket on the corner and you are within 5-10 mins walking distance of old town, Gestapo HQ, main shopping mall, restaurants and other tourist spots of interest. I would recommend you stay here.

I was contacted by text the day before asking about check-in time and offering transfer from the airport which was a nice touch. Was a 15 minute walk from the Station but a 292 bus from the Airport would have dropped us off about 7-10 mins walk away and .Easy arrival process and check-in . Easy walking distance to the Main Square and tram stops about 5 mins walk away . Apartment was not large but good quality and perectly adequate for the 2 of us . Excellent wifi connection and as we were on the ground floor no problems with stairs as others have commented on . At just over £31 a night it was excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again on a future visit to Krakov

apart from the 9 flights of stairs up to the appartment every thing was clean & comfortable.Our fitnes levels certainly improved no need for the a gym after the stairs.!!

Great location, nice staff

Location is great, about 10 minutes walk to city center. Staff is also great, very nice and helpful. Kitchen was fully equiped. The tour company recommended for the hote, KrakowDirect, was also great, very professionals. Some 24 hours groceries close by and also a tram station. Cafeteria downstairs is also good in case you feel lazzy to prepare breakfast by your own. The only down is that there is no lift in the 5 storeys building, not a problem if you do not mind stairs

great room

Once up the 51 steps to the 3rd floor [no lift] we entered a room that was well up to our expectations, clean, large, well furnished with big beds.fluffy towels changed twice a week sheets changed once a week. Kitchen well equipped. and compact.Bathroom with jacuzzi and hand held shower, plenty of room for personal items. Apartment only 15 mins from main squares and market. Would stay there again.

lovely cosy apartment

My daughter and I booked for three nights ,we found the apartment nice and clean and warm which was great because it was minus degrees whilst there. Do ensure you get a contact number before you arrive as it took us an hour to get in and then only by the luck of other guests coming out. It was Easter Monday and the office was closed and we were frozen and anxious in a strange city in what appeared to be a very rough area because absolutely everything was closed on the street due to bank holiday the next day it was like a different city. Great wee cafe right next door and only 5 to 10 mins to the old city centre and all the attractions. Kracow is a beautiful city and this apartment ideally situated to explore it the only real draw back was 8 flights of stairs up ,the young man that brought our keys was very helpful and carried the case up as there are no lifts .

everything about this apartment was OK but there was a few things TV did not work and please make sure you take the address with you most of the taxi drivers don't know where this place is but overall a good place to stay.

Great for families or trips with friends

We stayed in a lovely two bedroom (6 person) apartment with a separate kitchen/dining area. The whole thing was very nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom and was very warm and cosy despite the weather outside. The kitchen area had two halogen hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave/toaster and loads of plates, pans, glasses etc. Although it wasn't mentioned online, the owners had left a little basket of teas and coffee and there was also quite a variety of teas left in the drawers, possibly by former guests.

Minor cons: The stairwell leading up to the room wasn't brilliantly kept, but the same can be said for most shared buildings. The floor was very creaky and I didn't like having separate small duvets on a double (twins pushed together) bed, although some people might like having separate covers. The tv is in one of the bedrooms rather than in a shared room. I was also glad we were two couples instead of three, otherwise one couple would have been sleeping on the sofa bed in the same room as us!

Overall, a really nice place to stay. Very close to the main square (5-10 mins) and a couple of mini supermarkets. The transport arranged through the owners from the airport and to the Salt mine was excellent, I'd definitely recommend using them.

While you're in Krakow, visit Pod Wawalem restaurant for an awesome experience. The food was amazing and cheap. The atmosphere, staff, music, food presentation, crazy portions and enormous beer steins were brilliant.

great apartment in Krakow!

Within walking distance to Old Town.. very spacious and clean.. updated but with some historic charm. GREAT value! Would recommend to our friends! Didn't give it 5 stars because it's not posh in a way that a 5 star hotel would be.. but for the price, location and space.. it was really a great choice!

great for a stag/hen/ girlie weekend

Very close to main market square. self catering apartment so not cleaned/fresh towels etc throughout trip however very clean on arrival. Small water tank so showers can only last for about 2 people (although it sleeps 6) before water runs cold. Building is horrible and no lift although once in apartment it is gorgeous. overlooking gardens, giant balcony and rooms. overall a great stay although not 100%perfect. then again it was very very cheap!

Great value - great location

Had a nice stay at our apartment. Beautiful, new, clean and comfortable. We even had access to a washer and dryer! Great location within walking distance of all major Krakow sights. Only complaint was hard to find the office and So check in was very confusing and nerve racking - had an awesome man from the neighborhood (who spoke no English and I speak no Polish) help me. Great value.

We stayed in a one bed and one diningtom/kitchen apartment. 4 people. there were 2 single beeds and 2 futons. there awas abalcony to the rear of the property. There is no lift at the property which was the biggest downside as we were situated on the 4th floor, Location of the hotel is not the best but was ok.

the owner was very caring and was waiting for my arrival at 3:30am. my apartment was at the 4th floor, no elevator. the place itself was very nice and well maintained, though the floor was not clean. location - 10 minutes walk from city centre

Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, clean and quiet. Walking distance to the main square ( 5 min) in the old town and shopping center Galeria (15 min). Perfect place to stay when visiting Cracow!

Quiet yet central location

It was basically a nicely decorated flat, clean and spacious, within a block of flats very close to the centre. It had everything we needed, nothing was missing, everything spotless, with no disturbance from other guests or tenants. We were on the very last floor (5th) and there's no lift so if you have mobility problems or heavy luggage, think twice.
