An amazing find. The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the standard rooms and there was a small kitchen along our hallway where there was complementary tea/coffee a fridge and facilities to cater for yourself if you wanted to. Upstairs in reception, which is manned 24hrs, there's another kitchen diner where a delightful continental breakfast is served.

It's about a 5-10 min walk to the main square and the trams/buses run along the end of the street. The hotel staff were happy to book tours and tickets on our behalf and organised a taxi which was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and again at the hotel on checkout.

Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again if I return to Krakow.

Cracowdays were very accommodating, they arranged us an airport transfer for 80PLN (£16) and our driver was very helpful. Check-in was at 15:00 but we were shown straight to our apartment at 13:00. We booked the Studio apartment which was clean, in a great condition and had everything we could possible need. The free WiFi was quick and reliable. The apartment was in a great location, just around the corner from a small supermarket and about a 10-minute walk into the old town. We will definitely be staying here again if we re-visit Krakow.

A comfortable hotel in a good location

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, (the floor squeaked!) Breakfast extra (20 zlotys) but good value. Coffee from the coffee machine available all day, likewise tea, biscuits, cake and fruit. A very convenient position, !2 minutes walk to the main square, 2 minutes to the tram stop.
A very enjoyable stay.We recommend this hotel.

Great location, staff were all very friendly and helpful, our taxi transfers to and from the airport were arranged as well as a tour, lots of helpful advice and tips were given. They truly treat you like a guest!

The check-in was very pleasant, we were truly recieved as expected guests and got treated to cherry vodka and cakes while we were signing papers and waiting for our room to get ready. The room had everything you needed and we had access to a small shared kitchen just down the hall. The building was good, location was perfect, reception was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all so kind. We have nothing bad to say about this place!

The receptionists were exceptional. The breakfasts were delicious. Loved the latte and cappuccino. Had we stayed longer we would have made use of the fully equipped kitchen. The location, a few blocks away from the central square, made visiting all the places on our list extremely easy. Definitely would come back here!

Fantastic stay here! The apartments certainly exceeded our expectations. All of the staff who work there were so friendly and couldn’t help you enough. Gave us a very warm welcome and offere us a warm drink whilst telling us information about the hotel / local area. Both the room and apartment block were fantastic. We had access to a kitchen which was very handy! Breakfast on a morning was lovely too. The apartments are only a 15 min walk away from the main square so they’re in an ideal location. Would definitely recommend staying here again. Thank you.

A cracker in Krakow!

We stayed here for 5 nights on our first visit to Krakow. It's only a 15 minute stroll from the centre so well located.
Everything favourable you read about the hotel is true. Really friendly staff, great breakfast and a comfortable bed. They have a kitchen so you can make tea and coffee.
We have absolutely no complaints and strongly recommend that you should stay here.

A wonderful hotel to explore Kraków

Cracowdays is situated in a quiet street which is around 15 minutes walk from the main square. The building can be easy to miss at first as it only has a small discrete sign. Press the door buzzer and climb 1 internal flight of stairs to the Crocowdays door. We were given a personal unhurried welcome around the dining table, (with the bonus of a small bottle of prosecco in the room). The room continues the boutique hotel feel, fantastic for a couples weekend away in Kraków. The only slight issue is the lack of spare sockets to charge phones, but that’s being picky.

It’s worth starting your day by taking breakfast around the communal dining table for around £8 per person, then sharing stories and tips with fellow tourists.

All in all a wonderful hotel for exploring Kraków.

We stayed for 4 nights and found hotel comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Good location next to old town with good tram link to Jewish quarter. Only 2.80 zloty for the 20 minute ride. Breakfast was good. Only negative was the hair dryer which was not powerful nor hot enough.

Wonderful, modern, apartment in peaceful area

The excellent Cracowdays concept incorporates modern, comfortable, bright and well-equipped accommodation within traditional 19th century tenements’ within walking distance of the old town. In some ways it was very similar to our home in Edinburgh. The independent studio, where we stayed, was situated a block away from the main complex of Cracowdays. This lent an additional layer of privacy while reception was only a quick phone call away. On the flip side, an excellent breakfast awaited us every morning in the main building. This was taken around a large communal kitchen table; allowing us to exchange tips regarding the local area, and beyond with staff and guests alike. The service offered by Cracowdays is exceptional and everyone made our stay very relaxing; quite a feat considering our daughter is 5 months old and this was her first proper holiday. There are a few restaurants and a great craft beer pub within 2 minutes’ walk and the tram stop is 30 seconds in the other direction. One final piece of advice. In common with many other places in Eastern and Central Europe the heating is oil immersion. This is superb for the freezing Polish weather. However, if not needed ask reception to turn them off straight away; they take a lot longer to cool down than heat up again!

Great location. The studio was well laid out and very comfortable. All amenities were first class. Breakfast was good.
While it does not detract from the service, parking is difficult if you come by car. There is no dedicated parking with the studio. A 24h parking area is available a block away that worked perfectly. It requires payment but a daily rate is available that is acceptable.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful from the outset; room very large and comfortable, breakfast plentiful and tea/coffee available all day.

A ten minute walk to the Old Town and all the sights. Free walking tour worth doing as you get your bearings and then can go back at your leisure to see the ones that interest you the most. Don't miss the tour to the salt mines as they are absolutely stunning!

Felt like I was in a flat plenty of room. Continental breakfast was great, staff were very helpful & very pleasant. Could have coffee/tea any time (difficult for people with mobility problems as there are only stairs from street entrance to ground floor rooms & 1st reception & rooms, wouldn't suit stair lift). Trips booked without any problem. Organised transfers from/to airport.

Beautiful apartment near the Old Town

Where can we start but to say that Crawcowdays was wonderful!! It began with a wonderful welcome by the taxi driver, whom the hotel had set up, and then the greeting from Sylvia. Sylvia gave us information about the local area as well as wonderful restaurants to try. All of which were delicious. They also set up our tours for us.
Magda on the following two mornings made us feel so welcome and also went out of her way to help organize our stay and sight seeing.
What a wonderful set up this hotel has. We could not have been more comfortable or felt more welcomed! The polish people are so gracious and Krakow is a beautiful and safe city. We truly hope to visit again!!

Our experence was a happy one. It started with the taxi from the airport which we arranged though them. The taxi driver provided fudge, a tourist guide to Krakow and even the wi-fi password for Cracowdays so that as soon as we walked through the door we were online.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped get us a reservation for the restaurant just opposite (which isn't just one of the highest rated in Krakow by Tripadvisor). It was booked solid on the Friday but they we got in on Sunday, and then discovered that Cracowdays guests get a discount! The first floor rooms have a shared kitchen, so one night when we were tired and didn't fancy going out to eat, we just got a takeaway and ate it in there, plates, cuttlery, glassware, bottle openers, everything you would reasonably expect was there. It has a beer/wine fridge so you just take what you want and pay for it later, very convenient and prices v reasonable, they don't gouge you for it. There were umbrellas by the door for guests to borrow and even an Applemac for guest use.
If you order breakfasts then you will find they are buffet style, nothing hot (except coffee/tea/toast) but ample and tasty. The breakfasts are served in the room next to reception, so you sit around one large kitchen table and chat with other guests. I liked the vibe.

Lots of Character

Lovely rooms with lots of character. Located in an apartment block that retains its original features. Room we had was large and very clean and bed was very comfortable. Lots of nice touches such as sweets on the bed each night and there are small bowls of cookies in the kitchen area you can help yourself to and make tea / coffee. The kitchen provides what you need if you wanted to cook yourself something, although eating out is very cheap by UK standards. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was okay and very reasonably priced (about £5.00 pp) however if you had dairy or gluten issues I'm sure if you notified the staff in advance they may be able to provide an alternative. We liked the communal breakfast table as it was nice to speak with other guests and hear about their experiences etc. The apartments are located about 10 minutes walk from the main tourist area but it is an easy walk and lots to look at on the main street you walk along - suggest Karmelas a polish restaurant just opposite park. Hotel arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport as we arrived quite late at night and it was about £15-16. We took the train back as it was just a 20 minute walk from the hotel and single ticket just under £2.00 each and another way of seeing Krakow. Bring your own conditioner, body lotion, shower cap etc. if you use these. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, thought it was good value and would recommend to our friends

One of the nicest places I've stayed (and I've travelled a quite a lot). I was early as I'd come off a night train and they were happy to let me into my room as it was already available. The room itself was nicely decorated and comfortable with plenty of space and felt welcoming. Throughout my stay the staff member I dealt with was delightful. You felt they really wanted to help. I wished I was staying for more than one night!

Charming home away from home

the 24 hour staff at Cracowdays was awesome...they made us feel very welcome and so kindly assisted us with all of our sightseeing plans and questions. The rooms were beautiful with nice views, the kitchen was always a warm place to hang out and have a treat, the vodka tasting was a nice surprise, too! We already miss this charming home away from home.

OMG - LOVE this place ;-)

We arrived from Frankfurt around 7pm and we were received bybthe nicest person ever. She explained the hotel while serving us coffee and cookies (the cookies were an espacially nice gesture). The rooms were amazing. We were tild that once upon a time, when this house was first used, these rooms were the servant's quarters - it was amazing stayibg in this antique home. I would go back anytime (and plan too) - all the shops were walking distance. Only issue .. no parking so we parked a little father down for €20 but it was a 24 hour watched lot so well worth the price. (Interesting note, Poland is not expensive but shop keepers do not all accept the euro so be prepared to have polish Zloty or pay by card.

Wonderful 3 day stay

We had a lovely stay in a twin room for 3 nights. Staff are super helpful and called our tour company to confirm our tour for the following day and confirmed the time they would pick us up. Special mention to Silvia who was just lovely. Breakfast is amazing value and had everything you could wish for. The room was lovely and big and looked over on the back and was super quiet. Couldn't recommend them high enough.

We stayed at Cracowdays for 3 nights in 2 different rooms as we have 5 people. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Staffs (Gosha, Anna...) are warm, helpful and very polite.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. If we have any questions, staffs tried their best to help out.
It is a short distance walking to the main square of the city, and it is in a quite residential area.
Across from the hotel is a small restaurant with nice menu. There are many small shops, cafes in short distances.
if we have the chance to come back to Krakow, we will stay at Cracowdays again

Great hotel for exploring Krakow

Tucked away on a little, quiet side street, this place is a gem. From the outside it is very inconspicuous and one would hardly believe it was the right place without the sign. But inside, it has large, clean, beautifully decorated rooms with high ceilings, excellent beds and a great shower. Cracowdays gave us a peaceful night's sleep and a nice breakfast. From the hotle we were able to explore Krakow from one end to the other on foot, visiting many churches and historic buildings, the Jewish area and the museum based on the site of Oskar Schindler's factory. Just across from Cracowdays is a fine restaurant with an enclosed courtyard where we finished our day. Cracowdays also kindly offered us a cheaper taxi fare to the airport (70 zlotys and not 100 zlotys, the latter being the standard charge).

Amazing boutique hotel close to Old Town square

Krakow was the 3rd step on a multi-city Europe trip. We had booked the hotel a month ago and didn't know what to expect. We had booked it based on the excellent reviews by previous guests. This hotel exceeded all our expectations and needless to say they went above and beyond in every possible way. The staff checked in with us on the day of our arrival to ensure that our room was ready when we got there. They gave us all the pertinent information about where we were in relation to the old town square, where to eat, how to get to places. They were super friendly right from the first moment we met them.

This hotel is different from the other commercial hotels, because this is in an apartment building. They give you physical keys to get into your room, building, the main area. This kind of added a nice touch to our experience because this was really different :)

The staff took care of our every need and treated us super nicely. Pillow candy each day, cookies and coffee in the common area was a nice touch. Will definitely go back there.

Staff very helpful although We reported broken blind in room on first day but it never got fixed so the room remained dark for our whole 3 night stay. Also no tea and coffee in the room but the kitchen is accessible to make drinks.

A great place, with comfortable rooms furnished in a modern and stylish way. Staff were friendly and efficient, and were helpful in booking taxis and a tour to the salt mine (highly recommended). Complimentary coffee and cake on our arrival (and throughout our stay) were very welcome. A short walk from the main market square but it is located near a couple of good restaurants, both of which were recommended by the hotel and offer discounts to Cracowdays guests - one next to the Chinese restaurant across the street has a lovely garden where we had our first meal (NB with 20% off as it was before 4pm) and the pizzeria at the end of the road which doesn't look much from the outside but is definitely worth a visit! We did our travelling around on foot (or taxi when it rained) but there was a tram stop also very close to the hotel.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff

Stayed at Cracowdays while on a trip to visit the sights of Poland. Got stuck in major traffic on the way from Germany into Krakow, did not arrive until near midnight, called hotel, night staff was very accommodating and made things very easy for us when we finally arrived. Rooms was very clean and had all amenities; washing machine, all matter of cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils. It was hot while we were in Krakow and there is no A/C, however, the large ceiling fan in the room was more than adequate. Parking was good if you could find a spot, we were able to find a spot just outside our room but the parking could be an issue. The room itself was not located in the same building as reception, had to walk around the block, no big deal, might be a bit of an inconvenience if you need to contact hotel staff as no phone was in the room to contact staff (had to use personal phone which can be expensive when from out of country). I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone spending a few days in Krakow. Breakfast was amazing.

Beautiful Apartments

Experience at the Apartment was of immense pleasure. I am normally used to staying at Marriott Hotels, as there was not one around i opted for this and this did not disappoint, Close to all attractions, and a short walk to the main square. Was very easy to find after a drunken night out. Recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the centre but not to near.

Very friendly and \"homey\"!

Hotel staff really made this place worth a return visit. The rooms were large and water was hot. Good location although it doesn't look like much from the outside.

Upon arrival we were personally greeted by name and were offered drinks and a snack while we checked in. A small, but very personal touch.

Alexandra was fluent in English, arranged for a transfer from the airport, and was able to help us plan trips at the drop of a hat. She was pleasant and always available to help and offer recommendations.

A model Bed and Breakfast

Perfectly positioned for walking around the centre of Krakow, but in a quiet street. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Our own kitchen if we wanted to cook for ourselves which we did not. Spacious bedroom with high ceiling. I missed the taxi they had arranged to collect me from the airport and took a normal taxi; it was entirely my fault and I offered to pay but they refused, which tells you a lot about them. We will certainly go there again if we go back to Krakow.

Excellent value for money, would highly recommend

Wonderful hotel in every respect. Perfect location, helpful staff, great breakfast, spotlessly clean and a lovely bath with plenty of hot water. My only issue was that our room (at the front of the hotel) was a bit noisy with the main road outside. But in fairness, I am a dreadfully light sleeper and we chose a hotel on a main road!

WE KNEW IT WOULD BE GOOD FROM REVIEWS, BUT NOTHING PREPARES YOU FOR THE REALITY.

ENORMOUS WOODEN DOOR, ENTRY BY INTERCOM INTO GREY UNINSPIRING BUILDING IN TYPICAL BACK STREET BUSINESS AREA - UP TO SECOND FLOOR VIA COLD BARE STONE STAIRCASE TO ANOTHER INTERCOM CONTROLLED DOOR - THEN, ----- INTO THE BEAUTIFUL WARM COCOONED WORLD OF \"CRACOWDAYS\".

WE WERE MET BY A SMILING JOANNA, WHOM WE HAD DEALT WITH BY E-MAIL AND TELEPHONE. SHE CHECKED US IN PERSONALLY, EXPLAINING THE ROOM, FACILITIES ETC. BEFORE PLYING US WITH COFFEE AND BISCUITS WHILE PROVIDING A PERSONAL MINI TRAVEL GUIDE TO KRAKOW AND BOOKING ANYTHING WE NEEDED, RESTAURANTS/TOURS ETC. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.

ALTHOUGH OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED AND DIVERTED THE TRANSFER ARRANGED BY JOANNA WORKED PERFECTLY ALBEIT PROMPTED WITH A QUICK PHONE CALL.

24HR SECURITY AND PASS KEYS TO ALL THE SECURE DOORS, AND A SAFE IN YOUR ROOM MADE YOU FEEL PROTECTED.

WE ENJOYED THE PROVIDED BREAKFAST WHICH SUITED US WELL, BUT THE KITCHEN DINING ROOM IS JUST RIGHT WITH LARGE FRIDGE/FREEZER FOR ANY PERSONAL ITEMS IF YOU PREFER TO DO YOUR OWN THING.

LOVELY DECOR AND SUPER CLEAN.

PERSONAL IPAD PROVIDED & AND PC (WIRED INTERNET) IS AVAILABLE ANY TIME (SHARED BETWEEN 4 ROOMS).
AND NOW, THE ONLY COMPLAINTS - THE WIFI TO OUR ROOM WAS USELESS AND GIRLS NEED WELL LIT MAKE-UP MIRRORS.

10MIN WALK TO MAIN SQUARE GIVES IT AN EXCELLENT JUST OUT OF THE BUSTLE LOCATION.

ALL IN ALL WE LOVED THE PLACE AND STAFF.

WE WOULD RECOMMEND VERY HIGHLY.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to people looking for accommodation in Krakow. The accommodation is located within easy walking distance from Main Market Square. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Character and warmth

Location was great, only two blocks from Tram stop. Good restaurant across street, groceries and bakeries within two blocks. Room was warmly decorated and well appointed. It was warm in Krakow and also warm in the room which did not have air conditioning. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very secure. Had access to a computer and the internet in the hall outside our room. Small hotel that felt more like a B&B.

Great place for Prague Firat-timers.

Location couldn't be better. Arrangements for breakfast fine. The staff is helpful when you need it but not intrusive. This is certainly not a business hotel. But wireless is free and great place for tourists of all sorts.

This B&B is just right. It's on a side street, so not as busy. No elevator, but only 1 or 2 flts up. Great breakfast in a common area where you get to meet other guests.Easy walk to the market square. You can not go wrong staying at Cracowdays. We'll do it again when in Krakow.

Ideal Location and very friendly

My girlfriend and I stayed with Cracowdays for 3 nights. We had one of the superior rooms.

The welcome was very friendly, they make you feel more like a guest in their house. There is a kitchen area from which you can make coffee and morning breakfast (a bookable extra) is served on a large table with all the food laid out as it almost would be at home.

The rooms are very comfortable, lots of space and very cosy beds. the overall layout is intriquiing, lots of style and individuality makes it that bit more than a normal boring room. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great.

The location is 10mins walk from the main square and it has a great cupcake place near by, a restaurant over the road, a supermarket on the main street and the tram stop is also close. It is also in a side road which is very quiet so there is very little noise.

Positives:
Very friendly welcome
Clean and comfortable rooms
Good location for easy access to the centre of town with plenty of local conveniences.

Negatives:
Breakfast was really nice, however you are sat at the same table as other guests. If you like to chat in the morning and don't mind sharing ideas of places to go then you'll love it. Otherwise you may want to give it a miss and find breakfast elsewhere (it's also cheaper to go elsewhere) where you can eat without having the need to converse.

The bathroom door in our room was frosted glass and easy to see through which did mean some lack of privacy. It may not be the same for all rooms

Cracow Days is just lovely!

Booked because it was no. 1 on Trip Advisor - and I can see why. The building is at least 200 years old and has been lovingly restored. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Comfiest beds I've ever slept in.

great place to stay in beautiful Krakow

just outside of the old town, cracowdays is on a quiet street about 10 minutes walk to the main square. its better to stay here, not as noisy as the old town.

welcome was very good. the room was clean and comfortable,double room with a modern bathroom and closet. well lit and quiet at night. the bed was one of the most comfortable i have slept in in a long time.

hotel staff is exceptional, warm friendly and the level of customer service is outstanding. recommended things to do, where to go to sightsee and eat and overall made my stay very very enjoyable.

everything worked perfectly. i mentioned to one of the staff that my shower was draining a bit slow, it was fixed quickly and thoroughly. a nice touch was the computer on each floor free for guests use.

something that was a bit different was the communal breakfast room. you got to meet fellow guests and was quite enjoyable. there is no common sitting area buut in this sort of building that might have been difficult to work.

the rooms do not lock automatically and you have to use a key to get into the rooms on your floor, no big deal really.

in all i loved the 4 days i spent here and gladly recommend this hotel to anyone going to krakow, it is an outstanding place to stay in a beautiful city.

Pleasant stay at Cracowdays

The hotel is located on a clean, relatively quiet street. It is just about 5-10 minutes walking to the \"Old Town\" neighborhood and to restaurants, shops, etc. The actual room was very clean and spacious, had a safe in the closet, towels and toiletries in the bathroom. There is also a laptop available for use in the den area of the hotel, however, we had issues accessing the internet when we stayed there. The young lady running the hotel was very nice, informative about restaurants which give a discount for staying at this hotel, and offered to make taxi arrangments for us, etc. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would stay here again.

friendliness and high comfort, at an affordable price

I just spent four nights at Cracowdays, and they were lovely. My room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The people providing services were very friendly and most helpful. The optional breakfasts were delicious and ample. The location was very good, a few blocks and minutes walk from the center of old Krakow, or Cracow, in a regular Polish neighborhood, populated with regular local people, not tourists, and nearby local businesses. I could not recommend Cracowdays any more highly.

Go now !!

Just returned from a few days in Krakow and this has got to be one of the best places to stay. The staff are the most pleasant and helpful we have ever come across. We emailed them prior to arrival and they arranged for 70 PLN a taxi from the airport. The rooms were very clean and modern, with a very large double bed - lovely. There was a shared kitchen area with everything you needed incl free tea and coffee and fresh biscuits daily.
They had thought of every need of the traveller, incl free internet and even CDs to download your photos.
It is a short walk to the Main Square with plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance.
The only complaint was that it was sometimes noisy at night with very late revellers and it seemed that all the pigeons in Krakow had decided to nest in the house opposite.
Don't let this detract you though, if you are going to Krakow stay here, we loved it - 5*****
