The room was lovely, staff friendly, the property would be a 5 star but they have some issues with internal housekeeping, they only really make the bed and change the towels. No cleaning during your stay, but was perfectly clean when we arrived.

Can’t really comment didn’t make it as flight diverted to Czech Republic so could come only reason gave two stars as I got in touch with hotel to see if a partial refund or even a voucher to stay at a later date but was declined by hotel which I think is a bit unfair

Had a few issues; aircon blowing out cold air and unwanted bugs in the rooms, but dealt with efficiently. The breakfast offer was great but the plum cake was dry . Bed very comfortable. The room only had 2 sachets of creamer which is not enough ! Our original room had a shower area which looked as if it was an accessibility area. I was not prepared for this and it put me off; we were moved to room with a bath which is what I requested when I called the hotel before we arrived

Hotel has a perfect location, very close to old town (for us like a slow pace 15 minutes straight walk from the hotel). The advantage of being located outside of the main touristic area is the quietness, you don't feel noise at night. I didn't feel unsafe walking to and from the hotel to the diff places. I recommend it for sure and will stay there next time I am in Krakow.

Very good service. Breakfast was included in our room rate. The cold cuts and sweets were all good. There was also a breakfast menu to order eggs Benedict etc, at no extra charge. Two mornings we had to leave early and they made up breakfast boxes to take with us. Just two examples. I was very impressed.

This is a lovely hotel to stay in, the hotel smells amazing and is so clean and really lovely. It is in a great location and walking distance to the old town and shops, restaurants. The bed is lovely and comfy and our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. The staff are all friendly and polite and speak good English. We didn’t have breakfast as was up and out but it looked lovely. Highly recommend staying here for your visit.

Breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice and really set us up for the day. The main square was 20 minutes walk from the hotel, if you turn right out of the front door it's a straight road there. An absolutely excellent hotel that made our stay in Krakow so very memorable and special. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable and the quality of food was excellent. We are frequent travellers and would thoroughly recommend this hotel if staying in Krakow. Ideally located for the main square/old town (only 15-20 mins walk) and on the right side for the airport (only 20-30 mins by taxi - depending on traffic).

The hotel was great! Our only issue was the temperature in the room. It was hot enough that we couldn't sleep comfortably, and if we left the window open all night, the trains were too loud. We requested twice that the temperature be lowered and were told it'd be taken care of, but it never was. Everything else was wonderful though.
