I had a wonderful experience staying at Leo Apartments. The location is perfect — close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained.

The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff was helpful and responsive whenever needed. Everything was exactly as described, which I really appreciated.

It felt safe, well-organized, and perfect for both short and longer stays. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leo Apartments Old Town. The room was clean and cosy, and was about a 20 minute walk away from the centre so no issues with sightseeing. Izabella was also a great host. She communicated with us before and during our stay, and was always really helpful. She helped us sort out transfers to and from the airport, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for contributing to our great experience of Krakow!

Walkable, convenient location for getting transport links into the square and/or excursions like the salt mine. Contactless check in was easy and simple to do. Room is clean and spacious. Portable stove top and lots of cutlery/dishes/cooking utensils. Would highly recommend

Amazing stay

Very spacious comfortable rooms. The air conditioners are in excellent condition and cool the rooms very well. The whole flat was recently remodeled. We absolutely loved it.

Very basic room not apartment

Place different then on the photos provided. The room i got was clean but the smell of the cigarettes was horrible 😕 they should band smoim the room or start replacing curtains more often. Another thing is that appartmemts are located on the building where day to day peaple are living normal occupants as in their home. As one living apartment was converted into 3 separate rooms they should state that its not an appartment its a room and the walls between the rooms are very acoustic so you can easily hear people next door. No value for money if i knew its a room i would get normal hotel instead for very same price in better location

Leo Apartments had everything I could ever want for a fraction of the price of a hotel. Everything was very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. It terms of proximity, it was a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Easy. The neighbor was fine. Typical. It was safe. I heard no noise from either the street or neighbors. I highly recommend it.

Great spot, safe and secure. Keep in mind if booking a single room, the chairs,toilet and shower are quite small. I'm not the tallest person in the world and still struggled at times.

Fantastic apartment. I stayed here with my 15 year old son and we had a lovely time. The cake they made (upon request) was honestly the nicest cake I have ever tasted!

The room was cleaned every day & fresh towels provided. I. Couldn’t fault a thing about the apartment.

It was a little walk to Main Market Square, but this was a pleasant walk as there was a few things to see along the way.

Silverfish in shower

had silverfish in my shower and it leaked. AC didnt work (it was 30°c outside) and bed was uncomfortable.
i called about the shower and it wasn't fixed while i was there or offered another room.

Nice enough but a bit disappointing

The apartment was ok but it looked nothing like the apartment in the advert I was expecting something much nicer. It was clean enough, but the condition wasn’t great, there were wires hanging off the balcony which was full of bird poo, electric sockets were hanging out the wall, bits of skirting board were loose off , towels were supposed to be changed each day but no one came in to clean, and no one has bothered to reply to my complaint. The apartment itself was quite noisy, other residents shouting and arguing. It was ok but not as nice as I’d hoped.

Amazing trip

It was an amazing trip got to do and see everything that we wanted. Hotel was in a perfect location nice easy walk to the square. The room was brill nice and big, cleaned and tidied everyday which was perfect. The staff are very helpful and check on you everyday if you need anything or have any questions. It was a great hotel would definitely stay again!

A great location to be in, only 10-15 minute walk from the centre. However, I extremely confused with the facilities listed on Expedia. The property describes a self service breakfast for a charge, when we asked a lady on reception when we checked in, she said there is no breakfast option, this was extremely disappointing as this was a huge reason we had booked this property. The rooms were comfortable and clean but not sound proof from other apartments and outside noise. Unfortunately our television did not work at all and when were in our room, early morning and early evening/night there was nobody on reception. The shower was extremely temperamental and often went cold. Tea and coffee facilities were nice, except we bought milk from the local shop. Would recommend for someone for a short stay but unfortunately would not return ourselves.

The staff leave you alone but help if needed. It was really like having an apartment experience. The old town is fifteen minutes walk away. Very clean and well designed. I did not want to leave.

Lovely room and great communication

Had a lovely stay for 4 nights with the jetted bathtub room. Booked for my partners 30th birthday. Had additional balloons and Prosecco added to our room. Communication was great all the way through. Even though there is no reception as such, it was always so easy to get hold of them for any query. Already looking forward to booking to come back! Not too far from main square either so location was great. Around a 15/20 min walk.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Prior to this we had email communication with the hotel to ensure that our check-in would be simple, and we even had tours booked in advance on our behalf. Hotel also arranged a fantastic airport transfer for the early hours. Excellent hotel. Highly recommended. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We booked our airport transfers and trip to the salt mines,Auschwitz 1 & 2 everything was perfect and Patrick and Peter our drivers were so helpful.
Cant praise everyone enough, weve recommended the hotel to our friends & family. Very enjoyable stay

Clean, well located property, only 10/15 minute walk from St Florian Gate. Modern room and friendly staff. My only suggestion is that when the hotel contacts you it would be useful to give the reception door number to get in through the front door as I had to contact them through Expedia to say we were outside. Apart from that, we were able to leave bag for the day when we departed, but had to take a note of the number to buzz to get back in. The desk is manned from midday to midnight.

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay with Leo Apartments. The jacuzzi was nice after a long day in city. The only negative to mention is the proximity of good restaurants close by...you would have to walk 15mins to get to center. But again we it was our choice to stay

The outside street does look a little scary especially at night time but the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The room we got had a bed that fitted in the corner so it wasn’t the biggest bed. Our big window didn’t have a blind on it so the other apartments could see in!! Wasn’t very private. Other rooms seemed to have bigger beds and a little desk to sit at but ours did not. Was a bit disappointed with this and the ‘balcony’ that is advertised is not worth it!! We didn’t get our coffee sachets replaced during the stay at all. One of the lights in the stairs was broken so it was very dark at night time and was difficult to see where you were going

This is a great place if you're not looking to be surrounded by all the nightlife in Krakow, but still want to get home by 10mins walking from all the hotspots and with all services, drugstore, market and grocery store 1 block away.

Large, spacious, clean and modern room/studio!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. The jacuzzi tub was fantastic, and again very clean. The room was very modern and equipped with all necessities. The cleaner cane each day and did a great job. The location is perfect if you like a short walk into town, the main square is a 10-15 min direct walk which was pleasant. The front desk staff were very helpful.

In part of old town 10 minutes walk to main square
You have to contact hotel to arrange key pick up as there is no reception
Emails sent but no answer received. Had to contact Expedia and eventually spoke to Magdelena and arranged for key and transport from the airport. Also arranged Auschwitz tour with her.All confirmed by email
On arrival no taxi had to find one ourselves
No contact from arranged tour company for Auschwitz tour had to chase it up
Towels not changed or apartment cleaned on first night numerous texts and phone calls to Magdelena and we still didn't get clean towels until the following morning
Overall not the best of experiences

I Enjoyed my stay here but will you !?!

We saw rooms with pictures of Jacuzzi & Washing Machine but gone one without any of them! There was only one category of rooms to book for so it was not like I paid anything less to get a room without those appliances!

Nevertheless the room was really good!
No reception so it’s hard to coordinate your CheckIn if you book last minute!
15 min walk from the Centre!

No lift so it you get higher floors be prepared to carry your own luggage through the stairs!

Great room, very modern and very clean and comfortable. It was however a little too far away from the action for us. Would have liked more shops, bars, restaurants nearby. Having said that I would stay there again.

Leo Aparthotel Old Town

Stayed at the Leo Aparthotel for 3 nights and could not fault the service at all. There is no manned reception but Magdalena was available to us whenever needed and arranged very good tours for us to the Salt Mine and to Auschwitz. A very modern and clean apartment, serviced daily with clean towels and water, a short walk to the main square, very good wifi. All in all the Leo Aparthotel positively contributed to a wonderful few days in Krakow.
