Lovely from start to finish.

Nice welcome from reception. Explained everything we needed to know. Lovely size room, a welcome card from the cleaner and a sweet each on top of the bed. The bed was very comfy, slept well. Breakfast was in an outside room in the garden giving a lovely view. There was plenty to choose from. If going to Krakow would definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel was right in the middle of the tourist area of Krakow. The room was very well maintained with AC and the hotel served great breakfast every day. The only part that could have been better was that there was no elevator and we were on the 5th floor so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Hotel condition is very poor it’s like going back in time 30 years everything is very dated and in poor condition. I paid extra for a room with a garden view as having stayed on this street before the front is very noisy due to trams running on the road in front. This room was also larger. When I arrived I was given a room facing the front of the hotel and didn’t have a view let alone a garden view. All I had was sky lights. Only half of the room was accesible as it was unsafe to acces the bed from the one side die to the low sloping ceiling. Conditions of furniture were also very poor. When I complained about the room was told they were full so couldn’t be moved and was iffered a few drink at a sister hotel. There is no way I would’ve stayed here if I knew this was the room I was getting. Hotel is also very unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or elderly or poor health due to no lifts and difficult access to the property.

Staff was kind, check-in easy. Parking was a challenge as expected. Cost of a parking ticket on the street was the same as overnight parking via the hotel, fyi. Large room. Fan was critical without a/c and provided in the room. Convenient and would stay here again.

This hotel was exactly as it said. Close to Tram Stop and main square all amenities close by. Lovely hotel, warm, clean and friendly. Food at breakfast was great and something for everyone. Only downside was no lift so if you are not good with stairs sorry you will miss out.

The rooms are very big, beds comfortable. We found the rooms to be quiet. There is no lift so being on the 3rd floor and having to walk up 3 flights of stairs after a day of walking was tiring. We arrived early on day one though and the staff did take our cases to our room ready for us to go to our room at the allocated time. The shower was not great as there was not much power to it. The rooms would benefit from a safe and a fridge. The staff were helpful although at times I was not sure if they had taken in what I had said. There is a breakfast area and garden at the back of the hotel which is shared by the Yarden hotel. It cost 35 zloty each for breakfast and it is buffet style so we used this for when we had an early start as it opens by 7.30am. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. All in all we were pleased with the hotel and would possibly stay here again.

Good location for Main Square in the old town. Room was very clean and comfortable, towels changed as you needed.
The reception staff were pleasant but managed to mess up a couple of things - double check everything you've booked e.g. taxis, trips.
We booked a trip from here, it was more expensive, lots of other deals available on line with reputable companies. Packed breakfast was not great for what they charge, I'd recommend to purchase something prepacked and take it with you.

I’ve been here once before, and decided to bring my nan as it was a place she always wanted to go. I knew straight away to book with this hotel which made it my second stay in the hotel, which obviously states how much I like it. My nan on the other hand is a hard one to please (moaner) but she could not say one bad thing about the hotel, and has recommended it to all her friends as have I! Couldn’t get any better if you tried! Keep it up!

Check in was fine. The room was overlooking the garden on the first floor so was quiet overnight. It was on the small side, but clean and in good order. There was tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was large with a decent shower but no bath. I didn't try the breakfast as it's cheaper to eat out. Only two minor gripes. I was on the first floor and people were smoking outside the back door which did float in to the room which wasn't pleasant. On check out I paid by card and it showed in local currency on the terminal. When I looked at receipt it was in GBP so had to pay the rip off bank conversion rate. Not happy about having no choice on this. The location of the hotel is fine. Its a 10 minute walk to the main square in 1 dicection and 10 minutes walk to the main station and massive shopping mall in the other direction. There is also a good tram stop outside going to town and the castle. Overall it was a good stay.

I visited Krakow 19-23 February 2018. Hotel was easy to find in a quiet location just 10 mins walk from the Barbican and Old Town. We were a group of 6 who arrived relatively late in the evening. Rooms were clean and welcoming, with tea/coffee making facilities. One room in particular (16) was spacious, however all were adequate for our needs. Beds were a bit firm for some, and the pillows were a bit soft for my liking however I slept well throughout my stay. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. We did not try the breakfasts as we preferred to walk to the Milk Bar in the morning for Irish Breakfasts, but could see other guests were using this facility. There was a lovely garden out the back and can imagine in better weather it is an added bonus to the property.

Lovely hotel close to the square.

On arriving at the hotel check in was very quick and easy, Viktoria was very welcoming when we arrived. As requested by email I asked for a lower floor room due to having arthritis in my knees and that it what I got although still two small flights of stairs but manageable. The hotel does not have a lift so if you have mobility problems this hotel is probably not the hotel for you. I work in housekeeping myself and found the room was spotless and clean as was the bathroom, and the beds had mattress and pillow protectors which I find necessary in a busy hotel, also had a kettle and beverage tray. The breakfast garden room was lovely and again spotless and clean, there was plenty variety from continental breakfast, fruit, yogurt and cooked breakfast. It is a small place but we found no problem getting a table but did not go down until about ten so might have been busy before hand.

It was clean which to me is the main thing.
Location to shopping centre and main station great.
Bit of a walk to the main square.
We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room wasn't cleaned once. No refills on tea coffee nothing. This was disappointing.
Also on our second day night no heating was on in the room. By the time we got home it was too late for anything to be done about it.

There is a real musty smell in the hotel and rooms also.

Overall it's an ok hotel but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I loved this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the pillows were a dream. The maid even used the towels to make a dog! The shampoo smelled great and the shower had hot water. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good room rate. Ten minute walk from main railway stn (airport link). Ten minute walk into city centre. Room very spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and polite. Printed off my boarding passes (had to re-book due to Ryanair fiasco) and supplied umbrellas during rainfall. Breakfast buffet was superb. Lovely garden. I cannot recommend this hotel and it's staff too highly.

Nice hotel no lift

Zulian is in a good location for walking to the square. Serves an excellent breakfast for about £6.50 . The Staff were always pleasant.

Unfortunately we were put on the 3rd floor and as there were no lifts found it a little tiring. Luckily we were out all day so usually only needed to go upstairs once a day. Ask for a lower floor if needed. there were no groundfloor rooms.

We had a fantastic time in krakow. We pre booked a 2 day trip to Auschwitz/Birckenau and the salt mines, both of which were extremely interesting. A trip around the old town by horse and carriage and the ghetto by go cart was enjoyable.

Nice hotel close to the city center

The hotel called us the day before to departure to check that we were still going in there and to ask which way we would like the beds arranging in the rooms and if we had any special requests.
We had a warm welcome from the receptionist who was very helpful.
The room was clean and well equipped , the beds where very comfortable too.
Our room over looked the main street which had trams travelling down it, we wondered why there was earplugs provided among the toiletries. It was much quieter towards the back of the hotel.
There was a garden that we could sit in if we wished.
Breakfast was more than adequate with lots of choices available.
The staff where very friendly and they organised all our trips too.
The shower was VERY slippery and the bathroom floor was when it was wet.

The hotel location is great close to all shops, and everything you need. The service was great, is 24 hours service, and the staffs are all helpful. I stayed in room 35, it was clean and everything we needed, the only issue is was little bit noisy due to the trams that goes by the hotel. Other than that I recommend it to everyone.

At first I was given the wrong floor and no view. It was on the top floor and no lift. I wasn't happy. The ceiling slopped and we kept banging our heads. I complained and the next day they gave us the room I booked on the ground floor. It was large and spacious. Comfortable bed but lacked anematies. Not enough shower gel. Soap to small. Better to buy what u need. Staff where excellent. Very helpful and polite. I would put this hotel as a three star only. Breakfast=there was a lot of choice but the cooked side was cold. Hoyle arranged trips out for us. Town centre beautiful.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Just got back from a stay over the new year period and have to say this hotel was a great find. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk away from the main market square, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

The only downside to this hotel is the main road can be a bit noisy if you are in a room at the front but ear plugs are provided in the bathroom.

Would definitely book this hotel again if I return to Krakow.

Modern hotel 10 minutes walk from the old town

A modern, comfy hotel near to Krakow's old town. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The room was large and well equipped and the cleaner did a great job each day.Breakfast can be purchased in the nearby Yarden Aparthotel and was good value for money with a wide spread of foods. Be aware there is no lift and the 4th floor was 10 steps up, best to request lower floor if you have anyaccessibility issues....otherwise the climb is great for fitness!

Just had a 3 night stay here and for the price we paid I wasn't expecting what we got it's a fantastic hotel the rooms are beautiful only 2 of us but our room had 2 bedrooms and a sitting area bathroom was really modern with plenty of towels and toiletries even earplugs as our room was at the front and trams passing frequently but didn't bother us, breakfast was next door in the yarden hotel which was a buffet with lots of choice, only 10/15 walk from centre so not far but away from all the hustle and bustle of krakow.

Beautiful hotel, close to Old Town

Great value for money, in a lovely location. We were 10 minutes walk from Old Town and the main square. This was where the main restaurants and shops were so this was perfect for us. We could then do walking tours ourselves. The hotel provided umbrellas for guests, which we took the option to use when it rained a little, this was a lovely touch.

Our bags were carried up to the room by the hotel staff. They were very helpful with any questions we had, and gave us a free city map to get around. We didn't pre-book breakfast but we purchased this per-day at reception. It was served until 11am which is great if you're having a late start to the day. It was a buffet style, with an array of hot and cold food which was really nice.

Our room overlooked the garden, and was huge! Possibly the outside noise may have been louder if you had a city facing room, so worth checking or requesting this before arrival. We were lucky and had a garden facing room without requesting. The room was very clean, the pillows were exceptionally soft and comfy too. The bathroom has two shower heads, one of those with a huge shower head, which was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

There was also air-con in the room, which was perfect for when we arrived as it was very hot. We were on the 3/4th floor, which meant lots of stairs. Unfortunately the hotel didn't have a lift, this was fine for us however worth noting if this would be a problem.

My husband enjoyed the excellent huge breakfast and I was able to get my breakfast of pastry and coffee at one of the three bake shops nearby. In my opinion this hotel was perfect for me:
1. The hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
2. The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes walk to the old town and to the main train station.
3. The room was spotless.
4. For me this is a four to five star hotel.
The Zuliani hotel is excellent, I'm very happy with my stay.

If there was one thing would be air con as it was hot when we were there they do provide a fan in the room. Also breakfast can be taken in the garden apart hotel next door 15plz for that.

Arrived in Krakow, by the time we landed and got to the hotel it was past 2pm so we able to check in straight away. Room was nice and clean, only negative is there is no air con or a fridge (for cold drinks) but you can get a fan from reception and the windows open quite a bit.
We had a room at the back facing the garden and heard no noise from the street eg. Cars/trams.
Garden is nice, clean and tidy. Nice to sit out there when the sun is out in the morning.
Hotel is around a 10 minute walk into old town and market square.
There are a few small supermarket shops up the road from the hotel.

As fotos no site dão uma impressão de que o hotel seria mais novo. Na verdade o quarto é bem grande, porém os móveis são em madeira mais antiga, carpete em todo o quarto e meia parede. Os carpetes estão em em estado razoável e para quem tem alergia não é tão agradável, especialmente por ter um cheiro mais forte. O piso faz bastante barulho então certamente incomoda o apartamento de baixo, assim como o de cima incomodou o nosso. Os aquecedores não funcionavam bem. Não tem elevador e cada andar possui 2 lances de escada. Nao há recepção exclusiva. A recepção atende em prédio ao lado. Há um jardim legal com mesas e cadeiras ao fundo. O café da manhã atende mas não tem muitas variações. Fica próximo à praça principal e tem transporte e restaurantes perto. Creio que com uma boa manutenção, ficará ainda muito melhor! A equipe é bastante atenciosa.

Trevlig långhelg i Krakow!

Hotell med gångavstånd till allt! Personalen var tillmötesgående. Hotellrummen var rena och mycket fräscha och bestod av två rum med 4 sängar, vilket vi inte visste. Hotellfrukosten hade stort utbud med bönmalet kaffe som visserligen var lite svart men om man tog espresso så blev det bättre. Mysigt med innergården och uteplatsen där man kunde inta sin. Frukost. Minus för liljorna i receptionen som doftade väldigt starkt.

Me gusto esta muy bien situado tanto en la estación de trenes como el centro del casco antiguo el desayuno de lujo
No me gustaron 2 cosas, no tiene ascensor cuando bienes cansado de patearte la ciudad tener que subir 85 escalones (nos toco hab. 3a planta)
La segunda tiene servicio de lavandería les llevamos una bolsa de ropa (llevábamos 10 días viajando y utilizamos el servicio) fatal les dimos una bolsa y nos devolvieron la misma ropa lavada tal y como salio de la lavadora super super arrugada por lo menos exijo plegada

Cet établissement est très bien situé. Arrêt de tram juste devant l hôtel mais on rejoint facilement le centre à pieds. Manque un petit frigo dans la chambre et la climatisation. Nous avons apprécié le jardin et la qualité du petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons cet établissement qui a beaucoup de charme.

Petit déjeuner très convenable, la chambre au 4ième étage sans ascenseur!!!! la chambre sous les combles avec deux grands velux sans rideaux, à l'aube vous êtes réveillé!!! l'isolation phonique lamentable; par contre la climatisation très efficace et peu sonore.

Alles was prima, op een perfecte locatie. Op 7 a 8 minuten van het centrum. Enige minpuntje is het ontbreken van een lift. We sliepen op de 4e verdieping en dat zijn 8 trappen. Maar geen reden om weg te blijven van deze locatie. Een aanrader!!

Ligging 10 min lopen vanaf het grote plein, ontbijt was top voor een prijs van 8,50. Kamers gewoon prima voor de prijs die je betaald. Zorg dat je niet helemaal op de bovenste etage ligt (vooral niet bij warm weer) dan is het gauw warm en de kamer was laag/ klein.

Kamer aan de straatkant heeft veel last van verkeersgeluid. Deuren van de kamers maken bij het sluiten heel lawaai.

ポーランドに多いアパートメントスタイのホテル。室内は清潔に保たれていてスタッフの愛想も良かった。エレベーターがないので4階5階は辛いかも。

Appartamento carinissimo con i tutti confort... Consiglio per le famiglie... Pulito... Con una quota di 35 zlotych aggiuntivi si può avere il parcheggio.. Si paga una caparra di circa 100 euro... 400 zlotych.. Se tutto lasciate come era prima.. Senza guasti e macchie sul divano il deposito vi sarà restituito... Personale molto carino.. Disponibile e profssionale

Tranquilo con jardín para desayunar, cerca centro

Hotel a 10' andando de la Plaza del Mercado, muy bien situado y con muy buena comunicación con los transportes públicos. El hotel dispone de un jardín para desayunar y para relajarse a cualquier hora del día. Las habitaciones que dan al jardín son muy tranquilas y aconsejables para un descanso reparador.

Nettes kleines Hotel direkt am Zentrum von Krakau.Man ist null Komma nix in der Innenstadt und auch der Bahnhof ist fussläufig.
Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Citynära med fin trädgård

Utmärkt läge och med spårvagnslinje 18 precis utanför dörren som går till gamla judiska kvarteren. Fin frukostbuffé dock behöver de göra något åt sin kaffemaskin som var en riktig bromskloss. Stort plus för den fina trädgården som vi satt i flera gånger. Dessutom var Krakow en mysig och kulturell stad med många vackra byggnader.

Ihan siisti aperment hotelli. Huoneemme oli viidennessä kerroksia , loman aikana kiipesimme todella huoneeseemme ( 108 rappusta), joka kerta,. Välistä se kävi kunnon päälle. Huone oli siisti ja wc remontoitu.. Jääkaappi puuttuu , jota jäimme kaipaamaan .Suurin ongelma oli äänieristys. Seinän läpi kuului toiseen huoneeseen kaikki äänet, jopa liikkuminen, Aamupala hyvä mutta jotkut asiat loppuivat eikä tilalle tuotu. Paikan sijainti hyvä. Joka paikkaan oli lyhyt matka. Joten emme käyttäneet taksia. Vanhaan kaupunkiin kilometrin verran. Bussi/juna-asemalle 1,8 km . Lentoasemalta pääse hyvin keskustaan junalla hinta 9 slotia eli noin 2,15 € taksilla 19 € ( turisteja huijataan) . Rahan vaihtamisessa kannattaa olla tarkka. Retken ostoja kanttaa vertailla. Yöpyisin paikassa uudestaan.

Très agréable et près du centre historique.

Super accueil. Chambre très confortable et service excellent. On ne nous a même pas fait payer les boissons déposées dans la chambre. C'était offert ! Petit déjeuner anglo-saxon varié et copieux. Le tram est à deux pas. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.
