Booked upgraded room with Queen bed and blackout blinds.... Got a room with 2 singles and 1 curtain which fell down after first night. Staff promised to add a 2nd curtain but only put the first one back up. Rooms look bright and airy on the website but are actual full of dark brown dreary furniture.

Great older building just a few blocks from the main market square. Room 2.2 was huge. The bedroom area was larger than some of our other hotel rooms. Full kitchen with a cooktop, kettle, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Beautiful apartment and location right next to Krakow main market Square. However the rooms did not have Air conditioning or a fan and the windows did not have curtains to cover the sun so the room was like an outpf control sauna. Too hot to spend time in and then at night even with windows open the room could nor cool off.

Decent stay, clea and good water pressure. Beds are single so had to improvise 😁 close to everything. Kitchen allows for basic cooking but we didn't need more. Internet connection is ok but not great if more rooms are occupied.

The place is in a great location but that does bring a bit of noise. A bus stop outside running all night with a lot of bars near by did tend to attract a lot of rowdy passengers outside the building. The beds were ok but one of the single beds was terrible. Just could not be used due to springs popping thru the surface. Others were a little grubby but nothing too serious. Overall the experience was good for the price. We would stay again but will check the beds before taking a room. Also had to ask for extra pillows as only one per bed. Lively old building. Krakow is fantastic, clean fun and bustling with life. Great spot.

Stayed with my family for two days with Red Brick and everyone greatly enjoyed the stay! The reception was friendly and helpful, the rooms were vintage, clean and very comfortable. Galeria Krakowska shopping mall is less than 5 min away and Stare Miasto is just a few minutes walk from the property.
(On the side note, the smell of curry mentioned in previous reviews was still present as of July 31. However, we did not find it bothersome at all, as it was mild and confined to the lobby and the staircase.)

Overall the facility is on good conditions, well located, good service and facilities average. Main feedback is that liquid bath soap was not as good as expected from other average hotels on smell standpoint, we had to buy our own, besides the strong smell of curry all over the hotel and rooms from restaurant side to hotel all day long or might we were just not lucky.

Firstly let me start with the positives... Red bricks is in a great location for both historic Old Town and for shopping entire too. Also the staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. However, the apartment was not as described or pictured on Ebookers app. I fully appreciate that Red Bricks doesn't offer daily cleaning unless requested but the apartment we were in needed and should've been cleaned better before we arrived. Also the amenities were either broken or not fit for purpose. For. Example, the towel rail in bathroom was so dirty you wouidnt want to put a towel on it. The shower has no fitment for having the shower head above your head and also the shower screen is not fitted properly, plus there are broken or cracked tiles a D that's just 1 room. Moving onto other rooms, For some.bizzare reason the wardrobe is in the kitchen /dining area where 2 single stained chair beds are, the dishwasher had a sign on stating.l it was out of order. Thr kitchen did have the necessary basics of cutlery., dishes, etc. But again all needed a clean. Moving onto the bedroom, where the TV was, a double was 2 single beds pushed together with the worst matreses I've ever encountered., far too soft and lumpy and also.not.clean whatsoever. The apartment was also super hot so it.was.good.to.have a fan but this would at times make an.awful noise. I personally feel the apartment we were in needs a deep clean, a lick of a paint. It is not somewhere I'd stay again sadly.

One of the very few place with a lift . Reception is directly across the road very easy to find . You can also contact them directly from the Apartments by phone . Second stay will definitely be back

Red Brick Apartments have a perfect location - a short walk from the train station and from Old Town. While the building is older (and beautiful!) the inside of the apartment was modern and clean. There's plenty of room and also a full kitchen if you'd prefer to cook instead of eating out. Although the check-in desk is in a different building, it is right across the street, and it's open 24/7, which is handy for a late arrival.

The apartment was huge. The main bedroom had a king bed, however one side of the bed was against the wall. There was also a table with 4 chairs, a couch and a desk with a desktop computer.
One drawback, if traveling with more than two people or with children, is to get into the main bedroom, you need to walk through the other room. Could be awkward with two couples traveling together.
The room could also use some blackout curtain. The first morning the room was so bright I thought I had left the lights on. It was the sun shining through the curtains.
The front desk is not in the building. Trying to find the office on a dark rainy evening to check in was a challenge.
The location to the train station, a large shopping mall and the old town area was fantastic.
Knowing where to go to check in and even with the lack of blackout curtains, I would stay here again.
One drawback, if traveling with more than two people or with children, is to get into the main bedroom, you need to walk through the other room. Could be awkward with two couples traveling together.
The room could also use some blackout curtain. The first morning the room was so bright I thought I had left the lights on. It was the sun shining through the curtains.
The front desk is not in the building. Trying to find the office on a dark rainy evening to check in was a challenge.
The location to the train station, a large shopping mall and the old town area was fantastic.

The location of these apartments is second to none. Less than 10 minute walk from train station giving access to wherever you want to visit. Excellent bmrestaurants and bars on your doorstep, one not to be missed is Fiorentina just off the Square.

Good accommodation option for Krakow
We stayed for 4 nights during a heat wave and lack of airconditioning impacted on us. Two fans were provided but it was very hot. The apartment provided all we needed. Close proximity to Galleria Krakowa provided access to supermarket, a luggage store when we needed something, fast food etc. Great position. But the number one for this accommodation were the extremely helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help us. Bright, intelligent women, especially Paula who made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and a 5 minute walk from the train station. They help our luggage both before we checked in and after we checked out. There were cooking options in the apartment, and a laundrette 5 minutes away. Close to the main centre but a little outside so it was a bit quieter at night.

Fully set kitchen.They had made dinner reservations to an authentic restaurant just around the corner that was wonderful. Helped with other tour arrangements. Breakfast is available close by for about $7.

Red brick is superbly located, only a couple of minutes walk from both the main train station which is only 17 minutes from the airport itself, and only a couple of minutes from the main square. Staff really helpful just ask and they will do their best to help you out, will definitely stay here again.

Huge apartments for a comfortable stay
We had a great 4-nights stay at Red Brick Apartments in mid October. Our 1 bedroom flat was HUGE, very clean and modern. Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful...all English speaking. While apartments are serviced daily that usually just meant taking out the rubbish and not much else...but we were ok with that. Kitchen was well equipped with all that you might need (only thing is no toaster)...even had a capsule espresso machine and hot water kettle. Apartment was toasty warm despite cold evenings. There is a huge shopping center just a block away (Galleria) with a full-sized Carrefour supermarket so you can get all of your groceries...plenty of shops/cafes/restaurants all within just a few minutes of walking. The old town is just a 10-12 minute walk away. Also...great WIFI in the unit (seriously!). Would definitely recommend and we'd happily stay there again.

The apartment-hotel was in an excellent location, 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the entrance to the lovely Old Town. We arrived exhausted after an overnight train trip from Prague where only uncomfortable seats in crowded compartments were available (book well in advance!) - but we had let the hotel know of our early morning arrival and they were able to accommodate us many hours before check-in. The desk staff was always friendly and helpful, e.g. recommending the most atmospheric nearby restaurant (Jarema) and making telephone calls for us. The apartment was a bit drab but had everything we needed - and more: the extra bedroom upstairs - would be excellent for a family.

These apartments have a central location - 5 mins walk to the market square and 5 mins to large shopping centre which contains big supermarket for all you needs. Apartment was roomy with small kitchen area . We were a party of 3 and bedroom had 2 singles and double sofa bed. Would have scored top marks but sofa bed wasn't too comfortable'. Free wi fi was a bonus. Take care in hot months and take a bug repellant as we were all badly bitten whilst in krakow. Also take care on local buses and make sure you validate ticket in machines or you will be fined. Bus to salt mines stops outside apartments.

The hotel is centrally placed. The apartment was relatively spacious, with sufficient amenities to live out of for a long time if necessary. Good cooking facilities (electric stove, pots pans and cutlery, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker) large spacious bathroom, large spacious bedroom. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast (other than your own kitchen) included should you not want to cook or prepare your own breakfast. There is a restaurant next door however and for a fee of 25 slote paid to the red brick hotel you can get a good hearty breakfast. I enjoyed the centrality of the hotel - very close to the main square and very close to both the train and bus stations. Very close to the large Galleria Shopping Centre for all your shopping needs.

Our Red Brick apartment was so comfortable and spacious we extended our stay in Krakow to relax before taking on Warsaw and Berlin . We had arrived by train and easily walked to the apartments; location is also near old town and we were able to walk everywhere during the 4 days we were there.It is near the Barbican, city walls, central square, local produce market, bakery, bank machines, train station, castle, and numerous restaurants. My only suggestion would be to have staff learn a little more about restaurants in the area to suggest.

This hotel was perfect for rail travel. Only 5 minute walk to station. Very spacious rooms. To get to Old Town just had to walk down the steet. Tour office just around corner. No restaurant so need to cook your own or eat out. Many places to eat. Galleria just down street and you can buy anything. No air conditioning so got warm when temp outside went up. Bus just outside door.

Red Brick delights for Krakow
We decided to go to Krakow for New Years and wanted somewhere that we could spend time in - in case it was freezing cold! Red Brick Apartments were perfect - great location within 5 mins from town and close enough to a good supermarket to get lots of cheap but tasty food and booze for breakfast, snacks and evening drinks! The service was great and they even gave us a comlimentary bottle of fizz on NYE. Apartment was cleaned every day and we got free internet to play music on in evening! Only minus was that the double bed was two singles pushed together but this is a small point. Facilities were spot on, modern and appartment was really spacious too. Thoroughly recommend it, we were able to bob back to the appartment when it had got a bit nippy whilst sightseeing, perfect!
