Just a short walk from the main square, right next to a big shopping centre as well, nice bakeries/ food spots near by. Room could’ve done with more amenities, we had washing up liquid and plates/glasses etc but nothing the wash them with or dry them with. Had two small square pillows on the bed so would’ve been more comfortable with more, cleaners on the day of check out were very loud

Very well located, near the Central Train Station and Galeria Krakowska (less than 10 minutes walk).
Clean and comfortable apartment. The washing machine was very useful.
The self-check-in was very easy and we were able to store our luggage at reception after check-out.
I recommend it.

Very conveniently located, just a short walk from the main station. Clean apartment and comes with all required amenities. The beds are a bit soft, but we're okay with that. The support team was available via whatsapp which was a big advantage. The instructions to checkin were clear. The office is on the same floor where there is a facility to keep luggage in opening hours. Recommended for a stay, especially if ur coming with family

Dommage, il n'y a pas de rideau dans la baignoire donc on met de l'eau partout, le matelas est un peu mou à mon goût et pas de lessive pour la machine... j'ai passé un bon séjour et Cracovie est magnifique.

The location was great! Lots of food and ahopping options. Very close to the train and bus stations. The room was modern, but it was not very clean. There was dust on every surface. The walls had little particles of food on them. Like there was a kid touching them after they ate but no one cleaned it for the next guest. The stay was ok. Modern spot close to everything, but not that clean.

Staff were efficient in their communication and the facilities were in place to start my holiday very promptly (check in instructions etc key pickup) location was very good with taxi ranks,trams, buses and e scooters very close nearby. Food and groecy shops also being very close as well.

I would like to say that my stay was very nice! You need better instructions on where to pick up the key and the location!
The area were this apartment is located is amazing. There’s so many places to go and travel and walk around.
It’s near the mall it’s walking distance to town. I felt safe because there was security downstairs.
It was a great stay just a few issues. Other than that I would stay here again.
Next time I want a balcony

I stayed in the apartment with the red kitchen, and that was all accommodating.
I wanted to say the mattress on the floor it’s literally on the ground is not a good place to sleep that is not a comfortable mattress and it’s impossible for me to get up from almost the ground. People have disabilities and it’s impossible to get up from ground!
I did not sleep on that bed because it was not comfortable! Please change the design of the bed! The mattress should not be on the floor.

The property was very well kept clean and comfortable. We had just little problem with the excess code as the buttons were not functioning properly. The only problem was the air con was outside the bedroom so we had to leave the door open to make it cool. The reception we could not find but they replied prompt to the queries. So it was good as we stayed short period. I would rate it good.

クラクフ中央駅（駅にショッピングモールがあり、カルフールも入っていました）から近く、とても便利でした。
少し古い感じはありますが、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、エアコン、バスタブがあり快適に過ごせました。
4泊したので、バスタオルは２セット置いて欲しかったです（洗濯しても乾かないので）。掃除機も置いて欲しいと思いました。
何か問題があっても、すぐに返信がくるので安心です。

Hello,
I think the hotel and place are incredibly good. I really liked the fact that it was so close to the train station and the old town. I am on a special dietary level, so I was so happy that I could cook for myself. The washing machine is very handy too.The only thing which I would suggest is the cleaning situation... definitely if someone stays there for more than 3 days - the bath towel should be changed .. and we didn't know what to do with a full bin bag ..
I would definitely recommend the place !!

Det var 2 gode værelser med alt det man skal bruge. Indtjeningen var lidt svær da det var umuligt at finde en parkeringsplads. Samt at receptionen var ét andet sted end der stod. Hotellet burde anbefale at man lejer plads i parkeringskælderen,hvilket vi også gjorde. Men ét dejligt sted med god plads,dog var sengen ikke for god.stedet ligger centralt i Krakow så kun ros herfra.

We reached out to the property to see if we could leave our stuff with them before check in and they were very accommodating. The apartment was located across the street from the train main station which was very convenient. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square which wasn't bad. The main station had a full mall attached to it so you had access to stores if you needed and there was a small grocery store nearby. There were also places to get food around the property although it was mostly \"fast food\" type. It was very safe with a security gate and on-site security in the building. The apartment itself had everything you could need. A washer and drying rack, a dishwasher, a fan, iron and ironing board, as well as the usual kitchen items. Overall, great stay.

We had a great stay at Turnau City Aparthotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a short city break. The location was convenient, close to shops, transport, and local attractions.

Check-in was a bit tricky at first since there’s no front desk when you arrive, but the staff were very responsive. They replied to emails promptly and were just a phone call away whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Once we got settled in, everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay.

location is great easy walk from the train station, check in instructions easy to follow and understand. The only trouble was the light above the unit door was blown the the numbers on the lock box very hard to read even with iphone light on it, apartment was spacious had requested twin bed but the second bed not made up. The door handle to the outdoor patio broken and fell off unable to use and while the map said there was a reception desk in our building there was none I could find to report it. Washing machine does not have dryer function, also of not no microwave in the kitchen or toaster

We were booked in for 7 nights and left after 4. We booked into a different property for the remaining 3 nights.
The flat contained absolutely no information at all not even where the reception was, the tv didn't work, the exit onto the balcony was too high, we had 1 hand towel and when we asked for another it took a 2nd visit next day to get it. But the killer was the bed, it was like lying and sinking into a souffle and trying to climb out
in the morning after having no sleep. It was 4 nights of hell. We eventualy got to the stage were we had to leave.

Location is great, unit is a nice size. However unit needs quite a few upgrades to make it comfortable eg better mattress, better sound proofing, more supplies in kitchen eg Pan, better maintenance, reliable WiFi and more standardized features eg air conditioning only available in some units and bed sizes differ. This is a function of supply of units being quite different. You can end up with a great unit or one that’s a miss. Makes for an unpredictable expertience

Good sized studio apartment. Great location. Good access to buses, trams and the main train station.
Coffee shops, shopping centre and food options all close by.
Apartment had a few initial problems (toilet cistern took 20 minutes to refill, showerhead was useless) but helpful office staff got these problems rectified quickly.
Bed had 2 slats missing which were not replaced but we moved them to an area of the bed that didn't affect sleeping too much.
Bathroom could be cleaner.
In a 6-night stay, nobody changed the towels or topped-up the toilet roll.
But even after these small negative points we would definitely stay again due to great value for money.

One unfortunate thing, we have never received the passcode to enter the building. But it was easily resolved by calling the reception on the phone.

This was a really nice 1 bedroom apartment 2 minutes from the main railway station which has a massive shopping mall on top. 10 minutes walk takes you to the Old Town which is really pretty, especially at Xmas.
There were a couple of niggly omissions which if resolved would make it even better.
There were no tea towels to dry crockery and cutlery. On addition there were no bedside lights in the bedroom which would have been useful when reading in bed. Neither of those were deal-breakers but, just a suggestion going forward.

Excellent location. Next to tram station and metro station and walking distance to visit centre. Perfect location and you can pretty much get to anywhere in Krakow from there. Also nice apartment feel with spacious room like a studio apartment with kitchen. Big tv and excellent air conditioner. There is also balcony and you can open balcony door for fresh air. Shower drain is a little bit blocked or slow to drain water I did mention it to them but not sure if anyone fixed it. The staff are good and flexible if you make some requests. The pillows however are very thin. Room gets cleaned and given new towels on average every 2 days but not everyday which is standard in apartments. Apartment is in very modern building near the main business district and big shopping mall and supermarket. Overall it's great value and would stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful! Building was situated a 10 minute walk to the main square, with bars, shops and cafes along the way. Easily accessible for taxis. Room came with amenities such as a hairdryer, iron, wardrobe with hangers, kettle, cutlery etc. Overall fantastic stay, would highly recommend. And would definitely stay again if we return to Krakow.

The place was very nice, very convenient to Old City and to the train/bus station. The breakfast was fantastic, and did for lunch for us as well. I marked the comfort down just a little because the bed is a bit low and the toilet a bit high for total comfort, and they gave us 1 small pillow and 1 large towel each. The instructions for getting in were confusing (and wrong: they said the box was on the left when it's on the right--and there are boxes on the left once you get inside!) Other things that I liked: there was plenty of hanging and counter space in the bathroom; there were enough padded chairs around the table; everything was clean (I usually start by washing the dishes in a fully-equipped kitchen because you never know how they were washed); the kitchen contained everything we needed for the few days we were there; the staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast coffee was brewed (and there were options of hot choc or tea); the place was quiet and secure; there's a small supermarket-y kind of shop just around the corner.

The location is great as it is quite central.
Items provided in the kitchen are bare minimum. 1 frying pan and 1 pot. No shelves in the fridge. No dish clothes, hand towels, bath mats. Bedroom has no extra pillows. Heating not working. Door to balcony was extremely noisy.
The manager didn't make contact until the day we landed. Assuming I had access to emails and emailed me instructions. No contact on the VRBO app so what's the point of being on the app.

There were a few items of TLC that needed to be done, I.e. part of the skirting was missing.
We did send a message regarding breakfast and checkout while we were there, but never received a reply.
When we arrived, we go had no prior messages regarding gaining access to the building or our accommodation, so had to ring.
I did eventually find a message sent at a time when were were flying, even though I had previously advised we would arrive after their reception was closed.

The property itself it’s great. An apartment in a GREAT location, very clean and organized, equipped with stuff for a medium-length stay, quite comfortable.
I’d recommend, however there’s two things:
Finding the place to pick up the keys was confusing (especially as I had just arrived after 24h of travel) so maybe they can find a better way to do so? And the second one was the lady who cleaned, so impolite and rude that I actually asked her not to come any more (only cleaned once). I think guests deserve a bit of respect.

Really enjoyed my stay, nice touches in the apartment and was well set up! Easy to get into and instructions for check in very simple. The tv only shows polish channels which was a pity, but the WiFi was great so I just watched things on my phone.

The WiFi is a party necessary of my job, I rent this hotel because of that and conform, if you are a traveler and need WiFi to keep communication this is not the hotel for you, I never have connection and went to reception twice asking to fix it, then answer was that is not them problem and that the next day someone will fix it, they tell me the manager was going to give me a discount for the issue in my check out and the manager say she wasn’t going to do that

Amazing location. Short distance to Galleria Krakowaska, old city and plenty of restaurants.
Not to happy with the bed, it had a very very hard matress and the sofa in the living room
were worn out and not comfortable to sit it.

Great location and overall apartment, but we paid for a 2 bedroom with 2 x double bed. We only had 1 double, the other had a single bed with a pull out underneath which meant our friends could not sleep in the same bed and the one had a poor quality pull out bed. No bedding on either, when we mentioned this after checking in they said they would fix but instead just dropped off a bag of linen and left it at that. Poor customer service

Lovely modern apartment with everything you need.
Would of liked roomservice to chsnge towels regularly though . Had to go to reception and ask for clean towels

Very convenient

Room was a bit small but still modern and comfortable with a washing machine. These apartments areconvenient to everything including huge department store, bus and train stations very close by.

We are absolutley thrilled with our choice. The apartments were spacious, modern and clean. The reception staff were fantastic, warm and welcoming. The only downside was the rooms are very hot however they have done their best to combat this by supplying large fans in each apartment.
