It’s a fine option if you need a cheap place to stay for the night. It’s in a central area. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was dated but decently clean. I’m deducting stars because there was a strong odour in the bathroom which intensified when we ran the water. However, for the price, there isn’t too much to complain about. As a bonus I found the bed to be very comfortable despite being old and having a worn down appearance.

Awful shower - squirting in 2 directions completely broken. & the shower holder was broken so had to hold the shower by hand.
Very uncomfortable bed. Would not stay here again.
Only perk was the location.
Curtains were completely see through. And radiator was broken.

A convenient location for short stays

A great location and safe neighborhood; a block from the train and bus station (it is quiet at night). Fast internet, luggage storage, and a central courtyard and restaurant attached to the hotel. (I had a beer and snack there after I arrived in Krakow). A short walk to Old Town and near many cafes. Not a luxurious hotel, it is the same as the pictures, but a good option if you arrive late or need to leave early via the train station.

Rooms are in a rather tired building but reasonable. Clean and with adequate room to shower. Bed linen a bit limited in type (heavyish doona only and large pillow) but possibly ok for most people. Staff very accommodating and pleasant (better than some of the neighbours) and position near stations for buses and trains excellent.

Not a good facility

The staff are very nice, but the rooms are of a very low comforet level for the price. The bed is like an old wooden youth bed, and you can hear everything which is moving or talking in the whole building.

Overall, the hotel was ok - I feel your website flatters the property as in reality, it was very basic indeed. But I rated it TERRIBLE because it was almost impossible to sleep in the property due to the inadequate curtains over the windows. They only covered 70% of the window, and let floodlight pollution in from the station; when the dawn broke the problem was worse. Impossible to sleep.

I loved how this was right outside the bus and train station, and also the mall with all the restaurants.
It is in a very convenient location and very easy to check in to. My single room was very clean and comfortable, and throughout my travels back and forth to and from the east, I will most likely stay here considering it has everything I need, and the train station is literally right there.

Great Location Next to Bus and Train Station

Great Location next to bus and train station. Friendly Staff. Coffee and filtered water available near front desk. Luggage storage available near front desk. No elevator. Hotel has 3 levels. No air conditioning. Room has heating unit. Hot water shower. Clean sheets. Old but clean towels. Mattress needs to replaced as it provides no support and will cause back pains. Room 210 smelled of cigarette smoke due to the window being opened near the smoke area of the balcony. Outdoor patio on ground floor.

En relación con el precio el lugar es excelente x q está literalmente frente a la estación de autobuses con acceso a un centro comercial enorme y bastante conveniente, a menos de 10 minutos del centro de Cracovia. Así que eso lo hace fenomenal, lo único q no me gustó es q no tiene tele, las condiciones de las camas son muy malas y la ventana de la puerta no tiene cortina así que si alguien pasa te ve … yo solo lo usé para bañarme y esperar mi bus q salía a las 12:30 am y cumplió muy bien la función.

Suitable option for them who arrive to Krakow Central station, 4 min walking. Front desk working 24 hours. I’ve arrived late night and was able to check in without problems. But rooms have really old interior and facility, I’ve use the room a couple hours between the trips, so it was not important for me.

Great property for the money. Some rooms better thatn others. Send a note requesting lower floor if you have lots of luggage, as there is no elevator. Nice little restaurant next door, off the courtyard. Pizza and beer. Staff at hotel are kind, helpful, speak english well. Order the delivery breakfast! Overall a great place. Stayed twice

My stay was short but amazing. The hotel is well located, near the train and bus station, some restaurant and bar arround, super market near. Taxi just in front of the hotel. This made my stay amazing because i didn't have to walk a lot for food or shopping.

A good, comfortable stay at hotel

Very happy where we stayed. We had an ensuite toilet and shower room. Had a kettle and cups. Comfortable bed and even though our room was at the front where there is a restaurant bar and where taxis park with waiting for people coming from station, the windows were double glazed so heard nothing when closed. Clean. Helpful staff on hand at desk. Asked to use a hair dryer that was available at desk. Overall a good comfortable stay and good location near a park and only a twenty minute walk to the old town of Krakow.

The property is not as advertised, the rooms are disgusting, there are plug sockets hanging off of the wall, curtains that don’t cover the window, locks on the doors additional because the original one doesn’t work and holes in the door. The walls are dirty with flakes of paint missing. I would not advise booking this hotel, this completely ruined my stay, complete lack of sleep and poor room conditions.

Not too happy with the cleaners making lots of noise from 7am. Some of go away to rest you know. One of serving staff during breakfast a bit surly and miserable. Apart from that room was small but clean reasonable value for the money paid.

Bush telegraph available instead of wifi.

WiFi not working on checking in, was told it will be fixed, not done by day 2 afternoon and told they will chase up, still no access by the evening and I wanted compensation for the non access, told to ring up a manager to ask for it as she does stay on site. Staff were pleasant and did their best. Both they and the customers are let down by management, a good example of how not to run an operation, but do they care?

It's exactly what you pay for - not exactly luxury but a decent place to sleep that's in a very central location, not even 15 minutes away from old town. For me, it was a good alternative to a hostel, as it offered a bit of privacy and a basic place to sleep at night. The hotel staff were extremely helpful though, and were able to help me with all of my concerns. But again - if you're looking for a luxury hotel, this is not the place for you.

Excellent location; next to the rail and bus stations, the main shopping mall, and in 10-15 minute walking distance of the main square. Despite being close to transport hubs, it felt very safe in the area (as did the entire city). Always taxis nearby (though Uber is a far cheaper option, with 10zl taking you accross the city in a few minutes). I found that the walls in the bedrooms were quite thin, and it was easy to overhear conversations, movement, or the TV, in the next room. I was in a single room. It was very frugally decorated, which was fine, as I only wanted a place to sleep at night. The ensuite was very small, but absolutely fine for a solo traveller. There is a TV, but all channels were in Polish (would have appreciated a BBC or CNN international news channel). Overall, this hotel was very convenient, and affordable, with friendly staff, and I would happily return.

Very close to the main train & tram station

I choose the accommodation because it was fairly cheap. The room was what one that I guess matched the price, but was still a little surprised at the small size of the room, I neglected to realise that it was a shared bathroom, my fault, but as it was shared with only two other rooms, it wasn't inconvenient at all. It was surprisingly quiet. When I travel, all I really require from an hotel is somewhere to sleep, so this did it adequately. The room was clean, the beds comfortable for me. My only real gripe was at the very end of our stay, after we vacated the room I need to use the bathroom, I am 60 with slight medical problems that requires me to urinate more often now, but the reception informed me that they didn't provide a public bathroom to do so, obviously for me, very annoying. The reason for my low ratings.

The hotel photos are of their very best rooms. The other rooms are less nice, but not atrocious. Location is great, short walk to old town and very convenient to train and bus service. The worst was the restaurant that shares a footprint with the hotel. A separate business granted, but they were so disrespectful and difficult it tainted our experience. We were told we could not have other food or drink on the premises, even in our room. And I was verbally reprimanded for talking in the courtyard with carry out food in my hand I intended to eat with my family in our room. Very rude and strange. Overall this experience was just a little less than expected, but not terrible for the price. I think I will look for somewhere else on my next trip.

Only thing good about this hotel is the proximity to the train station. Old town is a 10 minute walk.
Other than that, this hotel is not that appealing. Only one person appear to be very friendly at the front desk, others do not even have a smile and quite unfriendly.
A good place for the location for sure.

Needed to find somewhere to stay quick as the original hotel was awful. This was cheap and easy to get to. Next to train station and only 15 minute walk to old town sqare. Room was clean and fairly comfy. The only downside was the shared bathroom ( didnt notice this in description when we booked)

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of my Poland trip. Very good location, 2 mins across road to Bus station and about 3 mins flank to reach the main entrance of the bus station, a few more mins to train station and another few mins to Galleria Krakow before crossing the road towards the Old Town. Hotel Area around reception and hotel rooms feels kind of archaic but the single room allocated to me was clean, spacious, proper with mounted TV and a wardrobe. Being a hotel, it is not a place to meet up with travellers even there is a garden pouch as the common area.

My partner and I stayed for 4 nights and were very happy. The room was large,airy and clean.Tea and coffee and kettle in the room .Free Wi-Fi and water . The beer garden was a bonus with nice cheap beers on offer served by lovely staff.Pizzas were lovely. Excellent location and would definitely stay there again.

Great place for great value

It's not the flashiest hotel but for the price that I paid the single bed and the service was excellent. I'm quite happy with it. It's literally just outside krakows main bus and train station. There's also a big shopping mall and supermarket inside the same complex as the train station. The main old town area is a 10-15 minute walk away and is easy to navigate. The reception staff especially Larysa were absolutelt lovely and very helpful! Thank you, I really liked my stay in Krakow

Stayed in Station Aparthotel for twice. I will go there again just because of it perfect location particularly I arrived Krakow late and left during mid-night by bus. The staff is friendly. However, the room was a bit stuffy and toilet was smelly. It is totally fine if you just stay there for 1 or 2 nights. You get what you pay for.

we loved the location of this hotel as it is right across the road from the main bus/train station which was super convenient for us. There is also a huge shopping center attached to the train station. It was also really easy to get into the old town, you just walk through the train station and shopping center and you are pretty much there. Staying out of the old town meant we could find some nearby local restaurants that weren't so expensive and probably better food! The hotel itself is just okay. It's a bit of a strange layout and all rooms are accessed outside so in the winter it was really cold in the room. The room was clean and comfortable though. I would probably choose somewhere a bit nicer next time, but for the price it was pretty good.

Room was basic but satisfactory for short stay. No room cleaning or clean towels while we stayed, would have appreciated this at least in the middle of our stay. Good location if you don't mind a 15 minute walk to the old town and other attractions. Food and drink were reasonably priced and nice little restaurant/bar across the road from the hotel which did cheap but good quality food and drinks. Reception staff were friendly and always happy to help.

Hotel is within stones throw of the central station and a pleasant short walk from Krakow Old Town. Highlights: excellent value, staff are flexible and very helpful, beds are comfortable. Downsides: no en suite and on a minor need of upgrade/redecoration. One thing I would change: routine offer of replacement towels. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

Dreadful Decision

First let me say that I generally like to leave positive reviews because I know how important it is toward the success of the hotel. That being said, I've been traveling for over 20 years during my life, and this was the worst place I've ever stayed. That includes some really seedy motels and motor lodges in the U.S. The room smelled like when a person's basement gets flooded and then is pumped out w/o proper remediation. You know, that strong moldy, mildew smell. Your nose tends to adjust to even the worst of smells. Didn't happen. Constant odor for 2 days. The WiFi can be explained as follows, on for 30 seconds, off for 45. On for a minute, off for a minute. This continued for 2 days with the exception of the time it didn't work at all. There was an outside pub drinking area with about 8 tables right outside my room. The closest of which was approximately 4-5 feet from my door. Oh yeah, and the cleaning lady opened my door w/o knocking at 4:55am. The light was on, as I was following the Patriots game (in 45 second intervals). I honestly think she thought the room was empty, but really, how is that possible? I sprung up and let out a loud \"whoa\" and she was scared off. The positives were (and the reason for 2 stars) that the staff was friendly enough and the train/bus station is literally 20 feet away.

Great location, wonderful staff but tired

This little hotel is so well-located, an easy walk to the station and through it to shopping and the sights. The staff are lovely - friendly, helpful and most courteous. We had a great cappuccino in the little bar and there's a nice courtyard off the bar. But, the room we had was very tired and the bed was really not at all comfortable. Although the room was not expensive, having a good night's sleep must be a priority for all travelling guests. Such a pity when just a few zloties would fix this so the rooms matched the service.

lovely apartment for short 3 night stay. very good location for station so easy for transport out of town. try not to get lost in galeria krakow and take the slightly longer route round it if you want to get to old town. staff helpful and accomodating. shower was a bit leaky but otherwise clean. recommended. Krakow is a beautiful city and I would like to visit again someday. Went to Auschwitz, Wawel castle, Schindlers factory and the old town aswell as parts of the old ghetto. Very beautiful historic city. When going to Schindlers, go left coming out of door then right and continue past tour bus stops and popular restaurants, there is a hidden gem further round the corner. amazing food in a back garden type bar.
Also try Ukrainski restaurant on Ul.Grodzka. Delicious!

Brilliant, central and reasonable price!

Great location right next to the central train station and a massive busy shopping mall, definitely within walking distance of the old town and Jewish quarter too. Also great price for what you get and friendly helpful staff :) definitely planning on staying again.

Well placed, clean hotel

Good points:
-Staff are all very courteous, polite, and speak extremely good English. They are available 24/7 and can answer any questions you have whatsoever, e.g. getting to local places of interest. Even the cleaner says good morning!
-Our room was extremely clean and tidy when we got there. The hotel clearly takes pride in itself.
-There's free wifi in every room, and it was actually better than my own at home!
- Obviously it's not the Hilton, you get what you pay for, but there is TV and a kettle and teacups in every room.
- It's opposite the train and bus station, and within walking distance of, well, everywhere.

Tips (no 'bad points'!):
- In order to save the environment, they only clean the room/change the towels when you request so - it's done in the morning so you have to ask the day before, and leave them your room key when you go out the next morning.
- Our shower was a little bit small, nothing major as I'm only 5'4 but I imagine someone >6ft would have a problem.
- A lot of people complain that the wifi signs out after a while - clearly you haven't been to many hotels as nearly all of them do this!!
- Because of the proximity to the bus station, when the room is opposite and the window is open during the day you can hear the bus announcements - we found this quite funny and obviously it doesn't happen at night or when the window is closed, so it probably won't bother you.
- The rooms are not soundproofed very well, so you hear if you have noisy neighbours!

First visit to Krakow

The accommodation was great value for money, very spacious in comparison to other places I have stayed in. Situated directly outside bus/train station and surprisingly quiet considering the location. The hotel supplied ear plugs for those visitors who may be light sleepers, however, I consider myself quite sensitive to noise and I had no trouble sleeping whatsoever. Although the room was sparsely furnished it was functional and the stairways were cleaned on a regular basis. Any additional towels etc were supplied from reception without any trouble. There is a little restaurant downstairs that offer guests 10 off their bill. We ate there and it was a tasty meal. On the opposite corner there is another bar serving food, good beer and cocktails. The old town is so pretty and kept immaculately clean. We covered most areas of the city during our 4 day stay. All good. I would highly recommend a visit . There is evidence of lots of investment in the city due to the level of building work taking place therefore, I imagine Krakow will have a very different face in the future, good in some respects providing it does not spoil the charm of the old town.

As it was our first time in krakow, we didn't really know where the best place was to stay in the city, we were on a budget and wanted to be within walking distance of all the sites, and for this the station hotel was perfect ,it was very clean, comfortable and central.
