When we walked out our room one morning to a homeless man sleeping on the floor, we tried to tell a memeber of staff. Who was sat on his phone and when i said excuse me totally blanked me.
All in all you get what you pay for, close to amenities, good tram and bus access around.

Apartaments are a bit used, it should be a bit renovated. It was mentioned that extra wine will be at room, but it was not given. Room could be cleaner. Breakfast is acceptable, but for this price offer is better im other hotels. Generally just ok. Too high price for offered value. Please not promise wine in reservation, when you are not giving it for guests.

We’ve arrived at the property around 5pm just to discover that the check in ends at 3pm and nobody was there. The reception was closed and after trying multiple times to call the hotel numbers (including emergency one) we gave up and were forced to look for another hotel in the area, even tho we are not familiar with the city at all we were fortunate to find one. There was no communication from the hotel prior or since, nobody tried to return my calls, and at the end I got charged full price for the night. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, not worth to try especially if you’re taking a long trip like we did and don’t have a plan b for the night.

Our stay at this classy apartment was very enjoyable, the apartment was very spacious, modern and very clean. The staff was very friendly and the accommodation was is within walking distance to the shopping centre/old town centre/bus and train station.

We stayed in the Studio apartment which provided ample room for our 4 night stay. All staff were fantastic and most helpful throughout; particularly liked the small seasonal gift on leaving. Great location as one block from the main station, directly on a tram route, 3 min walk to the shopping centre snd a short distance further and you are in the main square. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a great stay in Krakow 👍

Fully restored old building in a great area close to Galleria Shopping Centre, The decoration and finishes are superb, but with slightly quirky bathroom layout, the room was massive and gives some impression of the grandeur of the original building. Our stay at Rakowicka Residence was excellent. The cleanliness and facilities of the apartment were good and the beds in particular were comfortable. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and responded promptly to questions and requests, either when asked in person or by email. The location of the apartments was also ideal, being relatively close to the Old Town and only a short walk to the bus and rail station.
I am delighted to say that our first visit to Krakow was such a positive experience and our choice of accommodation was a major factor. I look forward to visiting again and will definitely book at Rakowicka Residence again if possible.

Just a couple of nights but the Radwicka Residence fitted the bill perfectly. Close to the train and bus stations and the efficient transport system, trams and buses, were just on the street - perfect.
The staff there are very welcoming and the place is very clean.

Enjoyable 3 day stay in September
I stayed three nights at the Rakowicka Residence. The aparment I had was spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. It faced over the back courtyard and was very quiet. The bed was reasonably comfortable and large.
Check in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Although there is no restaurant on the premises I was given vouchers for breakfast at a near by cafe and the menu there was very varied. It was a pleasant walk in the morning for breakfast.
All in all a very pleasant stay at the Rakowicka, which is a 10 min walk to the main train/bus station and about a 20min walk to the city centre.

The apartment was amazing, nice and new, great location. A mobile phone with wifi and concierge on it which was a great idea as it also gave you discounts at certain places.
Disappointing bits were the room never got cleaned, no bins emptied even with leaving the card on the door it didn't get done. Water dripping from light fittings but was told they couldn't move us but electrician said it was ok ( I don't think so ). We got offered a pick up from the airport but it was twice the cost of a private taxi. So overall a great place to stay just need to sort out cleaning if there for more than a couple of days

Excellent location. Walking distance to the Old Town centre and a giant mall. Property is a brand new refurbishment. The 3 person (3xbed) room was a little smaller than I expected from the photos. However, the value for money is excellent such that I would stay at Rakowicka Residence again. Staff is also friendly and helpful about any aspect one might need.

Great new property, super nice owner, reasonably priced. Extremely comfortable beds. Location is also great. I would subtract one star just for the fact that once the chambermaid didn't come when requested. Also, although it was nice and quiet to sleep at night, the walls are pretty thin and in the morning starting at 7am we would often hear alot of hammering and construction noises. Also, right before we left a family with children settled in next door and we could always hear them- very loud. Aside from those two issues, honestly it was fantastic!

Very good location with spacious room. We got a room with 2 beds and and attached room with another bed. The 2 rooms are separate but do not have doors in between. The windows are big and open for fresh air. The unit has a/c as well and a large TV with cable. The shower is small but has great pressure. The shower does not have a door which makes the bathroom a little wet, but this seems to be the case in every hotel we stayed in Poland. The people are very nice and very helpful. There is a grocery store about a block from the place and many places for breakfast.

It is about 10/15 minutes walking distance to the main square and the centre of old Krakow.The railway station is close by as are tram stops.Not very many restaurants nearby but the ones we found and used were good as are the numerous coffee shops and bakeries.They are also a few small convenience stores nearby and a large shopping mall about 5 minutes walk away. Just back from staying at the Rakowicka Apartments, a great place to stay, a short walk from the main square, the Apartment itself was lovely, so comfortable and spacious, would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

From start to finish Adam was very helpful and nothing was too much. Airport shuttle booked both ways for us @ £20 each way but well worth it to save any hassle waiting for public transport. Booked level 6 room in order to be quiet as am such a light sleeper. Unfortunately we had a very loud guest in room 603 beside us who had no consideration for other guests. From hearing her conversations + later speaking to Adam found out she was doing late calls (10pm to 11:30pm) to America. I did knock on the wall the 1st night as very tired, she wasn't happy at that! I complained to Adam on a few occassions who spoke to her. She was a tad quieter the last night. Trust me when you have been out walking all day, all you want is a bit of piece back in the apartment. I really did not want to add this negative bit to review as the apartments were fantastic and very clean, plus local to the main square and shopping mall. I would def recommend staying here, well done Adam.

This is without doubt an exceptional Apartment Hotel. The quality of the apartment is of the highest standard as is the level of comfortable, the extras provided made it special. Punti a sfavore: di solito i codici per l’ingresso vengono comunicati via mail in anticipo, invece abbiamo dovuto chiamare dalla reception col cellulare (senza risposta) e poi scrivere su whatsapp, codice inviato non funzionava abbiamo dovuto richiamare e riscrivere più volte per avere il codice nuovo; la prima stanza che ci hanno dato era fredda e sporca (lenzuola), dopo che ci siamo lamentati ce l’hanno cambiata. Anche se abbiamo richiesto le pulizie e il cambio di asciugamani non è stato fatto. La macchina del caffè a colazione per 2 gg ha funzionato parzialmente ed uno non ha funzionato proprio.

Le courriel reçu pour accéder à la chambre n'était pas assez précis, car l'accès se faisait sur une cours intérieure, non précisée dans le courriel. Cours intérieure non éclairée la nuit. Personne à la réception pour donner des informations. Le numéro de téléphone laissé à l'accueil sonne dans le vide. Très bonne literie. Chambre très sombre, car uniquement 1 petite fenêtre sur cour intérieure. Je n'ai réussi à allumer la TV que le matin de mon depart; il faut laisser un mode d'emploi. Salle de bain tout en marbre, jolie, mais très dangereuse, quand c'est mouillé par terre, surtout l'interieur sol de douche qui glisse énormément. J'ai failli chuter, et ma femme également. Dans la chambre, il y a des tasses, et des capsultes pour se faire un café... mais pas de machine ?! donc, pas de café. Le plus dérangeant c'est le bruit de la VMC dans la salle de bain, que l'on ne peut pas arrêter et qui fait un bruit énorme. Difficile de dormir, même en fermant la porte qui donne sur la chambre. En conclusion, très déçu pour le rapport qualité/ prix.

Kommunikant war sehr anstrengend. Habe über Hotels.com zuerst mit den Hotel kommuniziert, was aber nicht schwach war, weil nur sporadisch eine Antwort kam bis garnicht.. Dann über Telefon, was dann besser funktioniert hat. Die Zimmer waren groß aber nicht schön. Stark abgenutzte Teppiche, es richt staubig, das Sofer und die Vorhänge mit Flecken überseht. Das einzig gute war, dass nach etwas hin und her und Bitten, uns das Hotel eine Frühstück Box gemacht hat, da wir vor 7:00 wieder abreisen mussten.
Besonders enttäuscht bin ich, da wir mit einen VIP Status und kostenfreien upgrade es gebucht hatten. Es sollte auch eine Weinflasche bereitstellen. Nichts davon war da.
