I have rent a room for 3 nights for four people and I have choose option with 2 single beds and a double sofa, when we arrived to the apartment I was in shock because them two single beds where joined together and the room was to small to separate them ....I choose the single bed option over double bed because I didn't won't to sleep in one bed with anyone... But on the end I had to because there was no other possibility, also I have sent text message to the hotel at night about the dog, which was barking all night nearly in apartment beside ours and I haven't got any reply .... Disappointed

The soap bottles were completely empty when we checked in, so I guess they should check on that. They changed them for me once I called them. The curtains didn’t properly close and the sun woke me up in the morning. But overall nice experience.

So we stayed 5 days toilet roll was not ever replaced so we ran out, to have the room cleaned it was extra but worst of all its the workman working on a building next door from 7am constant drilling and banging, a wide range of power tools used throughout the day so never got the chance for a nap or to sleep in

Never got a chance to stay the night. Arrived to a locked doors with a note to call a number which went to an answering machine after a while... Left messages and never heard back from the place. Had to look for a hotel in the middle of the night.
So much for 24h fron desk service and 2pm-midnight check-ins.

Pros:
- Lovely staff, very helpful
- Beautiful rooms, loved the interior
- Very comfortable beds
- Great location, 10 mins from old town square

Cons:
- Very loud, walls must be thin as you can hear footsteps above and in the corridors
- Strong smell of sewage in our bathroom in room 2, not sure why but had to cover the vents with a towel

Overall, for the £75 i payed for 3 nights here i would recommend!

Had a lovely few days here. The room was clean and spacious...given we had 4 single beds! The breakfast was good value at around £5 per person.
Hotel staff were always very helpful and room service was very good
The hotel was near the Old Town square, so plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Buses and trams were also very near. .

The only downside was that the bathroom drain smelled occasionally, probably because of the wet weather.

My sister and niece were not allowed to leave their room for almost two hours while staff, private security and eventually police dealt with violence in the stairwell. A smashed flower vase and cleaner's cart thrown the stairs were not an ideal welcome for my niece. Obviously staff not to blame for the incident but my sister and niece were very frightened and not once checked on by staff or manager. At checkout frontline staff were apologetic but management outright refused any form of assistance or discount for the delay and distress caused. Very disappointing that management refused to acknowledge in any tangible way the impact on our Krakow experience.

It was an OK. Hotel. The internet didn’t work the whole time I was there, extremely disruptive construction early in the morning, i could heat every conversation in the room across the hall yes, ACROSS the hall. The floor was disgusting and my room smelled like cigarettes but, for a cheaper place this is what I should expect. I won’t stay again but, it wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever been.

This is an economical choice and it's advantages are that it is close to both the main train station and the main square.
The staff speak English and although they weren't expecially conversant they were pleasant enough.
We found the room to be comfortable and a good size and appreciated the complimentary tea and coffees.

The room was clean, however there was some mould in the bathroom and old (washed but set in) stains on the bed sheets. Some of the towels were very frayed and 'tired'.

We tried the breakfast twice. There is enough variety to appeal to most diets, my advice would be get there early as the food looks a bit sad after sitting on the table uncovered for 3 hours.

My one bug bear was the noise from other guests and staff above and next door. We could clearly hear the conversations of our fellow guests in the room next door due to the lack of sound proofing and the wooden beamed ceilings although charming offer no sound proofing from the movement of people on the floor above - including the chamber maids scraping the furniture across the floor before 9:00am in the morning. If you are a light sleeper this place isn't for you

However for the price and our needs we were able to overlook these things. We would Probably stay here again. I mention them because I know that would put other travelers off.

Decent hotel with a convenient location

The staff were helpful and they were very contactable through the messaging feature in Expedia. The room was nice and looked newly furnished. Bed was comfortable with clean linen and towels were also of good quality. They do provide shower gel and shampoo. There is also a mini bar, a coffee machine, tea and instant coffee. One downside is that the walls are incredibly thin and we could hear our neighbours and people walking on the main stairs in the middle of the night. However this did not really hinder our sleep. Overall a good hotel with helpful staff that's just a short walk from the main square and central train station.

Nice hotel close to centre of Krakow. Easy 5 mins walking from main gallery/shopping centre with train station. Main line comes direct from airport. Only about 5-10 min walk from centre. Really friendly staff, only major downside was dirty bedsheets the first night we were there. Staff changed it straight away when we brought it up. Breakfast was slightly overpriced at 25pln each i think. Especially when the “hot” options were luke warm at best

This converted apartment block is a hidden gem.If you view it through google its seen in a pre renovation condition so not accurate.It is a mere 10 minute walk from the old town and 20 to the railway and bus station.Rooms are functional and clean,breakfast is supplied at 25pln and mini buffet style.Staff,all students as far as I could make out were also very helpful. The reception is manned 24hrs.We sould not hesitate to stay there again.

On the boundary of the city.

The factors for selecting this hotel were price & location & naturally you get what you pay for. Bonus points for accessibility to the train station & old town, constant hot water, an excellent shower, a room at the back (although currently there are road works so no trams & a dead end) & lift, however there were a few tiny 'things' missing in the overall scheme of rating this hotel. I arrived to no overhead lighting, a blocked shower, a multi-plug in view, no clean drinking glasses on a daily basis & no toilet roll holder in the bathroom. All these were easily rectified none the less. The young staff on the reception desk were friendly, helpful & smiled.

City break to Kracow August 7 - 10, 2017.

It is an approximately 20 minute train journey from the airport to the station in the ' Galleria' shopping centre in Kracow city.
After a few wrong turnings we eventually found our hotel.
The hotel is ideally situated for access to all the attractions in the Old Town area of Kracow.
If you step out of the hotel, turn to your right and keep walking, you should reach reach the main square in approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
The main square and old town areas have an almost Mediterranean feel to them and the area is full of ancient churches, chapels and synagogues.
The Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful, their English was patchy and our Polish was non-existent but we all managed to get by!!
The breakfast were fantastic ; large choices of cereals ,pastries, cooked foods and plenty of fresh fruits. The eating area was nicely decorated and clean.
Our bedroom was reasonably sized and we could have no complaints about sheets being changed and the room being cleaned.
I would not hesitate to recommend this homely hotel.
If you're looking for 5 star service and amenities then this is not for you - but if you're after a relaxed and chilled experience
within easy walking of the sights of Kracow
- then you could do worse than booking this hotel.

The room and hotel was wonderful, we were able to store our luggage when we had a late train departure. Everything was nicely updated the only issue was our air conditioning in the room was effectively useless except as a white noise machine. Our room backed into a busy street so it was a little loud so you may want ear plugs.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just on the edge of the historic city centre, and within five minutes' walk from the station; it claims to be an 'apart hotel' but, disappointingly, these are not apartments they are simply hotel rooms and there are, for example, no self catering facilities.
The hotel is adequate, the rooms are basic, and clean, the staff are pleasant and helpful, but the hotel lacks any 'personality' - probably because there are no communal areas. Even the reception area is cramped in a narrow hallway. A very good breakfast is provided for a reasonable additional charge. Our room had air conditioning, although the unit was fairly ineffective in the summer heat. There is also free WiFi, but the broadband connection is very poor, especially at busy times. With the windows open, to try and get fresh air, street noise is loud, especially from the trams, which run nearly all night. Reasonable value for money, but I suspect there are plenty more enjoyable places available in this price range. The location makes up for many of its downfalls.

This place was beautiful. I loved the high ceilings and simple decor. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. They all speak English which was extremely helpful for me as I'm trying to learn another language. So, my Polish vocabulary isn't exactly in existence.

The hotel is located only a few blocks away from the city square, and it's perfect because it's not extremely busy on this street. The tram does go right in front of this hotel, and I think that is perfect because of the convenience of public transportation. However, I do know that this can be a negative for those who have never lived in a city near public trainsportation.

The bathrooms are nice and roomy as well. It's kept very clean. One main negative is that I did notice some mold beginning to grow in the creases of the shower, but I let them know about that.

Next time I go to Krakow, I am definitely booking at this location again.

Perfect for a short break in Krakow

We felt this was the perfect place to stay, reasonably priced, 9 mins from station, 5 mins from Old Town and Restaurants. You could have hot/ cold buffet breakfast here for 25zlt per day. There was coffee in the room and you could get more as long as you saw the cleaners rather than the receptionists! On our last day we were able to leave our bags in a room all day which we collected about 5pm. There was 24hr reception too!

First impression very good, however the fridge didn't work and I asked for it to be replaced which it wasn't and milk went off! No milk in rooms. One night people walked in from the steet for a room, they were making so much noise, shouting banging doors, going in and out of the room keeping everyone awake from 1 -4 am! Staff did not ask them to be quiet!

Minor problems in the scale of things but I think although very pleasant, staff need to be more aware of guests requests!

Basuc but pleasant hotel. Central location. One point however, was we were very aware of our fellow guests movements and general proximity. The high wooden ceilings do little to mask the sound so if you are on a weekend break and not out partying until 5am you might find this annoying.

Good hotel for sightseeing

Excellent hotel, lovely and warm (we visited in February and it was freezing!). Rooms had high ceilings so felt very roomy, nice bathroom - all very clean! Traditional European breakfast (hams, cheeses etc).

Nice Hotel, close to old town plaza.

Nice Hotel, about a kilometer from the old town plaza. This was a nice walk even in February. There is a convenience store directly out side the Hotel witch is ...convenient. There were no Microwave ovens in the room (I think this is an American thing) but you do not need one as there are plenty restaurants and stores nearby.

Staff was excellent as they will help with setting up tours and making sure you know where to go and when to be there. The morning breakfast was awesome down in a charming room in the basement.

Can't wait to go back!!!

Amazing hotel. Can't wait to go back. Hotel staff very helpful in making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Helped in scheduling tours and if I was unhappy with something they did everything that they could to resolve any problems. Walking distance to the main square and a local store located next to the hotel.

Convenient and clean hotel

A very pleasant stay , very warm rooms , friendly staff and lovely cosy breakfast rooms. Close to the main square and all tram and bus stops.
