The Ermine Suites is an exceptional hotel in the vibrant city of Krakow. These luxurious, fully furnished suites meet top quality standards and are located in the heart of the Old Town, in a building dating back to the 15th century.
The Ermine Suites' prime location at 2 Św. Tomasza Street puts you within easy reach of Krakow's main attractions: a mere 200 meters from the Main Square, Cloth Hall, and Princes Czartoryski Museum; 750 meters from the Krakow Concert Hall; and just steps from the Bagatela Theatre and National Museum.
Our spacious suites range from 47 to 67 square meters and feature modern amenities, including a lift, and individual climate control. All suites are non-smoking.

I stayed in Room 1 and really enjoyed it — the space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Communication was smooth, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, it still deserves a 5-star rating.

Wonderful Ermine Suites
Perfect apartment with everything we needed for a week’s stay. The apartment was very clean. Housekeeping came in daily to collect dirty towels and empty the trash, sheets were changed every 3 days. The property manager was wonderful, easily accessible and answered any questions we had. The property is less than a 5 minute walk from the main square, yet situated far enough off the street so noise wasn’t an issue. The only surprise was there was some construction going on next door. It really wasn’t an issue for us. They started work at 6:30am but finished by 5:00pm and did not work on the weekend.

The apartment was spacious and clean for our family of four. It was located just a couple of blocks away from the main square in old town Krakow. Lots of shopping and dining in the area. Staff was helpful in getting us oriented in locating grocery stores nearby on our first day. They even printed off boarding passes for us when our airline wanted hard copy boarding passes. Krakow is a beautiful city and I would definitely visit and stay at Ermine Suites again.

We stayed at the two bedroom suite. It was outstanding in every way. The apartment was roomy, the kitchen had everything including a washing machine, the beds were comfortable, two bathrooms, and easy arrival (keys in a coded locker). Finally, the location was great, near the plaza but not on top of it.

Really liked this place to stay in Krakow and will stay here again if/when in the area. The location is great for walking around. There are plentiful restaurants all around - impossible to try them all - and the refrigerator/cooking options were helpful. We also enjoyed the fruit we found upon our arrival - nice extra touch! The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, the WiFi worked well.
The only problem we had was the noise - easy to hear outdoor noise and on our last night we had very noisy neighbors in a lower room who stayed up until 4am(ish). Ermine recognizes this and provides earplugs, though we chose not to use them. Realistically, all places in a similar atmosphere are like this - and you can't predict when idiots will stay near you, so it won't stop us from staying here again, or highly recommending it to others.

We had a fabulous stay at the Ermine Suites. Joanna was excellent at communicating before and during our stay. Our apartment was exactly how we’d expected with everything we needed, two lovely sized bedrooms and a comfortable living area. We were lucky enough to have an apartment overlooking the square which was wonderful. Just a stones throw away from the Old Town and lovely restaurants just outside the door! It also felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow.

Essentially all the conveniences of home but on holiday. The apartment had two bedrooms with doors (great for travelling with children), two bathrooms inlcuding a shower/tub, a great room and a kitchen with refrigerator, cooking top, dishwasher and laundry machine. Check-in and check-out was very easy and they had the option to hold luggage.
My only issue was the fragrance. Right outside our unit's door was a plug-in air freshner, it was very powerful. Then in the unit, I don't know if it was the cleaning products they use, but my eyes reacted a little to the scent and my wife complained of a stuffed up nose while there.

Had a wonderful stay with family. Apartment was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed. Location was perfect! For the most part, it was quiet, however the last night some grown intoxicated men stayed up until 2am or so, cursing while what sounded like watching a movie in the lobby area.

My family and I stayed at the Ermine Suites for seven nights. It was a fantastic place. One step out of the property, you will discover a new world of Krakow. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and cultural attractions are all a few seconds from the property. More interestingly, the Main Square of the Old Town is just a three-minute walk from the property. The property Manager Joanna was amiable and a great help to us. We will definitely stay in the same place again hopefully next year.

Modern, well equipped. Elevator and washing machine were important to us and the suite met our expectations. Location very convenient within Starowka, the heart of Krakow. The host, Ms. Joanna was very easy to reach by watsup or phone. She accommodated all our needs.

These apartments are beautiful, spacious and modern. However there is building work next door and the drilling at 7am was not welcome. It’s a bog building renovation so I imagine will go on for some time. The apartments are very close to the main square but there are clubs and bars on the street that are noisy late night/ Early hours krakow is beautiful and we would go back but stay in different accommodation.

Well appointed apartment in a great location in the old town. There are several small grocery stores nearby as well as many restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to do your own breakfast and even cook dinner if you want to. Can easily walk to many of the main sites.

This is an amazing gem of a place. It is around the corner from the Rynek but it is very quiet. Location is perfect for a short or long stay. I stayed 6 nights so I really appreciated the washing machine. I was at first hesitant that there was no one at a front desk. However, Joanna promptly responded to any questions or requests. I definitely would stay again.

We LOVED Ermine Suites. It turned out to be the perfect home for our last-minute trip to Krakow. The apartment is spacious with two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room; very modern and fun. The location is prime with a grocery store (Zabka) downstairs and the main square just a minute away. Check-in was pleasant and check-out easy. Parking is a few minutes away, but that is typical for the location inside the old town. Don't think, book it!

We had the most amazing stay in Krakow, Ermine Suites was in the perfect location, the apartment was beautiful and the owner was very easy to contact and allowed us to have a late check out as our flight wasn’t leaving until late afternoon which we were very grateful of as this meant we could still enjoy our last day there and explore some more.

Great unit in an awesome location of the city with plenty of restaurants and things to see with in walking of property. If you are use to European rooms, then you won't find anything wrong with this property, but for us Americans that are spoiled on space, might find bedrooms a little small but workable. This place literally provides Netflix to it's guests. Only thing I'd suggest is to have the language already selected for the guest checking in for an extra touch.

The property is nicely remodeled and is located in a convenient neighborhood within Krakow Old Town, only a couple of minutes of walk from the main square and a variety of restaurants, shops, and places to see.
