I loved everything about the resort expect for housekeeping. The last day there they started to knock on our door at 7:30am, then again at 8:15 and again at 9:46 and again at 10:15 and again at 10:50.

We were leaving on a Disney cruise ship that morning, and checked out at exactly 11am. We had kids in the room and they woke them several times. It was very inconvenient and we felt very rushed to leave when we were not late for check out. Check out was at 11am.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and very nice. The on site restaurant had a number options. Since this resort is aimed at children we expected it to be quite noisy but it really wasn't. We would stay there again.

The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. She didn't provide us with clear directions in how to get to our rooms. ( the hotel has several buildings). We had to walk a lot and figure it out on our own where our room was located.The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom door hits your needs and the room door is inches away from hitting the bed. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I will not be returning.

Great atmosphere bad housekeeping service

The resort itself was nice. Loved the pool and the cafeteria there. The room however was okay. The room was cute and clean when we got there. We stayed a whole week. Its a small room about the size of a motel.
The biggest problem was the housekeeping service. They never changed our sheets the whole week we were there. They only took the trash twice. They never cleaned the floor, and there were crumbs everywhere by the end of the week.
The beds were comfy but the pillows were like rocks. There was no support of comfort in the pillows. This made it very hard to get a good nights rest.

The Disney resort was very nice, animated, and colorful. The lobby was very bright and the wall was decorated with animated pictures related to the theme of the resort. There was an arcade to the side of the lobby. The resort has a Disney store with park merchandise. There's a food court next to the store with three different food options. You can dine in or take out. I only had dinner. I don't food options for breakfast or lunch.

The resort has two pools. The big pool is in the center of the resort. Pool is always packed with kids and adults. Loud music plays during pool hours. The other pool is located by the Little Mermaid buildings. The pool is medium size, more quieter, and less crowded.
My room was right in front of the pool and didn't hear noises.

I got to the resort around 8:00 A.M. I didn't think I was going to be given a room so early since check in is at 3:00 P.M. The CM worked her magic and I was given a room. The room looked very cute (Little Mermaid theme) and clean. There was a mini refrigerator. I requested a microwave. By the time I arrived at the room, the microwave was already delivered and set up. The CM did mention that the room gets cleaned every other day. When the room gets cleaned, the bed(s) is NOT made. You have to make your own bed. I don't understand why the bed(s) is not made.

The Skyliner takes guests to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The shuttle takes guests to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.

Enjoyable stay but food and beverages exorbitant.

The Finding Nemo Suite was fun and comfortable. Be sure to keep an eye on the small frig- ours froze up, leaked and some food spoiled. Loved the pool and splash pad and the aerial ride to Hollywood Studios. The cafeteria food is just OK and wildly overpriced like all the food and beverages at Disney. The wait times for the rides at Magic Kingdom were reasonable but Hollywood Studios mismanaged theirs with 2 hour wait times because half of some of the rides were “under maintenance.” And the people with lightning passes just walked by the hundreds in line. Walt Disney would have disapproved of that policy and the employees we talked with did also. Overall, we- especially the 10 and 8 year old- enjoyed this vacation.

Overpriced and still no cleaning service

The hotel was fun and nice but no room cleaning every day? Just a \"light\" cleaning on every second day?? Come on Disney, the covid excuse is no longer acceptable. All hotels in the US and around the world are now back to regular cleanings, this is just an excuse to save money on employees. Unacceptable with a hotel with this price tag! (overpriced by the way, this is not worth the $650 they charge for the room. We were \"lucky\" to find a lower price but it normally goes for around 600-700 per night...

First off I didn’t get my room cleaned when I was out from 7am to 4pm. This makes me question how they clean or manage the staff. Secondly, doors are extremely loud so you can hear them closing everywhere. Noises from other rooms distracting. Food choices are terrible there. Although they have cute decorations it’s basically a multilevel motel with no real resort feel for the price. Never mind you can’t get away from Disney food prices and everything is sooooo far away.

Glad to have access to multiple forms of transportation to/from the parks. Made much easier transportation with 2 little ones and not having to take stroller down and fold when boarding Skyliner, etc.

Worth the extra money to have more space in a room and the ease of access to transportation.

The resort seems dated. We stayed in the lion king section. Family suite was spacious however bedding for the Murphy bed was a blanket about as thick as a sheet and pull out couch had no bedding at all. Confirmation stated housekeeping every two days but didn’t happen. I had to call to the front desk on the third say and was told only restock of towels and trash removal would be provided “due to covid”. Felt on our own during our stay. Front desk was always crowded with guests. Too many people in the dining area everything was rushed there. My magic band deactivated on my last day but check out wasn’t until 11:00. I couldn’t pay for my breakfast and had to leave the food to go back to my room for my debit card 😡

We treated the entire family to a Disney vacation for Christmas. I booked 5 rooms at Art
Of Animation for 16 total. We had party members checking in at different times which was confusing but they were able to cheerfully rectify all problems and even gave us all rooms next to each other. The Chef went out of his way to help with a grandson’s special dietary needs. One morning they had run out of the mix he needed for his Mickey Mouse waffles. They apologized repeatedly and gave us two boxes of cookies and almond milk for the inconvenience. Every staff member went out of their way to be helpful! One very kind staff member saw me taking a very heavy bag to our RV when leaving. He offered and carry the bag for me.
