Staff were so lovely and so helpful. Space was clean.
Hotel is a just that little bit too far out of the main square, absolutely fine if you like a walk.

Disappointed with the cleaning staff; only provided clean towels - no clean bedding, topping up of the coffee tea etc. or general cleaning.

Be mindful that the lift runs all night, constantly!
We didn’t have a good night sleep in the 4 days we were there.

Overall, it was a nice stay and wouldn’t complain but wouldn’t stay again.

All good budget hotel

Good budget hotel for a city break room had all I needed and enough choice a breakfast only thing is say is it was a double room booked which was too single beds joined together which was not ideal with a middle gap. 20 min walk to main square but as I say budget and you get what you pay for

Lovely place to stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had lots of options from cooked food to continental and healthy breakfast. We are walkers so happy to walk into the old town however this is a 25 minute walk so may be difficult for those with mobility issues but Uber was about £2 for getting to most parts of Kracow so really cheap

Property is recently refurbished to a good standard, I was in a single room but it had a double bed and was spacious. The staff are very helpful and polite. Checkout is 11am and you can store bags in the luggage room on your last day. You get a card so you can access the building late at night. There is some road noise as it’s in the middle of a city but it was no problem for me I slept fine, they do have free earplugs in reception if you need them. The breakfast was ok but for the price I’d recommend just walking down into the centre as there’s lots of nice restaurants there and the prices are cheap for a city. If I come back to Krakow I’d stay here again.

Great short stay

A great short stay, the room was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was large with a really good shower. All the rooms have a nice wallpaper theme. There was a kettle with tea and coffeee making facilities and a mini fridge and safe in the room. The buffet breakfast available from 07.00 had both cold and hot options and lots to choose from. The hotel is situated a short 20min walk from the main market square, there are a number of bus and tram routes nearby. We organised a collection from the airport with the hotel as we arrived very late and they kept reception open later to accommodate us but also sent an email on the same day with entry instructions as some flights had been delayed that day. We were able to check out a little later too. Overall all of the staff were very helpful, spoke very good English and couldn’t do enough to help us throughout our short stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future if we return to Krakow again

All staff were excellent, very helpful and spoke excellent English. There was a really good choice for breakfast including some hot dishes.
The rooms were spacious, with modern decor and had a large wardrobe with ample space for clothes.

Having the luggage storage was also great as we could leave our bags and explore

The only negatives were it was still a little way from the old town, though taxis were cheap if you don't like to walk. Also, the road noise might disturb lite sleepers, but there are ear plugs available in the reception area.

PERFECTION! I ABSOLUTELY loved this hotel. The staff (Amelia and Matt), who were at the reception desk were AMAZING. They were very friendly, helpful, and informative. The property is very well kept, walkable, safe, and easily accessible to local transportation. (Buses and trams). The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms are very beautifully decorated. In my opinion, it should be rated minimum 4 star. I will DEFINITELY stay there again, when I go back to Krakow.

Super nice hotel in a quiet part of Krakow

A very pleasant hotel in a quiet part of Krakow. About a 15-minute walk to the main square. Paid parking lots nearby - approximately PLN 60/day. The rooms are very cosy decorated, there are comfortable beds, very clean, a minibar in the room. Breakfasts were varied and very tasty. On arrival, a welcome shot of traditional Polish alcohol. The receptionists were very friendly. The hotel really does not differ in quality from famous 4-star hotels and is even nicer than some of them. Downstairs, is a pleasant patio where you can sit outdoors and drink or eat something.
We will definitely come back when in Krakow next time. I would highly recommend!

The property, staff, location, everything about this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was lovely, with all the amenities, kettle, safe, air conditioning, bar stocked with tons of goodies all reasonably priced. Large bathroom with huge shower, the biggest I've seen in Europe anywhere. The room was immaculate and tidied daily.
There just aren't enough good things to say about the staff! They are so friendly and helpful, every request treated as if its the highest priority. Just wonderful people making you feel at home. Highly recommended!

I liked the decoration of the rooms having a bird feature wallpaper. Clean, tidy, well decorated and spacious room. The bed was comfortable. Thought the reception area, breakfast room and outdoor patio area was well presented and had lovely furniture. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty choice. All the staff especially Bartosz! were all very friendly, polite, helpful, good sense of humour and explained checking in/checking out process very clearly. Only negative is that I would of preferred a slightly bigger duvet for the single beds. Would use this hotel again and would highly recommend. Good value for money.

Great little hotel about 15 - 20 mins walk to the old town.
Some very bold wallpaper choices make this hotel unique and not what you’d expect from the outside.

Bed was hard and quite uncomfortable. We chose the hotel as I thought it would be quieter being further out but it's on a busy ish road and which didn't seem to quieten down at any hour.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choice with freshly prepared scrambled eggs. Rooms clean and well maintained with a small balcony in the room but also a patio area at the back of the hotel which was very pleasant. Krakow was amazing and we were sad to leave both the hotel and the town. We were well looked after by Bart and Adam who were very keen to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant

This is the second time we have stayed at the Liv'Inn and cant wait to go back again. Thisis a fabulous little hotel. All the staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to make your stay a good one. The breakfast is so varied and tasty ,I have never been to a hotel that does such a good breakfast. The main square is about a 15 minute walk or you could get a tram.

Excellent hotel

We stayed in this excellent hotel Sun-Thurs, the amazingly friendly staff couldn’t have been any more helpful, the rooms were very clean and the beds so comfortable, the trams were within walking distance and the main square was about a 15 minute walk (depending on the walker) I would definitely recommend the Liv’Inn

These were great apartments. They were about a 10-15 minute pleasant walk from the main square. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you especially Bart who welcomed us when we arrived. There was free tea and coffee in the room which was replenished as required. The mini bar was reasonably priced as well.

Perfect stay

The studio we stayed in was spacious and perfect for two people, and felt a lot like our own little holiday home. We were given space and freedom if we wanted, but also repeatedly offered help by the lovely staff that work here.
Liv' Inn is absolutely brilliant and well worth the (small) amounts they charge. I've paid a lot more for a lot less, the staff are super helpful and flexible, the hotel itself is fresh and light, really clean and modern. It was really quiet when we stayed, no disturbances at all: in fact, I don't have one complaint! And I would 100% stay here again. Krakow was amazing and so beautiful, we plan to return. We also took them up on the airport transfer, again was great. Our flight was delayed, but no problem, Danny waited for us until we came out, and was totally flexible about what time we wanted to return to the airport.
For info, we are a young couple between 25-30 and the Studio was more than enough for us.

Amazing, just amazing

The Liv'inn Apartheid is an absolute credit to Krakow. The staff are the most helpful friendly staff we have ever come across. The hotel is modern, clean and very relaxing. Highly recommend the breakfast as this really does set you up for the day. All In all a fabulous hotel in a truly stunning country.

Perfect Location

Very close to the old town. About 10 minute walk and there are lots of places to eat and drink. Trips to Auschwitz and Salt Mine were straight forward and way to book. Everything is within Walking distance however the hotel will help with anything Taxis, Buses etc. Very friendly hotel, very modern, great staff, worth having the breakfast. Very happy with this choice.

Chilled hotel.

It was our 2nd visit to the Liv'inn. It definitely won't be our last. Wonderful friendly, chatty staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Need a taxi? No problem. The staff (Bart, Marta, Kamil, Rudolph and a few more whose, I'm sorry, names escape me) would ring you one which would be guaranteed not to rip you off (unlike those who WILL, when trying to get a cab back to the hotel from the taxi rank in the square). The staff are so attentive, forever asking if everything is alright; Room warm enough?, beer cold enough? lol We've been home for only 6 days and are already talking about when we will be able to go back.

Amazing

Amazing 5 nights in this hotel it is about 15minute walk from the main square which we liked (the park is beautiful) breakfast was ok what you would expect really. Rooms were beautiful & spotlessly clean, would definitely recommend and would stay again. Staff were fantastic nothing too much trouble. Thanks for a great stay :)

Small freindly hotel situated 8 minutes from town

If your looking for great views this is not the hotel for you as it is situated on a main road 8 minutes walk from the town square. This is a very small hotel which creates a freindly atmosphere. The twin room was a good size as was the bathroom and room was very clean, with a mini bar and a safe. The staff were very freindly and nothing was to much trouble, especially a guy named Bart. The breakfast was good with a selection of food to meet most peoples needs.I have stayed at a few \"budget hotels' around europe and this was by far the best. I would book again if i went back to Krackow.

An absolutely excellent hotel, it could challenge most 5 star hotels for service, cleanliness, breakfast and service
Where to start.

Spotless everywhere, definitely the cleanest hotel I have stayed in.

Amazing. They all went the extra mile to ensure we had a good stay. The reception staff assisted with booking tickets for buses, trains, excursions, directions and local restaurants away from the tourist areas which we would never have found. When we enquired about how to get to the water park the staff made sure we were all given a discount for entry. On arrival we were given a local map and hotel info booklet which had the weather forecast for the next 5 days which helped us plan our stay.
Location
About 20 minute walk from the Old Town centre, a pleasurable walk with plenty to see on route but regular buses and trains available.
The kids made the most of the free fast WiFi to stream movies in the evening.
Food
An excellent range if got and cold food for breakfast with a range if juices, teas and coffee. The kids loved the hot pancakes and various pastries.
Bed
One if the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!

Would definitely stay here again

I recently travelled to Krakow for a short city break with my daughter. We stayed here for 4 nights/3 days. From the outside the hotel doesn't look very appealing but once you step inside you are welcomed by friendly staff who are very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The twin room we stayed in was very clean and appeared to have been recently decorated. The bathroom had a large shower and, again, was immaculate. My one and only negative was that I found the mattress a little hard (though this is just a matter of preference). The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and delicious coffee! The hotel is approximately 20 minutes walk away from the main square and we found it easy to navigate our way there and back! There are a couple of bakeries and convenience stores near the hotel too. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

Convenient and friendly!

Front end staff were exceptionally kind and helpful at the desk, no question went unanswered. Breakfast was grand with local delicacies and traditional favorites. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Made the stay in Krakow even more enjoyable!

Everything and everyone was great. The airlines had lost our baggage and the front desk helped us call them and brought our bags up as soon as the airlines brought them over.
The staff was great and they upgraded us to the larger room which was awesome.

Overally very good

Great room and very clean. Its about 20-25 min walk to the old town and 25 to the main train station. My only small disappointment was the breakfast. Some of it looked a little stale. Otherwise would happily stay there again.

The hotel has recently been refurbished i had a single room (no 34) and was surprised how big the room was and loved the wallpaper. All the staff are lovely very helpful and knowledgeable. they booked our trips for us and were picked up at hotel We liked the hotel as it felt more homely than a lot of bigger hotels. All areas of hotel was spotless. Tram into town was 5 minute walk away and cost approx 56 English pence or can catch taxi for approx £3.

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff

This is a superb hotel within walking distance of the main square. The staff couldn't do enough for us and went out of their way to make out stay as good as possible. They helped to book our excursions and taxis etc and advised on the best places to eat. The rooms are beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more and already planning our return visit!

Modern, clean and friendly

We arrived after a day in Krakow, and had to be up at 5am for our flight home. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Philip who greeted us at 5am with a packed breakfast for our journey with a note in it wishing us a safe trip! Would definitely stay there again - the rooms were spotless and newly refurbished.

More than a budget hotel

The location and facilities of the hotel were very good - i.e. in the bathroom shower gel and shampoo was supplied. The breakfast was more than adequate with choices to suit everyone of cereal, hot breakfast, cheese and hams and pastries. Free Wifi also provided. It was within easy walking distance of the main town square - about 15mins and all on the flat.

Nice room with massive toilet!

Arrived at 10:30pm but checkin was smooth n quick. Checking out at 3am was also easy. Size of the room is alright and the bed is fine as well. Might be difficult to find in the first time but an uber ride between the hotel and the train station is only £2 so you can use that to avoid getting lost.

The hotel is approximately 20 minutes walk to the city square, but it's one straight road with lots of shops and restaurants on it.

Once you get to the city square, you won't be disappointed and it doesn't end there. There is an abundance of roads leading of the square with more shops and restaurants.

Krakow is an amazing place to visit, there is so much to see and do. I was out there for a week and didn't come close to doing or seeing everything.

This time of year is great for the Christmas market in the main square, but I can see me planning a trip back out in the summer.

Fab location comfortable beds staff really friendly and helpful wonderful city would go back to hotel and Poland, everyone friendly we had an excellent time. Very cheap to eat out and drink also coffee etc cheap.
