Hard to fault. Apartment is in a fabulous location right in the centre of Krakow's Old Town. There are dining and takeaway options literally at your doorstep, and a short 10 minute stroll to Central Station and a huge shopping complex. The apartment itself was modern, clean and roomy. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my two teenagers. We arrived late but we were given clear instructions on how to gain entry to our room. Hotel is in an excellent area, so close to the main square. Staff were very friendly, and even organised our private transfer and our trip to auschwitz. Would highly recommend.

This property is locating in the heart of \"Stare Misto\". Even though the building is very old, it has an elevator. But be prepare that you going to have a problem with internet connection: wi-fi with no internet and it is like different planet and no phone. Even to order car/ taxi, you need to go outside of the building.

Initially thought this place was ideal for 40th birthday weekend away with husband but it turned into a sleepless nightmare. On Fridays and Saturdays this property backs onto a VERY LOUD nightclub three storey down that pumps music through the building from 9pm to 3am. Earplugs, noise cancelling headphones, nothing helped! Woke up on my birthday absolutely exhausted. In addition other guests kept yelling to each other across the corridor in adjacent rooms in the evening too, and whoever was in the apartment above us kept screeching furniture across the floor for over an hour it was bizarre. Didn't notice so much on the Friday night as we had been out since 5am on a tour. The Thursday night was lovely and peaceful. In addition the fridge did not work in our room so we had to use the one in the corridor and we were told this would be fixed during our stay and it wasn't. The room itself was very clean and well appointed, but really I cannot say this was a good stay because of the extreme lack of sleep! I cannot stress enough how loud this was and due to it being fast bass music really hard to slow your heart rate down to drop off to. If you have come here to go out clubbing, by all means book it, but if you've come here to see Poland and sleep at night avoid at all costs. Also air con didn't work, it was very hot the entire time no matter what we set it to. Staff friendly enough when around but they aren't there overnight and you cannot exactly ask a nightclub to turn it down!

Both ladies at reception that I met, were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely, spacious modern and clean. It had wonderful amenities, and it was in a great location. The only thing is, the pillows were a bit on the soft side - I know it's a personal preferences, but maybe having a few soft and a few firmer ones would be great. Apart from that, I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Showed up to a beautiful room, comfortable bed, and large shower. The check-in desk gave us a map of Old Town Kraków and recommended places to visit, and later scheduled a taxi back to the airport for us. The location is perfect being so close to the square and being on the South side made visiting the Jewish Quarter, the Wawel Royal Castle, and the Smok Wawelski just a short walk away. They surprised us with a lovely bottle of Prosecco for New Year’s Eve.

The apartment is very nice and very clean. Is in a really good location only 1 min walk from the main square in Krakow old town. We only rated a 3 because of the lack of sound proofing and no blackout curtains. We could hear the noise of the streets all night which unfortunately kept us awake, and then when we eventually fell asleep we were woken at 6am when the sun came up as no blackout curtains.
No other issues, room was perfect size and staff were very nice and polite.
Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind a bit of noise and being woken early by the sun. Maybe winter time would be best to stay when sun rises later.

Only negative was squeaky bed and very hard pillow. It is noisy outside but we slept with the air conditioning on so windows closed.
