Hôtel placé dans une zone commerciale avec l’autoroute proche. Personnel froid, difficile à trouver le soir. Nous sommes restés deux nuits, le ménage laissé à désirer, poubelle non vidée, douche et lavabo pas nettoyées, papier toilette absent… quand on en demande un à la réception on vous en donne un à moitié utilisé. Ascenseur en panne, bien entendu ça peut arriver, mais l’info aurait pu être transmise à la réservation. Pas d’excuse ou de solution pour les bagages !

Chauffage coupé et impossible à actionner. Il faisait plus froid dans la chambre que dans le couloir. Seule réponse du personnel : on va vous donner une couverture supplémentaire. Pas de VMC et donc pas de ventilation aspiration au moment de prendre sa douche. De la buée et de l'humidité y compris sur le miroir et les murs de la chambre. Jamais vu cela. Quant aux nombreux messages écologiques, cela tournait à l'infantilisation

We stayed here on a road trip as a one night stay.The beds were really good to sleep in and the room seemed very clean. The staff was very friendly and we even got free coffee from reception in the morning as a surprise. Plus also pet friendliness, we travel with a small dog.

Easily accessible from the main motorway, the hotel is welcoming and spotlessly clean and great value. We stayed for one night en route to Spain with our two small dogs. The room was air conditioned , the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. We didn’t use the restaurant. Only very minor negative point is the lack off a kettle. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Le parking est suffisamment vaste pour s'y garer sans problème. Accueil très sympathique de tout le personnel. Demande satisfaite pour avoir une chambre dans un endroit tranquille. Merci ! La chambre est magnifique et spacieuse. Ma seule appréciation nuancée concerne le receveur de douche qui est entièrement lisse et très glissant dès que du savon y a coulé dessus ; j'aurais apprécié une version peut-être moins esthétique mais plus sécurisante. Et un petit frigo dans la chambre serait aussi apprécié mais c'est vraiment pour chercher la note parfaite. En tout cas, c'est une adresse que je garde pour un prochain passage, sans hésiter.

Shower room was a bit different.. no walls, only curtains, and therefore loud if someone wants to shower while others are sleeping. Our A/C wasn't working either, so it was a hot night. Still, totally worth the price.

The room was the last one available. It was listed as a \"junior suite,| but was actually a handicapped-access room. It was - literally - three steps from the front desk, and the restaurant was in front of the front desk, so it was not quiet. The double bed was a \"murphy bed,\" and was very uncomfortable. The shower was a seat with a drain in the floor and a handheld shower head, as would be necessary for someone with special needs. The young man at the front desk was pleasant. If I hadn't prepaid the room, I would not have stayed at the hotel that evening. For the price I paid, I was very disappointed and would not stay there again if the need arose.
