Had such a lovely week at this hotel. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Wifi was an issue only because it wouldn't let us connect, but quickly resolved.
Light from fridge in room is bit of a nuisance but not a problem by any means

I come here every year with my family as it's sentimental. Overall ok place but alot of the staff are terrible and only serve you of you give them tips daily. Management need to take control of this matter asap.

A world class Hotel, very professional and helpful staff, special thanks to Reception team Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Yousef for great support.
Amazing Aquapark, I didn't see any similar in size and variety like this one actually it has all what you can imagine, great fun for adults, kids and infants.
Great Buffet with lots of varieties and new dishes every day.
The beach bus service is very convenient and the beach is a lot of fun with clean crystal water and a nice coral reef with an amazing collection of fish.
I recommend it 100% and will love to come back again for sure

The water slides kept the kids and adults going for days and days.

Service from staff was very good, attentive and helpful. Disappointed that only location for cocktails was main bar in main building. Meaning a 5-10 minute walk to get drinks when by pool. Food options at the snack bars away from main pool were not same as main snack bar and needed to be the same to give consistency and all options.

This a good hotel, but the ‘all inclusive’ is limited, all said the main restaurant is very good, but the staff are an issue, you get ignored by many staff who just blank you! Reception is chaotic and over complicated, if you have an issue you have to explain it over and over to different people, getting a guest in took 30 mins! I wouldn’t go back myself but for families the aqua park would be massively good fun

I stayed here with my husband, six year old son and father-in-law. We all had a great time. It catered for all age groups. We loved all the food options and the chefs did a great job. The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. It’s a place we would definitely stay in again. I would highly recommend it to any family with varying ages. Bad room I found a blood in the wall , the sink and all door it’s bad , when I go to reception manager he saw , he take 4 hours to change the room , second day I went to main restaurant I wait the staff to grap the food, he not wait me , I wait him , I went to the bar I ask the cup of coffee the bartender speak with me ruad, he said go to another bar he don’t have cups for coffee, iam not satisfied at all, bad hotel with bad service, and employees

This was my third time staying at Jaz Aquaviva, and they have consistently provided an outstanding experience. The attention to detail was remarkable. The room was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a variety of tasty dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident in every interaction.

It's worth noting that the executive chef was always present in the restaurant three times a day when food was provided, ensuring we always found something we liked or wanted to eat. He made sure the dishes were prepared in a way that allowed us to experience his cuisine to the fullest.

The facilities at Jaz Aquaviva were outstanding. The pool area was well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay. The ambiance of the entire resort was serene and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway.

What I loved most about the property was the water park and the many swimming pools along with my swim up pool attached to my room it was my first swim up room and it made my trip absolutely unique and memorable. I had privacy a back yard peace and quiet for my

Very luxurious hotel with all amenities on site. I'm quite a fussy traveler so for me to use the word luxurious says a lot. All the staff were amazing. ESpecially Mido and Kimmo from the entertainment team. Rooms very spacious with with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hair dryer provided. Plenty of towels and room cleaned very well. Food was average but coffee was amazing. Lots of all day food options with ice cream and waffles too. Would also recomend the Turkish bath and massage at the onsite spa, the best massage Ive ever had. Would highly recommend and definitely returning.

Hotel delays outside taxis on purpose so u have to book hotel cars at 5 times the price! Very noisy music plays all day and late night. Any pool room view gets loud music in the rooms all day. Resturant is same food with little twist each day. Very little choice and you get bored of the food. Other hotels have much better choice we stayed at before. Jungle aqua and sinbad where 10times better and jungle water park much better at half the price!.
Management don't care, complain to them and they don't get back to you! This was the general manager, duty manager! Worse experience ever. Would never book again and advise others this is rubbish. Complex looks like cheap apartment on Airbnb. And photos ambience lighting don't look like photos at night! Very dim and dull.
Al la carte restaurant you can only gononce a week! Was not bad but would definitely not pay £50 to eat there after only 1 allowed. Rooms you have to keep asking for toiletries and towels for 3 as drop 2.
30 min to check in after long flights, and had to ask for another room as room was not clean or of good standard. Book family pool view room and twin garden room. Atlease the garden room was quiet side.
All plastic plates outside like a kids party.
Drinks are so watered down only a shark would taste the drop in the ocean.
Alcohol very cheap rubbish. Breakfast drinks just watered down squash. Then you have the reps going around harassing anyone pool side to book a tour. When get outside 3 times cheaper.

Absolutely Luxurious!! Everything is just awesome, from the moment you enter the staff strive for excellence.
- Food: top quality food, endless variety, and the finest presentation. Chef SABRY at the main restaurant always ensured our satisfaction! No pictures will do enough justice to this place.
- Pool Bars: serve fast food from noon to 5 pm, kids enjoyed the waffles with ice cream, Khalied and Ali are the best.
- Felfela: A roof top restaurant by the adults pool, requires reservation, is magnificent. The mixed grill with authentic Egyptian appetizers and side dishes were from heaven. Moustafa and Hateem were so nice, they celebrated our son’s birthday.
- Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are so comfy, Saad our housekeeping took a great care of us.
- Pool and Water Slides: enough chairs for everyone, free cabanas by the poolside are also available, numerous slides suitable for all ages, with barely any waiting.
- we enjoyed the Live music at the outdoor terrace every night after dinner sipping our favorite drinks.
- Beach: shuttle bus took us to the beach, to find designated chairs and umbrellas for us as well as the food and drink.
- The sad part is it is almost time to leave here. But hopefully we will be back again!

Our stay was amazing. We loved it. The facility is very well maintained and clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. A few things to consider for improvements:
1- Food and beverage quality needs to go up. As an example, the quality of the coffee machine is very poor. The live cooking at the food stations was really good. Other types of food were not as good.
2- The swim up rooms need to be better labelled
3- The stay was really nice, although I felt that we overpaid
4- The arcade games were not as good as I expected. They were very expensive, many games didn't work and the games were not very well maintained.
Honestly, I feel that if the quality of the food and service improves, this will take my experience to a fairytale.

I enjoyed too much in this resort.
-Check in was fast with good selection of my room and nice view ,thanks to Mr. Mohammed.
-Room was very nice, clean, spacious with comfortable bedding and clean bathroom.
-Pools were nice and relaxing and Aqua Park was marvellous.
-Main restaurant was very clean, containing large varieties of delicious tasty food items in the 3 meals with good service.
-Snack restaurant near pool was fair good but need to increase food items and ice-cream wasn't good.
-Night life in the resort was very nice with daily different shows.

I was about to say fair but many little points plus big one, food varaity is limited and quality is avarage, the main.kids aqua park was on maintainance during my whole stay amd the notice was 1 day late, tje room had a broken marble which led to injure my kid feet and needed a stitches, first aid delayed 30 min to come to room with cold blood, no one mentioned to me that ther is a clinic in the hotel and 1 min to my room, the clinic charged me for that despite they made him only first aid, i left hotel same day to hospital and discovered the injury needed stitches which means that hotel doctor is not expert at all, the towels and snack bars are bad ditributed and located only on 2 spots, no one helping guests at pool on beach areas, beach are clmpletly full of rocks, activities only animation team program from 8:30 to 10:30 pm

This was my second time staying at jaz aqua viva.

The hotel is very modern and has all the necessary requirements to make your stay comfortable. The weather in Egypt is amazing.

The rooms are very nice and the mattress very comfortable. Had very good night sleep.

The food is amazing and there is a lot of varitety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are many entertainments available there from water polo to morning yoga.

It also had very good clean gym facilities. Could do with a stand up cycle.

The hotel also had a shuttle every hour which was free that took you to the beach which was only about ten minutes away. The beach had its own section for Jaz aqua viva. Where food and drink was also available. The setting was really good. And the atmosphere at the beach was brilliant. The only downside was the fact the beach chairs were a little stiff. Could do with some padding.

The only negative i would say is that the wifi Is very poor. But saying that it was available in every area of the hotel.

Food is really, really bad. Beer is the only OK thing because to my taste is decent over there and guess it is cheap. Staff was bad but I can't blame them with their salaries. Kids pool was too cold in October. Beach is far and you need to take a crowded shuttle in the morning to get there. By the way, the hotel beach is just OK.

Beautiful complex with multiple pools

First impressions as you walk into the reception is luxury and space which is mirrored throughout the rest of the complex. The check in was quick and swift. Our room was in an excellent location and quiet block. The balcony had views of the water park, main block and part of the triple pools. I had family located in the block furthest away from the main entrance where it was much busier and noisy during the day due to constant cleaning and people movement.

Generally the food variety and taste was excellent. I would have liked to see some variation of taste in the cakes. They looked different but mostly tasted the same. The food halls were spacious and well manned by the waiters. The only recommendation I would make is that the seats be cleaned as there were obvious food marks on the backs.

Facilities were excellent, with an adults only section with pool, gym, multiple pools, various lounges, bar and the excellent waterrpark.
There was a regular free bus that took you to the beach where there was dedicated space for jaz hotel and where you could eat/drink from the snack bar. Again there were shower, toilet facilities here.

Location wise you could arrange trips with the hotel which we didn't do. We did however make a trip to the Marina which is about a half hour drive. This is a mini bus which picks up other passengers from other local hotels, cost was about 140 Egyptian pound. I didn't think much of the Marina. But there are multiple places to eat and drink.

Amazing experience at this hotel with very good attention to detail and a courteous staff. Love the night atmosphere here and quietness. Everything you need is close by. Don't worry about the beach as there's a shuttle to take you there every 30 minutes and the best water park is around the corner.

The rooms were fairly big, can easily take 5 people with 2 separate areas. The swim up rooms with private pools were good but probably will not pay the extra money for it. Slides were very good, not sure if there is a solution to the really hot ground from the sun, highly recommend water shoes. The pools are nice but the bottom of the pools feel like there are uneven tiles. Food was good and plenty. Juice was not great, only the lemon juice seemed natural, otherwise all was good. Shuttle bus to the sea every 30 minutes, otherwise ok can not really see it.

Nice hotel but not as expected. Rooms are clean and spacious, the water park is very nice, lots of things to do in the hotel but the cleanliness is the problem. The pool is not very clean. The restaurant is not clean and always had a smell.
The beach is away from the hotel and had to take a shuttle bus and this is a drawback.
Definitely overpriced.
I don't think I will repeat it

Overall a very good Hotel for families offering all day dinning at decent quality. Service team were friendly and attentive to guests. Heated pools are available and the Water park facility was great especially for kids.

excellent hotel with some concerns if they improve

first we got well welcoming from reception staff with early check in.

the hotel has great facilities,clean at everything, fantastic water park for adults and kids,all slide kids ends at low water level without any fear on him and the snacks was very good.

kids club with his animation team is wonderful, my son has enjoyed, but dancing kids is too short almost \"30 minutes\"

'the platform of entertainment shows' is one stair above ground which means you will see well if you are on the front,the back seats not see as well and uncomfortable.

the biggest disappointed was the food,it was below average and untasty with little varieties except \"Oriental day\".

found hotel and staff very good, weather lovely and warm, not a fan of all inclusive but found buffa varied and good quality. Liked lunch time meals at the adult pool, great place to be if you want to be away from kids!

Enjoyable stay Great experience

Stayed in this resort for 2 days wish our stay was a bit longer. Hotel staff excellent smiling and helpful. Food is excellent easily find something to eat. Chef Mr Ahmed was really helpful who always cook my daughter gluten free food. Room is very clean. Also swimming pool area and water rides are excellent. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent hotel and smiling staff.The Aquapark is great adventure and shouldn't be missed while you still have quite places to relax on the pool. The great advantage there is the Team working at kids club. They are simply GREAT. Doing great efforts, always following safety measures and they really made the kids stay there.
The only disadvantage is the food quality which is lower than used before as I am a frequent guest for JAZ group since years.

Vey luxurious ... bad service and bad food

The hotel is so luxurious, large, clean, has good room view and has a good aqua park and pool.

On the other hand, the food quality there is the worst ever and doesn't have a lot of varities, you will not be able to stand this food.

The workers there are not gentel, you can find someone come to remove the food while you are eating, also the check out time is 12:00 PM, I found the room service came to my room at 10:00 am to ask me if I will leave, then another one came at 11:00 AM to check again.

Overall, the food and the service are so bad there, and cannot be more than three stars with that quality. If you care about the quality of service, don't waste your money on that hotel.

Lovely hotel (clean and friendly) + amazing water park.
Food was to a high standard, huge choice of self service + 3 cooking stations which are cooking fresh to order.
Day time and evening entertainment was there but not great.

Great - food was repetetive and the only flaw

Excellent. Great staff and facilities. Food was ok, after a few days it gets boring. Italian was great, shame you can only use one ALC restaurant during a week stay.
