The hotel, pools, beach, and spa are all great! I had some excellent massages. The manicure and pedicure was not good. The therapist even cut my finger quite deep that it was bleeding. The bed is very comfortable and the A/C works really well in the rooms. the room is very big and very nice. Except the carpet, which was stained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. WIFI is ok but not great. It wasn't possible to stream Video correctly.
I had some issues with the food unfortunately. I got severe stomach cramps after 3 seperate dinners in their restaurants (Matsu, Masala and the new years eve buffet) I only ate or drank at the hotel the whole week I was there. The food didn't taste bad so I guess it was some bacteria or something not clean.
This new areas Sahl Hasheesh is a bit empty still. It's being developed. So there aren't that many non-hotel guests around. It's a bit eery walking along the beach at night. Bit of ghost town.
You don't hear the construction from the hotel which is good.

This is a very nice all inclusive on the Red Sea. We had a private pool suite - very large room and very nice. The food at this resort is excellent. The Internet is very slow and generally the service at the pool and the beach is very slow as well. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we would stay here again.

This was our fourth time at this hotel, as usual everything was perfect. The staff work tirelessly to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
There is no loud music, no beach sports, no children, no nightclubs just peace and relaxation.
The food choice is excellent, five themed restaurants as well as a snack bar and a main buffet restaurant which is themed differently every night.

Staff went above & beyond to ensure our needs were met. Celebrated my birthday with free gestures. My only complaint is that the Uber app does not function on property. I had to have our daughter book from Cairo. The reason is that thr resort charges $40 to order an Uber. Booking through the app was only $9 USD for the same ride.

This place is a really nice getaway. However, if you are American, more specifically, African American, anticipate stares from the European guests. We were told that not many Americans frequent Hurghada, hence the stares. It became quite uncomfortable after a while. Otherwise, the resort is beautiful and so is the beach! One of the best beaches I have ever been to. The service was good as well. The food was better than most resorts, as the buffet had many options for lunch and dinner. The rooms were EXTREMELY clean and the housekeeping staff did a tremendous job every day!

Great expectations but it didn’t deliver !

This hotel looks truly impressive. The rooms are huge. Everywhere is exceptionally clean.
The beach is awesome and service here, and only here was very good.
It’s Winter, but the entertainment is outside, not good for the performers and bar staff were hard to find. We were a party of 7 but not once, inside or out, did staff move tables/chairs to accommodate our group.
Food was average, coffee bad and drinks very poorly made and the quality of spirits was cheap. The heated pool had only a few sun loungers, rooms in the immediate vicinity were being renovated, and at this bar, all inclusive wine was not made available, only additional charge bottles ! I raised this with management who stated that glasses for the wine could not be used in the pool area, however, a small fruit and no alcohol buffet used glass flutes for a guava cocktail. Some staff were non-plussed, and needed re-educating in basic customer service, others were very hard working. It lacked passion, soul and a common goal to be the best it could be.
I was offered a late checkout to compensate for issues raised, which I didn’t use but appreciated. This hotel was very highly recommended and maybe I just picked the wrong 3 days to be there - I hope that your experience is a 5 star one !

Great service and food.
Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are open on what days! You can exchange currency to Egyptian Pounds in the machines within the hotel, however, if you want smaller denominations to give to the employees as tips, don't expect anyone at the hotel to help. Their answer was: "we don't keep any local Egyptian currency"!!!
Everyone else at the hotel were Outstanding. Huge Thank You to:
Sveltana (Customer Service Manager) who works long hours and is always willing to help with any questions/requests.
Hashim (Restaurant Manager) - went above and beyond from day 1. Thank you for everything you did for us.
Mustafa (Head Chef) and Rajendra (chef at Indian restaurant): thank you for being so helpful and accommodating by making vegetarian dishes for us.
Raj, the veg food you made was outstanding :-)
Naglaa - always has a smile on her face and greets everyone with a warm welcome.
Karim (manages poolside area) - you are constantly busy, always happy and always willing to help everyone.
Ahmed - thanks for the exceptional drinks service

Over all stay at Kaisol Romance was good with room for improvement in house keeping and beach area . Friendly staff esp Serlyn at the main restaurant was an absolute delight . It would be a good idea to display the entertainment program schedule on a a screen near the restaurant or send a printed paper with schedule to the rooms as we felt like missing most of the shows cause it starts early while we were having our dinner .

The Staff: work sometimes 16hr days and do their best to speak i the language of thwir guests. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. Somwtimea their responses are curt, but never rude. They are mostly cheeky and full of vibrant banter when able.

The hotel: if you can, get a sea view room. The roms with the Jacuzzi are on the internal side of the hotel. The decor is veryuch in the region of opulence. There are a few fine touches that have let the place down but you can ignore them and be very comfortable.

Attallah really took care of me. He made sure all my concerns were addressed. He did an amazing job cleaning my room and made the extra efforts to make sure the room was decorated nicely. A special thank you also goes out to Mahmoud at the Golf Cart Rental. Both Attallah and Mahmoud sure my experience at the hotel was amazing. They provided me with great customer service and I truly appreciate all their efforts. Additionally the food and drinks served at the hotel were equally as good, with a lot of options and varieties to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel & room was lovely. The swimming pools where smaller than expected. The location is quite, which we wanted, but more remote than we expected, it wasn't as easy to nip into Hurghada, as you might think. The staff really made the place, but they where always super busy, so on occasions forgot our drinks order, but really apologies for it. I would stay again.
Top tip, remember to haggle on the cost of the spa treatment & boat trips.

Amazing sunrise romance

Had a great 8 days at this hotel.workers like Ibrahim at the reception to George st the Italian restaurant and so many y others I don’t recall their names were amazing they go out of their way to satisfy you in any way they can. Great thanks all the chefs we had great cooking and lots of variety.entertainment changed everyday wonderful. Next time we will stay longer. Thanks to the great team.

Beach is amazing loved our swim and snorkel every morning.

Great location right on the Sanady beach. I’ve traveled all over the world looking for crystal water beach with normal sandy shoe resorts with no weeds lying on the beach, Sahl hashish and this resort in particular has it all.
All inclusive deal is the way to go, they have one of the best open buffet . Very generous buffet.
I can’t say enough about the excursions that you can do to make it unique vacation.
I’ll think twice before I choose a different destination for my next vacation. 5 stars

Excellent service from all facilities. Beach staff, restaurant staff, reception, room cleaning. Came from Canada, and I have to admit this is the best hotel ever. beach is impeccable every day.
Food is great with variety and delicious. Staff serving the food were quick and at the same time courteous/kind . Chefs were always around making sure all is well. All Desserts were excellent especially the oriental. Al la carte restaurants really good , Lebanese and Chinese were just amazing, didn’t get the chance to try Indian.
All waiters gave excellent service, one to mention is Ebrahim, quick and professional in dealing with us. But honestly all waiters were wonderful. Food and beverage manager always there to make sure all is running smoothly and very pleasant to deal with.
Reception always attentive to our needs and helps to the best of their ability. One that always stand out is Ibrahim at reception. He is an excellent multi tasker and help when needed.

Snorkeling trips is a must, braccuda arranged it and was honest as to what to expect and We liked that especially in Egypt. Safari also was excellent we loved the private 3-6 tour (not too long and not too short)

Once again Beach just wow. Hotel wow. Will definitely come back again without hesitation.

We Stayed 2 nights, I can confirm the Room is very Luxurious and very comfy.

I didn't like the food variety its very limited from my point of view, also the quality of food is of average (honestly not bad but no the best)

Pool area is cool and different.
The beach is the best and we enjoyed it so much.

All the bars (specially the snack bar) were a bit limited without many drinks variety specially (soft drinks)

Snacks menu (only pizza and burger) again confirming my point that food in that hotel is of average.

The hotel other than the rooms (need renovation) specially the restaurant.

Everything was above expectations, It was great experience. Starting from the reception Veronica was amazing, every time she saw me she made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the service. Salah and Mina at the snack bar, Khaled at the beach bar, chief Mahmoud m, and the waitresses Micheal, Husain, and Saieed were are super friendly and great to chat with. Also the Ramdan from room service was amazing. Food was great and in huge portions, the beach was perfect and the water was so clear. We had a photo session done with Emad, photos were great.

I know I was upset when the hotel didn’t send me the requested pickup from airport, however all the apologies I had were more than enough 🙂
I spent wonderful four days, left and came back after 3 days for another two nights, without even rethinking 😁
The manager, staff all resort family were amazing
U can see the manager everywhere just checking that everyone is happy and satisfied;
I met so many foreign couples coming to this resort every year, and sure I now understand why 😌

The marvelous huge environment, where you find everything your soul desires: peace at the hotel with privilage - adults only, beach outside the hotel few steps, beautiful quiet clean sea waters, excellent variety of food, professional staff behaviour, drinking water available all the day, everyday attractive program after dinner time, dancing, life music til 10:30 pm, spa centre, small local shops, that is everything at the one fantastic hotel - Thank You! If somebody wishes can go for a long evening walk by the sea, more local shops available, hiring electrical devices, bikes...etc. I will definitely be coming back twice a year!

I loved my stay here. Everything is clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful, especially Ibrahim, he helped us a lot with our stay here and made everything better for our few days here. He helped us change rooms easily since my husband and I love getting different views from our rooms. It started bad when they gave me a very bad room (humidity in bathroom walls, sewege odor in the room and unclean bed sheet and pillows, unclean towels) i asked the housekeeper to clean it but the guy didn't change any sheets or towels!!!
At 8 pm i changed my room to a better one and started my good vacation 😊

the hotel was fully booked and full capacity and they were not following anti covid 19 precautions , restaurant was very hot and has no air conditioning, every time we complain they say its broken ,and it was so crowded . food was not good quality At all , room was clean .
