Overall an excellent hotel with great facilities, beach, delicious food, clean comfortable rooms, beautiful setting and friendly courteous staff. Avoid busy snorkelling trips and especially any trips going to the Orange Island! Although the spa itself is relaxing the extra treatments are not worth the money and not great. The day trip to Luxor was the highlight- highly recommended

Room for improvement: Ordering food/beverages from the beach, birds picking at unattended food/beverages, nicer recreational areas (billard). We preferred Half-board over All inclusive.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. The resort is much larger than it appears in the photos, beautifully designed, very clean, and well maintained. My room was spacious and spotless, and the beach area is also extremely clean. I especially liked that there are adults-only sections at both the pool and the beach, which create a calm atmosphere. Snorkeling directly at the hotel beach was a highlight – between the sandy parts there are rocks where many colorful fish can be seen.

The food is good, with a wide range of choice. My personal favorites were the Indian and sushi restaurants, but the buffet also stood out with its huge variety and the fact that it changes every evening. The dessert buffet is a real highlight: every night a fantastic selection of homemade mini-desserts and sweets, beautifully presented and delicious. Overall, there are plenty of dining options to satisfy all tastes, and the price-performance ratio is excellent.

The spa area is extensive and includes not only treatment rooms but also a gym, which is well equipped, very clean, and offers water, fresh towels, and fruit. Right outside is a saltwater pool, which I particularly enjoyed swimming in – a healthy and refreshing experience. I also booked four massages and left very relaxed and happy each time.

Overall, the resort offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I felt comfortable at all times and would definitely recommend it.

We just checked out after a wonderful 5-night stay at Baron Hotel with my two children, and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, everything was excellent — truly a 5-star experience.

The hotel is in a quiet, exclusive, and peaceful area of Hurghada, perfect for families. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, with lush landscaping, plenty of trees, and several outdoor pools. The early morning and sunset bird sounds added a special touch.

Our room was spacious with a balcony offering stunning views of both the desert and the sea. Staff were professional, respectful, and always ready to help without being intrusive.

The food was great — the main buffet and five à la carte restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Egyptian, Mexican, and a grill) are part of the all-inclusive package. We especially loved the grill for its high-quality meats and seafood.

The beach is swimmable — a rarity in the area — with beautiful coral reefs just offshore. The hotel’s water sports center provided complimentary snorkels, which made for unforgettable snorkeling with the kids.

Evenings featured live shows like belly dancing and magic, and we enjoyed exploring the coastal path by golf cart.

The resort is also highly accessible — our daughter uses a wheelchair, and this was a key reason we chose this hotel.

Highly recommended for a relaxing and family-friendly Red Sea getaway.

Baron Palace was even more impressive and beautiful in person. The property is on a beautiful beach and is kept very clean. We really enjoyed the swim up pool to our room. We picked the all inclusive option and it was well worth it. The Asian restaurant that had Indian food was very authentic. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing vacation with loved ones.

Went with my autistic son. Staff were very accommodating to him and made the stay very pleasant. We loved every day of us being there. The staff are absolutely fantastic. The main restaurant staff were fantastic. My son eats a specific type of rice which we bought with us and every day they would warm it up for us and have it ready for him. Place is very clean and peaceful. We had an all inclusive package. The sea view could have been better as there wasn’t much sea we could see from our room. The bellboy Ashraf was amazing. All the other staff in restaurant and the Asian restaurant were amazing. The gentleman cleaning our room every day did a fantastic job. Egypt is a tricky one. The cab drivers and shops always try to rip you off but staying at this hotel the staff were some of the best people I have met. All in all I will go here again and again and again. Very happy with our experience. Thank you Baron Paalce you made our stay magical.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. the customer service and the beauty of this hotel cannot be matched. From the moment we arrived until we left, there was nothing that was overlooked. staff extremely helpful and attentive, room was spectacular. the swim up suites are beyond luxurious. the choice of restaurants were great, and the food was wonderful. Baron Palace is a beautiful hotel. It’s extremely clean and luxurious. Staff are very professional and very attentive to guest needs. Beautiful, extremely clean hotel. Excellent food. Only unpleasant experience was the massage at the spa. For people who are sensitive to noise (like me): They should avoid rooms that are close to the generator and the theatre where there are shows in the evening. For people interested in snorkeling: There is no intact house reef for snorkelers, you have to do trips by boat which are very nice.

They did not owner one reservations in syestem and it was accidentally not paid in advance they didn’t let it pay and make us new reservation to charge one night rent as panelty and make us pay new reservation and didn’t give us targeted room. The service was so horrible the guest left one day earlier

While Sahl Hasheesh and Hurghada itself is amazing, hotel was clean, breakfast was good and delicious. However, some of the staff were actually rude, and very inappropriate and making passes on the guests. I didn’t feel safe walking around in the hotel or the beach or going out for dinner, worried that someone from restaurant staff will harass me. I wouldn’t recommend for someone going solo

We stayed at Baron Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh for 6 nights. The hotel architecture and layout are beautiful. It has over 3 swimming pools one of which is dedicated to adults only, the 3 pools are steps away from the lovely long sandy beach. The beach also has a dedicated area for adults to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. The sea water is cristal clear, perfect for snorkeling. We enjoyed the amazing corals and beautiful colorful fish in the area. The staff were absolutely amazing, the reception officer Shenouda was very accommodating in helping us to choose an amazing room, the cleaner Mahmoud was extremely professional in keeping our room always tidy and the fantastic animation group Diana and her energetic team all made our stay very enjoyable. We were also surprised to receive a birthday cake and a nice card from the hotel manager Osama to celebrate my birthday! Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to return soon to your beautiful hotel.

Great stay, snorkeling highlight!

Great resort. Friendly staff (particularly Ahmed who looked after us at the beach day beds every day). Highlight is the snorkeling right in front of the beach with the most amazing marine life. There may have been confusion as we were two adult couples but was placed in the family section of the resort, which can be noisy. Make sure to double check at check-in. Food was okay, hard to complain when catering for such a large resort.

Out stay was amazing and excellent. The place is very well taken care of, well-designed and tidy. The service is excellent. It is located in a natural bay which makes the beach line more beautiful and spectacular. We stayed in an adults-only building so we had no real issue with noise aside from out next door neighbor who always had TV on a very high volume starting 7:00 am.

Excellent resort, very helpful staff. Especially Mr Hassan the concierge is excellent. He always went out of his way to answer all our queries and point us in the right direction. The food was excellent. The pools were great. At e Baron Palace reception I was told that anything goes here and if we need anything we just have to ask, and wow that was really true. We had room service on quite a number of occasions and also had take out breakfast boxes for our day trips as well. I had a great time during my holidays and I am sure I will return to Baron Palace in the future.

The Superior Room ( Classic) description on Travelocity.com DOES NOT say that it's DESERT view. And you'll pay extra if you wanna change your room.
There is absolutely nothing to do outside the hotel. No where to go.
Entertainment (animation team) is boring.
It's good for honeymooners who would do nothing but the beach/pool, dining, and sleeping.
Other than that, the hotel is very clean, food is great, beds are very comfortable.

The Baron Palace is a beautiful property. The grounds and and look of the property is impressive. However, they really could work on their customer service. We stayed in three different hotels during our trip to Egypt and this was the least favorite customer service wise. The staff just was not helpful depending on the person helping you. We had one staff member tell us to \"be sure to leave me some money\" on our way out of the restaurant which we we had already done. Then the next morning, we inadvertently had him as our waiter at breakfast. When we asked for beverages, he told us it was \"self-serve\" but any other morning our waiter had brought our beverages and then the next morning we had a different waiter and he happily brought our beverages. There was also some issues with the lobby staff at check-in trying to constantly get us to go to our rooms or in a meeting room when we were working to figure out the baggage claims for our group. I had to repeatedly tell her that I wasn't ready to go to my room yet. It just felt like they were trying to get our group out of sight. Just not was I was expecting from a property like this.

Room furniture up to date ,excellent room view, excellent shallow beach with multiple colored fish swimming with you , very crystal clear red sea water.
Very active hotel manger who stood at the restaurants every meal to ensure customers are happy , manger all over every corner in the massive hotel property.

However and that is not to discredit the hotel .
Shower area only needs to be redone to match the beauty of the hotel

No animation team on the beach or the pool , very boring hotel. No night shows .. nothing can be done after the sunset at all.
Half board accommodation don't include any drinks at dinner and all drinks are extra charged.
The clinic of the first aids is for extra charge.
They are just trying to take money from you by all means ..

Service (check in counter and restaurant staff) as well food quality leave a lot to be desired and definitly not on a 5* standard.
More attention was given to foreign guests versus local guests.
Lastly, parking area can barely take 70 cars yet the resort is around 750 rooms, so they make you park in the desert on the other side of the road!

At check in, the reservations desk said my rooms were booked as 1 single room and 1 double. I did my booking with expedia for 2 rooms with 2 adults and 2 children ages in (12 &17). They had to check with the manager and said my children were too old and are considered adults. I told them that shouldn't matter as the rate was the same for both rooms and charged as double anyway. In the end they checked us in but was very annoying.

Great family room. Two toilets - very useful. Nice grounds. Service was either totally brilliant (breakfast guys all great) or very disappointing (chefs reheating grilled food rather than making fresh). Funnily enough no toilets near pool or beach. Pizzas terrible, falafel brilliant. Great for a family holiday. The biggest downside was that there is nowhere within a half hour taxi ride to wander around and find local restaurants etc. Expect to stay the whole time in the hotel, which means you have to live with its limitations as well as the plusses. Oh and booking one of the specialist restaurants in the hotel had to be done 2-3 days in advance. Great spa.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and the customer service is impeccable! However, the only reason I say this hotel is “okay” is due to the food. Food is a HUGE deal breaker for most and the food at this hotel was very disappointing. The food at the Egyptian restaurant was great- but it’s reservations only and they book fast. So a lot of the times we got stuck with either room service, the 24 hour buffet, or the pool side restaurant which let me tell you, the food was so bland. And for the price, it simply wasn’t worth it. What a beautiful and breath taking hotel but the food was just so bland I had to give it an okay. What’s the point of being in a wonderful hotel if you don’t like the food? Very plain and bland.

Rooms were not cleaned well. Staff were not attentive and serious service lacked. Beautiful hotel although quite far out from everything else. It’s ok if you plan only staying in resort . My sister and I were questioned on a few occasions because we looked “Egyptian” and weren’t dressed skimpily as to whether we were actual residents which was distasteful. Spa was wonderful and they did all to make it great.

Baron Palace - hotel and hospital (kind of!)

This was our first stay in a hotel with our 7 month baby and the family suite we booked looking out over the grounds and beach was beautiful. Unfortunately we were struck down by food poisoning (not from any of the hotel’s food!) and the hotel looked after us incredibly. The doctor on site was fantastic and organised appropriate food to be delivered to our room. The staff were all wonderful, delightfully attentive and made a lovely fuss of our baby boy. We would recommend!

Very clean and high quality resort. Very professional and friendly staff. Spacious rooms and so many places to relax, 4 large swimming pools, beautiful private beach on the Red Sea and so many amenities. Variety of excellent food. 7 resturants located at the resort.

Huge hotel with really nice pools. Breakfast has a lot of variety and all the food is delicious. Lots of options for dinner restaraunts in the hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Baron was the only hotel that seemed lively with the whole resort of sahl hasheesh. It’s the only one I recommend there.

Fantasy hotel but dead like a hospital stay

The hotel is like a hospital everything is nice and clean but dead owner finish the breakfast at 10:00 Am and diner at 10pm forcing guests to wake up early and sleep early like a hospital no live activities or socializing
Fantasy rooms fantasy exterior and interior awesome food but no hospitality
Check in experience was horrible it took 3 hours to check in because manager denied the type of room I booked and paid for , After threading that I would leave finally he honored the reservation and next day apologize to us with a champagne dinner
Most of service at restaurant and buffet has an attitude make you feel that they making you a favor
Location outside the hotel is dead nothing to do after diner
The price I paid is not worth the service I got and too expensive compared to other 5 stars hotel in the same area
If you like to relax wak up early and sleep early just eat and sleep then this is a perfect hotel for you

Luxurious hotel surrounded by a breathtaking view. Flowers and trees everywhere. The Infiniti swimming pool is wonderful and the Beach and the Red Sea is amazing. I did snorkelling almost everyday and it is amazing to see the coral and all the beautiful coloured fish. Staff are very friendly and helpful and offers superb service. The cuisine is ultimate and there are many choices and several restaurants. A wonderful luxurious hotel. I will give Baron Sahel Hasheesh 10 stars. Wonderful hotel for families, couples and single. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. I can’t wait for my next visit. Thank you.

An amazing Hotel will lot of activities and facilitates. You do not need to get out of the hotel and yet you will be completely entertained,
