I had to check out early next day, so I communicated with staff members and checked out before 5 pm, was told that I will not get any reimbursement back even though there policy was s to reimburse guests if they check out before 5. So manager and the receptionist charged me for full 2 days and did nothing. Additionally my room was directly above the major event so I had LOUD music and noise

It was just wonderful. The weather was terrible hot near 40º but didn’t let us enjoy this beautiful city. It was great after visiting the city, return to the hotel to rest so comfortable. A little far from the center but easy to get by taxi, tram or bus

There is nothing nearby except a highway. So this disadvantage means that taxis are never more than 2-3 minutes away. The nearest attraction is a good 30 minute walk, but like me if you are there on business it’s perfect. Totally recommended. Love that the waiter at breakfast remembers me and keeps providing off menu omelette options from my usual cheese and onion.

Excellent hotel - rooms, service, facilities are all of a high standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful as one would expect. Room was clean and the bed(and sheets) made for a wonderful sleep.
The location may be an issue for some as it is not in the town centre however it was not an issue for us as we were dropped off there and picked up the following day from there. Would stay again.

Hotel was fantastic. They set themselves up for a challenge with a wet room style bathroom, but the shower and bath were cleaned perfectly every day. The food was excellent. For me it was a perfect location - right next to a main road and one of the bridges. It’s taxi only if you want to visit anywhere, but that not a fault of the hotel. Anyways the longest I waited for a taxi was five minutes.

The hotel and service was faultless, location was just a short taxi ride to the city centre. Smoking in the bar is allowed unfortunately something that here in the UK and most of Europe is no longer used to and this was a little disappointing, There is a separate smoking area but is all in the same area and of course this is not effective.

We traveled throughout Europe. This was the best hotel with the best room and the best staff. From the moment that you arrive to the moment that you leave, every part of your experience is exceptional. Whatever you need, they do their best to immediately provide. The room is exceptional. The food is exquisite. The staff even went to the exchange to exchange Dinars for Euros for us,..and brought the money to our room for our convenience. The breakfasts each morning was unbelievable. I only wish we could return soon!

This is a fabulous hotel, 10 minutes outside of Belgrade centre. I was attending an event at the nearby convention centre, so location was most important. Could not fault any area of hotel, all was truly excellent.
Only downside, is area around hotel is very run down and semi industrial, but a short taxi ride and you are in the centre of Belgrade, which is a great place!

Great hotel. Going to Belgrade we were not sure what to expect, but this hotel beat all of our trip's hotels, even before we got to our room!! The front desk staff was very nice and they were interactive with our toddler, right away got us help with our luggage and arranged for our car to be parked!
The rooms - now we know this is a young hotel, 2 years? but the room was amazing, hard wood flooring, amazing bathroom, overall a 10/10. With the hardwood flooring, we could tell it was clean and saw the staff cleaning another room and knew they did a thorough job. very spacious.
After a trip with this being our 9th hotel in 2 weeks, all I can say is that this one was the best.
Only note for people booking in Belgrade other than book this hotel, is that the drive up is a bit odd as you drive over a pair of streetcar tracks to get into the hotel, and google maps isn't quite clear on how to enter the hotel. Keep your eyes posted if driving in yourself to not miss the hotel and be sent into the overpass to end up somewhere else.

Hotel has had a very modern architectural refurb and pleasingly doesn't feel like a run of the mill chain hotel. I stayed with my young son and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, the shower was great too. Breakfast was plentiful and very relaxed, late running at weekends too which was a plus and we easily arranged a late check pout too on the day we left.
Location is not in the direct old town and there isn't that much in the direct neighbourhood but taxis are easy to find and the public transport was fun to use and very close by.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Truly professional staff. Rooms are Fantastic, quite large with lots of natural light with huge windows. Very modern and contemporary. Beautiful oversized bathrooms with high end rain showers bathtubs and vanities and also speakers to enjoy whatever you're playing on a tv while taking a bath. Bed was very comfortable as well with oversized plush king pillows. Also truly enjoyed breakfast, variety of fresh local cheeses unique French toast and option with salmon and trout. Always enjoy staying here, this is our second year in a row.

Located in a dodgy industrial district of Belgrade and far from the Centre, the Radisson Blu Old Mill is nevertheless an impressive property with large, bright, and clean rooms (No. 803) and nice views. Some guests might find the floor-to-ceiling glass bathroom wall off-putting -- even with the extendable translucent shade. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The restaurant is near-Michelin-Star quality and certainly worth a visit.

I had the pleasure to stay in that hotel several times since its opening 2-3 yaers ago. The hotel is spectacular, the service is impaccable, rooms are big, bright and mordern with all facility you might need during your stay. The wifi works smoothly. I recommend business class rooms or suit with a nice balcony with the view over the city. Once the Waterfront investment is completed the view will be amazing. Restaurant offer variety of food and the bar is a nice place for business and leisure meeting with yours business partners or friends.

The secret hotel: difficult to find the entrance.
Difficult to access from the street, there should be a sign on the motorway with an arrow showing the entrance. It took our team around an hour during a rainy night driving in the area of the hotel up and down a motorway and surrounding streets until we find how to get in. The waiter told us that it is a common problem with their visitors, which are often annoyed. It is so easy to fix and relatively cheap to the expenses done recently to build otherwise a very good hotel.

Brilliant in Belgrade
The Radisson Blu Old Mill was one of the nicest and most relaxing hotels we've ever stayed in. Our Business Class room was huge and serene, very modern but comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The huge shower and tub were great, the bath products subtle and lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. Our only very minor complaint was that it was very hot outside, and while the air conditioner worked, it didn't get the room quite cold enough to make the very warm duvet comfortable.
The rest of the hotel was great as well - excellent service all around, friendly staff, great made-to-order breakfast, fast Wifi, and everything was in great condition. The location is slightly off the beaten track, but it was easy to walk or take the tram to the more interesting parts of Belgrade. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is good looking (renovated in 2014) and the rooms are clean and comfortable, generally well cleaned.
The service however is a dissapointing (especially at reception), 3*** at best (having stayed in other hotels in Belgrade, it is easy to compare).
The night room service has only 4 items on it, including a Tomato Soup and a \"panini\" (more like a baguette from the day before), and the day restaurant has quite a limited menu, but is not bad.
There is no 24hrs restaurant or bar, which is dissapointing.
The airconditionning was not working very well in 2 out of the 3 rooms booked during our trip.
The location is ok, but a taxi is required to go anywhere (luckly they are cheap, and it is the case for all hotels in Belgrade other than the ones in the very centre).
In total the experience was very average service and facilities-wise, but the rooms were nice (if you don't expect a view - apart from the top suites).

We went to Belgrade for a big Tango festival all the venues were easy to reach by Trolly or Taxi with in 10mins coming back in the early hours of the morning lovely smiles and greetings from the Reception staff the help with changing Monies and Directions as to how to get to our Venues they were excellent

absolutely loved this hotel! This hotel has everything you need for an enjoyable stay- even underfloor heating in the ensuite. The staff are multilingual and can organise anything for you including taxis to and from the city.The room is a good size and the bed is oversized and really comfy, feather filled pillows are a bonus.I cannot fault this hotel and highly recommend it.

hotel location is slightly out of downtown but its half hour walk or just a few minutes of taxi ride.... as usual the hotel is great in terms of comfort and facilities available.. though I would not rate it much high in terms of the service...it could be even better given that they charge additional for in room service which is little strange....breakfast menu could be more elaborate but keeping in mind the part of the world its located in .. its not much of a issue...

Location is a bit out of town but not a big deal as the hotel works with a taxi company that shows up within 1mn! Staff are all helpful and polite, rooms are really luxurious and the restaurant offers great food and staff are also all nice! Will go back for sure!
