Very modern hotel close walking distance to Belgrade downtown. We walked very day and enjoyed pool and gym. Staff was phenomenal, went overboard to please guests. I strongly recommend, and will always stay here when visiting Belgrade.

The restaurant staff was always so angry to answer, even if I asked for bill, they always doing bad attitude like ( ooook wait, I’m coming!!!!)

Could use a customer service upgrade

It’s a nice hotel with a lot of potential but also a lot of room for improvement. I have stayed there many times, but mostly out of convenience (it’s outside of the city center, but very convenient for getting to and from the airport). It also hav a very nice indoor pool and decent hotel gym, but the pool is always packed.

Firstly, service is a constant issue. From reception to the restaurant staff, there is a lack of friendliness or willingness to help accommodate. For instance, when I’ve had issues with my room and asked do be moved to another room, I was told that the hotel was fully booked, despite that I cold search on on my mobile and find plenty of rooms still available for the days I was staying on their web site.

The breakfast is nice but inconsistent. Some days they offer made to order eggs, other days they don’t. They could also offer more vegetarian and fruit options for those guests that are not big meat eaters first thing in the morning

Lastly, the 19€ per day parking charge is outrageous, especially for Serbian standards and given that it’s self parking and only a small portion of the perking is covered. Not to mention that the covered spaces are usually reserved for “VIPs.” The worst part is that if you come by car, you are completely held hostage and have to pay the exorbitant parking fee as there is no other parking option available in the area. I really hate when hotels employ such sneaky practices just to siphon more money out of their guests

This was my fourth time staying at the Crowne Plaza Belgrade and I was a bit disappointed with the service level on this trip. Upon checking in, I asked if it was possible to upgrade my room (for an additional payment, not complimentary) to a higher category, but I was told by the receptionist that there were no other higher category rooms available, despite that when I checked on hotels.com app, there were plenty of rooms available. When I confronted her on this she asked the manager to step in who initially claimed that the app was wrong, and no other rooms were available, but in the end gave some poor excuse about having \"Indian guests under quarantine\" in the hotel and that the rooms were on the same floor as the quarantined guests therefore he didn't want to put any other guests in those rooms. This excuse seemed odd and I don't understand why the hotel was not interested in upselling me to a higher category room. Next when the key the receptionist gave me didn't work in the elevator, she insisted that I wasn't inserting it correctly and, rather than just making a new key, walked to the elevator to show me how to use it... when she tried to use it, surprise, surprise, it didn't work for her either and she had to make a new key, what she should have done in the first place instead of insisting that I was not inserting the key into the elevator properly.... it was just a lot of unnecessary wasted time and really poor customer service.

I had expected far more from Crowne Plaza brand. Parking is small and restricted (underroof parking is obviously for those who come with limo). Rooms are quite small (although I had upgrade to club room). Bathroom doors are old, heavy to move and make unneccesary noise and don’t close totally. Breakfast was good, but you can’t go if you have flip-flops although in long paints, but sandals are OK??? Few other minor mistakes... staff is great and doing all efforts to improve mistakes, all in total 3/5

3rd stay was disappointing - it was my last time

As a 3rd stay, and with prices doubled since my first time 3yrs ago, I was expecting a usual good service, upgrade and all facilities working. I was however very disappointed.
1/ No upgrade at the start, but that is certainly at the discretion of the hotel.
2/ Checking-in in the King Club Room - it is tiny. It is not worth staying at this hotel unless booking a King Suite - otherwise you are better off even at the Radisson, 1/2 price.
3/ Aircon not working properly and switching itself off in ALL rooms - at 35 degrees and extra-sunny, I was sweating in the room and it was impossible to sleep.
4/ The list of issues is too long to write, I will focus on the main ones: Aircon, no wifi signal in the 1st room, a stained iron (which stained my shirt) replaced for a worse one, coffee machine not working, etc...
Just not worth it anymore, it is a 4* with a 3* service, considerably overpriced as the amenities start being oldish.

The major problem I faced was at the check-in. Hotel did not accept EURO and ask me to pay Dinar. In Expedia reservation it was stated that hotel accepts the EURO currency. I asked for a exchange office, they replied NO and directed me to a machine that exchanges currencies with a very low rate. Market rate of Euro/Dinar is 125, but at the machine it is 118. Therefore, I payed more money that Expedia shows. So why do I use Expedia to find the best price? And it is so stupid that while the hotel do not accept foreign currency, there is no exchange office in the hotel. AND SOME LITTLE THINGS: There is no shoe horn, laundry bag in the rooms. There were only one pair of slippers in a double room. To increase the room temperature, I had to call reception desk. It is stupid. We were cold during our stay.

The hotel was an abosolute great facility! It's a five star hotel with amenities with the best hotels in the world. The Staff was abosultely grade A and the facility matched. The gym was great with onduty staff at all times and the pool was great. The food at the hotel restaurants was delicious and had an excellent display. The only thing that was not outstanding was the location. It's not very close to local attractions or tourist sites but the taxi was just outside. The hotel is also connected to a convention center that has many clothing shops and a small convenience store to purchase drinks and snacks.

This hotel is truly a Top Rate Hotel! It's in the league with the top hotels in the world. The gym was good, the room was good, the food was good and the hotel staff was great! The location was not close to anything, but there is a convention center connected to the back side of the hotel. There are clothing stores and a small grocery store in the convention area. It's an indoor walking area to the convention center, but you will have to ring the bell on the door to return to the hotel portion of the building. There is also a string of eateries and small restaurants a couple of blocks from the hotel if you would like to get out and get some local cuisine.

Comfortable stay

Excellent amenities, comfortable beds, great views on Belgrade, good room service (menu somewhat too \"local\" - if you are not used to a serbian cuisine, you might struggle to find something you like), very nice swimming pool.

Some constructive criticism: house keeping could be improved, there seems to be a gap between the room service and house keeping so dirty dishes were not cleared as part of the morning tidy-up. Also, in general, rooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly.
Despite the fact that vast majority of staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, a very small number of sulking staff were enough to make us feel unwelcome when we asked for assistance.

Overall, a very good hotel, but some lessons to be learned by the management, specifically around bringing the level of service to a higher standard. On all other points, Crowne Plaza offers great comfort and we would definately visit again.

Fantastic all-round hotel

Impeccable service with a personal touch, excellent swimming pool (and Turkish/Finnish sauna), clean and comfortable room, and delicious food (both dinner and breakfast) - including some surprisingly good vegetarian options). This is easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in, which was also only a quick and short taxi-ride away from the city centre. The staff were very helpful and considerate, making the experience of staying here a memorable one. Would highly recommend for anyone who would like comfort at a reasonable price in Belgrade.

This Hotel impressed us from the first moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious and were very affordable. I loved the spa and Swimming pool. It was the first Hotel I visited that had a direct Elevator to the Pool area. It's not in the center of the City but a close walk to the Usce Shopping Center. A taxi to the city was about US$10-12. This Hotel will not dissapoint.

At times it can be hard to find a really nice hotel in Belgrade for a decent price. I loved the place when I arrived! It has been recently renovated, so everything feels new! The hotel has recently being renovated. We had a room on the 6th floor with an awesome view of the old city. The room was modern, spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed. The whole facility is like brand new. Staff is superb - they always had a smile on their face, trying to make your stay memorable, which for us it truly was. Many channels on TV, including English. Small details like aromatherapy spray for the pillow, to make your zzzz pleasant was a very nice touch. Hotel is very close to the highway that leads to the airport, so easy access to and from the aiprot. Still, the building is away enough from the hwy/busy streets, so it is very quiet, great for sleeping in! I didn't hear any noise from the cars at all. The room has a coffee maker and a mini bar, and all the small little things you need, like slippers, a robe, hairdryer, etc. Chech in and check out was a breeze, and the staff made us feel welcomed (thank you, Nebojsa). We loved our stay.

A relaxing stay

This hotel is a good 30 minute walk from the city centre but this didn't bother us as the walk is safe and it meant walking over the bridges and getting to see a bit more of the city. Besides the weather was so hot and sunny, walking was a pleasure. There is public transport and the trams run often. Note that you can hop on and off without paying at the weekends - which is fantastic! The hotel itself is HUGE. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are fine. The beds are AMAZING! The breakfast buffet was substantial and delicious. The waiters and reception staff were exceptionally helpful. The pool is cool but pleasant and the spa area in general is a treat. All in all, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Tolles Hotel mit super Frühstück und sehr sauber, auch das Fitness und das Pool sieht überdurchschnittlich. Das Personal war höflich, könnte aber noch ein ticken hilfsbereiter sein (wirklich sehr pingelige Bewertung, uns wurde auf jede Frage geholfen, weshalb trotzdem 5 Sterne.) Jedoch ist man auf ein Auto oder Taxi für umgebungsfahrten angewiesen.
