The hotel is marketed as a VIP property on Expedia and, as such, offers free parking. Instead, the receptionist told me that the parking is self-parking and not free, must be paid the City’s parking system, which seems far too complicated for foreigner. The hotel does have its own garage, but parking there costs 20 euros. Plus no elevator from garage, you should carry on suitcase on stairs. I chose this hotel only because of the parking and because, as an Expedia Platinum member, it was offered to me as a VIP benefit. I can honestly say that the hotel’s VIP marketing on Expedia is a scam. The room was OK.

Would say hotel is good and not too far from the city. Breakfast dinning room was crowded and uncomfortable with heating on despite warm outside.
Be warned of the taxi scams in the city. It cost me £60 for a 5 minute trip. Use hotel reception to order an car now app.

One of the goos features was buffet breakfast and that was included in stay before. Now is additional and cost 20€ which is absolutely ridicilius. Not even 5 min away very good restaurant offers all you can eat breakfast buffet for less than €7. Best hotel feature roof terrace is closed for years now.

The room I had was on the seventh floor, it didn’t have a shower just bath, so if that’s a problem be careful the room you go for. The night reception man with the grey hair is rude and not intelligent, couldn’t help a simple request and poor customer service.

Nice Hotel. Convenient if you need to be near the BELEXPORT CENTER. The only drawback is that you cannot change the temperature at the room, and mine was way too hot at night. The windows do open but if you open them, the noise from the highway will be too loud.

Front desk staff not helpful at all with the most basic requests. Rejected package that came for me when I was not at the hotel. Called them to intervene and to confirm that I will pick up the package in half of hour when back to the hotel — did not want to accept the package. Person with the package could not wait and this brought me a lot of truble. And I booked 6 rooms for 10 people. Disappointed, will not be back.

We were 7 persons in 3 rooms.
I had junior suite on 2. floor , for our family 2 adults and 2 kids - it needs renovation
The rooms , that we had on 7.floor , were awesome.
The hotel is nice , with friendly staff , excellent location and secured parking.

In Hotel is in great condition, very comfortable, and has an excellent staff. It is in a good neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance, and the parking is easy and available at the hotel. The only problem with the location is that its relatively far from downtown Belgrade, but, because of that, you get an excellent value for your money staying there.

I use this hotel every time I have an early flight out of the BEG airport the next morning (wish they had airport hotels there, but they don't). The hotel is small, but exceptionally functional, clean and convenient. The staff is friendly, while the hotel restaurant is surprisingly good (I come from south of Serbia and even their south-Serbian specialities were excellent, which surprised me). Serbian food is notoriously heavy, but just around the corner from the hotel is Novak Djokovic's restaurant, where you can de-clog your arteries with exceptional healthy food. Again - I love this little hotel and recommend it strongly (since I travel a lot, I have tried other hotels with more famous franchises behind them - this one beats them hands down)

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is very close to airport and has its own transportation for a charge that is equal to taxi ride. The only problem i had is that there is no distinct or separate smoking area. I am non smoker and in a restaurant smokers are just a table away without any physical separation. With two or three smokers arround was very dificult to have nice dinner.

Really nice experience

The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean and I liked the music they played on the hallways, as you got from the elevators to the room.
The breakfast was ok, but what I wish I could've changed was the fact that in Serbia people smoke in restaurants, therefore during our breakfast, people at other tables were smoking. Maybe a split between smokers and non-smokers tables within the restaurant would've made our experience even better!

An amazing experience

The most friendly and caring staff I have EVER SEEN. They are simply THE BEST. Had food poisoning from a cafe in the city square and the hotel staff got me pills, food, called to make sure all is fine. One of them even squeezed me a lemon in 4 A.M.

Any trip to Belgrade goes through them from now on.

Very convenient for business travelers

I am a regular in this hotel as it is very convenient for business travelers. It is only 20 min from the airport and 15 min to the city center. The staff are excellent and the facilities very well kept up. Good breakfast, too.
During my recent stay my colleagues and I all commented that it was too hot in the room and the temperature control was likely disabled (which is not unusual for hotels).
The real reason why I can't rate the hotel a 5 is slow internet. It is ok for e-mails but not good enough for a Skype call because the wireless coverage in rooms isn't adequate and the signal oscillates too much. I had the same experience using my laptop or telephone.

My room looked at nearby freeway, but no noise could be heard inside.
The only drawback is hotel's location related to the city center; on the other hand I chose it because my flight was very early and the hotel location provides for an easy and quick access to the airport.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel. I have spent a night here, every year in the past 6 years, and I have nothing less than outstanding to tell you. Staff of this hotel is very courteous and they go that step beyond for you. This year my flight back to the USA was at 6am, so I had to leave hotel by 4:30am, and the staff had a bag with breakfast waiting for me at the front desk-on their initiative. They arranged my transportation back to the airport and woke me up that morning. The room was very clean and pleasant. I can not find anything wrong with this hotel.

I took valet parking and some items was stolen. I found out next evening when I took my car to next hotel parking, that from my extra benzin canister half of it (5 l) was missing. I hope, that the valet parking people are proud of themselves! DON´T USE VALET PARKING!

Extremely comfortable if you wish to attend to cultural or sports events at Belgrade Arena. Check-in, relax, then take a leisure 10-minute leisure walk to enjoy the event at the Belgrade Arena. Upon returning, don't be surprised to find the coffee and terrace bar full of visitors just like you discussing the show. Join in and make new friends!
