We have stayed at the property many time. This time on the club floor and it was even better than before. he staff on the floor provide excellent service. The only negative thing we can say is that the restaurant has changed menus and does not offer the full Serbian food experience that it did in the past. Please bring this back.

We have stayed in Hyatt many times before and find the service to be excellent and the rooms comfortable. However, this time there was a problem with using the pool. Families with children would completely takeover – jumping, diving, splashing, and screaming despite the signs clearly displayed and advising against it. The stuff would shrug their shoulders saying that they tell them but to no avail. We understand that it must be very difficult (and not advisable) to manage other peoples’ children. But you could manage the pool by introducing specific times for families only, line swimming or open to all. In other words, by managing the pool you manage its users – not the other way around!

I stayed at Hyatt for about 5 days to attend a local wedding. Great hospitality and service. Clean and friendly environment. Nikola and all the staff at Hyatt were great and very friendly people--always ready to assist you and make your time, as a guest, enjoyable as possible at Hyatt. The food was great for me. Great transportation service and on time! I have no complaints! Overall, I enjoyed my time and was always happy at Hyatt. Being in Belgrade for the first time, it was a great memorable experience and Hyatt was part of the reason why. I will miss my time in Belgrade and, if I would return, I would stay at Hyatt again without any hesitation. )

I'm annoyed by sneaky hotel fees and charges I DIDN'T KNOW about. This hotel did NOT display parking charges during the booking process. I shouldn't have to waste time digging through the hotel website to figure out the fees. IT SHOULD BE PRESENTED TO CLIENTS DURING THE RESERVATION PROCESS so that we can calculate and decide what we can afford according to our budget.
I was charged a parking fee of about $30 per day, even though I parked myself each time. If I had known that, I would have used taxi services and not rented a car, or I would have definitely chosen another place to stay. Because if you stay a few nights, these costs can add up quickly!

My husband and I both got food poisoning from eating the salmon. Worst club lounge I have experienced anywhere, rude service from Katarina.I asked to take a bottle of coke to our room for my 90 year old husband who was so sick from eating the salmon canapés from the lounge that he could not lift his head off the pillow and she said I would have to pay for it because all food had to be consumed in the lounge. I got very sick the next day after having the salmon at the breakfast buffet . We went there to celebrate our 50 th anniversary when checking in I mentioned this to the person checking us in and she seemed very disengaged, no happy anniversary or best wishes.I found everyone just putting on a fake show not really caring.We we’re both very I’ll and had to keep answering the door for inspection of the mini bar, I had told the person we were ill but he kept coming back 2 times a day , if it wasn’t him it was the house keeper to check the room to see if it was cleaned .I kept telling them to please don’t bother us but they still kept knocking or just opening the door. when I couldn’t answer when I was wrenching in the bathroom.The food was apsolutley appalling in the club lounge .

Hyatt Regency is great and luxurious property with excellent service. My room was always clean because of the wonderful stuff. Pool and jacuzzi are very nice in beautiful environment. Location is good close to shopping centar and downtown. I would like to return soon.

Family stay before long intercontinental flight - I am sure we had a good travel experience because we were able to rest and relax before the flight.
Hotel is 30+ years old but very well maintained and updated. Rooms are unusually large, mattresses new and comfortable, bed sheets crisp and immaculate. Bathrooms are spacious, including tub and nice walk in shower.
We had enjoyed an excellent dinner including some local foods and excellent local wine, and have relaxed afterwords at the pool & spa (very nice).
Service is what you would expect at Hyatt Regency - and more. Everyone was very welcoming and forthcoming to ensure we had a great stay. We received adjoining rooms as we have asked for, and our early morning luggage help was punctual to the minute.
I and my family will be back to Hyatt Regency Belgrade for sure.

A wonderful hotel in a great location, accessible to all. Irena in reception was very welcoming and gave an upgrade to a spectacular room. Club lounge had a young lady that served small menu and drinks and she was extremely polite and approachable. Her customer service was exceptional.

Except for the front desk staff that is not the brightest (interacted with 3 of them and none of them has proper training), everything else was wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Food is wonderful, in restaurant and lounges. The only thing, both lounges are smoke friendly and I am highly sensitive to this smell. Pool, steam room, etc, are great but treadmills were not connected to their channels. There is an outside and inside parking but at first I had a hard time finding an entrance to their parking, and so I just parked at the mall garage across the road, and ended up parking there for the rest of my stay.

Great staff. The young lady at the front desk recommended that I dine in the renovated TEA HOUSE lunch. I ordered falafel as an appetizer and mini burgers. The burgers are great. But falafel, I have no words to describe the symphony of tastes. I have been tasting falafel for 50 years, all over the Middle East and North Africa, but this harmony of salad, sauces and low-fat falafel is pure perfection. In a couple of weeks I will come to Belgrade again, and of course I will stay in Hayatt again. Pleasant feeling even as I write this. Just continue like that and the sky is the limit.

I stayed in this hotel only one night because of my flight schedule and everything was fine. Fast check in with the friendly receptionist, spacious sunny room with great size of bathroom, comfortable bed. I didn’t use the restaurants or breakfast but I did order room service for dinner and it was nice. Location was in between airport and the center but it’s only 5 mins drive to the center.

I visited Belgrade last month and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. This is a great hotel, premium service offer. Hyatt Regency Belgrade has the best spa/ swimming pool in Belgrade. Rooms are amazing, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Not far from city center. Very nice, professional staff. Wide choice of great facilities, very nice bar in lobby area and very cool jazz club with good music & great vibe.

The service is bad. The hotel is old, we received the room with broken shower.
Also hotel location is not that good you need a taxi to get to the city center... and in the center you can find a lot of other good hotels.
Breakfast is nice.
But on my next trip we would prefer to take another hotel in the center with better facilities and services.

Not a Hyatt Experience!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lobby reaks on perfume, I don’t know if it was from their laundry service onsite or if someone literally spilled perfume but it’s strong enough to make you nauscious.
Parking is insanely expensive and not included. Huge downside!!
Local calling from the room is stupid expensive.
Wifi is insanely slow even for loading maps, unless you purchase a high speed internet connection.
Room was equipped for one person and not 2: not enough towels or bathrobes, no shampoo in the bathroom.

The city has many other small chain hotels that are much better managed and you can have a 5-star experience and comfort for much less.

The only negative is we didn’t get a renovated room- the room needs an update. But we were pleased with the cleanliness.

My company wanted me to book a different hotel, but I chose this one and know it was the best choice. The reception and room service staff are absolutely wonderful and warm hearted - one dinner I was surprised with a dessert that was said to be sold out. Facilities and amenities are perfect, room was spacious and beautiful, food was delicious. It was also walking distance to the Savva Centar, which is why I was in Belgrade.

Great hotel for business stay. Room was big, breakfast was excellent, service was very good.

Location is outside of touristic area, so less recommended for that purpose, though it's only 10min taxi ride.

Finally, beware of Taxi drivers. Many seem to use tricks to overcharge (e.g., not having change, sometimes seems like cost was higher than it should)

The hotel located in new belgrade and it is a bit far from the city centre and historical place ,but it is so nice shopping centre exactly opposite of hotel and it it is one of the best in belgrade..the guys in the reception are perfect ,house keeping are so nice and helpful but only a lady who is working in tea house are so rude and she is the onliest negative point in hotel

I had a late checked-in due to flight delays, but when I phoned the reception prior to my arrival, the one I spoke to said it was OK even though it was almost midnight by the time I got to the hotel. The room was larger than I expected for a Standard room level, and the bed was very comfortable. The whole staff from Reception to the Tea House to the Restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was very good, had a lot of variety. One plus was that the USCE shopping center was right across the street from the hotel, so it was quite convenient. Though the hotel is few minutes drive from the center, it was still conveniently located and would recommend this to anyone.

A typical 5 star Hotel situated in New Belgrade with easy access to the Old Town. Large comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Very expensive breakfast (almost 25% of the room price!) and an indifferent and rather pricy restaurant. You can eat much better and cheaper in many restaurants in the Old part of the City of Belgrade. The swimming pool and Spa area are OK but nothing special.

Fantastic hotel to stay!

This hotel is huge! Eveyywhere is spacious. The spa and fitness ceter are super! Very clean, modern, super helpful friendly staff! Great choice for breakfast. And just cross the road from the hotel, there is a huge shopping centre.
