Værelset var dejligt rent. Desværre lugtede der af hash på hele gangen og vi var generet af det helt ind på vores værelse. Det var både morgen og aften. Det var tydeligt at en masse af de andre gæster røg inde på deres værelse. Det var ikke super børnevenligt. Vi troede fejlagtigt at det var et familievenligt hotel. Derudover var der høj musik fra naboerne både aften og det startede allerede igen kl. 7:30 om morgenen.

Da vi var nede i receptionen den ene aften kunne vi ikke finde noget personale hvorfor vi opgav.

Det er umiddelbart ikke et sted for familier, men nærmere for et meget ungt publikum.

The hotel enjoy Berlin was absolutely terrible. There was limited services such as no replacement of toilet paper or soap. The room was given with a broken sink and shower which was not a good environment. The noise level in the building was not controlled. The towels that we were given had questionable stains on them. The pullout bed had uncomfortable metal rods sticking out.

Great value for money. Not very central to Berlin, but when the public transport is working it's very easy to get to the heart of the city. Only complaint is the lack of soundproofing- if you have noisy travellers on your floor, you will hear them very clearly.

The room was a converted hostel room, could hear everything above, outside, in the hall. People were smoking at the end of the hall with door open which floodwd the hallway with smoke. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok other than some dirty looks from some of the desk clerks.

Very nice property, located withing walking distance of many attractions and food options, also, very closed from the train station. Parking was free in front of the hotel. Super safe and secure area. I would like to thank the staff at the front desk, as I was getting ready to leave with my kids I dropped my wallet with all of our passports and money. They kept it safe and nothing was missing. Thank you so very much for your help and honesty.

Kinda out of the way from attractions but close to Ubahn station and right off an Autobahn. We paid extra for breakfast; traditional German style all yiu can eat was good start to the day. Parking was on the street but never had problem finding a space close. Only negative was the cramped conditions; space so small bedroom door wont close because it hits the bed and you have to Tetris yourself in and out of the bathroom but we only went back ti sleep so it was adequate. We were 2 adults and two adolescent children and it worked for the three nights but wouldnt try it for any lengthier stay. Id stay again if i was coming to Berlin just for a few days. Get the Welcome Berlin Ubahn ticket is good 48 hours for 1 adult and up to 3 children so you can hop on and off and gets discounts at some attractions

Die Unterkunft ist soweit ok. Frühstück ist etwas teuer, kann günstiger sein und manchmal das Personal vorne bei der Auskunft etwas stur oder manchmal penibel komisch, nicht sehr genau hilfsbereit, geht so. Dazu ist das Hotel etwas weit von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt, aber geht halt nicht anders. Die Damen am Housekeeping waren alle sehr nett und die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten alles Nötige. Ok im Ganzen.

It was a nice property, a distance from the city center, but close to the freeway and public transportation. New construction going up next to it, but not noisey. The room was smaller than expected, and there was no AC (something I should have checked). The staff was nice. The bar/snack lounge had great options for late night snacking.

Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located close to public transport, if does take around 30 - 50 mins to get to some central locations in the city, but the public transport is excellent so this is not an issue. There's a children's playground next to the hotel for anyone with little ones in the summer. Aldi supermarket is a small walk away. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful, the room and facilities were very clean. Only small thing was one of our windows had a slight draft, but it didn't make the room cold and we stayed during December. Overall an excellent hotel and will use again.

Nice Budget Hotel near the underground station.

Affordable budget hotel on the outskirts of Berlin city centre. However, it is only a 5 min walk to the U Bahn and S Bahn stations, recommend you buy a Welcome card will allow you to travel by bus train and underground, these can be bought in the ticket machines in stations . Gabi at reception in the hotel was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are average size comfortable and clean make you have a private bathroom as some are part shared. The only draw back no tea or coffee making facilities in our room.

The hotel itself was fairly pleasant, clean rooms and the staff were lovely however this was completely overshadowed by the fact any sounds made were carried through the hotel due to the acoustics of the corridors and the fact that there was at least an inch gap at the bottom of the room door, it did not help that fellow guests decided to be completely disriptive and rude, every night without fail we would hear roaring and shouting in the corridor, doors constantly slamming shut (for 3 solid hours at one point), they were having parties in the room beside us each night and for some reason decided it was appropriate to go for a shower at 1am in the communal shower area which was the room behind where our bed was so inbetween being pregnant and being unable to sleep im sure you can appreciate that i would be cranky with this happening each night, im certain they were smoking in their room also as i could smell it when our window was open and in the corridor.
At one point i became so angry i was about to demand my money back from the hotel, but i figured it wasnt the hotels fault that some guests are rude and disrespectful to their surroundings however i do feel that the staff could better monitor the hotel at least to avoid situations like this as we werent the only people to be unhappy about the noise. The hotel was also quite a bit away from any main attractions in Berlin, however; there is a train station nearby and its fairly simple to get around .

Pleasant hotel with great staff

As a first time visitor to Berlin, the Enjoy Hotel played a big role in the overall wonderful experience I had in the city.
Upon check in, we found the staff welcoming, helpful and informative.
The room, though simple, was fresh and clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variation available and was again, well staffed.
While the hotel location may be a *little* out of the usual scope for tourists; public transport is frequent, close and efficient, and does encourage you to explore a little more.

We were well taken care of at the Enjoy Hotel, and would highly recommend this place to those who want to veer away from hostels but stay within budget. Would definitely stay here again.

I had booked a \"Comfort Double Room\" but I was put in a really small, dark and smelly single room. I complained on the night of my arrival, but was relocated only on the next day. I had not received any refund for this, although I reclaimed it three times. Staff argued I should contact this website. They offered me breakfast as an excuse which I did not have the time to take.

Nice, clean, cheap, comfortable hotel that's close to a Bahn stop, which makes arrival and getting around a breeze. The higher floors have beautiful sunrises, and the breakfast buffet is well worth the rather pricey fee. Fantastic food, many options.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights. The hotel is an a good location with great transport links. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well which was great as my German is very poor. Lounge area is nice, as well as the outside seating at the hotel. The room was a bit disappointing. I was told at check in that I had a superior room. The yellow colour on the walls left a lot to be desired, just seemed quite dated and wasn't what you'd expect in a modern hotel. The rooms were very clean. This comes down to personal preference but the pillows weren't for me, they were incredibly thin and even with two pillows, my head just sunk down to the bed with a cocoon round my head. Bed was comfy. The shower was good but on a few mornings the temperature was changing hot to cold rapidly which made it a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast options were good. Overall I would recommend the hotel as it is good for the price and I enjoyed my stay in the beautiful city. For feedback the main things would be the decor of the room and the pillows!

Good hotel for a low-budget city-break

A good hotel for the low price we have paid. The comfort room was small but very clean - we had a TV (with mostly German channels), and a balcony ( although the view was towards a highway). The location is very easily accesible, with train and subway stations nearby. There are also supermarkets close to the hotel. The breakfast was really great, and the personnel was very nice. There is also a small bar inside the hotel, with accessible prices.
I would have preferred a large bed (and not two small beds as we had) and a safe in the room.
For a short city-break, with a low budget, this is a very good place to stay.

Far away from central Berlin

The room itself is okay, however it does not look at all like the photos they have published on Expedia. The rooms look very old and have that old mildew smell to them. We did not want to take taxis everywhere and wanted to try to walk to most places but it would be a very long walk to the center from our hotel as it is further away from popular sights. The best part of the hotel was the staff- they were very friendly, kind , and helpful.

Check in was easy and quick. Average clean room, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Staff ok, not interacted much. Easy to find from S-Bahn station also 20 euros by taxi from Berlin HBF. On the whole was good for short stay.
Room on the smaller side. Awful pillows, no fridge in the room to keep drinks or coffee making facility or phone. Always go downstairs to order hot drinks at extra cost. Cleaner a bit lazy to replace used towels or change sheets.
Price on the higher side compare to room and service but acceptable for a short stay.

Check in was amazing. The guy who checked us in was extremely helpful and just adorably cute! The rooms were nice with decent views. Sitting chairs in the suite need to be replaced as no cushion in the bottom. Despite the hotel being renovated, the location of the tv in the comfort room needs to be considered in relation to the position of the door to the balcony. Overall, a great stay with friendly staff - would definitely return!

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would book this hotel again The staff were friendly and check in went smoothly
The breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of choice of cereal, yoghurt, fruit, rolls, cold meat and cheese
There's was also a hot breakfast choice too and the scrambled egg was amazing
Tea, coffee and fruit juice was also available and plentiful
The superior room (604) was lovely and clean with fresh towels every day and there were amazing views of Berlin
The S Bhan is about a 10 minute walk where you can jump on a train to many destinations
Highly recommend

Nice hotel with very easy access to city centre.

If you just need a bed and private bathroom (and WC), this is a great option, however don't except any amenities, there won't be a bathrobe and slippers, or coffe and tea (or any other fancy amenities. The rooms were clean, hsk did a great job. We had little interaction with the staff, however those we met were polite and helpfull. There was just one thing that bothered me a bit (however I never mentioned it), was that we booked a double bedroom (with double bed), and were given a twin room. We were too tired to ask for a room move so we stayed there for the 5 nights in Berlin, if you're staying with them make sure you are getting the room type you asked for.

The hotel was good. The staff was very helpful and I enjoyed my stay. It is a budget hotel but I didn't spend much time at the hotel as I was out. My room was en suite but there was shared bathroom on my floor which gave it a hostel feel. The only thing I didn't like was the location. I felt uncomfortable walking back to the hotel at night from the train station although the staff reassured me it was safe.

This Hotel is great for a visit to Berlin, It is close to the center of Berlin and all the sights! Transport links are close by and they are quite cheap to get around! When I visit a city I don't intend on sitting around the Hotel all day & night I really just use it as a place to freshen up and sleap and for this it was great! had a few drinks in the bar and a cuppa of a morning before we set off! It is fine,cheap,clean and a great place to base yourself for a visit to Berlin! I would use again!

When we first reached the hotel, we were greeted with friendly smile. The hotel staff if friendly and very helpful. The hotel is decently clean as well, even the shared bath room. The metro / train station is located about 10 minutes away, walking distance. The nearest food / restaurant also about 10 minutes away. We are happy to stay in the hotel and may come back again.

Great value.

A great place for the price. Think of it as an upmarket hostel and you will be very happy. It is out of the centre, but the staff were friendly, the room was clean and the showers (shared) were at a good pressure. It suited us perfectly!

This hotel was basic but very clean. We stayed here three nights, rooms were of a good size with wardrobe and desk, small television. We was sharing a bathroom but it didn't really matter because these were so clean. Staff were exceptional very Nice great service very friendly. Location is next to a highway but you cannot tell. 10 min to tube with great links to city.

Great hotel for sightseers

I stayed here recently with my boyfriend and the hotel was exactly what we needed. Very clean and has a great train service from the nearby Heidelberger Platz station. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone planning to spend lots of time in the hotel, but we didn't.

Family Trip to Berlin, Good Value for Money

Had planned a short City Holiday with the family (Wife and 2 kids) - we did proceed and take a family room at this hotel. The room in itself was not large, but then again we needed a place to stop, shower and sleep - nothing more.
Staff at the hotel was nice, polity and gave valid information - no major surprises and we have been very satisfied with hotel, location and facilities available. We do recognise the fact that cleaning was (certain days) rather late, but this does not really make any difference for us, since we have been quick in and out of the room when needed.

Wonderful hotel, great price.

I booked this hotel spur of the moment for a weekend trip to Berlin, and I am so glad I did. The room was large and clean (I upgraded to double room w/ bathroom) and the staff was absolutely amazing.

Nice comfy

Clean comfortable hotel. Stayed one nite only but was happy. Good price, offers kettle n hair dryer. If you are looking for psh lobby, chandeliRs, gloved waiters, this hotel is not for you. People like me that need a pace to sleep with god accessibility, it's a good choice

Affordable for holidays.

Double rooms should be equipped with double beds and not small two beds. Smokers should not be allowed to smoke in nthe corridors where the smoke gets into the rooms of other occupants. This explains my rating for the comfort as 3.

Staff Made the Stay Bearable

I chose the budget option for a smoking room and while I do understand that smoking rooms can carry a whiff of cigarette smoke, the room which I stayed in stank of stale cigarette smoke. I could not breath properly because of the stale smoke in the room. More can be done I believe to make sure the smoking rooms smell less. The staff however was amazing, which really made the stay more bearable - well done to you guys!

Rude and unfriendly staff

I found the staff rude and unhelpful. Most of the staff did not smile or even greet us in the morning or afternoon. The evening clerk was much friendlier than the day staff. We had to leave our key at the front desk when we went out for the day. The balcony had a very large crack in the concrete floor. And, the sheets smelled of urine. We were unimpressed with this hotel.

Clean and basic stay (IF location is not an issue)

Needed to stay 1 night in Berlin to attend to personal matter. Location is a bit out of the way, right in between 2 S-Bahn stations, at the edge of residential areas. I knew Berlin fairly well so was ok, but probably not recommending it if you were a tourist visiting for the first time (you'll waste precious time travelling to attractions). Other than the location, the room was pretty decent for the price, clean and well-maintained. Couldn't really hear the buzz from adjacent highways if you shut the windows, but could hear occasional sirens from eager German police cars (There's a police department down the road..if you're concerned about safety btw). Reception was pretty friendly, the night manager who doubled up as barman was jovial and informative. Had a good chat with him over beer at night.

Prima plek om te verblijven als je naar de Berlin Messe moet. Goede ligging, eenvoudig en gratis parkeren, prima ontbijt en er is een bar.

Viaje con mi familia. El sofá cama era muy incómodo para dormír.
El hotel está muy lejos de todo y si o si tienes que tomar el transporte público haciendo conexiones para llega a los lugares turísticos y centro. Lo que ahorras en parar en en este hotel lo gastas en movilidad.
Las habitaciones limpias pero no tiene separado el lavatorio de la ducha y el inodoro por lo que se hace difícil para una familia de 4 para usar el baño.
No lo recomiendo.

Die Kommunikation im Hotel gestaltete sich sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch schwierig.
Zudem machte das Zimmer einen etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck.

Beim Check-in wurde ein Late-Check-out vereinbart. Dennoch verschaffte sich nach 11 Uhr eine Reinigungskraft trotz des „Nicht stören“-Hinweises an der Zimmertür Zutritt zum Zimmer. Die im Zimmer verbliebenen Personen wurden in teilweise unangemessener Weise aufgefordert, das Zimmer zu verlassen. Nachdem der Mitarbeiterin die entsprechende Buchungsbestätigung gezeigt wurde, verließ sie das Zimmer wieder.

Im Anschluss erhielten wir mehrere Anrufe von der Rezeption, in denen wir mit deutlichem Nachdruck gebeten wurden, das Zimmer zu räumen.

Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
