Very clean inside the property and room, very peaceful and quiet. Millie was very accommodating. These are great cabanas, the outside area of the property is a little sketchy but it is quiet. The only bad comment I have is that I forgot some personal items and it’s totally my fault and when I emailed them the next day, they stated they have already been thrown away. An email from them letting me know I forgot them would have been nice. One items is needed for health reasons so I really needed to take it daily. This property has about 6 cabanas total so it’s quiet which makes it nice.

The water pressure is very low and takes forever to wash your hair. Didn’t like that you had to switch the A/C off every time you left as it took a really long time to cool the room down again.
If you are a light sleeper It’s was very noisey in a sense the walls have no sound proofing so you can hear the people outside playing pound music as well as the rooster that crowed at 3.30am for a good hour

Other than that Milly was friendly and the cabana was clean and the area outside kept tidy.

Rooms were extremely clean, no bugs. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The air conditioning could use some help. Room did not cool down for hours. There was a rooster that started crowing about 3 AM every night, all night long!! Not their fault. Also, not locatedin the best part of town.

This location was perfect! I was a solo woman & felt sooo safe, especially with the locked gate. It was down the street from bars/clubs but close enough walking distance from the water taxi station & the split! It was clean, the water was hot, water was replenished in the fridge everyday & the staff were so lovely! A/C worked perfectly too. 10/10 would stay again.

Good wifi. No TV but that is not a problem for me either. I would return. 10 minute walk to the airport or ferry.

The place was clean and has the basics you need. However, the walls and floor are like paper. I could hear people yawn. Someone next to me like ran up the steps and ran into the room, I'm not exactly sure but literally every wall and my bed shook when they did it. Door slams also shake the wall. I could deal with this for the cost but there's a family that lives in a house behind the hotel and they would scream at each other all day long. And i mean like nasty screams. Once the guy (dad maybe?) definitely screamed and slapped a small child. The dogs also would bark randomly. My last night at 1am the dogs just barked for 30 minutes straight. It was honestly stressful and overwhelming to be around that energy. Also the water would stop periodically, including the morning I needed to get ready to leave. The bed was also extremely firm. It really hurt my back and hips and made sleeping very uncomfortable.

I did not see a beach view. We stayed 3 days. The second day we ran out of the little travel size soap and shampoo. They dod not refill it. Had to go ask for a new one. The lady acted like i was bothering her. The bed was uncomfortable. It sqeeked when miving on it. Was like staying at a motel 8 quility.

The space was immaculately clean when we arrived and we were graciously accommodated with an early check-in that took a lot of the stress off of the day. Everything was satisfactory and the geographic location of the hotel makes getting out to adventures or food very easy.

It is a small space in the room and there can be music playing outside nearby, but that's part of the island vibe. We learned that the walls are thin as the couple next to us came back at 1:00 a.m. and got into a heated argument. That ended with some slamming of doors - not the fault of Dream Cabanas at all.

Everyone was very helpful with excellent restaurant suggestions. They did not disappoint.

I highly recommend booking this accommodation. It is so clean and the family is so helpful and kind.

One of the biggest benefits for us was the location. With Caye Caulker being a bit of a party area, especially at night by the water; if you aren't into that vibe, this accommodation being more 'in-land' made it a lot more quiet and peaceful.

Additionally, they have bikes that you can rent, which I'd highly recommend doing. Also, they were really helpful with finding us a ride to the ferry from Belize airport.

Our hostess maintains a safe & clean property. She replenished our towels, water, & instant coffee daily. We did not have an option for *do not disturb*. The hostess seemed to acess the room after each time we left the room to check if the lights & ac were off, even if we ledt for just 30min fir breakfast. This was somewhat bothersome & gave us worry.

The pictured give the impression you are right there at the beach. It is in the middle of a neighborhood surrounded by a construction zone. The rooms were clean. I was afraid to touch anything after reading a book with a list of fees if you break anything.

This is a lovely, well maintained, super clean property. The room is simply furnished, but very clean and functional. The mattress & the pillows weren't really to our liking, the walls are thin, and the neighborhood can be noisy so we didn't have a very good night, but it's a good hotel room for the money. Dream Cabanas was a great choice on Caye Caulker. The owners were super lovely and so helpful throughout the duration of the stay. Towels and sheets were very soft, they provided a jug of drinking water each day as well. Walls between cabanas were quite thin, so you could hear your neighbours quite clearly, but we just used earplugs and it was fine!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property for around 4 days. It was clean and water refills in the fridge everyday. I am glad we chose this location to stay, it was affordable and perfect for a couple. The units were up to date and seemed better than everywhere else we passed on the island. AC worked excellent, I would pass on using the bikes as they weren’t in great shape but would recommend renting some as it isn’t in the heart of town. The lady was also very nice and gave us recommendations multiple times. Loved it!!
