True, there IS a beach connected to the property, however, there is a sea wall, so no \"regular\" access to the ocean. Although the water at sea wall was deep enough for a boat, you technically \"could\" get in the water from the boat dock.
Our room \"door\" was a patio slider ...with curtains... As we were on the ground floor, people walking by could see our entire room. When the curtains were closed for privacy, the room was dark... convenient early morning but not so during the day. So when changing we had to remember to close the curtains and turn on some lights
Our room was on the ground floor, along the OUTTER wall In other words not opening into the courtyard...Our room \"door\" opened onto a quasi alley way, that anyone from the street could walk down. A cause for hesitation however for the most part, only hotel guests walked past.
Shower had low water pressure but maintenance fixed that right up. There was no closet, just a rod with hangers and a safe on a pedestal. There was a small fridge, two place settings worth of utensils, coffee pot, etc.
STAFF was awesome, they readily provided everything we asked for/about. ...excursions... clothes iron... microwave...fix safe door, directed us to space to park golf cart, arranged for taxi for us

Dowttown, Elves was excellent at the high end but worth it. El Patio is to be avoided at all costs as the prices are the same as Elves but the portions were minute for the island

Room was clean and spacious. Had room with sitting area and kitchen and that was nice. No dresser in bedroom, would prefer to have one. Location was good if you want to be in or near San Pedro. Easy to get around with golf cart rental. There is a sea wall so no beach. But sun loungers near pools and back area to relax. Our room was near the breakfast area and was loud early in the morning. Would recommend asking for a quiet area. Don't lose your room key, it will.cost you! Overall a nice stay and good value for the price.

Staff was so attentive and everything was so clean. There are always staff around even late at night and they will make sure your golf carts are locked up. They even check on you when they see you coming in late (I was always coming back at 2 am) to make sure you get in okay. I had no issues and I will be staying here again when I come back.

Rooms are small and very noisy. Doors are paper thin so beware of any private conversation you may want. Water pressure in the shower was awful, but the bed was super comfortable. The bar is only open until 6pm, but next door have a wonderful little tiki bar open with food all day/evening. Staff very friendly but I really found that with all the Belize nationals.

The room was clean and comfortable with all the essential amenities. The layout is a bit of a labyrinth but makes it feel quaint once you figure it out. The property is clean and well kept. The location was perfect in my opinion because it was not in town around the golf cart chaos, but easily walkable along the beachfront or roadways (if you dont mind sharing the road with the golf carts). Plenty of options for nearby bars and restaurants (be sure to try South Station for lunch or dinner), Pro Divers steps away, several options for grocery and convenience stores. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is under renovation. And we were warned about it. They offered to cancel. We didn’t wanna rush and try to find another room on the fly so we would stayed aside from the noise. The staff was very mediocre. The room hardly has any electrical plugs which was annoying. I had a very hard time getting something. I left there flown to our new hotel. It shouldn’t have been as hard as it was in other words I would not recommend this hotel although it has a good location.

Liked the accommodations which included a nice-sized sitting room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Staff were all great. Liked the location on Sea Grape which is close but not too close to the congested and noisy center of San Pedro. Lots of stores, restaurants and fruit stands close by. One the downside: Hotel was supposed to pick us up at the water taxi terminal but did not. (Hotel charges 12.50 US for the 1/2 mile journey) Cushions on the lounge chairs were old, thin and uncomfortable. Like most hotels along the ocean there really isn't a beach so swimming is off a pier. The hotel's pier had no ladder to climb out of the water so you have to use the neighboring hotel's pier if you want to go swimming

The room was OK. But I got hit in the head by a beach umbrella that came dislodged from the base after a strong wind came out of nowhere and blew the umbrella up and out. It was painful and gave me whiplash. A worker was already out there at the time didn’t act like it was a big deal and got the umbrella. Put it back in the stand. He did not say anything to management. shortly later, I went to the room because I was in pain wanted to get some Advil and I saw a maid that was coming into my room to change the linens, etc. she clearly could tell I was upset and went to the manager. The manager didn’t seem that he cared too much and the next day brought me a bottle of wine when he realized that I really hadn’t been doing much but staying in my room And I was clearly not happy.

The hotel also offers great amenities like a spa, restaurant and golf cart rentals, plus the concierge can set up tours for guests. We’ve stayed here twice now and both times have been great. Ocean front suite and a room on the second floor facing the residences both were perfect in their own way. The only thing that didn’t sit well with me is I left a tip on the pillow one morning and came back to the same room no bed made and the money was gone. No big deal it was &10 U.S. Eddie in security is always great and a smile to welcome anyone. The ladies at the front desk are very accommodating and helpful.

The room was nice, it had a kitchenette and items you need to do some cooking if you are trying to save money by not eating out. We requested that they pull the couch out for a third that was staying in our room. I asked for blankets and pillows for it, took a few hours to get them. The housekeeping lady was nice and finally brought the blankets and pillows. Apparently they had run out? We happened to be sitting at the pool on Day two of our trip to find the maintenance man trying to get in with a tv. We asked him what he was dojnf. He said there was something wrong with one of the TVs. I said there wasn't but he still changed it. Then that evening Netflix and all the apps were gone! The bar closes so early, 6pm. The closest restaurant that I believe they say is part of the hotel is super expensive and required reservations. The restaurant was very accommodating though and fit us in to a last minute table for 3. Also, the restaurant is super fancy, we were very underdressed. The pools were cold. This says \"on the beach\" and it is on the beach. However it is not a beach you can swim at. There is a chanel directly in front with a retaining wall. There was no shower curtain. The staff were nice. We did get hustled by the transportation service that they arranged. We paid him cash and then they charged us for it again at the end of the stay and said we never paid him. I was over it at that point and chalked it up to a lesson learned.

The shower was nice with a river rock bottom. Bed super comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Im glad I stayed a lil off the strip bc the golf cart fumes, traffic and busy downtown are a little much. I used a taxi for rides it was convenient and affordable and 10 mins or so each way (with the golf cart traffic). Holiday decor was beautifully done at the hotel. I would stay there again.

This property was a great choice. It was located about 10 minutes away from the main area of San Pedro. It was clean, the staff was friendly and were happy to answer any questions we had. The time we're walking distance from the beach. We had an issue with our first room and the staff was so accommodation of a room change and even assisted with transferring our items. There was construction out front, there is no option to swim as the water out front is quite dirty/murky. This is common there however. The staff and room were wonderful. Resort was empty, we had an amazing dinner there TOP NOTCH, but did not eat there otherwise. Again, staff was so friendly and nice. Nice resort but just far removed from where we discovered we wanted to be in San Pedro. A lot of new development construction happening in the area currently.

The room was clean and the housekeeper stopped by daily. The screen door to the balcony needed to be pulled from the bottom bc it was jammed and old. Only one chair on the balcony. The A/C barely worked from day one but as the days went on our room just got hotter and our ceiling fan slowed down significantly. By the last day we were sleeping with the balcony door open and the bathroom blower on because it was so unbearably humid in the room. It was so humid, I would pull clothes out of my suitcase and they felt wet. It was literally hotter inside than outside. The nice pictures you see are of the back of the building and the front is an underwhelming parking lot on the same strip as multiple other much nicer resorts. Everywhere we passed seemed nicer with more of a vacation feel. Also the shower water didn’t get very hot and the water pressure was bad, it kinda trickled out. There was a smart tv in our room but the hotel doesn’t have any streaming services set up so all you can watch without logging into your personal accounts is youtube with ads. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room because there’s so much to do in San Pedro, so it didn’t ruin anything for us but I can’t really recommend this place to anyone I care about either.
