We enjoyed our stay at Caye Casa, finding the location to be \"just right\" for us: on the beach and just outside of the hustle bustle of the center of town but not too far to walk to most sights/restaurants. Shane at the front desk was a God-send of a resource to help us change bookings and recommend places to eat, etc. The owner, Jake, was helpful too. The little dunking pool was incredibly refreshing after my massage (also recommended: Just Relax Massage right across from hotel) BUT the shower water pressure was terrible: they need to invest in a more powerful system. Once that's done, it'll be perfect. Please don't expect high-end luxury. (Not sure you'll find that anywhere in Belize) The suites are close enough to each other that you may end up hitting it off with your vacationing neighbors.

Caye Casa was the perfect location for my 5 day stay in San Pedro. All bars are within a 5 min walk. All local food options were the next street over. My room was clean and cool with ground floor access. The staff were perfect!!! I highly recommend staying here.

I’m already planning my next trip back to Caye Casa! I was skeptical about staying at a boutique hotel with my 7 and 4 yr old and not having the entertainment of a big pool, but they made friends with the local boy next door and had fun on the beach, dock and smaller pool. There was plenty to keep us entertained. The entire staff, especially Shane and Mario, were the friendliest, warmest people. They recommended some great local eats a 2 min walk away. Lagi next door took us out on his boat to snorkel. We rented a golf cart. They stay was everything and more. 10/10 recommend. So glad I chose this place over a resort.

My stay here was nothing short of amazing!! I started not to leave a review because I wanted to be selfish and keep it to myself Lol. But from the time of booking up until I left the owner and staff was awesome! On the first day of arrival there was an issue with our TV, we made the staff aware and the owner Jake came out and personally went out and purchased us a new one and replaced it himself. The staff assisted in everything from golf cart rental, laundry, to restaurant recommendations and reservations which were a huge help to for the more popular spots. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and relaxing and everything you could need. I will definitely be staying again, very soon! Huge shoutout to Shayne on the staff also, always available and willing to help with whatever needed.

Shane and the Caye Casa family was amazing. This was a solo trip to celebrate getting my masters and Mother’s Day. From booking until check out everything was flawless. Here’s the cliff notes of a wonderful stay. First the email before arrival please read it and follow it it made getting through the airport and to the hotel a breeze. Second I arrived early room was ready with AC blasting a just welcome cool to the heat of the island and a complimentary drink. Third front the booking email I asked a golf cart to be delivered to the hotel thought with my early arrival I’d have to wait but not Shane got the cart delivered early and I was off to explore. Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. I had a beachfront room and sitting out of the veranda or in the sitting area with the doors open having my breakfast was heavenly. Thank you again for making me feel at home. I can’t wait to return

The place is right in front the beach , very convenient as there is all kinds of restaurants to pick from on the same street, on the street behind . They will arrange and make accommodations for booking reservation, booking transportation, renting bikes and charts. It was very safe , I honestly had to issues and would recommend..I would definitely stay there Again .

There are 4 chairs on the property for guest use, but they are across the little road from the actual beach. The property was exactly as described, and the unit was clean and perfect for our family of 4.
My only really unexpected was that there was a lot more foot traffic than expected as I didn't know there was a little road directly in front of the hotel, I knew we were staying in the island city center, but there were always a steady of people walking by at all times of day. If you are looking for a calm view of the beach that was a little bit unexpected. We felt completely safe just know it's a popular area sitting directly across from a popular restaurant/bar, if you enjoy live music you can hear it from the balcony. There are many streets vendors for some island food and snorkeling/dive shops directly outside of the hotel.

The room had everything we needed: comfortable bed, microwave, coffee & brewer, mini fridge, safe. There were Adirondack chairs in the shade outside the room facing the ocean, as well as louge chairs in the front yard. Small plunge pool. Chairs out on the dock. The staff were great. Arranged a golf cart for us for a fun day at Secret Beach, taxi service to the airport, dining recommendations. They even did our laundry for free. Would highly recommend for a laid back island experience.

First, I have to say Jake and Marta were very helpful. I made my reservations and later contacted Jake regarding early check-in and transportation; he was very responsive. Jake arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport and offered a 7 or 10 a.m. early check-in. Now, I’ve traveled the world, and this was a first and I was grateful since we had an 8:45 scheduled snorkeling trip. The room was amazing and very comfortable, coffee, tea, water, and the free beer were a plus. Marta was a Jem as well. She assisted us with taxis, directions, and restaurant suggestions. Overall, a great location, but the amazing thing was; as we had our morning coffee we watched the morning sun rise. It was the perfect ending to a great time in San Pedro and a relaxing stay at Caye Casa.

There are however several good restaurants/bars within a 1-3 minute walk of Caye Casa. Check out Ara Bella (on the main road just 100 yards from Caye Casa). Plenty of good eats on the side streets including breakfast at D’ Family.
The pool is cool, clean, and shaded during the afternoon which is nice for cooling down.
The staff at Caye Casa is AMAZING! If you need something from fresh towels to laundry to renting a golf cart, all you have to do is ask. We totally recommend having them set up rentals, massages, adventures, etc.

Caye casa was exactky what we needed. Everything was close by. Restaurants were walking distance. Some of the best foods. Jake was really nice and helpful. He gave suggestions on tours and golf carts. He help provide transportation to the hotel. The pool was nice. We watch the local kids play soccer after school. Not loud at all. Love it there. Playing on staying here when i return

Caye Casa is an amazing place. Jake, Justin and the rest of the Caye Casa are amazing people and treat you like family. We will be visiting again. Great quiet location in town. It truly sounds a a boutique luxury hotel. The owner Jake is onsite every day and is very attentive to your needs. The beach (yes beach right in front) is cleaned every day. The pool is clean as well as the very comfortable lounge chairs. You are right on the front strip by the water there. The restaurants are great and Jake knows all the great tour guides to hook you up with the best trips to the sites. I can’t say enough how much fun and relaxation you will have staying there. Worth every penny. I only wish I had more time than a whole week to stay. Obviously another trip(s) are in the future to Casa Caye

Our stay at Caye Casa was wonderful. Jake and his friendly staff made sure that our stay from arrival to departure was stress free. Our room was comfortable and had every amenity that we needed, including mini fridge, microwave, cable tv, great Wi-Fi, and tons of storage space. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean from the Adirondack chairs provided for us. Jake was a gracious host and greeted us with beer and rum on our arrival, arranged our golf cart rental at a great price, and was readily available to make helpful suggestions for restaurants and resorts on the island. This was my second visit to beautiful San Pedro. It was even better than the first, due in part to our accommodations at Caye Casa. I stayed at the hotel next door when I was on the island 10 years ago and I love the location. It's on the North End of the ocean front road and located near bars/restaurants, a great bakery, and grocery stores. It's also a short walk to downtown, many dive shops, and many other restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay at Caye Casa again.

We could only get one night because they were booked Up before and after our stay. We chose it anyway because we enjoyed the place last year. Checkin process was super quick and easy. I had 2 chilled beers in the fridge which was awesome after a long day of traveling. The room was very clean and well equipped with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave and a smart TV. I decided to explore the area and there are so many great bars and restaurants right along the street. One of my favorites was Sandy Toes. And Wayo’s. Both had great music and chill vibes with awesome service.

From the first message to the last day, Justin, Jake, and Marta were the epitome of good hosts. We found this resort on Expedia and sometimes you dont know what you're getting but it proved to be one of the best decisions I've made about travel. All you have to do is let them know what you want to do while there or what you need and they know right where to send you. Their recommendation of C.A.T. Belize Mayaland Tours was SPOT ON. We felt very taken care of everywhere we went.
