Great hotel! Awesome location that you can walk anywhere around town. Staff was amazing! Christian was always so helpful and friendly! Our favorite employee! Sarah worked everyday in the restaurant. She was wonderful! Even the girls that cleaned our rooms were so friendly and always accomodating. We will stay here again! Laying by the beach or floating in the ocean in front...it was perfect! Rooms had everything we needed. Kitchen had plenty of things to cook small meals as well. Our oceanfront room was perfect! We love Sunbreeze Suites! Thanks for an amazing first trip to San Pedro! We will see you again!

I would like to thank the Sun Breeze staff for a very pleasant stay. The front desk was helpful and very friendly. Maid service cleaned our room every day, even wash our dishes. Our room had an ocean view. Hotel is located near shopping areas and plenty of golf cart parking. I would stay there again. Resturant attached to the property by the pool has great food also.

Walking distance to downtown restraunts and shops. Only downside is pool is in the middle of a restraunt layout. You can use it and drinks are right there on patio and charged to room if needed, but not really our vibe. And the room is so cold due to AC needing to be set high to due to reducing the humidity in the room. Truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with a female friend, and unfortunately, the experience was very poor.
There was no internet in our room during the entire stay, which made us feel unsafe, especially as two women traveling together. The hotel was dirty, with cleaning materials left throughout common areas, including stairs and walkways.
People were smoking on the balconies, the front desk staff was unprepared, and security was a major concern. The security guard on duty had very limited mobility and was physically unfit, clearly unable to respond or protect guests in case of an emergency, which made us feel even more unsafe.
The so-called “beach area” is not a real beach, but a boat harbor. The sun chairs are placed in the middle of paths shared by tourists and fishermen, surrounded mostly by men, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and exposed.
Overall, this hotel does not provide safety, cleanliness, or basic comfort. I would not recommend it, especially for women or anyone concerned about security.

We did a scuba trip with Amigos Del Mar and the Sunbreeze Suited was the perfect location. Walkable to the dive shop/boats and clean. Jerk Caribbean restaurant on site and small, clean pool. Attentive staff. Suite had refrigerator/feeezer and full kitchen with coffee pot and all supplies and microwave.

The pool was great but the staff didn’t seem to be customer service driven. Almost like we were a bother. One staff member that served us clearly had a bad cold and was coughing a lot around food and drinks. Now my husband is sick. Could be coincidence but I do wonder if he got sick from her. I understand she has to work but should have had a mask on to protect guests. Not sure if we would stay there again.

Our family stayed at the Sunbreeze Suites for about 3 weeks in May and had an amazing time in San Pedro. First of all, the accommodations were exactly what we needed for a family of 3 with fridge, stove and utensils that you would find in an Airbnb. The Sunbreeze is also perfectly located, right in the heart of San Pedro which makes is so easy to get around and get groceries.
Second, the staff at the hotel was amazing. We needed to change rooms when we arrived as the pool was too accessible to our 2-year-old son being on the 1st floor and the staff was responsive to our request and made the necessary room change. We also needed to use a babysitter a couple of days during our vacation and the hotel facilitated our request and provided 2 wonderful helpers at a reasonable cost. Lastly, we also celebrated our 8th year anniversary during this trip and the hotel staff took the time to help us celebrate by leaving us a note in our room.
Second, the staff at the hotel was amazing. Beautiful views, pleasant service and impeccable communication from staff and the onsite restaurant. I had the room with the 2 twin beds and a full futon that had a sunrise and pool view. The full sized kitchen has all the amenities as if you're home. Shops are near by for grocery and souvenirs. Golf cart rentals are close if you want to rent for the day or week. Nice restaurants for large or small appetites are near the resort. A special shout out to Betty, Vanessa, Christian and the house keeping staff at this resort. Sarah at the onsite restaurant (Jambel) and everyone who helped with the surprise cake and decorations for my sister's 60th birthday. You all did fabulous! Thank you!

Staff both at the restaurant and hotel were all super nice. Front desk helped us book a golf cart for a day and a taxi to the water taxi. I wanted to stay close to the restaurants and shops and this was the best place. Bodega and gold rental next door. Elvi's (our absolute favorite), Caraba an lots of other popular restaurants are easy walking distance. Water taxi to secrets was a 10 minute walk. Carribbean Breeze tour right in the back yard was very convenient for snorkeling trip. Security at night is nice too. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the property was quiet and water front. Lots to see an do close by. Always clean (rooms especially) and staff was excellent and willing to help. We never ate on the property as there were so many options available nearby. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee/dessert. The only thing we found frustrating was the wi-fi. Even though we don't want to complain about something as small as this, we did find that we wish it was available to locate places to eat, things to do and navigation. Overall this place was great.

Stayed here for 4 nights with our kids. The room was spotlessly clean when we arrived and they did a great job every day with housekeeping. We loved having direct access to the pool from the ground level unit. The hotel is definitely showing its age but everything worked okay. The staff were friendly and helpful in helping us to book a golf cart and whenever we had questions. I’d definitely recommend eating at Lily’s Treasure Chest next door too. Location was pretty handy to everything in town.

They provide beach towels at the front desk, this is a great benefit if you plan on using the pool or beaches. This place feels more like a resort compared to nearby properties. It is located right on the beach, in the heart of San Pedro. Walk along the beach to many bars/restaurants and nightlife. Walk 2 block to shopping, casino, and more bars/restaurants. Very convenient location.
I must warn, there is a small cemetery right next door, right behind another hotel. But you might get a glimpse of it from 1 or 2 private terraces, chances are that you will never know it exist.
To summarize: When I return to San Pedro, I will most likely stay at this same hotel. The location cannot be beat!

We enjoyed our ocean view and ocean front rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient to town and snorkeling excursions. No golf cart needed unless you have mobility issues. Hotel arranged a golf cart to be brought to the hotel which we booked for one day to go to secret beach for about $50 usd. Some construction nearby and pool a bit cool for swimming. Water off the beach is warmer about 80 degrees and you can swim off nearby dock at the Palapa bar. Overall all a very enjoyable stay.
