I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2017 . This place is getting worse every year . This is the 3rd time in past 3 years I am getting a dirty room and bunch of long hair in the towels . Cleaning is 0. The showers are falling apart . Towels are very old ( overused ) . Front desk managers Tigran and Armen and their staff are very nice , plus those guys behind the bar .

I had a one week stay at Double Tree Yerevan. The city location is about 10-15 minutes walk from main Republic Square with its restaurants and walking area. The room is very clean, breakfast variety is good from standard European style choices to Armenian specialties.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The service we received from the front desk staff was excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The in-room amenities are good. Rooms are equipped with a bar fridge stocked with cold drinks and water which can be had at no extra expense. We also found an iron and iron board which came in very handy. Our room had a Smart TV linked to wi-fi. The only downside is the location of the hotel-it is not situated in the vicinity of Republic Square and some might find the walk to Republic Square cumbersome. I would still recommend this hotel.

Beautiful new hotel! Great service! really nice staff. My biggest issue is that it did not feel like Armenia. they did not feature Armenian, food, music, wine, coffee, or music. Armenian wines were available but they did not showcase them. the restaurant is ITALIAN. I could have been staying in Cleveland Ohio. There were no local restaurants nearby.- very much a business hotel with no interaction with the locals....

During my trip to Yerevan I stayed at Hilton and Hyatt. Even though Hilton is newly renovated, and has more of a grand lobby, the reception staff has this cold corporate culture/ atmosphere. I really enjoyed the warm welcoming treatment by Hyatt's staff they are better trained to make your stay feel homie.
