The amenities like shuttle service is inaccurate on the website. The chillout spots were disappointing, and in the room the showers had yellow staining. When we got back from one of our days of exploring we found a rusted screwsriver in the bathroom, which was disgusting and weird. The staff was stupendous, very friendly and helpful.

A nice boutique Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the staff. Clean, quiet, and quick responses. Be prepared the mini fridge is not stocked so buy and fill it yourselves and the beds are on the firm side. Nothing big to complain about at all, it was a very enjoyable stay. Really nice hotel!! Got to the hotel at 11 and check in wasn’t until 2 but they said rooms were ready and let us in straight away.
Nice relaxing pool area with beds and bar open all day no waiting service
Clean room the cleaners you see all hours of the day sorting room
Check out late and after check out they still let you keep your suitcases in a safe room and have use of bathrooms, showers and towels if you need and spend time around the pool.

Solid hotel; could use some improvement in the pool area with longer hours and better sun loungers. The air conditioning issue is a deal breaker however. I realize this is a Spanish government issue but to mandate that the temperature must remain at 27C in the summer heat is ridiculous; this made the room way too hot. I won’t be going back to Spain in summer if this is to remain in place.

No locks on the balcony door.

I got an hotelroom on first/ground floor where there was no lock on the balcony door.
As I was on my own I checked this and didn’t feel safe. The evening receptionist didn’t seam like he cared much but I got another room on the floor above. Also here, no lock on the balcony door, with other balconies connecting.
As I like sleeping in a locked room I went down to the reception again and really had to insist to get a room with a lock on the door. Which I finally did.

Otherwise hotel was nice.

What can I say. Was expecting it to be a nice hotel but the reality was it was alot better than that. Slightly hard to find and I couldn't work out where to park so parked on the free plot of land just next to it but gets full so make sure you park before .

The hotel itself is really clean and modern. Room was lovely. Pool area and chilling area with foot pools lovely. Breakfast was really well stocked and nice views of the terrace. There's a spar shop just next to it also for supplies. Really impressed and will stay here on my next visit

Hotel was great with good pool facilities, the breakfast was amazing would highly recommend paying extra for it. Staff were very pleasant and very helpful. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was fantastic. The only thing I would have preferred is a double bed rather than 2 singles joined up as I was going with my girlfriend but overall I would highly recommend fantastic hotel.

More than happy to recommend this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful, providing us with maps, directions, advice and instruction on everything we enquired about.
Room was spotless, and cleaned everyday of our stay, varied breakfast selection (available until midday!) and they even prepared us a picnic style breakfast on the morning we left as we had to check out before breakfast to catch an early morning flight.

Definitely intend to return to Ibiza and would stay at the THB Naeco again without hesitation!

I loved everything of this hotel very clean amazing service . Great food props to chef that works there amazing lamb chops and ravioli ! The manger was so helpful throughout the whole stay and was so kind to us . If we needed anything they really went above and beyond to get it for us it was amazing . This is a great hotel to be in it’s close by other cities and you come back to the quite hotel get away from the partying and just relax . You literally get best of both worlds !Will be coming back!!

Clean, relaxing hotel with excellent breakfast.

Hotels is in a very good location, bus stop across the road takes you to the sunset point only 3Euros no. L4. Also to the airport L9, much cheaper than the shuttle. There is a store so you can buy food and drinks, restaurants including indian outside. Small beach across but you need to pay 18 euros for bed and brolly for 2 people per day. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Restaurant needs attention, waiters are all over the place, keep having to wait very long time for food, they forget things. It needs organisation. For a simple pre-cooked dinner it took over 2 hours to be served and eat which is extremely long. half board evening menu is limited, breakfast is excellent. I would go b&b and not half board. Reception staff need more training on the surrounding area, we were sent on a goose chase when the bus stop is outside the hotel. There are 3 separate section for relaxing, pool area, paddle areas, very quiet and relaxing, no problems with sunbeds, had plenty. Generally it is a very nice hotel. I would go again. Rooms are very clean, water pressure is a problem if other rooms are using water then the pressure drops. It wasn't much of a problem for us. For the price, it is very nice and very good location.

Hotel on beach front

Stayed here from 7th Oct. - 14th Oct.18 Bed/Breakfast & Evening meal. Any future stays would be just B&B as breakfast great & served up to 12noon, evening dinner minimal,more fine dining & art on a plate,disappointing! Ate out 4 out of 7 nights.
Hotel funky & modern and clean. Staff could have been friendlier,though unbeknown to us when we booked,the Hotel closes for 5/6months the last day of our stay,and they started stripping pool beds & packing up glasses & drink from bar the night before.
Facilities very good with free modern gym use,free pool towels & 3 areas to sunbathe. Downside not one of the five pool showers worked from day one same with the jaccuzzi(was this because last week open?)(unhygenic).
Beach right across the road several nice eateries close by Casita being our favourite. 20minute walk along beach walkway to busier side of Bay.
Overall a relaxing holiday on quieter side of Bay but within walking distance of busier side.
Just don't book to stay anywhere in San Antoni during our stay 7-14th as everything (including a lot of bars/eateries) start closing up for season!

We've stayed here for 8 nights and I'm not sure where to start. But I'll start with the pros.

PROS:

- Great location if you're staying in Sant Antony De Portmany (SADP). Otherwise, not so great as it is 30 minutes away from Ibiza Old Town Etc. Let's be honest, SADP is not a place you really want to stay at especially during the night, quite sketchy.) But is that's your thing it's great!

- Kitchen staff are a delight! From the cafe to the chefs! Simpy 1st class. Service is great, pleasant and greets you with genuine care. Maria Elena is the role model for the entire staff at this resort.

- Reception staff were quite pleasant and sometimes helpful. They tried their best but seems like they can do more to assist but are restricted from doing so from management. They have some weird shoddy back door strict rules for their reception staff. Overall good.

CONS:

- Absolutely zero standards for room cleanliness. The cleaners /maids are simply brutal. Half ass jobs all around from day 1. Made complaints where it fit the bill to do so. They do not actually broom or mop the floors. No attention to detail, does not replace bed sheets every 2 days as stated by the reception staff. All around very bad. They also have bad attitude towards their clients. If people also have no standards to room cleanliness than this hotel is for you!

- Management should be ashamed of themselves as they pretend to have class and professionalism but are just like a person they hired off the streets

Wonderful Hotel and Absolutely worth the money

I arrived in THB Naeco with a broken ankle which I travelled out with. I explained on check-in that I may need some assistance and the staff could not have been more helpful. Aside from the beautiful rooms, stylish decor, clean pools etc, it was actually the wonderful staff that made this stay one of the best i've had in Ibiza. As someone who has been visiting Ibiza for over 20 years I can honestly say this is the best holiday hotel i've stayed. Good Job! Massive thanks to Herman and Raquel

I’m neutral on the cleanliness, overall the hotel was clean .... however our room wasn’t cleaned for two days and we had to ask for it to be cleaned late in the day as we needed towels. Also the pool had gathered some kind of film by our last day, and had some bits floating. Maybe it was because it was late in the season though .... overall it’s a lovely hotel and I would stay again.

The pool bar man was lovely , and the lady lifeguard too. Also the reception staff were really friendly. My boyfriend found the night security guard a bit strange , as he seemed to take a liking to me and and instant dislike to him and would make this obvious.

Would Stay Again for the $

Nice hotel. Great amenities. Staff was amazing. Honestly the location was good but not great. Pretty far from the town and definitely a party hotel (even though the staff caters to everyone very well for wherever type of trip). Rooms were large but more on the \"used\" side. Would definitely recommend for the price though.

He was rude, arrogant and unhelpful, he was also a money grabber and, ATTEMPTED, to charge me and my mates €2 each for a glass with ice. Rip off, the cost of the drinks in the bar are extremely expensive.

Fantastic Hotel - shame about the sun loungers

The hotel was fantastic, staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options and good quality. Room was clean and tidy and a nice bonus bottle of water on arrival. Overall the hotel was fantastic at the price we had it for, the one big downside is the sun loungers. They lack practicality and comfort and having read reviews from last year with comments from the hotel on the subject we had expected them to be upgraded/changed to something more appropriate for this year. If these were changed we would definitely stay again but until that time it would be debatable purely because it wasn't easy to enjoy the day times in the sun and by the pool.

Useful to have a Spar shop within a min walk and lots of places for food including the amazing Casita Ibiza which I would 100% recommend a visit to if you stay at this hotel or any other hotel in the area.

Very lovely hotel!!!

Went to Ibiza for a quick weekend get away, absolutely surprised by this amazing hotel! The rooms are really big (basically an apartment) with lots of pool space and areas for relaxation and dining. We had breakfast which was a big buffet! The hotel is in a more peaceful location with a bus stop right across the road and shops/beach within walking distance. The only thing to be aware of is the hotel staff are very (maybe too) strict about the number of people in a booking. I originally booked this trip just for myself, but as my sister decided to join, I was forced to pay £80 extra (for the same room I would've had anyway) or they wouldn't allow her into the room. Apart from that, I had a very lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Only two main complaints are the music by the main pool was very loud and awful - more like 1950's French black and white movie music rather than Balearic beats; and the sun beds were very uncomfortable - it was very difficult to sunbathe on ones front.
