A modern, clean hotel, but not a great deal close by, which was a bit of a pain in the evenings with kids as the hotel itself only had a tuk tuk street food option which meant a taxi out to the bay every evening.

Rooms were a bit of a tight squeeze, and the air con wasn’t of the greatest strength. A large choice of breakfast buffet but unfortunately not the greatest quality of produce.

Nicely located next to Cala Pinet. Awesome breakfast, spectacular rooftop and adequate lounges around the pool. DJ music all day. Rooms were spacious and scent/fragrance free! Most of all, staff were very helpful and attentive!!! We’ll stay there again!

The hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff at the reception. Clean rooms and I loved the balcony view. However, the service at the roof top bar was not very efficient. Some members of staff were rude. They would not acknowledge the customers presence. The lifts were slow and one seemed faulty.

I liked the property, it’s very trendy and furnishings and style are excellent. I think there lacking in guest personalisation and customer service. Everyone seems very busy and preoccupied. They were aware of my son’s 21 birthday and no acknowledgement was made! Also the roof top pool was closed for one day whilst I was there and that was the main reason for booking it.

Very clean and located at the open bay where you could enjoy the legendary sunset. Walkable to restaurant and other souvenir stores. Breakfast buffet has so much food selection and it's one of the best breakfast buffet we had. Dining room is super specious and boast a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. House keeping is very quick and attentive to request. I would give this place a 9.8.

loved the balcony with view, LOVED the breakfast buffet and ability to eat it outside on the restaurant patio, loved the rooftop pool, wish i got to use it more than the one time before we left, and loved our room and yoga mats, bathrobes and slippers were all a nice touch. one thing i would change is cheaper parking on premise.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff at check in were so helpful and friendly and the domestics/cleaners were fabulous. Fresh towels, cleaned room and made bed every morning. The poor bar and pool was lovely and the prices of food and drink were affordable for ibiza prices!

Hotel location superb - beach front. Breakfast - big choice - good food. Decor and vibe good. Things not so good: paying for sunbeds daily is rubbish for an already expensive hotel, paying for parking, fridges in bedrooms not cold, air con very weak, rooms not tidied brilliantly (glasses not being washed) and shampoos not being topped up. So all in all - quite expensive for what it is - would give it a 3 out of 5.

Melia quality of breakfast is there in abundance - always fantastic

Rooms are nicely presented, although my twin beds weren’t locked together so the make-shift double wasn’t really a double (expect better from Melia)

The hotel in general is in good condition although the lifts need some attention

3 things I believe need work on
are the rooms personally there’s not much space to hang clothes and hardly any room for suitcase very basic

The air conditioning in rooms hardly work as well as the fridge

People that aren’t staying at the hotel kept coming in using sun beds meaning we couldn’t get any and also sun beds having towels on and not being used for more then 2 hours

Stayed for 11 nights, 6 with my kids and their friends and 5 nights with my brother.

Everything was fantastic. Welcomed by the glamorous manager Cristina upon arrival and always checked in with us throughout our stay. Carla was outstanding in guest services and nothing was too much trouble for her. Marina on reception and another male colleague were always very helpful.

All the Chickeria restaurant and Rooftop 9 waitresses were very efficient and always service with a smile.

The food was great and the setting and facilities (room included) were excellent. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We can’t recommend it enough and we will be back again.

Amazing stay! The rooftop pool was awesome. We were a bit disappointed with the downstairs pool as it could be spiced up a little to make it more welcoming and appealing. Nonetheless, we were happy to stay in the rooftop. Hotel vibes are very good, taxi situation disappointing but not the hotels fault. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful property with walk out beach entrance. The beach is public, and you need to pay 10 euros for beach chairs, so this was deceiving. Poolside chairs are full very early in the morning. Clean rooms, spacious areas and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

Pictures were accurate but would not rate this a 4 star. It is a 3 star at best. Third bed in room was just a convertible chair, not even a real cot. Not very comfy. A/C and ventilation in room was very poor and non existent in bathroom. Made for a very stuffy room and impossible to get ready without breaking out in a sweat. Housekeeping was not great. If you left item on bed forget about getting your bed made. Trash was not emptied, floor not swept, empty water bottles were left. Rooftop was beautiful but pretty empty in the evenings. Went for an early evening cocktail and sat at the bar. Got first one fairly quickly but when we were ready for another we tried several times to get someone’s attention, after about 10-15 minutes we gave up and left. I think we were the only ones sitting at the bar. The breakfast buffet was actually very good. Loads of selection and well stocked.

And please fix the phone in the room so that guest don’t have to keep going back and forth to get service and to resolve issues. Staff extremely rude during check in and check out. Not very friendly towards American guest. The breakfast food was the same every day with no variety. The crowd here was not what I was expecting and overall hotel felt very dirty and rundown. AC hardly worked and the room was barely cleaned every day (trash & hair still on the floor). The o my nice thing is obviously the rooftop pool and direct beach access. But again it’s a very distinct crowd and has a very dirty feel overall.

We paid extra to get a sea room which was pictured on expedia. On arrival our view was someone’s apartment with their laundry hanging on a line drying. If I knew that was going to be my view I would have not paid extra and would have chosen a different hotel. Very disappointing. The hotel said they could not do anything about it because it was expedia’s fault.

Fantastic Hotel for Mum (51) and daughter (17)

We arrived at this Hotel the last week in June 2018. Checking in was quick and simple, breakfast buffet,air con, safe and pool towels included in price. Given 2 room keys which are also used to get through pool gate to beach. D.J by the pool and a chilled atmosphere. Pool bar and food (recommend veggie burger) Cocktails/drinks are not cheap but its holiday! Roof top bar and grill with infinity pool where you can watch the sunset. Beds really comfy and rooms seem soundproof. Lovely beach (sunbeds 10e each) and sea very calm and shallow. Can catch the regular, every 30 mins) ferry over to San Antonio (5e return) from beach as well as other boat trips. Spar and other shops very close by. Can't think of a negative and would definitely go back.

Great hotel, with terrific ameneties & lovely staff. The breakfast options were plentiful to pleaae even the fussiest eater. The hotel i found to be spotless and there was no litter anywhere

My only gripe was the bed & pillows. Please do not let this put you off the hotel though as it is based on my personal preference..... It felt like a slightly cheap spring mattress and the pillows were too soft.

Overall a very pleasing hotel i would definitely visit again

Lovely hotel, fresh and airy. The beach is just a few feet away from the hotel and downstairs pool and the roof top bar/pool area is amazing we did see a slight price different with the downstairs pool bar and the roof top on drinks and foods (also be aware they don’t let you bring any food and drink to either pool areas including your own water). The room was clean modern and basic but with all the necessities available - even has a speaker system. The staff are really nice and friendly- Have to say the women checking us in really too her time, first to be seen too but I think we were the last to get to our room compared to the other people checking in but the check out was much more easy to deal with. Breakfast was really good... dinner not amazing, must less choice but it was okay.
Overall the hotel is really looks really nice and is clean. The food is good. Really loved the roof top bar/pool -it has the most amazing views and prefect spot to sunbath. Not far from the airport and there’s a load of local shop around the hotel.

What an amazing hotel! Chilled, clean, good value, great breakfast. Staff were very helpful and we were lucky enough to get our room early so we could check in and get changed for a pool party. They even printed our tickets which I'd forgot to bring. Could not fault the hotel at all. Gorgeous roof top pool and bar. Great food during the day and daily cocktail offers.

This hotel is close to the airport, and right on the beach. Not much to do in the town but there are some cute restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. The hotel is very cute and has a pool, and awesome roof top pool, bar and beautiful sunsets! Breakfast was good, we didn't eat at hotel for lunch or dinner.

Nice hotel located in San Antonio

Hotel is located in San Antonio. Just 5 min walk to the beach. Beach is fairly smal, but Lots of reaturants near by to choose from. You have a store on your right side of hotel for all your essentials and you have a small mini market open until 12. The hotel is nice. Very clean and staff is extremely nice and helpful. The free Breakfast is nice and there is a lot to choose from including a pancakes station and omelette station. Please be advise that the hotel is about a 30-45 min ride away from the city center of Ibiza. So you will need a car to drive around. Taxis to city center run about 26 euro a trip. You can take a water taxi to San Antonio town were there are few bars a restaurants and few attractions in the summer. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great stay. Thank you everyone at Sol house. I will be back

The hotel is great, a bit far from downtown Sant Antoni. We rented a car so for us wasn't a problem to go around the city and to see some other beaches. The breakfast was good until 11 am. We loved the music. Beautiful views from the rooftop, recently revamped rooms with Bluetooth speakers.

Modern decor, good roof top pool, good mix of people staying there, breakfast was good, boat taxi stop right on beach next to hotel, nice thai restaurant close by as well as Kumarahs bar / restaurant. Hidden charges & practically no parking

Thight policies and timings getting on your nerve. Many hidden charges that you'll know only on spot, e.g. soft drinks not included in buffets even water.
Parkings are horrible there, the hotel has few paid parking & I stayed on the waitinglist for parking!! They advise me to use any parking on the street at my own discretion.

Great roof top terrace and bar looking over the bay with panoramic views from San Antonio bay to the west end and Mambo!
Good food, great cocktails, various dj's all good music, friendly staff, clean, relaxing.
Far enough away from the noise, an easy 30 minute walk or sea taxi!
Tastefully decorated, classy hotel, would definitely return.

Awesome time @ Sol House Mixed by Ibiza Rocks

I had a great 2 nights in this establishment. Nice view from the balcony and awesome huge speaker in the room that you can connect your phone to. Rooms were insulated well enough that you can blast the sounds from the speaker without disturbing others. Room service was above and beyond. Nice artwork inside and outside the hotel. Rooftop pool and bar was awesome as well as the downstairs pool. Nice breakfast buffet which is free!.

Great hotel in a good location. Opposite to Mambos which you can get a water taxi from the bay at the hotel. Really clean. Breakfast was really nice and lots to choose from. Stayed here for a 3 night weekender. Really enjoyed our stay. Quite location, clean, fresh and modern hotel. Will definitely return.

So much better than we expected!

Fantastic hotel, felt very luxurious. Great location. Breakfast amazing - everything you could imagine! Hotel provides towels so no need to take. Also provided in room is a set of mini toiletries - sun cream, after sun, hair protector, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving kit, ear plugs eye mask!! Aircon good and blackout curtains great. Rooms very quiet. Pools lovely. Right on a lovely little beach.

Modern & sleek outdoor & pool area

Hotel was clean & modern with very nice terrace. I liked the fact that there was 24h reception (as I arrived late).
I thought that pool area was quite small, although it looked great. Nice , calm location but close enough to San Antonio.

Outdoor and communal areas have great look and feel. My room was quite simple but spacious & comfortable.

Nice aesthetically, good breakfast, bad otherwise

No help desk. Same person checks you in/out, sells tickets, & acts as tour guide. Food by pool disgusting. If you stay on the 1 st floor be ready to sit on your balcony and face used condoms, empty bottles, chip bags, etc..., that everyone else throws down.
Pretty property. No beach chairs

Great Hotel

Surprisingly mixed set of guests ... Families and clubbers. Two great pools. Daytime pool and beach.... Evening at the 6th floor roof terrace bar and infinity pool with amazing views and DJ. Ten minutes in cab to San Antonio and great harbour restaurants such as Villa Mercedes.
