We had a good time . For April city break.
The hotel was nice and clean. Pillow was not comfortable, there are pors pan cutlery, plate, washing liquid , the room was hot hiwever they said they can turn it down because if the season eventhough it was hot outside.

The restaurant sraff needs to exercise more patience . All nice .

The breakfast was a repetition. Same thing every day. I was not happy about that.

The bittke water arent bottle water ...it tap water they are refilling .

Breakfast was over priced for what was served.

The pool was super cold .

Rooms not cleaned properly during our stay.

Receptionist staff were all nice and helpful.

The restaurant in the hotel was ridiculous expensive. The goodness for the pizza house next door...everything reasonable price.

Cala comte beach is the best 13min from the hotel. Incredible

The hotel was amazing and catered for our every need!
It was a late honeymoon due to unexpected circumstances.
When we arrived we had fresh roses in our room and chilled cava waiting for us and as for the food it was to die for and last but not least the staff who were amazing.
What a perfect holiday 👌

Great relaxing hideaway break

Can Salia was the perfect hotel for our relaxing break in Ibiza. The hotel is located in what seemed to be quite a quiet area and is the perfect spot for watching the sunset from their rooftop pool, some nights we actually wanted to get out for dinner before sunset but couldn’t tear ourselves away. We had a hire car so it being in a quieter area didn’t matter so much to us as we could get about as we wished, most of the time though we just enjoyed relaxing at the hotel.
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are so spacious and we found the bed very comfortable.
The reception staff are absolutely amazing!!! They were always so friendly and nothing was too much trouble to ask, thank you so much for looking after us.
The rooftop pool is super, there is lots of comfortable seating and beds to sunbathe on and we had no trouble getting a bed each day.
Hope to be back again in the future!

Hotel is lovely and modern. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Rooftop area is stunning. I went for a few days with my family. The only negative is the main pool is dated compared with the rest of the hotel and children are not allowed up to the rooftop until 7pm in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a stunning rooftop pool and the overall hotel is amazing with great views. Word of warning if you decide to pay for the presidential suite! There are 6 of them and whilst the terrace views were lovely they overlooked another hotel and also the bedroom view was not of the ocean like shown on the pictures instead we were overlooked by another hotel not private and not what we expected. The room itself was lovely and spacious but smelt of drains, as there were only two of us we probably would have opted for a smaller room with a view of the sea! The room has a kitchen but no complimentary tea or coffee is provided. The staff were helpful and friendly and overall the hotel is lovely just watch which side your room is facing!!!

Great swimming pools and perfect for families

Marina palace is separated from the hustle and bustle of West San Antonio. A short walk allows you to enjoy hundreds of bars and restaurants but far enough away to not be noisy.
There are two swimming pools and a restaurant/bar to buy drinks and snacks on site.
It wasn't too difficult to find enough space to sunbathe next to the pool.
Rooms have the facilities to make meals if you wish to.

Our room that had just had a referb was great but other areas around the complex were in bad condition. Out of sight areas in particular need addressed. There were a few raised tiles at the baby pool that no one took any notice of. We stayed in A117 with a sea view, we could see The Ibiza Sunset which was amazing

Had a great time at the marina palace. The views from the room were amazing. The room was very stylish and comfortable.
Balcony was in the shade.
Restaurant/bar was expensive.
Pool was icy cold.
Not a lot of bars/shops open in the immediate vicinity so looked a bit 'run down'.

We were in Ibiza visiting family so we're not at the hotel some of the time of our stay but overall we enjoyed our stay. We found the hotel very nice with good facilities. At the time of our visit it was nice and peaceful with plenty of room around the pools but it would probably be a bit busier in the main summer months which would not suit us. The apartment was quite well appointed and equipped for our needs and we were quite comfortable for our stay. All round well pleased so would return but not at peak times.

Location is good, rooms need alittle work.

Location was good and had 2 well sized pools. Only had few little issues for one the bath seemed like it was decaying as if it wasnt cleaned properly, the shower head was broke water leaking out the side still worked though, water pressure seemed weak when having water warm/hot, cold had decent pressure. Didnt have a kettle i mean not a kettle im use too it seemed like there was a kettle like appliance but it didnt seem to boil the water more hot than boiling, bed wasnt a double or king or whatever was supposed to of been it was just 2 singles pushed together wouldnt be too bad if atleast had a king/double mattress. old big back tv (not that a tv really matters) but as a thing to do at night its good to watch something and to me a hdmi port helps as i can plug my phone in then.

Ibiza Party Island for all ages.

We had a lovely stay on this wonderful island. The Marina Palace was a great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff, good facilities we especially enjoyed being poolside and swimming in the sea off the rocks. Sunsets were fantastic especially enjoying lovely food from the restaurant.

Hotel location is great but if you're not booking the prestige rooms, be prepared that the rooms are basic and tired, it's comfortable enough and we didn't spend much time in it so it was ok as a base. Pools were lovely and it's right on a rocky beach were lots of people were snorkeling from which was great.

Good enough for what you pay

Port d'es Torrent is really close from nice beaches like Cala Comte or Cala Salada. The neibourghood though is not specially nice and on top of that is difficult to park! Rooms are spacious with Kitchen, service is good. Air conditioning too noisy and Tv too old and small. Breakfast is very simple. Overall is ok but not fantastic, however much better than other we've been in the island.

Perfect holiday location

Lovely holiday, apartment spacious and comfortable although air conditioning was mostly unsatisfactory.. 1 unit not enough and hose had to be out the balcony door. Weather exceptionally hot so a bit uncomfortable but we booked standard apartment so my fault ! Room inspected for installation next year of proper air conditioning, fingers crossed!!2 lovely pools , fabulous children's club , all staff very pleasant and courteous. Would return . Area very quiet , large supermarket 10 mins away .

Clean tidy, good location, decor in rooms is dated

Hotel and grounds look modern and well kept but inside apartments they were actually very dated. However, they were clean and well equipped and a good size. Pool was relaxed and walk to a lovely beach was only 10 minutes away.
Would recommend and stay again but would prefer a better room. I had booked a sea view room online but was not offered this on arrival and told there were none available.
It seems that these premier rooms/apartments are time shares so maybe a sea view room should not be offered when booking on Expedia.

A Seven day visit. Overall it was an excellent hotel. Breakfast , views, location, and very roomy suite. Only issue was the beds were rock hard and the two showers couldnt be used at same time. Poor water pressure and control of temperature.
Wifi was random at best.

Pretty happy overall

I was quite pleased about the hotel and it did meet my expectations but there were few surprises and annoyances.

If you have a car, parking is 5 euro a day and valet service was available. The most negative thing wasn't the hotel's fault as per say, but the neighbouring hotel was very noisy.

Past those two items, I was quite pleased and would stay here again.

Great stay. Room very clean and comfortable. Whole hotel very well kept and clean.
Pool area fantastic.
Only down side was the breakfast which was only toast, one piece of ham and one piece of cheese and jam. This was a little disappointing. We were informed that the normal breakfasts do not start until may. The lady in the restaurant was very helpful and offered us bacon and eggs the day after which we got so we were very happy.

Nice apartments close to the beach

We were a group of 3 girls, we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 days. We were pleased with the amount of space we had and the amenities available. The beach was close by and the pools were lovely. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that you were able to get to the pool through an emergency exit, however you were unable to get back through this way and so had to walk all the way around to the front of the hotel.

Great Apartments/Hotel for familes & couples

Had a lovely holiday here in August 2013, rooms were comfortable with air conditioning and huge balcony. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Great chilled atmosphere around the pool which also has a lovely relaxing cocktail bar and restaurant right by the sea where you can catch a beautiful sunset while dining. Ideal location near plenty of shops/restaurants but not in too busy an area.

Nice hotel away from the crazyness.

I have stayed at the Marina Palace for 3 straight years for a couple of reasons. The first is the availability of a kitchen in the rooms. This makes is really convenient to cook your own food. If you're not in the mood for cooking, there is a restaurant next door called Can Pujol that makes the best seafood paella in Ibiza. The hotel also offers parking, but you do not need to get it. There is a street around the corner from the La Sirena store where you can park for free. There is always parking there. The hotel has been good for me because there is peace and quiet, and its not subject to all of the noise pollution of the night life in Spain. This allows you to go out if you choose to and have a restful environment when you get back to the hotel. With that said the walls are a little thin so if you happen to have a noisy neighbor, you will hear them. I also like this hotel, because it is on the side of the island with the best beaches. Cala Comte, Cala Salada, Cala Tarida, Benirras, and Cala Bassa are all on this side of the island. I recommend requesting a room on the west side of the building to catch the sun setting which is a site to be seen unlike any other sunset you have ever witnessed. Don't expect a glamorous stay, just a great location for the low key crowd with close proximity to the best beaches on the island.

Top Class Hotel

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in the Marina Palace. The hotel is well maintained and clean throughout. Rooms likewise, with most enjoying a view of the San Antonio bay. The location of the hotel is absolutely superb and for those keen to see the impressive Ibiza sunset, you won't be disappointed. The complex has a superb onsite restaurant, we actually ate here every night during our stay. Staff both in the hotel and restaurant are extremely polite and helpful. Outside there are two great pools. Overall we could not have been happier and would definitely return here.

the hotel review wasn't accurate. As a group of 4 20 year olds we got the impression that the hotel was in san antonio bay and was close to the main party part of Ibiza. However the hotel was known well in the island for the quiet family place to stay and so noise control was minimal. However staff were great and tried to understand that we were a younger group.

Idyllic balcony views great for family & couples.

Myself & two of my friends booked this holiday only 5 weeks before we arrived.we chose this location to be close to our friends hen party (they were staying in a Villa cose by).When booking we thought that on arrival the hotel would be horrible due to the ridiculously cheap deal that we got. However we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel & the cleanliness.
The view from our balcony was idyllic & the pool area also was outstanding.
There is a small Supermarket next door to the hotel reception & the owner is the most polite & lovely man.
We are 3 outgoing party girls & found that the hotel is probably aimed more towards couples & families.
This wasn't a problem though as we spent most of our time out partying & it was quite nice to go back to a more relaxed atmosphere after partying in Pacha & Space till 7am.
Only downfall to staying in the Bay is that you need to call a taxi to go anywhere. cost us 10 euros to get to San Antonio which is fine,but 30 Euros to Playa Den Bossa.
All in all a fab time.

Negatives:
On-site shop extremely expensive
Fridge was not cold enough to store food safely
No proper built in air conditioning. Air conditioner 'free standing' and did not work at all
Hot water is supplied by tiny electric boiler in room and is enough for one hot shower no more
The hotel does not enforce a policy on leaving towels on sun-loungers; on many occasions we could not lay by the pool because of people reserving but not using the loungers
The housekeeper will clean around and dirty dishes and not clean them
The internet is very intermittent. The hotel has previous stated they have a satellite connection but when we asked the reception said its the 'islands fault' the internet is not working
The walls are extremely thin and you will be woken up early unless you have ear plugs.

Great position our balcony over looked the sea. The apartment was very spacious and modern with two double bedrooms ,both with on suites.Our 16 yr old daughter was very impressed.The pool area was lovely and the restaurant did very nice meals, staff were very friendly.

The hotel was booked as a last minute getaway for my wife and I in April 2013 so choice of hotels open in Ibiza was not great. The hotel was clean in both the room and the public area's with the floor of the apartment being the only thing that could have done with a good clean as you could feel the grit as you walked about in bare feet. The hotel rooms are getting a bit tired and could do with an upgrade, which should include new t.v with a decent satelite service as the current channels are a bit limited to say the least.We brought some C.Ds to play but the room only had an old cassette player. The staff are excellent and only too happy help.

Be aware that they may overbook parking that happens to me on my last night I found another car in my parking spot they allow me to park in another spot but I can't took my car out after midnight because nobody will be opening the gate for me after that and who want to stay at night in the hotel in ibiza??

You get what you pay for

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days in April 2013. We had a large 2 bedroom good size appartment and balcony. When we arrived there were no sheets for the spare bed. We went to reception and the man couldn't do anything until the morning so we had to make do with lying on towels. The appartment wasn't clean. We told the reception staff about this. When we told him the floors hadnt been clean his response was probably and they would again send someone up in the morning to clean it. They did and it was slightly better. Pool area clean and tidy. Hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. area around hotel is all closed for season so we walked into San Antonio which took around 45 mins. Another thing which annoyed me was the pictures on the website are misleading. The apartments don't look like that. It was ok for a 3 night stay but I would have been disappointed if this was my main week summer holiday.

Marina Palace-April 2013.

Hotel is 17km from the Airport. Travelling by bus requires 3 different buses, first into Ibiza Town, 2nd to San Anonio then short ride to hotel costing $8 in total. Taxi from the airport is approx $29-we couldn't find one to take 5 passengers. Hire car arranged by hotel costs $16/day (for 3 days or 7 days, you get a discount).

The air-conditioned apartment was more spacious than we had expected with a kitchen/lounge/diner, good sized balcony, 2 generous sized bedrooms with abundant storage and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, including a washing machine. The accommodantion was by no means spotless but cleaning tools were provided and it was quick and easy to rectify. The beds were made and towels changed daily.

Being out of season, none of the restaurant facilities and only 1 shop on site were open, the larger pool in the promotional pictures was closed. The Spar shop on ground floor was convenient, the smaller pool was more than adequate with plenty of sun loungers & shades. Due to the seasonal lack of facilities on site & in general across the whole island at this time of year a car is essential. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi-we need it to maintain business whilst away-it was unreliable for large portions of each day, usually when grumpy male receptionist was on duty-he made it very clear he did not want to be bothered. No English channels on TV, 2 American news channels.

Expedia clients don't have to pay the $30 Utility Fee.

Dieses Hotel ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Zuerst möchten wir uns bei allen Mitabeitern das Hotels für die wundervolle Zeit bedanken. Wir waren schon in unzähligen Hotels aber dieses Hotel ist mehr als 4 Sterne wert. Der Zustand der gesamten Anlage ist Hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum und wir hatten Halbpension mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben. Halbpension ist im Prinzip alles Cart. Jedes einzelen Essen war ein Traum sehr hochwertige und wundervolle Speisen. Selten haben wir so gut gegessen. Alle die hier schlechte Bewertung reinschreiben das stimmt alles nicht. Wir waren jetzt zum 2 mal dort und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenhalt.

Personnel accueillant et souriant à disposition si besoin.
Vue magnifique notamment avec le coucher de Soleil du roof top
Hôtel un peu isolé des belles plages.
Stationnement possible mais payant pour garer les voitures
Large choix au petit dejeuner et possibilité de dîner sur place
Absence d'animation aux vacances scolaires de Pâques alors qu'il y avait du monde a l'hôtel et piscine non chauffée
Bémol sur la tempo de la lumière des toilettes qui sont dans la chambre et qui s'allume en pleine nuit et réveille ceux qui dorment.

Hôtel très agréable tout s’est bien passé petit bémol sur le check in très long le check in se fait tard et le check août je fais très tôt sinon hôtel propre personnel agréable la vie avec le Rooftop est magnifique les chambres sont propres et correct le petit-déj’ est très bon le parking je fais en place en face et on a dû le payer sinon nickel

Super pour séjour en famille

Super hôtel je vous conseil les chambres vue sur mer vous aurez un agréable coucher fe soleil.Le restaurant est bon et copieux et vraiment pas cher.Le personnel aux petits soins et rapide.tres bon séjour en famille .Un petit plus l'hotel est a moins de 15 mn des plus belles plages de l ile.

Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi

Apartamenty przestronne, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Klimatyzacja. Baseny czyste. Sprzątanie pobieżne co drugi dzień. Parking hotelowy 8 euro za dobę, ale można parkować przy ulicy. Nie polecam restauracji na terenie obiektu Miramar. Drogo, nie smacznie i brudno.
