The room was spacious and beautiful. Loved the bathtub in the room and the balcony view. I could say that the hallway is for the rooms are dark, even with the lights that motion sense when you walk into the hallway of your floor. And bland as well maybe add some decor in the hallways. Overall, it was a great stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Ibiza Escape at Els Pins Resort

My stay at Els Pins Resort was nothing short of exceptional. Located in the vibrant San Antonio Bay, the resort offers a peaceful yet stylish retreat with stunning views and easy access to everything Ibiza has to offer.

The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a calming minimalist design. My balcony overlooked the sea, and waking up to the sound of waves and golden sunrises was a dream come true.

One of the best parts of the location is its proximity to Playa Pinet Beach—just a short stroll from the resort. The beach is clean, relaxed, and perfect for swimming or soaking up the sun. It’s less crowded than some of the bigger beaches, which made it ideal for unwinding. There are also great beach bars nearby for drinks and snacks throughout the day.

The pool area at the resort is beautifully maintained, with plenty of loungers and a laid-back vibe. The bar service was excellent, and the cocktails were top-notch.

Dining at the resort was a real treat. The restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes, and the breakfast buffet was especially impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything I needed.

Els Pins Resort is the perfect base for exploring Ibiza while enjoying a tranquil, luxurious atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing yet well-connected getaway.

My stay at Els Pins Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I had a minor issue at check-in, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated.
The location is excellent, just one direct bus from the airport for only €3, making it very easy to reach. It’s also conveniently close to the marina and well-connected by public transport, so getting around the island was simple.
A lovely surprise during my stay was receiving complimentary caviar for my birthday such a thoughtful and memorable gesture.
After checkout, the hotel kindly stored our bags for several hours until we were ready to leave, which made our last day much more relaxed and enjoyable.
I absolutely loved the hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and great value for money.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. I would recommend paying the extra and getting the sea view rooms - the view is breathtaking! The rooms are not huge but at the same time are big enough to move around freely in. The room has a kettle although could perhaps benefit from some other self-catering facilities, but there is a small fridge which is good for storing drinks etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. I must mention again just how classy and beautiful the hotel is, and the lobby is kept in immaculate condition. My son thoroughly enjoyed the free table tennis and it kept us both occupied during breaks from the pool. The breakfast option is good value for money, although we never had a chance to dine at the restaurant.

2 night stay for Ibiza Marathon

Overall our stay was lovely, hotel was very nice and staff super friendly. One thing stopped me giving it 5 stars on everything was that on our last morning, after paying extra for breakfast, we arrived at the restaurant 5 mins before it was due to close but was refused admission!!! Bearing in mind it is a buffet style breakfast, so we weren't expecting fresh food to be cooked just for us, we had no option but to find a local restaurant and pay again for breakfast.

Gran hotel, alejado de las zonas de ruido de San Antonio - Ibiza. Es un lugar para desconectarte y descansar. La atención de las chicas de recepción es insuperable. Ojalá el resto del personal aprenda de ellas, como por ejemplo las mucamas y el personal del restaurante/desayuno, que son poco amables y cero empáticas, por ellas, no le doy la máxima puntuación al hotel. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, nos encantó que tiene todo por separado, la ducha, el inodoro y el lavamanos. Además en nuestro caso incluía un mini patio grandioso. Destaco también el desayuno que brindan, es súper variado, el mejor que me comí en todo mi eurotrip. Si vuelvo a Ibiza, sin duda alguna me hospedo de nuevo acá.

Check in was fine. We had a 3rd person and they charged an additional 500Euro for 4 nights to make the single pullout bed that barely fit in the small room extended once our luggage was placed. The beds were hard as a rock. Cleaner came once during the whole stay… the bathroom sink is in the room as in not in a separate room - the toilet and shower are glass and was extremely unprivate especially given the large space between the door and wall. Could even hear a point drop. Breakfast and dinner was very standard. Some of the beach chairs were ripped. Notably this side of the island is horrendous - filled with street people pushing drugs…

Very clean hotel. Well located. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was immaculate. Drinks reasonably priced although cocktails at €15 could be better. Food reasonable approx €10-15 for typical salad : club sandwich and fries etc at lunch time. Breakfast was typical of 4* hotel, good selection and spacious. Hot food was slightly warm at best though, this does need improvement. We had a sea view room which was very nice, large comfortable bed, well equipped and quality shower.

A very nice beach resort with good pool amenities. Parking has to be booked in advance, even off season, to ensure a spot. The gym equipment and space merits upgrade. The breakfast buffet is excellent - fresh and a good variety of options. The poolside bar is fun and the staff friendly.

Avoid - lovely hotel but low quality tourists

The hotel is really quite nice, and 2 lovely swim pools, staff very friendly, spa good, and the setting in gardens surrounded by tress and view of the sea great. But the proximity to San Antonio means frequented by the Brits abroad low quality tourists after beer, chips and burgers who sadly ruined the ambience of the place for me.....foul language around the swimming pool, hideous tattoos and bellies displayed and the immediate area around the hotel, scrappy, pizza/chips shops, etc. Not sure what I expected. If you could pick the hotel up and move to Ibiza Town, away from the football shirts it would be worth it. Sadly, would not recommend.

Stayed here for part of our honeymoon Ibiza trip! We noted this in our booking and I believe they upgraded our room(yay!)

We did not have all inclusive and happy we did not, the buffet looked very subpar and the hotel wasn’t really one to drink a lot and go crazy at. 😅

Overall though, I was super happy with the place. Decor was nice and very clean with boho Mediterranean touches.

We went to the spa and I got Hydration facial while husband got Relaxing Massage, he wished he got Deep Tissue instead. Keep in mind hotel is delegate from spa, cannot charge room so you must bring $$.

Our room was cleaned and serviced daily, needed extra towels each day though.

Some extra activities onsite would be a nice addition. Or games, etc but that really wasn’t the vibe of the place.

Location was great. At first we thought maybe too far from most of Ibiza clubs and fun, but very happy we stayed at a little quieter place and could go to louder areas if we wanted. George peppermint cafe right outside the place for pizza/gyros/etc and convenience stores to buy alcohol and snacks. 10 minute walk to some other spots, Cool Cafe for smoothies and toasts.

Very close beach access but not the most amazing beach, just sand/water that’s it.

We were very happy with our stay -thank you!

The hotel looks nice when you arrive .The welcome was non existent. Was told after I asked on arrival we could ask for a late check out on the morning of departure as our left at 23.25. I was reassured it looked like it should be fine as bookings were still available.I had emailed previously after making the initial booking asking for a late check out also and was told then cannot offer this until the day we were leaving. Breakfast Was ok.There doesn’t seem to be much refrigeration under the cold fresh food ,which left me questioning the quality of it. Eggs are all pre made and under heated lights which also is off putting.Best thing was the fruit and Pastries.The pools are nice with the bigger one having a bar.There is no security as to who comes in to use the facilities and it seems it’s a free for all for anyone wanting to come in.The beachside smaller pool had no fencing around it until yesterday so everyone walking by could come into the hotel area and roam around freely aswell as people selling bags etc On the day of departure I asked for a late check out. I was told I could have a “late” check out at 12.00, baring in mind normal check out is 11.00!as they were fully booked .i had my 4 year old with me and was told I could either pay 290€ for another night or check out and leave bags at reception.The manager had to come and speak to me because I was so furious.If it was fully booked how could it become available for €290!?Definitely below average on customer service

Lovely looking hotel very clean, breakfast was nice and plenty of selection, we went out of season the waiting staff although friendly wernt fast or efficient howeve I’m sure and the season goes on they will find their feet! Room was beautiful we had a ground floor with a terrace room was spotless and lovely little body washes, creams etc all provided, only gripe I had was the room was not cleaned for the whole of our stay (Fri-mon) and we had to ask reception twice for clean towels. Great location just a walk from Bay Area and a nice 20 min stroll along the promenade to San Antonio, we did opt for a couples massage which was fantastic, not a cheap experience but well worth it, was a Mediterranean experience, easy to get taxis etc and nice size car park for those who hire a car, all in all great weekend spent here would highly recommend and will definitely return

New beach front hotel on San Antonio Bay. Ultra modern, cavernous reception sunny swimming pool. We had large double room with balcony and sea view. Spotlessly clean room sheets, bed covering. Good shower pressure. Breakfast buffet in very large dining room with usual selection of hot and cold dishes.
Onsite secure parking is a little dear at 15 euros a day.

The area is well worn and quite touristy with an eclectic mix of small bars, cafes, shops. There is an excellent no frills Indian restaurant nearby called Curry Palace and the food was fantastic.
A nice walk along the seafront (15mins) takes you to heart San Antonio and all it offers. I would definitely stay there again.
Oh an there is a Galenco covid testic clinic opposite the hotel and one in centre of town. Antigen 30 euros and results as quick as 15mins.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay In Ibiza at Els Pins. Rooms an hotel facilities are modern. Well maintained and cleaned. Really nice the beach pool with sea view and sand. Good value for money. Easy to access St Antoni Harbor either by walking 2.5 km aprox.

Don’t waste your time.

Hotel is New. Beds are horrendous. Staff are few and far between.
However reception staff i couldn’t fault. Except while writing this I have been waiting for the phone to be answered for 14 minutes 😂
Having a agreed to late check out (2pm) I now need to get out my room at 11am.

Listening to pool entertainers do ymca and Saturday night at 10am isn’t my idea of a great idea. Feels like they are in my room.

No black out curtains in the “best suite” there is. Air con is shocking. Takes 15 minutes to get hot water.

Spa is an extra charge which you have to book. 45 minutes at a time.
It might be a 4 star in ibiza but certainly isn’t anywhere else.

Actually. This place is rubbish. Who am I kidding. Haven’t a clue how to run a hotel. Been very generous with my ratings.

We spent a wonderful week in this hotel and certainly looking forward to be back next year. The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. The personnel very helpful and room service is outstanding. Breakfast selection was excellent.
The only thing I would change is to have the pool water heated a bit: it may not be an issue during the hot months but now in October it was, regardless the wonderful sun that delighted us for our whole stay.
Also note that if you wish to sunbath from your balcony in the afternoon you need to choose a room with garden view, as the sea view ones only get AM.

Yelled at by staff for inviting friend over!

I was yelled at by a staff member for trying to bring a friend into my hotel room. Myself, another guest of the hotel and our friend all entered together and said hello to the staff at the front desk. One of the men then started yelling at us. He did all he could to prevent my friend from entering the hotel and was yelling at us from the start of the conversation. He claimed he needed my friend’s passport to allow him to enter. Luckily I said what about an ID and he was able to take that instead. Please note that this was around 8am and none of us were at all intoxicated. I said that next time he should politely ask for ID as most people do not carry their passports. Overall it was incredibly uncomfortable and I don’t understand why the front desk was so upset. He truly did all he could to make us feel uncomfortable, unwelcomed and even played word games. I have never been treated this way at any other hotel for simply bringing a friend over!
Overall the hotel was meh. Long lines constantly to talk to anyone at the front desk. Charged us for ice. And a 30 minute drive from the major clubs. The pool was also always filled with loud children.

This property is in the quieter end of the bay so perfect for relaxing in the day before heading out at night. It has recently had a refurbishment so it’s lovely and new with lovely views across the bay.

I LOVED it!!! The staff was GREAT helping out with all my tourist questions, especially Lara and Veronica. Breakfast buffet, awesome pool, tons of entertainment, right on the beach! For me this is easily *****. Fantastic location, excellent price and room! I will definitely be staying here again. If my friends and family decide to visit, we'll all be staying at Els Pins!!

Hotels is good overall. Beach is great, location is very good, not far to the enter of the resort and good local restaurants etc.
The beds really let the hotel down, two singles pushed together, with quite a gap and rock hard.

Fantastic Ibiza getaway!

Lovely hotel with great facilities. We stayed here for 4 nights as a couple, nice variety of people all very considerate of one another. Only sampled the breakfast which was always nice with a good variety of food. Rooms were clean, bright and modern with daily maid service. Poor area clean and always managed to get a sun lounger at the pool or beach area. Used the spa during my stay and had a treatment which was also lovely as not many spa hotels in the San Antonio/Bay Area. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Ibiza.

Upon our arrival, the hotel staff was super friendly and we found the hotel to be extremely clean and well looked maintained; it looked exactly as pictured. Our room was beautiful, we had one with a sea view. Everything within the room was clean. The only amenity that was missing was an iron, which we had to call down to reception for but was provided for none the less. The swimming pool was beautiful, the bar staff are friendly and there were loads of little restaurants nearby that we chose to eat at. The location is perfect as everything was in walking distance but wasn’t so close to the party beach front that you couldn’t sleep. Overall I would rate this hotel highly and recommend to anyone who is looking to stay.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were very modern and clean. The restaurant was also very clean with a large selection of breakfast items available.
The only thing that I did not like was the wait at the pool bar. We ended up going to the bar next door to get our daytime drinks.

Well over the expectation, the hotel is new modern clean the room was big and with all the confort , staff were friendly and helpful, food fresh and good quality the location is fantastic in sea front close to all the amenities and shops but away from the noise of the nightlife areas , i'd definitely recommend this hotel

Lovely place to stay for a short break, hotel was nice, good bar, good restaurant, nice view from the room only downside was the indoor pool, as it wasn't overly hot weather we thought we could swim at the hotel pool however was told at the Spa this was their service which costs 12 euro for an hour to swim or use the sauna or anything else! So 24 euro for 2 people for an hour seems excessive and I have checked the website and they don't make this overly clear! Other than that very happy with the hotel as a whole.
