The appartments are clean, spacious rooms with a kitchenette and balcony. The space is modern, wifi is easy to connect to.

It is within walking distance of two stores selling basic groceries, multiple restaurants and right on the beach. It isn't the glossiest of beaches in Ibiza but an easy one if you want a quick swim.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Their service is great. The hotel has extras like hire for beach umbrellas and a courtesy shower room for after checkout.

The pool is small, but there are more than enough loungers for everyone. It has a chill vibe, not crazy Ibiza party which is great.

I can honestly say that the customer service here , was the best I’ve ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. They even brought us a doormat when it rained!
Our room was perfect, we chose the split level option which was great, felt very spacious. Loved the complimentary robes and slippers.
Beach just across the road.
Superb DJ playing chill vibes around the pool .
Great that you could choose a bed for no extra charge.

We got lucky!

We got lucky there was a cancellation and during peak season we stayed two nights.
Staff was wildly kind and helpful. Perfect English. The views and location you can’t beat and the breakfast was wow wow wow.
The two of us said we will never find better than this experience. We would come back just for this hotel!
IF I had to have one complaint it’s just that our bathroom door was warped and couldn’t close. That’s all.

My wife and I had a lovely stay here, the hotel is beautiful, we had a studio terrace room which was clean, spacious and had very comfy beds! The pool/sunbed area is really nice, had great music playing but was still very relaxing and chilled. Food and drinks were good and reaspnably priced. The staff were all excellent and attentive. We even had a complimentary glass of cava on arrival which is always a pleasant welcome! Would come again for sure

We loved our stay. My niece and I shared a twin room and were super comfortable, had heaps of room for all our clothes and swimsuits and the beds were giant. The decoration suited the price and the whole place was pretty instagramable.
The breakfast team did their best to adapt to a coeliac diet at short notice and got some substitution. Had we contacted in advance maybe it would have been better.
The pool isn't big enough for doing laps. Just great for cooling off and getting back in the sun.
The least attractive area is the actual bar by the pool. It's quite disorganised looking and doesn't inspire much confidence, but the drinks were fine.
The location is great with a neighbors beach right nearby and a choice of a few good restaurants with Spanish menus. You can walk further into more clubby areas and more western menus. The hotel was quiet as it was up a side street.
Staff were amazing and really friendly.
The jewel of this place was the massive shower room you could use after checking out if you went to the beach and wanted to freshen up before your flight home.
Would definitely stay again.

If you’re going to Ibiza, this is the place to stay. The place is amazing and the staff is even more amazing. We could not ask for a better place to stay. The hotel itself is very nice and in a good location however aside from 2 members of staff who tried to help where possible, all other staff were rude and unhelpful. At times, made it clear they were talking about our group in Spanish. Then on our final night, we came back to our room and all of our beds were soaking wet including our belongings that were on the bed. We had to ask for new sheets and there wasn’t even an apology or explanation offered. A staff member even came in to touch the beds as didn’t believe us and agreed they were wet but didn’t say anything else. It was such a shame because outside of these experiences the hotel would have been great but wouldn’t book again based on the treatment we received.

This was our tenth year in a row in Ibiza with most of those in San Antonio Bay area. We only booked here last minute after Jet 2 cancelled our holiday. It is the best hotel we have stayed in. Very quiet due to COVID but would highly recommend this. Stunning pool area but if you prefer the beach then walk across the road to the most beautiful beach called Es Puet. I’d recommend using the sun beds to the left of the beach restaurant which is called Es Pueto. Tony looks after the sun beds and is excellent. The food at Es Pueto is great value and really good.

+ Location of building is perfect, near the beach and boulevard.

- Noisy and noise pollution caused by noisy guests
+ Hosts at reception were friendly and helpfull
- - Unfortunately we lost luggage which were stored for 2 hours behind the reception desk, because we were too early for the check-in. Our room was not yet ready and cleaned. We were told and assured that the luggage was safe behind the desk.
The hotel is not insured for this, only for small items in their safe deposit.
Very strange... for not taken the responsability !!!
This should be improved and not repeated again!!!

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The only thing less than superb was their food. It was mediocre at best. Simple fix is to just skip the room service and order delivery instead. Other than that I easily give this hotel 5/5stars. Excellent location!

Great value for a friendly and comfortable hotel

I have stayed at the hotel a number of times now and have to say how friendly most of the staff are. The quality of the hotel is lovely and the pool area is a great place to relax whilst listening to some chilled Ibiza songs played by the DJ. It has a lovely view of the sea. Great value for money for such a lovely hotel.

Great Location and Sea Views

Hotel was lovely, clean, smart, with friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect for San Antonio Bars and Restaurants. The bar does a great selection of drinks and is really chilled with music playing by the pool throughout the day.
Didn't have the opportunity to eat at the hotel, but there are plenty of places nearby.
Perfect location if you are visiting Ocean Beach, short walk along the seafront takes you there, and if you carry on a bit further, there are plenty more bars and restaurants. Would recommend TULP bar, and sitting on the rocks by Cafe Mambo to watch the sunset. Take your own drinks, and you don't need to worry about booking a table and spending loads of money if on a budget.

Just returned from a lovely trip away. It's the 3rd or 4th time of staying here hence returning. Lovely hotel with lovely views and friendly staff. Great pool, bar and sun deck area. Was a shame the last day/evening was spoilt when we tried to get back the €40 deposit we paid for 4 towels (€10 per towel). The receptionist said there was only €10 in our room envelope so we are unsure of where the other €30 went! Tried to speak to the
receptionist but she was very off and wasn't having any of it!! Was bit of a shame this issue at the end of what was a lovely week. Would recccomend staying here.

Apartamentos Marina Playa is a great place to stay

Our stay was great. Apartamentos Marina Playa was easy to get to by bus from the Airport. It is well situated for easy access to all part of San Antonio Bay. it was clean and welcoming. It has a lovely relaxing pool area at the front and a lovely beach is easily accessible. A very good continental breakfast is available as an extra and and the poolside cocktail bar also do nice lunches and afternoon teas and coffees along with a good choice of cocktails and other drinks.

The area is also nice. the South side of the Bay had good family facilities specially suited for children of all ages. The North side of the Bay, San Antoni de Portmany with all the night clubs etc was great for young adults. There is also plenty of places to eat and drink. Some of the people we came across said that they had been subject to attempted pick-pocketing but we did not witness or were subject to any anti-social behaviour.

We shall visit Ibiza again and I shall be happy to stay at the Apartamentos Marina Playa as I found it a very peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, clean and welcoming place.

The hotel, room and swimming pool were very clean. Staff very helpful. The air-conditioning was effective and quiet. No charge for the room safe. Twenty minute walk around the harbour to the town. Worth paying for a room with a sea view - view beautiful and overlooks the pool and DJ. I would return to this hotel. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and double-canopied beds (all free). The only improvement would be if there were parasols for the sunbeds because in the afternoon there is no shade around the pool area.

For people whom haven’t been to Ibiza do your research and make sure you book the correct side of the highland for your needs.

Stopped here before so had no hesitation in booking again. Great location. Chic and chilled pool side vibe.
Only grumble this year was that despite the pool water needing cleaning from unidentifiable floating debris on more than one occasion it seemed to get neglected.
