Good location, good facilities and friendly staff. The only negative is the food, if your all inclusive youll get bored pretty quick. Not many healthy options abd not much choice overall.

Sorry it’s a no from me

Sorry but a big no for this hotel . Arrived all checked in then room key would work it happens went back new set off keys still didn’t work 3rd set didn’t work said will send angineer waited 40 minute didn’t arrive went back to reception someone can e back with us had to plug in a computer to reset the door took around 15-20 minutes. Sorted finally in the room all hot and sweaty no air con working reported wasn’t fixed till later that night and when it was there’s no remote or control for the temperature or speed seas pointless give no relief at all . Required a fridge had to pay for it which I accept but the first day was awful getting in the room and the air con not working 3 days later adding back after a night out the door was doing the same .. night porter was no help took another hour to get in the room you just don’t Need it the door lock was faulty but no attempt to fix it . So really spoiled the stay in this hotel. But they was some positives drinks where ok food ok can always find something you like but we didn’t bother with breakfast after day 1 that wasn’t worth going in far . Snack bar pool side very nice and easy. The best part ice creams where really nice round the pool in general bar staff and restaurant staff nice the reception staff not so nice telling them the keys wasn’t working was rude and like it’s was inconvenient for them having to go and sort it out .. good location nice pools

Pretty standard 3 star hotel close to bars and beaches.

Good: very clean, comfortable bed, quite room, friendly staff, roof terrace peaceful, food served hot, pool has gradual slope from shallow to deep so good for everyone.

Not so good: very slow check in so have booking confirmation and passport ready, pool area around the bar quite slippery, some sun beds need maintenance as a bit grubby or damaged (saw a couple of people fall through them by the adult pool), cocktails so sweet that they were undrinkable.

This is a nice hotel, really nice to have an adults only pool area. Food and drinks were all really good. Unfortunately the bars close at 11pm when you’re really just starting your night.
Just a few oversights/impracticalities they could have addressed such as no bath mats (!!) when the bathroom floor is tiled, no air con in the gym and the luggage room is inaccessible by the lift so have to humph bags down a flight of stairs. Oh and the poolside/hotel music is abysmal.
In the main though not a bad hotel at all.

Unforgettable Memories 👌

Weather was ok after the first night. Hotel was lovely, nice big pool and a separate adults only pool. Bar and restaurant staff were lovely. Check in and check out was very slow but this was the only minor complaint from our stay. Shuttle bus from the airport- fantastic value. Will definitely stay again. Location is ok but a good 30 minute walk into San Antonio. Hotel right next to Ocean Beach.

Not quite what we expected!

Booked this hotel for the ROOF TERRACE which we were not allowed to use. Hotel said we were misled by your description as Roof Terrace is only for premium guests. Also our booking said free WIFI which is not right as they charge for it. Good hotel with excellent staff and we enjoyed our stay but it was marred by those two issues.

Could be improved!

When we arrived in the middle of the night we were told they had over booked and so so we were sent to a sister hotel which was shocking, rooms were very basic, had a horrible feel and we were woken up all through the night with people slamming doors, shouting and knocking on our door at 4am. Couldn't wait to leave! We've heard this happens regularly.
We were upgraded to a premium room which was very clean and perfectly adequate, although the beds are hard and 2 singles pushed together. We had accses to the sunset terrace which was lovely and enjoyed our thursday evening with the sax player up there.
Very difficult to get a sun bed unless you want to get up at 7am on your holiday! Food in the main hall was pretty good, excellent selection of salad especially.
At the pool bar they could do with more staff, lots of queues for food and drink.
The adult pool was very nice.
Reception staff could be friendlier!

Great for young people and families alike

As a group of 7, 20 something guys and girls we wanted somewhere near the strip but quiet enough to be able to sleep at night. The food was great, the snack bar was perfect if you missed the buffet and wanted to grab a bite. We made it to most dinners and the selection was really good.

The rooms were pretty basic but they had everything we needed and were cleaned/towels replaced daily.

The pool always had a few spare loungers even though we sometimes didn't make it down until 1pm! There are quite a lot of families staying here and for us it wasn't a problem but if you are looking for a boozy, raucous holiday this probably isn't the best hotel for you.

You can walk to the strip in about 20-30 minutes and we even walked all the way round to Cafe Mambo/Cafe del Mar to watch the sunset and it didn't take more than 45 minutes.

Overall a great hotel and very reasonably priced.

Goed all inclusive hotel

God valuta for prisen :)

Buena relacion calidad/precio

Muy buena relacion calidad/precio. Personal sumamente atento y amable.

Playa D'en Bossa is better

I lived at this hotel last week. All in all, we enjoyed Ibiza! However, we did not like San Antonio, there were only germans and british people. We are two girls in our twenties, and there were mainly families here. Next time we will definietly be staying in Ibiza town / Playa d'en Bossa. The food was good, it was eatable.. The rooms however where not nice. You have to pay for wifi, hairdriers, they do not have laundry, and its a good 20-30 min walk to san antonio bus station! I wouldnt stay here again!

A eviter...
