You can do better

Breakfast was salty on some days, room was cleaned only once shabbily during our 6 days stay. They kept asking us to come down to the reception to get things necessary in the room ourselves (like shower caps pillows and blankets). Hotel smelt upon our arrival we had to complain to the receptionist.

Perfect location, hotel staff very friendly and lovely, pool area is extremely clean and kept looked after by the pool man throughout the day with good music playing from around 12pm - 6pm. Rooms are basic but very clean, supermarket next to the pool very cheap! Taxi rank outside hotel, walkable to o beach, restaurants, beach and San an town!

Very nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff, the room was nice and clean. The tv was not working but the next day after we reported it to the reception, it was fixed. The pool was lovely and big, great pool side bar and sun loungers. Really good atmosphere with music playing during the day. Very good location with just a short walk to many bars and restaurants. Would definitely return again.

Reception team very friendly and helpful. Left luggage available. Iron & ironing board available for €10 cash deposit. Extra bedding, pillows & towels available.

Rooms serviced daily with fresh bedding & towels, floor & bathroom cleaned.

Buffet breakfast with hot bacon, sausages, chorizo, fried eggs, scrambled egg, grilled tomato & mushrooms. Cold selection of hams, cheeses & yoghurt. Pastry selection, plus bread, butter & jams. Fruit juices, teas, coffees & hot chocolates. Open 0800-1000 daily.

We had an initial four pieceful days and then a large group of about 100 school children who were there for a football competition.

The breakfast for the first four days was great but sharing the dining room with all these children was very noisy and I believe that the kitchen staff couldn't cope with the volume of guests and the bacon and we're cold and overcooked. Such a shame as loved the island later in the evenings peace returned to the bar area as the children had gone to bed

We arrived after the main season, so returned home today, really enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Within walking distance to the beach, bars and clubs. Hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great choice, full English, continental etc with fresh fruit, yogurts and cereal.
The only annoying thing was the sound of suitcase wheels running along the tiles up and down the corridors, woken up early hours a few times, but overall a great stay!

If you’re looking for a cheap and nice place to stay definitely come here. It’s affordable, the breakfast buffets is very nice with a mixture of everything. The hotel is very close to the airport literally about 15 minutes in the cab and it only cost about 20£ so a good price if you’re splitting it. The hotel is close to the beach, and near the shops and restaurants if you want to roam around.

Good hotel to stay a couple of days. Pool was cold (April). Not enough umbrellas on the pool. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of options. Room conditions wasn’t good. Uncomfortable beds. Cleaning service wasn’t good. We didn’t had shampoo refilled and hair dryer wasn’t working. No drinking water. No coffee or tea in the room. Small TV. Smelly room. Otherwise good hotel. It is not enough stuff in the hotel and sometimes you are waiting very long in the reception desk or if you need something. Pool towels only for 20 euro cash deposit what we doesn’t like it

Staff on reception and at breakfast in the morning were fantastic! There was an excellent selection of breakfast options served between 8 and 10am. It would be nice to have breakfast option a little bit earlier in the morning as we wanted to get up and go, but otherwise we were really happy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but a busy road outside our room, nothing that ear plugs can't block out though.

Nice, clean hotel within 10 mins walk to the egg roundabout, and around 15 mins to the Bay and Mambos.

Stayed in November so season was closed, hotel allowed us to check in early and called us taxis when required.

Really great property and excellent location walking distance to san Antonio Bay. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch and had a great variety. The room I booked was a standard but I think we got a nearly refurbished was lovely and just what we needed for a short break. The only thing was the air con we left it on all night but just wasn’t very cold we were still boiling. But overall I would recommend and I would return. Thank you

The hotel itself is great. Staff were friendly, nice big pool area with plenty of sunbeds. A nice pool bar which served good food. The only downside was the air con, or lack of, we stayed for 1 night on our arrival to Ibiza and the air con did eventually start getting cool, we also stayed here on our last night in a supposedly suite but wasn't much different from our first night and the AC wasn't working! In that heat you need air con. It was blowing out slightly cold air but it never filled the room so trying to get ready and sleep was a nightmare. A shame as we probably wouldn't stay again. But the rest of the facilities are spot on.

Clean, cool, modern hotel. Beds are very comfortable, great blackout curtains and a decent shower. The only flaw is that sound gets in the rooms easily, particularly every morning the noise of cleaners moving chairs, it woke me up every day at around 9AM which after getting to bed at 4am is not so pleasant. So if you are a late party person I’d take ear plugs! If the hotel put felt felt pads on the furniture this would solve this!

Check in was easy, staff were mostly lovely (the life guard was always rude and ensured not a single rule was broken, even to the point of not allowing inflatables)
Maids did a fantastic job everyday.
Breakfast was standard 3* buffet style.

Good hotel if you want to be near the sea front and partylife but not right in it! It’s only a 5 minute walk away.

When at the pool, I did fall through the decking as it wasn’t in the best repair and the hotel is quite dated. Also the toilet chain broke on the first day.

You just get what you pay for.
Despite the downsides, I would probably stay here again for ease.

Apart from the fact I got up at half 4 one day gasping for water and had to fester around the reception like a mouse searching for the vending machine (it’s hidden behind reception btw). The sunbeds are uncomfortable but apart from that it’s a great hotel with good breakfast and nice rooms :)

Great hotel, friendly staff who allowed us to move rooms away from the busy road. Room was large and clean with nice bathroom/shower. Breakfast buffet was great with a few items varied each day. Pool area was nice and plenty of sun beds (Sept), Balinese days beds (as in the Expedia photos) by the pool have to be hired at 50 Euro a day, seemed a bit pointless as nobody used them the whole time we were there.

Hotel was in a great location. Beach and San Antonio town were easily accessible by foot.
Hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was cleaned daily. Good size but small tv with lack of English speaking channels.
Bathroom was good size with plenty of towels and toiletries.
Pool was lovely and plenty of sun loungers, the life guard always made an effort to move loungers to accommodate groups or couples.
Supermarket next door was super handy and reasonably priced.

The hotel was clean and the pool area and bar were really nice. The room looked as though it had been refurbed fairly recently, except the shower!

We had a good stay and our only real issue was that the air con was fairly inefficient in both of the rooms we had (not ideal in August).

Staff were very friendly and calm when all the numptys came in a little worse for wear!

Second time staying at this hotel. 20 minute taxi transfer from airport roughly €30. Staff excellent. Breakfast great. We ate and drank in the bar. Reasonably priced and lovely food. Pool area was so quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. Only negative was the pool itself was cordoned off , which was a shame as the temperatures were 20+ degrees so could've done with a dip during the day to cool off. I hadn't noticed in any of the literature that the pool was unavailable but I may have overlooked it as we like the hotel so much anyway. Great restaurant 5 minute walk away called Pau Natural. Food amazing. Can't recommend highly enough.

Pleasant hotel for a short stay in Sant Antoni

Our first visit to Ibiza and Sant Antoni and Hotel Puchet was a good choice for our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable (daily room service/towel change but no tea making facilities). Located on a main road (quite busy in day time) but in a good location for walking into the town centre and along the sea front. Hotel has its own large free private car park to the rear (obtain code at reception) and free wifi is available in the reception hall (but not in the room). Unfortunately the pool was closed at this time of year (Easter 2018) and only a few sun-loungers were provided by the poolside. (This area might be somewhat cramped in summer). Overall a good base to explore Ibiza from away from the direct hustle and bustle and noise of the Ibiza club scene. Didn't use the hotel restaurant - the Thai restaurant across the road does a good 3 course lunch.

Final Trip to Ibiza 2016

I was disappointed with my stay, as I wasn't made to feel welcome at all, but rather a hindrance. Perhaps if I had been able to converse in Spanish the reception may have been better, as well there was a large Birthday group who were obviously much better connected than me!
There were adequate sun beds and taxis were ordered when requested, but when I asked if I could delay my check out for three hours I was told I would have to pay extra..Two weeks before Hotel Marvel provided this free...I know where I will stay the next time I visit Ibiza in the winter.

He hotel staff were very unhelpful, a few times we went down to reception and we were not acknowledged at the front counter for a really long time. We asked for extra glasses for the room and asked for our sheets to be changed but they would not do it. In the rooms there was a little fridge but it was warm so our friend got food positioning from eating food from the fridge. There is a pretty good pool at the hotel so a friend and I were swimming and then put some shorts on and went to the cafe at the hotel and were asked to leave because we had bikini tops on. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as no one seems willing to help with anything, the staff don't make it warm and inviting at all we felt like we were bothering them anytime we asked for anything.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel, arrived on the Fri only to be told we couldnt stay there because there was something wrong with our room when actually they had double booked us and there were no rooms for us to stay in. We were in a party of 8, all with separate bookings and 4 of us didnt have a room. They said they had booked another hotel for us and we had to stay there for the night then come back the next day. My husband was told by the reception he didnt need to take his passport to check in and when he went to check into the other hotel they wouldnt let him. He ended up staying with a friend in a different hotel and me with friends in the Puchet. The next day when i told reception they said you always need a passport to check in and we should have told them we didnt want to stay at the other hotel so they could cancel it, as if it was our fault. I still had to pay for the 3 nights at Puchet even though we only had a room for 2 nights. Not once did i get asked to show my passport at the Puchet or to fill in any paperwork the whole stay was a complete joke and luckily we had friends staying in the hotel. When we did finally get to our room the shower cubicle had a big crack right down the centre and the soap dish was coming off the wall. Safe to say i wont stay here again.

A group of 7 of us stayed for four nights for my Hen Weekend. The hotel is in a great location, approx. 15 minute walk to the centre of San Antonio - felt a safe area where the hotel was located.

The pool area was lovely, however very crowded... Early start is needed to grab yourself a sun lounger and there were very few shaded areas.

The group stayed in two triple and one double room, and I would say that the rooms are easily made for two, however, with three women it was a bit of a squash!!

My fiancé organised a bottle of champagne in the room on our arrival, which he said the staff were more tha happy to help - and the surprise was beautifully set up! The staff overall were great during the stay!!

Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend if you are looking for a clean, modern hotel.

The Hotel Puchet is one of the best hotel in Ibiza. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We were new to Ibiza and got all the information about travel, beaches, night clubs, restaurants from the hotel staff. The complimentary breakfast was really good with lots of verity. Also provided shower room with shampoo and body wash after even after checkout. Hotel condition is also too good and suitable for family and young crowd. Also got a big and nice pool to chill out. 100% recommended.

I visited Sant Antoni at the end of season when the town was winding down from another busy summer. The cafes and bars were allot quieter than they generally are, but this only added to the appeal of this sleepy seaside town. There are plenty of seaside activities and day trips in and around Sant Antoni, and Hotel Puchet is a perfectly conveniently placed to access anything in the town or the slightly busier bay itself.

Been there for the last 3 years this is the only hotel i would stay in in ibiza, staff are friendly and the general vibe is amazing

Puchet. Expensive and no one has a clue

Overpriced. They charge you 3 euros a day to have safe. You can only get a beach towel every 3 days and the rooms are musty and humid. The AC is terrible and the beds are small and uncomfortable. By far the most overpriced hotel I have ever been in.

Great Location.Beautiful rooms

The hotel Puchet had everything a guest could desire, it was spacious hotel offering everything that they could. Breakfast was beautiful for an extra 5 euros a day. The room was cleaned daily to a great standard. The location was a brilliant location as it was around 5-10 mins walk away from the main bars in San Antonio and around 5 mins walk from Ocean Beach Club. I would recommend a trip here.

Very basic hotel

Wouldn't stay here again. Very loud hotel, people returning from clubs putting music on at 6/7am. Very thin walls, can hear everything in other rooms. Our room had a view of a wall, and it smelt dank and stale. The air con was terrible and also had a funny smell.
