Studio rooms are perfect size with everything you need. 2 pools, nice food reasonably priced and great staff especially the night receptionist Fernando (so helpful and down to earth).

Estancia muy agradable

Alicia desde el momento antes de entrar fue super amable ayudándonos con todo los servicios y recomendaciones. Las habitaciones necesitan una actualización de imagen pero son prácticas, amplias y muy cómodas. A la hora del check out nos facilitaron todo para poder coger nuestro vuelo por la noche. La ubicación del hotel está bastante bien, en una zona tranquila y cercana a las mejores calas. Muy recomendable

Asked for late check out on many occasions and told we had to go back on the morning (defeats the whole object of late check out...) on all these occasions not one person asked our room number and then we were told again without taking our room number that late checkout is not possible.

we stayed in the hotel for the day and our room being opposite the pool noticed that no one came into the room.

We arrive on the end of August stay for two weeks it was quiet not much noise from other guest we stayed on top floor apartment above it was lundury room wich was a little bit noisy but u could still sleep.Room was cleaned almost every day nice staff. Hotel is splitt into 3 separate blocks so it's depends who your neighbors are

Good Apartments in a Good Location

Very close to lots of shops, restaurants. Bit of a walk to a beach. The towels could have been changed a bit more often and the bar area wasn't open for long enough so there were no bar facilities in the evening. Also the walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on next door!
However, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the apartment where we stayed was extremely spacious.
The location is close enough to some decent shops and nice restaurants and bars. There is a bit of a walk to a beach but at least it is quiet and away from the party scene.

Great location. Close to tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and vehicle rental places. 15 minute walk from a fantastic beach. 20 minute drive to Ibiza town, but if you're not looking to be right in the party scene it was great. My room had a small any problem (found a dozen or so every night), but wasn't infested. Hotel was a little loud but as a young guy it was fine. Great for a budget stay and would definitely stay there again!

Nice Hotel, Good location at quiet end of the bay

Was able to check in 3 hours early which was great, 1st room had a problem with water dripping from ceiling but reception changed my room no problem and were very apologetic for the issue.
Room was very large as was balcony. Beds were fine, room was very clean. Had an old style TV with 2 English channels, sofa, table and chairs, modern kitchen units with utensils pots pans etc, 2 electric hobs, fridge. No kettle, toaster or microwave, but didn't expect one anyway.
Maid service each day, though we only requested clean towels and our bins emptied as nothing else needed done.
Free safe (with digital code which is great) and Free AirCon which was a godsend. Also, aircon stayed on when you went out the room which didn't happen in other hotels I have visited which I was pleased with.

Couldn't hear much noise from outside when in room.

I never used the pool or bar facilities, but they looked a good clean standard from walking past.

2 bus stops outside going to Ibiza town and airport or Sant antoni etc which was useful.

All in all, a good experience, very friendly staff, would definately stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Paid £325 for a week, self catering. Pleasantly suprised when i arrived with well kept hotel grounds. Room was huge and clean. The kitchen was brand new, complete with pots, pans and cutlery. Excellent location, walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Will visit again.

The location of this hotel was ideal for us which is why we chose it. The room was basic and needed redecoration. The curtains needed re-hanging and the beds were rather hard. There were 2 pools but the sun loungers needed replacing. It was quite cheap to stay here but I would be prepared to pay more if it was updated.

We'll I stayed here a week ago with my girlfriend and some friends, fantastic stay! Good choice of food and lovely staff, would recommend this to people as a group, just a couple or a family!
Honestly for the cheap price it was outstanding!

Better than your average 2star

Had made the mistake of reading previous reviews, which were mixed, and was a little worried! In the end there was no reason to worry the hotel and staff were more than satisfactory. The staff were all friendly and helpfull, the food provided in the restaurant was better than you would usually find in a 2star, the room was bigger than expected and kept clean, the bar and pool area were clean safe and tidy. overall the hotel was far better than expected, I would definitely go back and would not hesitate to reccommend it to a friend.

Las instalaciones estaban bien y la habitación en general bien. No obstante, la distribución del apartamento no tenía mucho sentido. Una habitación completamente vacía y un tocador que no tenía ninguna utilidad, mientras que la cocina estaba al lado de una cama y el baño era muy pequeño. Por otro lado, el baño estaba viejo y sucio. El cristal no se había limpiado y en el sumidero de la ducha había pelos al llegar.

Consecuencias por falta de comunicación.

Estoy muy decepcionada. Hice una reserva en este aparthotel. Llegamos a ibiza en ferry desde formentera y cojimos un taxi (30€) hasta el aparthotel. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa que el aparthotel estaba cerrado y nos reenviaban al aparthotel jabeque en ibiza. De nuevo tuvimos que cojer otro taxi (32€) para ir a ibiza. Por parte de hoteles.com no he recibido ninguna notificación de cambio de aparthotel y por consiguiente he tenido que pagar 62€ de taxi mas el tiempo perdido en el transito por lo que me siento estafada.

Tiloja oli remontoitu jonkin verran, mm. allasalue oli siistissä kunnossa. Kuitenkin hotellissa yritettiin myydä Superior-huoneena hieman ylimaalattua ikivanhaa loukkoa, joka oli mielestämme karkea arviointivirhe johdon taholta. Saimme lopulta haluamamme harmaan ja vaaleansävyisen huoneen (1204) joka oli oikeasti moderni ja siisti, mutta joita koko hotellissa on ilmeisesti vain kaksi eli huoneet 1203 ja 1204.

Hemos estado 3 noches. Los apartamentos en si son amplios. Las camas bastante cómodas. La cocina justita. Al entrar en la habitación no funcionaban la mayoría de las luces, lo comentamos en recepción y al día siguiente las repararon. Lo peor para mí ha sido la poca insonorización del apartamento, la puerta de entrada era de madera hueca, cómo si fuera de una habitación de un piso antiguo. Por la noche se escuchaba absolutamente todo. Además, tuvimos una pareja al lado que no paraban de discutir y claro, podías hasta meterte dentro de su conversación. Suerte que estuvimos en unos días que ni había mucha afluencia de gente y pudimos dormir correctamente. Este mismo apartamento en julio o agosto debe ser insoportable para descansar.
El personal de recepción en general es amable, excepto un chico joven que ni saludaba cuando entrabas al hall y le importaba mas la pantalla del ordenador que los clientes. No creo que vuelva a alojarme en este apartamento.

De aankomst bij de receptie was goed. Maar de kamers waren supergehorig. 2 nachten verblijf gehad, en 2 nachten niet kunnen slapen van zowel feestende gasten tot 6 uur in de ochtend en huilende baby 2 kamers verder. Qua hygiëne daar kon ook nog verbetering optreden. Schimmel in de badkamer e.d.

Struttura bella e ben posizionata

Ho trovato la struttura bella, confortevole e ben posizionata riguardo a fermate autobus e negozi x ogni rifornimento. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Nello specifico però il \"riordino\" della camera è piuttosto sommario, le stoviglie della cucina, sono assolutamente insufficienti, una pentola con coperchio, senza scolapasta + una padella ed una teiera. In bagno non c'è (come riportato sul depliant) l'asciugacapelli e come avevo già letto in altri giudizi, i letti sono scomodissimi, dondolanoe non sono \"rifatti\", le lenzuola e la coperta sono appoggiate sul materasso, x cui, quando ti muovi, ti porti dietro tutto. Un inconveniente esterno è che l'unica spiaggia attrezzata e molto bella (Les Pinet) dista 3 fermate di autobus, farla a piedi è terribile.Le calette e le spiaggette vicine sono sporche, piene di alghe e senza servizi. In compenso sono stupende le spiagge di Cala Comte e Cala Bassa a pochi minuti di pullman che ferma sotto l'hotel. Nel complesso una bellissima vacanza, mi sono organizzata, anche xké ero già stata in un altra struttura su quella strada.

No frills apartments but in line with the svatage standard of this category on the island. Tactical location, close to nice clubs, bars. Free parking place and car rent close to the residence. Unfortunately there's no option (free or at a payment) for wifi connection that in my option should be a nice to have.

Beautiful aparthotel with great location

The Aparthotel Maritim is located at a vivid street with lots of bars and restaurants. Calla de Bou is about 12 minutes by foot. There are two bus stops right at the hotel with whom you can cheaply travel to Calla Tarida, Calla Conta, Calla Bassa, the airport and San Antonio. This makes it easy to explore Ibiza! Moreover, the staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions. The hotel is clean, very children friendly and calm! You don't hear loud noises at all, although Ibiza's nightlife is right at the door! Our room's temperature was great, the kitchen provides the necessary utilities to cook. We only once didn't got new toilet paper and were not giving enough cleaning equipment for the dishes. But after asking at the reception we received it! We are very happy and can really recommend to stay at the Aparthotel Maritim!

Très bon rapport qualité / prix à Ibiza

Hôtel très bien placé, le seul inconvénient est pour trouver une place car il n'y a pas de parking réservé.
Nous avions une chambre immense : un lit double + le coin salon (avec un clic-clac pour notre ado) cuisine séparé et une grand entrée.
Le wifi fonctionne bien seulement dans la chambre et l'entrée (pas top dans le salon).
La salle de bain est un peu sommaire : pas de meuble pour poser les affaires de toilettes ; nous avons dû déplacer un chevet de nuit le temps du séjour lol
Nous avons eu les toilettes bouchées mais le problème a été réglé dans la journée.
La literie est confortable, les piscines agréables (il n'y avait jamais personne dans la petite à l'arrière).
Le petit déjeuner est moyen (café/chocolat, jus de fruits, pain/toasts/confiture, fruits frais c'est tout). Ne vous attendez pas à avoir un petit déj continental ou américain car il n'y a rien de tout cela.
La salle de gym est très sommaire (moins d'appareils que sur photos). Il n'y a pas de tapis de course.
Des restos sont tout proches à pied, le personnel est très gentil (c'est vrai qu'ils ne parlent pas français mais l'anglais oui).
En résumé je recommande cet hôtel pour son rapport qualité prix. En y venant juste pour se doucher et dormir, pour nous trois, c'était bien suffisant !

Het appartement is groot. De ligging is wat minder. Wel wat winkels en restaurants in de buurt.
Het ontbijtbuffet is karig. Wij kregen ook niet alles wat beloofd was, zoals eieren, yoghurt ed.
Ook ontbrak er licht op het balkon.

Eenvoudig, vervallen maar prima voor dat geld.

Eenvoudig, kan wel een refit gebruiken. Alles is een beetje op. Kamer was ruim, redelijk schoon maar oud. Ook hier weer, opknap beurt is hard nodig. Rook ook niet heel fris op de kamer. Overige faciliteiten zijn zeer eenvoudig, ligging is top.

Salieron cucarachas del baño, no por falta de limpieza. Tuvimos que taponar todas las salidas de agua de los sanitarios con papel.
La cocina no tiene horno ni microondas y fue imposible calentar pan en una sartén con esa \"hornilla\"; mucho menos cocinar nada.

Très bien en depanage qd on est habitué aux hotels

Ce n'est pas une hôtel mais bien un appartement prévu pour un séjour. Nous y avons passé une nuit de transit (samedi à dimanche) après une location se terminant un samedi. L'appartement était très propre. Ne pas attendre évidemment de prestation de type hôtel: pas d'ascenseur, pas d'éclairage de chevet au niveau des lits, une déco vraiment pas terrible et une toute petite penderie pour ranger les vêtements dans la chambre (pas d'étagères) et une autre dans la cuisine (?).cela nous a quand même bien dépanné alors que nous avons réservé pratiquement au dernier moment.

Camera spaziosissima dotata di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze.
Tranquillo malgrado fosse agosto, in stanza c'è anche la cassaforte, le pulizie sono giornaliere e dopo due giorni viene fatto il cambio di lenzuola. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno. La piscina è pulita e sorvegliata.
Il personale è gentile oltre modo, unico difetto la struttura un pochino datata.

Les plus: très grand appartement, pas de bruits, la proximité du centre ville, le balcon, la propreté.

El hotel es un dos estrellas, por lo tanto no se puede pedir más. Las habitaciones son amplias, con aacc pero cocina y utensilios muy basico. El personal muy bien, tanto el de limpieza como recepción.
