Camelina Suites by Intercorp Hospitality Group is set on San Antonio Bay, in the calm residential area of Port des Torrent, just 100 metres from the golden sandy beach with the same name, where Ibiza's water taxis call in to ferry visitors to other towns and beaches. We loved our stay as a family of four. The air conditioned apartment was perfect for our children to retreat to in the heat of the midday sun. The resort itself was never too crowded, always space in and around the pool. Fantastic access to convenience shop and beach, restaurants and bars.
A few shade shelters were missing poolside. We were disturbed by noise from the privately owned apartment above in the small hours when we were trying to sleep. We appreciate the Spanish stay up later, but could hear cupboards banging, footsteps, doors closing and chairs scraping across the floor above which awoke of on multiple evenings. I would suggest grouping privately owned and guest visit seperately for this reason.
Overall, we really enjoyed our first visit here.

Very disappointing experience for me and my family of 5. The rooms are old and the room we were assigned had a broken A/C. We switched rooms but this caused a lot of unneeded stress and time waste. The breakfast was low quality and the milk was spoiled. We were also rushed to check out on our last day at 10am with no possibility of late checkout even though we requested it in advance. We thought they would do this for us considering our inconvenience with having to change rooms with no sorry and caused us to be late to a wedding

Booked on the spur of the moment whilst touring Ibiza . Excellent apartment in a larger complex with a pool and lovely grounds. Apartment was very well fitted out and comfortable. It’s very close to a gorgeous small bay with good bars and restaurants. Staff at the complex were super friendly and helpful, definitely recommend

Nice place. Well equipped for our stay. Was very quiet as out of season and so no snack bar/pool bar. Booked here as not many places had pools open. Was chilly but got on with it. Brought our own snacks etc instead. Supermarket and restaurants nearby were scarce as out of season. Fortunately we hired a car so could get about. 20min walk up the hill to nice local supermarket and 10mins to a nice Spanish/Asian restaurant. Beach is 2 mins and very nice in cove with two restaurants/beach bars.
Had problems with electric when we arrived but moved to room next door, staff very helpful and friendly.
We had breakfast twice, was good choice of continental and pastries, didn’t rate the cooked but I was happy with what we had.

Loved the bungalows. Had an upper flat with balcony and upstairs terrace. Nice pool quiet st this time of year with pool bar. Fantastic location. Quiet area on outskirts of resort. Loads of buses to everywhere and cheap to travel on. Selection of shops and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Would def go there again.

Recently refurbished modern apartment style hotel with sea views from upper floors. Pleasant pool area. 2 mins to beach within a cove. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel staff helpful and pleasant. Rooms clean and well maintained with frequent linen changes and cleaning. Suggest will suit families and couples looking for quieter location although transport links to San Antonio are good for those looking for more nightlife. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if visiting Ibiza in future.

Fab Family Holiday
We stayed in a Deluxe 2 bed Apartment, which slept 5 (2 x adults & 3 x children - 7,10 & 12 years). My oldest child slept on the pull out 'double' sofa bed which he said was very comfortable. The apartment itself was immaculate and has clearly been recently renovated to a good standard. The complex was perfect for families - a decent sized pool with good sun bed availability, it was also nice and quiet at night. A really good cafe/bar directly outside the complex (cheap as well, €2 a pint) which catered for all food tastes along with a fab evening restaurant right next door (El Viejo Gallo), A further good restaurant can be found on the beach (Es Virot).

After research multiple hotels in Ibiza we chose Torrent Bay Hotel purely on the great reviews it has received. We have been coming to the island for years and wanted to stay somewhere suitable for the kids (6&10 yrs old). Wr booked a 2 bedroom apt suitable for 5 peop. We were appointed room 123 in block 1. Avoid this apartment!! View is not great, looking out on a dusty old car park. The apartment is cramped compared to some of the other apartments and not suitable for 5 people. The sofa bed hasn't been upgraded and looked old and tired, the lock on the door wasn't working on the first night so we had to get the engineer out. In fact the lock itself was dodgy as you cant lock the apartment from inside, which gives an unsafe feeling. The shower wasn't working properly, which had to be fixed as well. The kettle provided kept tripping all the fuses. The apartment was very disappointing for the money we paid for it. The next door apartment is privately owned. One night we came back from Ibiza town and the next door's airco unit made so much noise, it could be heard in both of our bedrooms. The walls are thin. The staff couldn't really do anything as its privately owned which was annoying as it kept us from sleeping that night. The area itself is lovely and the beach nearby is great. The kids enjoyed the pool, albeit it a bit small. I would come back to the area but not to the hotel. The younger hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, apart from a female senior staff member.

This was a very good holiday. The only complaint we can make is the bathroom, the toilet was excessively low and the shower was in the bath. This made life very difficult for my wife who has arthritis in both knees.

Just returned from a lovely stay in Torrent Bay. A free upgrade on arrival to a deluxe apartment which had two balconys and a great sea view with one also overlooking the pool. Really well equipped apartment (even had a washing machine) and cleaned daily. Nice pool, well located near a great beach/bay and regular bus service into San Antonio. Free late check out which was wonderful with our late flight.

We had one of the older rooms, it was clean and spacious and really cannot fault it apart from maybe the bathroom was a bit in the small side for a family of 6 and sometimes we ran out of hot water!
Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed.
We did a lot of cooking during the week!
Didn't find any English TV channels but then we didn't look too hard, kids seemed to enjoy their cartoons in Spanish!
Wifi was excellent and we caught lots of Pokemon ;)

Accommodation and beach
The hotel & staff are very accommodating, only downside was that we were put on the top floor, with no lift available. It was hard going when climbing the stairs which are on the outer side of the building and the sun was topping 30degrees. We stayed in a deluxe room which was in excellent condition with top rated air conditioning. My daughter stayed in a standard room which was well worn and really did need updating . Lovely large swimming pool for the size of the hotel. Nice quiet position. The beach is less than 5mins walk and is in a bay so it has calm waters, which makes it ideal if you have children. There are around 3 good restaurants on the beach too.

Our accommodation (room 237) consisted of;
Hallway with galley style kitchen, one side had a good sized sink, electric 2 ring convection hob, extractor hood/light, and single fridge freezer. One the other side a combination microwave/grill, toaster, coffee maker. Both sides also had numerous cupboards containing everything you'd need to make a full evening meal for 4, save for the actual food!
Master bedroom, two single beds joined together, two large built in wardrobes, bedside cupboards each side, and two clothes stands. There was a modern air conditioning unit mounted at ceiling level could blast out cold air 24 hours a day if required, we tended to leave it at 21 deg C during the day, and then 25 at night, don't be tempted to leave it lower, you'll wake up frozen at 5am!
Bathroom with toilet, sink, mirror and walk in shower. A towel rack replenished with fresh towels for 4 people each day. They supply 4 large, 4 medium and 2 face towels as well as a smaller towel for the floor.
Main living room has a brilliant, high specification double pull out sofa bed, TV, dining table + 4 chairs, two coffee tables and various lamps.
Balcony with dining table and 4 chairs, ours didn't have a drying rack that some others had but after complaining about the on-site dryer not working the hotel immediately went out and bought us a large clothes horse, which we were very happy with!

We stayed 9 nights at Torrent Bay (2 adults, 2 small children) and absolutely loved it. Location is perfect for a family holiday. About 150yds to the beach which is really nice (although sun beds are extortionate). Pools are great especially the kids pool. Apartments are slightly in the small side, but they cater for everything you need. Cleaners came in everyday and did a great job. Receptionist Gloria so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be back

we stayed in an apartment that sleeps 6, there were 4 of us, 2 bedrooms so lots of space. the bathroom was a bit small and tired. the balcony a good size, the kitchen was well stocked and clean. the air conditioning was excellent, 3 units all remote controlled. we had good service with cleaning and lots of clean towels. the pool area was great, gated access with a code. quiet for August. the beach is really lovely, day and evening, clear water which was fab for snorkelling. watersports available. we took the water taxi to San Antonio for 3 euro each. Bus was 1.65 each to San Antonio and from there a bus to Ibiza town is a bargain 2 euro each. we had a lovely holiday, area great, apartment complex was pretty and well maintained. Quieter area than San Antonio, much nicer in my view!

Stayed with my husband for a week and we loved it. Great location near ocean in quiet town, close enough to Sant Antoni and Eivissa for fun days there. Ibiza without a car is a really bad idea as you'll want to drive to different Calas (beaches) and towns. This place is great drive to-from place.

Stayed here for a week with my two daughters aged 18 and 15. Basic apartment but that's what we had paid for. Location was brilliant, lovely pool and didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn for a sunbed! Receptionist very helpful when we arrived and spoke very good English which was a great help! Beach within 50 yards and great restaurant and beach bar! Apartments and bedsheets/ towels changed very other day. We would definitely stay here again!

My fiance and I stayed here for a night before checking into our hotel for the week. It was nice, they put us in a unit on the end which faced the pool. The people above us were loud, but the room was fine and we had a nice night. The room did smell a bit funny when we entered but overall it was a nice place and we would have been happy to stay longer.

Apartamentos Torrent Bay is a wonderful part of ibiza. Very safe and secure. Beach is only a minute away where you can dine in beach front resturants well into the night. its a great location, and from a small little jetty, you can travel around the whole island where all kinds of boats pull up every 30minutes. There is an aray of water sports to chose from. Segreagated swimming area. Sun loungers are at a cost if you need them.

Close to beach - great family area
Lovely time in room 227 however on our 2nd from lastnight we had so e Italians staying next door who were polite enough but extremely loud on the balcony from 2pm each day & at the pool. Banging doors at 3am!!! May e it could be reminded that this is a quiet family resort!!

Es war ruhig angenehm!ä, sowohl in der Anlage als auch am Pool, was total zum Entspannen war. Die Unterkunft war sehr nah am Strand, was super praktisch war. Insgesamt hatte man wirklich dieses entspannte Ferienwohnungs Feeling. Ideal, um abzuschalten und sich wohlzufühlen. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Sous couvert que le ménage est fait tous les 2 jours ... la propreté n'est pas excellente. Si on est sur place et si on demande à la femme de ménage de repasser dans 1h et bien elle ne repasse plus et si on va au lobby demander de nouvelles serviettes ... on nous dit qu'il faut attendre qu'elle repasse et donc on repart sans serviettes. Les gens qui font le ménage ne jetent pas les sacs de poubelles laissés par les hotes dans les escaliers et dans les étages à l'extérieur.

This kind og place suites us perfect. Its clean, modern and the bungalows functionality is logic. A little small, but for us not spending a lot of time at the apartment is big enough. We think though that the owners should fresh up the common and public spaces around the pool area, make it more modern and renew the restaurant facility. Make it way more inviting and interesting to by drinks and snacks. We also enjoy the quitness and the lack of music around the pool, which we experianced a couple of years back.

Fint hotel til prisen. Det var nemt at tjekke ind på hotellet, og nemt at finde parkeringsplads til ens leje bil. Dog lå pool i et andet område få minutter fra lejligheden. Vi var lidt ærgerlige over at vores lejlighed ikke lå ned til poolen, og udsigten var mindre god.

Das Zimmer (Bungalow) war phänomenal. Gute Betten, Küche, Bad, 2 Sitzplätze, WLAN. Die Gegend angenehm ruhig, jedoch kam ab und zu der unangenehmer Geruch vom Meer her, hielt sich aber in Grenzen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber das Personal absolut unterbesetzt und die Tische wurden selten leer geräumt, wurden nicht gereinigt und Nachschub bei den einzelnen Esswaren konnte kaum erfolgen (wir waren in Herbst dort, also bei Saisonende). Der Pool war nicht zu kalt, daher schön zu nutzen, aber naja.. er ist halt „einfach“ ein viereckiger Kasten und bietet vor allem Kindern nicht viel „Freude am Baden“. Ansonsten für Kinder ein Trampolin und für ganz kleine beim Frühstücksbereich einige Spielsachen. Kein Miniclup, sonst keinerlei Angebote. Ob dies positiv oder negativ ist ist jedem selbst überlassen.
Der nahe Strand, in 3-5 Gehminuten erreichbar, „Playa Port des Torrent“ war klein aber fein, herzige kleine Bucht mit wenig Wellengang und schönem Sand. wirklich empfehlenswert.

Las fotos nos hicieron pensar otra cosa y no se correspondía con la realidad: ni la limpieza ni los términos de check in/check out ni los servicios del hotel merecían la pena. Haber cogido la reserva con tanta antelación nos ha penalizado ya que los precios en la segunda quincena de septiembre están mucho más económicos que los sueños cogimos nosotros. No creo que volvamos a repetir

Punto comodissimo per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle di Ibiza. Unica pecca la pulizia della stanza ed il personale addetto alle pulizie.. ogni 2 giorni venivano cambiati gli asciugamani, così come viene ; non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola, veniva solo rifatto il letto. Inoltre la pulizia del pavimento veniva fatta semplicemente dando una spazzata solo all’interno dell’appartamento, la zona balcone veniva completamente ignorata, il bagno e la doccia non erano puliti a dovere per le mie aspettative. Ultima ma non meno importante nota dolente: era stato lasciato il cartellino non disturbare fuori dalla porta dell’appartamento, le donne delle pulizie hanno del tutto ignorato il cartello e sono entrate ugualmente ( cosa già accaduta durante il soggiorno). Nonostante la struttura sia carina ed il personale della reception molto molto educato, non tornerei di certo.
