The food was mostly gone and subpar. My room was dirty: floors, freezer, bathrooms, couch had crumbs on it. Door to bathroom was locked. I asked. If someone could come do a quick cleaning and was told no, they were too busy cleaning other rooms. Curtains coming off the curtain rods. I paid extra to have the executive suite, the pictures on the website looked nothing like the actual room. I was extremely disappointed and let down. I could. It and would not give a good recommendation, for this hotel. Someone needs to contact me and apologize, for the poor condition of the room and lack of service.

The rooms are large but 15-20 years out of date. Maybe more.
The hot water tank is small. The hot water ran out after 2 showers.
The breakfast options are okay, but not if anyone in your group has food allergies.
When I called to check out as I was running late, I was sent the wrong receipt.
I called back a couple days later and was accused of staying an extra day and charged for it.

definitely a very homey place. everything worked and was very clean, dishes were available and they had more upon request. most of the staff was very very kind and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. breakfast never ran dry and the food was great, only complaint is that there wasn’t more time to get breakfast lol! overall a wonderful experience, quiet area, soundproof rooms, and convenience of living. stayed for almost two weeks with plans to return. best hotel experience ever.

I can tolerate an outdated room, old carpets, or lacking amenities, but filth is inexcusable. This room was a health hazard. Crumbs, smudges, and visible stains covered surfaces. The bathroom had alarming brown stains, and items needed serious repair and a deep scrub (the less said about the rogue googly eye, the better).
Between the pervasive dirt, a sagging mattress, and a loudly humming fridge, I got no sleep. Avoid this property until they address their hygiene standards.

We did not stay! We checked in and the room smelled horrible. Cassandra at front desk checked us into a second room, just as bad, smelly dingy rooms, stains everywhere. The front desk clerk was the only nice part of this hotel. She checked us out immediately and we went elsewhere. Horrible place to stay, pool water was half filled and green that should have been the first tip this place was terrible!

There was no one at the front desk to check us in. We tried calling to see if that would cause a human being to appear. The phone went unanswered.

We waited for a half hour, at which point someone arrived to help is. He was not pleasant. I had registered online. The desk clerk handed me a form to complete that contained the identical questions I had answered online.

The bathroom smelled like mildew. There was inadequate lighting in the living area.

Wyndham should be embarrassed.

Staff was friendly, although there were glitches at both check-in and check out. Clerk at check-in had trouble identifying balances or fees that were charged and had to make a call for clarification. (Note: I did book and pay in full through hotels.com.) Front desk manager couldn’t provide a receipt at check-out because someone had already marked the system that I had checked-out (I hadn’t.).

Photos of the property are not indicative of the condition of the buildings; they appear much nicer in photos. Stairs to the upper level suite were steep and narrow; not easy to carry belongings up nor down. The room was mostly clean, but very dated. Paint was chipped, gouges in wall over bed, closets wouldn’t stay closed. Wooden desk chair was broken. Beyond the cosmetic items, the toilet had to be plunged prior to first use, and there was a dead fly on the bathroom vanity. However, the bed was soft but very comfortable, as were the pillows. Linens were crisp and clean. Room temperature was adequate. Very quiet, residential neighborhood.

No towels or hand soap in the room. Body wash in shower was empty. We told them these things were not in our room and they had us to get them (6 buildings away), rather than bringing them to the room.

Exception service at the desk. Breakfast was typical, but good and appreciated. The room needed a really good deep clean. The sofa sleeper was full of crumbs upon opening. The bathroom floor was filthy with hairs and cobwebs in the corners. I wiped them with a bunch of tp and it came up black.
Not what I’ve come to expect from a Wyndham. Not worth the price.

The room was run down and dirty. Everything was very old and dated. The bathroom was incredibly small with dirty grout. The outside of the building needs a lot of work. Needs painting and overall general repairs. Landscaping is nonexistent with weeds everywhere. Not what we expected for the price and for having the Wyndham name.

Really disappointed with this stay. Bathroom, kitchen, carpet, bedding, everything was so outdated. Room had a funny smell when you walked in, and ours had leaves all over the carpet by both doors. Our main door outside did not latch properly, and we were able to open it twice from the outside without even using a key. Was on a trip with my daughter and I actually felt unsafe. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, but I would not stay here again.

Grounds were filthy, the ground in front of our room was covered in gum, dirt, trash. Room next to ours was completely destroyed and visible, windows able to be looked into. Room floors were dirty, had to wash the kitchen floor with a wash rag. Room smelled musty. Outside was an hotspot of loud activities, cops patrolling the area. Overall, we didn’t stay in our room much. Beds were uncomfortable. Go somewhere else in Green Bay.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the 1st room was dirty and smelled bad. I called to inform the staff of the conditon of our room and Blade I believe his name is, was super friendly and got us into a different room immediately. He apologized profusely. The second room was much better but definitely not what I expected or what the photos represented. With a little TLC, it would/could look amazing!! Again the staff were super friendly, smiling and were always available if and when needed. I did not get the woman's name at checkout, but she also was super friendly. The woman working the breakfast area both days was AMAZING!! She was the only one working and was always on top of it. If you mentioned something to her like low on forks or more coffee is needed, she was smiling and never showed frustration or irritation. She was soo polite and would ask you how morning is going?

Our stay was good but we were not told that we have to get towels upon check in so we did not have any towels at all. The room is a little dusty and its obvious that the carpet was not clean because it was sticky. Not sure if the bedding was really fixed or change because the pull out bed beddings was not put together.

It was awful. Our room smelled of pot constantly. We didn’t have any blankets in our room and not even enough bath towels for the 3 of us. Had to call and ask the front desk for them and was told if we wanted them to come get them. The mattress my son was sleeping on was ripped wide open on both sides. We let the front desk know and was told they would let maintenance know but they were off duty. When I called in the next day to follow up I was told that there was nothing they could do. This isn’t a simple oversight. We should been notified before have of this issue. They simply ignored it thinking nobody would notice. The floors have not been cleaned in I don’t know for long. My son walked from the shower to the bed and his feet were black like he had been outside barefoot for days. We were there 9 nights and our room was never once cleaned, despite requesting sheets changed mid way through our stay. I know they don’t come daily but not once did they ever come. We complained multiple times of the pot smell from the neighbors, nothing was done. The last night we were there the last at the desk was very nice and said she would pass it on to management. Something should’ve been done long before, especially considering it's illegal in the state. It was so bad it was giving my husband and son breathing problems. I picked this place because it was close to where we needed to be but I would’ve paid double and driven further to not have to deal with this. Way over priced.

Very outdated hotel. We arrived to an overbooked hotel, and were placed in a different room. This room was supposedly non-smoking but was very obviously being used for weed, and had been for a long time. We called front desk (both phones did not work had to use cell) and they had no room to move us and stated the person previous probably just smoked in it. We were missing the remote, never found it. There were old towels in the bathrooms. Junk/garbage outside the rooms. Pool dirty. It appears several people are living in these hotel rooms and there were many questionable vehicles and people walking about. Do yourself a favor - book somewhere else.

They tried to have my elderly mom climb their stairs for a second level room. No elevator! Than i got a reply of\" We are full can't switch rooms, nor would they let me leave. They did finally get my mom a room on lower level. I had to run up and down the stairs to be of help for my mom.

Our stay was just OK. The property and the room photos on Expedia must have an amazing filter applied to them because in real life they were dark and out dated. The property could use some updating inside and out. Breakfast was good and filling. Clerks were nice. Housekeeping forgot to put towels in our room so I had to make a trip to the office to get some. The paperwork says quiet time starts at 10PM however there were people outside our patio door at 2AM for almost an hour talking and laughing loudly. Would I stay again? Probably not.

The first room I was locked out I believe it was 1223 or 1221 which ever is just the queen and couch don’t book there the handle does not work and you’ll be locked out until maintenance comes off site to come on site to fix it if the front desk can’t accommodate. Also, the dirt in the room led to me being bitten by small bugs they switched the rooms and the other room was much better but the first night was spent in the other room. They only refunded half due to us booking through the Expedia. It was frustrating but I’ll say don’t rush like we did. Check the room. Then if it ain’t right have them switch you. They will upgrade you. The customer service although that one room was bad the customer service was great! I would go back just will do my due diligence and check the room.also it was blood spot on my comforter.

This is a very economical place to stay, and was also a unique setup. The suites are like a small apartment. I wondered about the cleanliness after who knows how many people have sat on the sofa. I noticed stains on it and a smell in the unit. Fireplace didn’t work . Wall above garbage can had food splattered on it. Furnishings and decor are tired. Overall, the place could use a refresh, but if you’re looking for a cheap convenienient stay it’s great! Breakfast was so so. Coffee was not so great. 🙁
Check in took abnormally long- 15 minutes I’d say. The young man helping me was looking at his computer, doing I don’t know what, but he said he was checking what units were clean.

The main office was the only building on the property that was clean and they did serve a decent breakfast. The suites are in need of some serious maintenance inside and out! Upon entering our room we were hit with a very bad smell. I had to go to the office and ask for toilet paper! The room was spacious but very outdated. There were stains on the walls and bedding, items left in the refrigerator and the toilet was not secure to the floor! Thousands of cigarette butts littered the entire property, so disgusting! I would not recommend staying there!

By far the worst hotel I have ever been in! Extremely dirty from the front lobby right to room. Our room reaked of Marijuana and cigarettes, there was mould on the doors and hair inside of the fridge. We left this place 10 mins after getting there to get another Hotel down the road that was $15 less and five stars better. Very disappointed..after driving 13hrs and arriving late at night, the last thing I wanted to do was to look for another place to stay. Avoid this place like a plague! This place in one star motel quality. I can't stress enough to stay away from this place if you have any self respect.
