The staff I met were EXCELLENT and kind. Willie was the gentleman at the front desk and he took my words( which I said kindly and professionally) about my disappointment and dissatisfaction about the Queen Penthouse I rented, and had already paid for, with sincere understanding. I was not being difficult, the room was terrible. The photos on the internet are clearly from years, if not decades ago. Upon opening the door we were hit with an OVERWHELMING smell of cat urine. At that point everything else, from the FILTHY and STINKY hideaway bed- couch, ( which I was supposed to sleep on because I brought two of my 14 year old grandsons for a “ summer vacation” - and it had 2 other queen beds- sleeping 6 total) to the huge spider webs hanging from the living room ceiling light fixture, to the boarded up sliding glass doors, to the dented shade to cover the light bulb and its crooked lamp stand in one of the rooms, to looking out at the unkempt pool with not even a lounger, to even all the trash that was laying around the building they put us in, which was 322 A, I believe. ( it was upstairs)For me spending $177.00 for one night is expensive, and I anticipate spending precious moments with my grandchildren when I do plan and pay for quality family time. In discussing it with my 14 year old grandsons they wanted to leave immediately. It felt unsafe and I agreed wholeheartedly with them. Willie at the front desk was wonderful. The facility is not.

Pictures on website look amazing. The place was disgusting. Very dirty. I can't explain the filth. We got the executive penthouse. The floor plan, amazing, the cleanliness, FILTH!!! The room comes with 3 beds including the couch bed. Couldn't even use it because it was extremely dirty and stunk. Pulled the cushions off to pull the bed out and there was a layer of crumbs and change, hair clumps. Put the cushions back on and figured out different sleeping arrangements. Windows had fingerprint smears, cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere. Bathrooms smelled of urine and pubic hair everywhere on the floor. We utilized the 2 other beds reluctantly. Floors were not vaccumed. They basically give you fresh towels
( hopefully) And fresh linens(hopefully) and that's about the extent of the cleaning.
We will not stay here again. It was nice on the outside, pictures looked great, not so much in reality. I got charged 50.00 without telling me for a\"deposit\" 8 hours after checking in that's supposed to be returned to me. I still don't understand that whole scenario. Why didn't they charge me that at check in...? Why didn't they inform me at check in? Had to go to the office and the guy was very nice and told me what it was for.Its supposed to be returned back to my card tonight.
The room rate was cheap.That's a plus. That's the only positive thing besides the staff was friendly that I have for this place. Definitely feel this place needs a visit from the health department rental department.

The property has been very neglected. Broken side walks. Landscaping overgrown and many weeds. Buildings are very worn and need some serious maintenance. Birds building nests in the small balcony's. Smokers smoking in the stair wells.

The room itself was very dated, old and worn. I placed towels on the couch just to feel comfortable sitting on it. The room was very dirty and need a deep cleaning and refurbish. The room still smelt like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

Could be a nice place to stay if all upgraded.

This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. Check in was fine but the suite was severely neglected. The room had an odor, the floors were sticky, there was black mold on the ceilings, there were cobwebs everywhere, the smoke detector was sitting on the bathroom sink with the battery out of it, there was a large white mystery stain on the curtains, the tv did not work, and, to top it off we found a bedbug. We booked this hotel because they accepted dogs, but luckily we did not end up bringing our dog on this trip because we would not have wanted him laying on that hotel room floor, it was that bad!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The lady working the desk was so nice and accommodating. The first room we went into didn’t have sheets or blankets on the beds. The front desk lady was so nice and switched us to a new room right away. The second room we were in was the grossest room we have ever been in. Broken drawers, mold, stunk like musty cigarettes and dogs. We were going to open the windows to air it out for a bit all the screens were ripped with big holes, or there were no screens. The carpet was so gross we wouldn’t take off our shoes. We called the desk again and the nice lady moved us a second time. The third room was cleaner than the last 2. There was a Murphy bed for one of the beds, there were no extra blankets in the room for it. Just 2 top sheets. So we had to go back to the office to get a blanket for the bed. While we were staying here is was 80 degrees both days. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. By the time we checked out it was 77 in the lower part and over 80 upstairs. I would not recommend this place to stay and will never be returning.

The food was mostly gone and subpar. My room was dirty: floors, freezer, bathrooms, couch had crumbs on it. Door to bathroom was locked. I asked. If someone could come do a quick cleaning and was told no, they were too busy cleaning other rooms. Curtains coming off the curtain rods. I paid extra to have the executive suite, the pictures on the website looked nothing like the actual room. I was extremely disappointed and let down. I could. It and would not give a good recommendation, for this hotel. Someone needs to contact me and apologize, for the poor condition of the room and lack of service.

The rooms are large but 15-20 years out of date. Maybe more.
The hot water tank is small. The hot water ran out after 2 showers.
The breakfast options are okay, but not if anyone in your group has food allergies.
When I called to check out as I was running late, I was sent the wrong receipt.
I called back a couple days later and was accused of staying an extra day and charged for it.

definitely a very homey place. everything worked and was very clean, dishes were available and they had more upon request. most of the staff was very very kind and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. breakfast never ran dry and the food was great, only complaint is that there wasn’t more time to get breakfast lol! overall a wonderful experience, quiet area, soundproof rooms, and convenience of living. stayed for almost two weeks with plans to return. best hotel experience ever.

I can tolerate an outdated room, old carpets, or lacking amenities, but filth is inexcusable. This room was a health hazard. Crumbs, smudges, and visible stains covered surfaces. The bathroom had alarming brown stains, and items needed serious repair and a deep scrub (the less said about the rogue googly eye, the better).
Between the pervasive dirt, a sagging mattress, and a loudly humming fridge, I got no sleep. Avoid this property until they address their hygiene standards.

We did not stay! We checked in and the room smelled horrible. Cassandra at front desk checked us into a second room, just as bad, smelly dingy rooms, stains everywhere. The front desk clerk was the only nice part of this hotel. She checked us out immediately and we went elsewhere. Horrible place to stay, pool water was half filled and green that should have been the first tip this place was terrible!

There was no one at the front desk to check us in. We tried calling to see if that would cause a human being to appear. The phone went unanswered.

We waited for a half hour, at which point someone arrived to help is. He was not pleasant. I had registered online. The desk clerk handed me a form to complete that contained the identical questions I had answered online.

The bathroom smelled like mildew. There was inadequate lighting in the living area.

Wyndham should be embarrassed.

Staff was friendly, although there were glitches at both check-in and check out. Clerk at check-in had trouble identifying balances or fees that were charged and had to make a call for clarification. (Note: I did book and pay in full through hotels.com.) Front desk manager couldn’t provide a receipt at check-out because someone had already marked the system that I had checked-out (I hadn’t.).

Photos of the property are not indicative of the condition of the buildings; they appear much nicer in photos. Stairs to the upper level suite were steep and narrow; not easy to carry belongings up nor down. The room was mostly clean, but very dated. Paint was chipped, gouges in wall over bed, closets wouldn’t stay closed. Wooden desk chair was broken. Beyond the cosmetic items, the toilet had to be plunged prior to first use, and there was a dead fly on the bathroom vanity. However, the bed was soft but very comfortable, as were the pillows. Linens were crisp and clean. Room temperature was adequate. Very quiet, residential neighborhood.

Really disappointed with this stay. Bathroom, kitchen, carpet, bedding, everything was so outdated. Room had a funny smell when you walked in, and ours had leaves all over the carpet by both doors. Our main door outside did not latch properly, and we were able to open it twice from the outside without even using a key. Was on a trip with my daughter and I actually felt unsafe. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, but I would not stay here again.

Grounds were filthy, the ground in front of our room was covered in gum, dirt, trash. Room next to ours was completely destroyed and visible, windows able to be looked into. Room floors were dirty, had to wash the kitchen floor with a wash rag. Room smelled musty. Outside was an hotspot of loud activities, cops patrolling the area. Overall, we didn’t stay in our room much. Beds were uncomfortable. Go somewhere else in Green Bay.

I called to inform the staff of the conditon of our room and Blade I believe his name is, was super friendly and got us into a different room immediately. He apologized profusely. The second room was much better but definitely not what I expected or what the photos represented. With a little TLC, it would/could look amazing!! Again the staff were super friendly, smiling and were always available if and when needed. I did not get the woman's name at checkout, but she also was super friendly. The woman working the breakfast area both days was AMAZING!! She was the only one working and was always on top of it. If you mentioned something to her like low on forks or more coffee is needed, she was smiling and never showed frustration or irritation. She was soo polite and would ask you how morning is going?

It was awful. Our room smelled of pot constantly. We didn’t have any blankets in our room and not even enough bath towels for the 3 of us. Had to call and ask the front desk for them and was told if we wanted them to come get them. The mattress my son was sleeping on was ripped wide open on both sides. We let the front desk know and was told they would let maintenance know but they were off duty. When I called in the next day to follow up I was told that there was nothing they could do. This isn’t a simple oversight. We should been notified before have of this issue. They simply ignored it thinking nobody would notice. The floors have not been cleaned in I don’t know for long. My son walked from the shower to the bed and his feet were black like he had been outside barefoot for days. We were there 9 nights and our room was never once cleaned, despite requesting sheets changed mid way through our stay. I know they don’t come daily but not once did they ever come. We complained multiple times of the pot smell from the neighbors, nothing was done. The last night we were there the last at the desk was very nice and said she would pass it on to management. Something should’ve been done long before, especially considering it's illegal in the state. It was so bad it was giving my husband and son breathing problems. I picked this place because it was close to where we needed to be but I would’ve paid double and driven further to not have to deal with this. Way over priced.

Very outdated hotel. We arrived to an overbooked hotel, and were placed in a different room. This room was supposedly non-smoking but was very obviously being used for weed, and had been for a long time. We called front desk (both phones did not work had to use cell) and they had no room to move us and stated the person previous probably just smoked in it. We were missing the remote, never found it. There were old towels in the bathrooms. Junk/garbage outside the rooms. Pool dirty. It appears several people are living in these hotel rooms and there were many questionable vehicles and people walking about. Do yourself a favor - book somewhere else.

The cleanliness of the rooms needed more attention. But the big issues we had were quickly addressed by the staff. The sense i get is that the cleaning staff is understaffed.

But the first room that they gave us as soon as you walked in, you could smell weed. I called down and asked for a new room and they gave us one. This room the sink was plugged up. Icemaker wasn’t working. Bathroom fan was not working and lotta scuff marks and dirty in places

They tried to have my elderly mom climb their stairs for a second level room. No elevator! Than i got a reply of\" We are full can't switch rooms, nor would they let me leave. They did finally get my mom a room on lower level. I had to run up and down the stairs to be of help for my mom.

Spacious studio suites… are stay was very quiet 👍
Could have used some dish soap!
Friendly staff and helpful offering choices for dinner!
Breakfast was also good!

The room was dated, but clean. The outside of the building is in need of maintenance. Landscaping help is needed.
